EDITOR-IN-CHIEF'S COMMENT OF THE DAY

Title: WHO WILL GO TO JAIL FIRST, PIS PIGGY BANKS AND THE BURNING OF POLAND: WHY ONLY 50 PILLARS OF ALGOOMNI WILL DEFINITIVELY BREAK THE REGIME MAFIA

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski - Editor-In-Chief Gazeta Logomarka | ALGOOMNI P.S.A.

Wednesday, 21 October 2026, opens a new chapter in the ruthless fight to reclaim the Republic from the hands of political clans and organized criminal groups. As analyst Krzysztof Kluzek reveals with surgical precision on Editor Jan Piński's programme, at the apex of the former power a panic-stricken game has erupted over who will who will be the first to end up behind the bars of a remand prison: whether Karol Nawrocki for obtaining office by fraud and laundering dirty money, or Mateusz Morawiecki and Beata Szydło for transforming state foundations into a private PiS piggy bank, or Jarosław Kaczyński himself, ready to set Poland on fire, just to retain power and avoid a prison cell. At the same time, in the prosecutor's office the procedures to lift the immunities of Ziobro's nominees are coming to an end, and the ridiculous perversions and operational surveillance by prosecutors spying on naked men expose the supposed “moral renewal” of Zjednoczona Prawica as a cynical gutter. At the same time, in Tomasz Szwejgiert's studio on the programme „Z bańki” a hard voice of truth resounds: ministers fleeing from explanations, the reputational disgrace of Belweder and the exposure of yet more thousands of illegal Pegasus wiretaps prove, that the state's institutions must be reset from the foundations. In response to this lawlessness, in today's 40th. in today's issue of Gazeta Logomarka we publish 8 extensive investigative articles (each rigorously exceeding 20 sentences and weaving in specific constitutional rules) and we present in full all 50 PILLARS OF THE ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION (from point 1 to 50 in full wording). Enough political lies – the sovereign people are reclaiming their state!

ARTICLE I: KRZYSZTOF KLUZEK ABOUT WHO WILL GO TO PRISON FIRST: NAWROCKI, KACZYŃSKI OR MORAWIECKI?

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the findings of analyst Krzysztof Kluzek and editor Jan Piński from “Kulisów Polityki”)

The shocking analytical investigation by Krzysztof Kluzek presented in the programme of editor Jan Piński places the question of the future of the leaders of Zjednoczona Prawica on a purely criminal plane. Kluzek, a long-time analyst of security structures and exposer of the pathologies of the special services, precisely dissected into component parts the evidentiary material gathered at the prosecutor's office, indicating which of the trio: Karol Nawrocki, Jarosław Kaczyński or Mateusz Morawiecki, will be the first to hear a final guilty verdict. According to Kluzek, Karol Nawrocki is closest to a prison cell, whose mandate has been burdened from the beginning by the crime of falsifying the presidential election in 87 district electoral commissions and by the fraudulent acquisition of office, which directly relates to Pillar 2 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI ordering the immediate recount of ballots in front of cameras. The prosecutor's office already has the testimonies of members of the commission, who, under oath, revealed the mechanism of adding votes and falsifying protocols at the dictation of the party apparatus. Second in line for ruthless deprivation of liberty is Mateusz Morawiecki, who faces direct charges of managerial perpetration in the siphoning of hundreds of millions of zloty (PLN) from the RARS strategic reserves and of signing unlawful decisions on the envelope elections, which fulfills the directive of Pillar 30 of Algoomni to annul the decisions of its purported government. Jarosław Kaczyński, however, as the de facto head of an organized criminal group destroying the constitutional separation of powers, will be held to account under Article 127 of the Criminal Code for a crime against the state, which will prevent him from escaping behind parliamentary immunity thanks to Pillar 5's principle of the complete abolition of immunities. Krzysztof Kluzek stressed, that attempts by PiS leaders to hide assets in family foundations and on relatives' accounts will be thwarted by Pillars 11 and 29 of the Constitution of Algoomni, which introduce extended confiscation of officials' personal assets going back 10 years. Attorney General Waldemar Żurek already has complete files with the testimonies of repentant managers of the cryptocurrency exchanges ZondaCrypto and Krala, who directly indicated, that funds from money laundering flowed directly to Nawrocki's campaign. No blackmail by MAGA American lobbyists nor backroom deals will stop the machinery of justice, when hard evidence of betrayal of the interests of the Republic lies on the table. Poles are tired of watching the impunity of the elites, and the trials of the leading figures of Nowogrodzka before the Citizens' Jury Panel (Pillar 16) will become the cornerstone of a new constitutional order.

ARTICLE II: WILL MORAWIECKI AND SZYDŁO GO TO JAIL? WHO TURNED THE FOUNDATION INTO A PIGGY BANK FOR PiS?

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the investigative findings of editor Jan Piński from the programme „Kulisy Polityki”)

The devastating findings of Jan Piński's journalistic investigation revealed a gigantic criminal mechanism, under which Mateusz Morawiecki and Beata Szydło transformed national foundations and State Treasury companies into a private piggy bank for the party apparatchiks of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość. Inspections by the National Revenue Administration and audits at the Polish National Foundation, the KGHM Foundation and the Justice Fund showed, that hundreds of millions of zloty were siphoned from the public treasury to finance private election campaigns, the purchase of luxury real estate for activists and the payment of foreign PR agencies promoting politicians of the former ruling camp. Beata Szydło, who lent her name to multimillion zloty grants for fictitious associations in Małopolska, now faces the direct threat of having her parliamentary immunity as an MEP lifted and of being charged with gross mismanagement under Article 296 of the Penal Code. Meanwhile Mateusz Morawiecki personally supervised the appointment of foundation boards filled with his trusted bankers, which directly violates the principle of Pillar 12 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI prohibiting politicians and their families from profiting from structures linked to the State Treasury. Jan Piński revealed, that troll farms attacking judges defending the rule of law were paid from foundation accounts and that fictitious academic conferences were organised, from which funds returned to the party coffers in cash, which constitutes an open denial of Pillar 15 of ALGOOMNI that requires all public expenditures to be settled exclusively by online payment card. There are solid pieces of evidence in the prosecutor’s files of transfers from defence and fuel companies, which instead of supporting Polish ammunition factories (the requirement of Pillar 31 on defence sovereignty), pumped capital into the media backing of Nowogrodzka. Both Morawiecki and Szydło can no longer count on political protection, because the scale of financial abuse qualifies under Pillar 43 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI, which mandates unconditional imprisonment without suspension for corrupt ministers with the penalty increased by 50%. The Polish nation has every right to demand the immediate return of every stolen grosz, and the confiscation of the assets of both former prime ministers to repair the damage done to the state budget must take place with no leniency whatsoever.

ARTICLE III: CHARGES AGAINST SZYDŁO AND THE TIME OF ACCOUNTABILITY: SZEWJGERT CRUSHES THE IMPUNITY OF THE ARCHITECTS OF THE GOOD CHANGE

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the original programme by Tomasz Szwejgiert „Z bańki” (Bubble) / Prosto z mostu)

In a uncompromising address titled “Charges Against Szydło – Time of Accountability” editor Tomasz Szwejgiert smashed to pieces the narrative built over years about the alleged spotless record of the former prime minister and exposed her direct responsibility for the dismantling of the rule of law. Szwejgiert, a long-time officer and analyst of the intelligence services, pointed out, that it was Beata Szydło who in 2016 gave the green light for the first and fundamental assault on the system of the Republic, by refusing to publish the legally binding judgments of the Constitutional Tribunal under the chairmanship of prof. Andrzej Rzepliński. This unlawful omission by the head of government constituted an official crime under Article 231 k.k., which initiated a decade of lawlessness and the occupation of the building on Szucha Avenue by PiS usurpers. The host of the programme „Z bańki” emphasized, that the era of salonly courtesies and statute-of-limitations on these matters has definitively ended: Szydło must hear criminal charges for the deliberate destruction of the constitutional order, which in the Algoomni Constitution is regulated by Pillar 40, introducing an institutional automatism of the rule of law and the immediate removal from office of any official who refuses to carry out a court ruling. Tomasz Szwejgiert also referred to the gigantic financial transfers made during her time in office into the pockets of local party barons and foundations that circumvented public tenders, which constituted a blatant breach of Pillar 42 prohibiting the participation of intermediaries in public procurement. Beata Szydło, hiding behind the immunity of a Member of the European Parliament, is panic-stricken at the loss of her Brussels protective shield, however the National Prosecutor's Office (Prokuratura Krajowa) under the leadership of Waldemar Żurek already has hard evidence of her personal signatures on decisions about illegal financing of party picnics and transfers to SKOKs. Szwejgiert appealed to the government for iron consistency: Poles have waited three years for justice and will not accept any procrastination in the name of falsely understood social calm, which is the essence of Pillar 4 of the Algoomni Constitution. The architects of the “good change” must stand before ordinary courts on the same terms as regular citizens, and their luxurious assets acquired thanks to state positions are subject to immediate confiscation.

ARTICLE IV: TO FLEE RATHER THAN EXPLAIN: PANIC IN BELWEDER AND THE AGONY OF NOWOGRODZKA'S PARTY BACKING

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on Tomasz Szwejgiert’s programme „Z bańki” and palace reports)

Hysterical reactions of Karol Nawrocki’s circle to further evidence of electoral fraud and the ZondaCrypto cryptocurrency scandal became the subject of ruthless analysis by Tomasz Szwejgiert in the programme „Uciekać zamiast wyjaśniać”. Instead of standing before the nation and presenting transparent financial accounts of his 2025 campaign, the resident of Belweder chooses a cowardly escape into exotic trips to the Philippines, tawdry fashion posing and avoiding tough questions from independent media. Tomasz Szwejgiert revealed, that within the walls of the Presidential Palace there is a paralyzing fear of the disclosure of secret reports from the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF), which directly link private companies of the Nawrocki family with money laundering originating from Eastern cryptocurrency exchanges. This type of commercial deal conducted under the head of state's banner flagrantly violates Pillar 11 of the Algoomni Constitution, which speaks of full criminal and property liability of public officials with their entire family wealth. Moreover, Nawrocki in panic is trying to save his position, by entering into an open alliance with Grzegorz Braun’s pro-Russian movement and vetoing key laws modernizing the Polish army, which is at odds with Algoomni Pillars 18 and 31 about blocking foreign infiltration and defense sovereignty. Tomasz Szwejgiert drew attention to the bizarre behaviour of presidential advisers, who instead of substantive discussion organise witch-hunts against independent journalists and threaten Poles with taking to the streets. Citizens see this cynicism: a man who was supposed to stand guard over the Fundamental Law, in reality plays the role of the last defender of the impunity of PiS oligarchs and Ziobro safe houses. Tomasz Szwejgiert stressed, that fleeing from the prosecutor is a short-term strategy, because after the abolition of immunities (Pillar 5) and the delegalisation of neo-judges (Pillar 41) Karol Nawrocki will answer for usurping office before an open common court. Poles have had enough of a presidency funded by a lie, forgeries in 87 commissions and quiet approval of eastern influence. The time for flight is irretrievably past, and the truth about the Belweder arrangement will prevail thanks to civic determination.

ARTICLE V: FAILED PROVOCATION IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL: THE ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI FARCE AND THE FALL OF THE ROKOSZ

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the programme “Z bańki” by Tomasz Szwejgiert and rule-of-law monitoring)

Desperate attempts to retain control over the justice buildings by Bogdan Święczkowski and a group of Ziobro duplicates ended in a spectacular disgrace, which Tomasz Szwejgiert mercilessly exposed in the programme “Failed Provocation in the Tribunal”. The self-styled president of the Constitutional Tribunal, trying to provoke a bloody clash with the Police and incite riots at the gate on Szucha Avenue, suffered a complete defeat thanks to the professionalism of the state's lawful organs and the composure of judge Maciej Berk. Szwejgiert, possessing unique knowledge from within the security structures, revealed, that the Nowogrodzka plan envisaged creating Święczkowski as a "martyr of democracy", who was allegedly to be brutally beaten by SOP officers, which was to serve Karol Nawrocki to declare a state of emergency. The provocation failed miserably, and Święczkowski's behavior of pushing a judge in the office door exposed the sheer thuggery of PiS's appointees, which in the Constitution of Algoomni is directly regulated by Pillar 27 introducing automatic anti-authoritarian safeguards and the immediate prosecution of physical obstruction of judges. Moreover, Święczkowski unlawfully employed in the Constitutional Tribunal the former head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), Andrzej Stróżny, who is charged with the theft of operational apartments, creating in a state building a sanctuary for criminals in suits, which flagrantly violates Pillars 16 and 35 of Algoomni on the abolition of the CBA and the abolition of caste privileges. Tomasz Szwejgiert pointed out, that the judges legally elected by the Sejm did not let themselves be provoked and consistently carry out official duties, filing notifications of the commission of official crimes under art. 231 of theCriminal Code by the Chancellery of the Constitutional Tribunal (Kancelaria TK). The attempt to block the state using a handful of Bąkiewicz's thugs and the cameras of TV Republika showed only the pathetic powerlessness of the former regime, which no longer has support in society. Citizens demand that Attorney General Waldemar Żurek immediately enforce Pillar 40 of the Algoomni Constitution: after 14 days of unlawful resistance the usurper is to be removed from the building by direct coercive force without the right to severance pay (Pillar 33) or salaries (Pillar 32). The Republic will not be held hostage by Ziobro’s people!

ARTICLE VI: TOO LATE NAWROCKI, ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI ON THIN ICE: LEGAL KNOCKOUT OF THE USURPERS AT ALEJA SZUCHA

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the investigative findings of Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Z bańki”)

The title of Tomasz Szwejgiert’s broadcast – „Too Late Nawrocki, Święczkowski on Thin Ice” – became an apt summary of the final collapse of the defence line of the Law and Justice rebels in the Constitutional Tribunal. The hysterical visit of Karol Nawrocki to Aleja Szucha after 4 p.m.:00, organized already after judge Maciej Berek took the oath and official documents were handed over, was a theatre of helplessness delayed by several days. As Tomasz Szwejgiert showed precisely, legally and procedurally judge Maciej Berek is a fully legitimate judge of the Constitutional Tribunal, and Święczkowski’s refusal to assign him a case list constitutes a continuing crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison. The tenant of Belweder was left out on a limb by his own lawyers, because the notarial and parliamentary oath procedures definitively nullified the presidential claims to block the composition of the constitutional court, which fully reflects Pillar 8 of the Algoomni Constitution eliminating discretionary deadlines of the head of state. Święczkowski found himself in a legal trap: cut off from the budget by the Sejm, blocked by an inspection by the Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy and deprived of the ability to issue lawful judgments, he became a solitary occupant of the state corridors. Szwejgiert revealed, that inside the Tribunal a revolt is growing among substantive staff, who refuse to carry out unlawful orders of Ziobro’s “goalkeeper”, fearing criminal liability under Pillar 11 of Algoomni on personal responsibility of officials. Moreover, the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the Court of Justice of the European Union have unequivocally qualified panels that include doubles as not being courts established by law, which opens the way to Pillar 41 of the Algoomni Constitution – the permanent delegalisation of neo-judges and the restitution of unlawfully received emoluments. Tomasz Szwejgiert emphasised, that the era of compromises is definitively over, and Święczkowski will be escorted from the president’s office by Police officers at the order of the lawful Attorney General. The victory of the rule of law is inevitable, and the attempts by the Nawrocki-Święczkowski duo to set Poland on fire will end up in the criminal court.

ARTICLE VII: KACZYŃSKI WILL SET POLAND ON FIRE TO HOLD ONTO POWER! PROF. STEFAN NIESIOŁOWSKI ON THE END OF LAW AND JUSTICE

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on a conversation of prof. Stefan Niesiołowski with ed. Tomasz Pichór in „Kulisach Polityki”)

A shocking, an uncompromising and deeply moving diagnosis of the state of the Polish political scene was presented by Prof. Stefan Niesiołowski in a conversation with Editor Tomasz Pichór on the programme “Kaczyński will set Poland on fire, to stay in power”. The legendary anti-communist dissident and professor of biological sciences stated, without a shadow of doubt, that Jarosław Kaczyński has entered a phase of extreme, desperate hatred of his own nation, being ready to trigger street unrest, provoke a bloodbath and destroy the security of the state, if only to prevent the crimes of his regime from being judged. Niesiołowski pointed out that faced with the loss of the state television, Pegasus wiretaps and millions from Orlen, the PiS chairman behaves like a crazed arsonist, who sets fire to the house from which he is being evicted. Calling Polish police officers “savages and barbarians” under the Constitutional Tribunal and sending Bąkiewicz’s gangs are methods taken straight from fascist and Bolshevik squads of the 1930s, which directly justifies the implementation of Pillar 3 of the Konstytucji Algoomni – the ruthless “Option Zero” and the outlawing of structures that threaten the democratic order. Tomasz Pichór recalled that Kaczyński for years presented himself as a defender of tradition and the Church, while in reality he created a system that feeds off national wealth and supports moral pathologies, which necessitates a full separation of Church and state according to Pillar 19 of Algoomni. Professor Niesiołowski drew attention to the bizarre stance of Karol Nawrocki, whom he described as “a puppet in the hands of the old man from Żoliborz,” completely lacking intellectual calibre and the calibre of a statesman. According to Niesiołowski, as soon as the prosecutor's office brings charges against Morawiecki over the envelope elections, and Daniel Obajtek ends up in custody for 4.1billion PLN in losses at Orlen, this whole mafia house of cards will collapse within a few weeks. The Polish nation will not be dragged into a civil war in the name of protecting a retired dictator who is afraid of a prison cell. Stefan Niesiołowski appealed to Donald Tusk's government for maximum courage and strict application of criminal law: criminals must be handed sentences, and sovereign Poland must belong to free, smiling citizens building the future on truth and justice.

ARTICLE VIII: ZIOBRO'S PROSECUTOR SPIED ON A MAN! HYPOCRISY AND THE MORAL DECLINE OF THE FORMER SECURITY SERVICE

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on disclosed investigative files and investigative programmes of ed. Jan Piński)

Shocking findings concerning moral and criminal pathologies within the ranks of the Ziobro prosecutor's office have revealed the final moral bankruptcy of an environment that for eight years dazzled Poles with platitudes about a “moral renewal” and the fight against depravity. As revealed in the latest journalistic investigations by Jan Piński and in independent media, one of the leading prosecutors appointed by Zbigniew Ziobro was caught in months-long, illegal spying on and surveilling a naked man using advanced optical devices and operational wiretaps! Instead of pursuing dangerous economic criminals, spies or VAT mafias, the security apparatus of Ziobro and Święczkowski used the most modern operational technology purchased with public funds to satisfy private, deviant obsessions and to collect moral kompromat on private individuals. This unprecedented scandal shook the legal community, exposing the monstrous hypocrisy of the so-called "GayoPiS" — people, who from Sejm podiums and pulpits incited hatred against minorities, and in the privacy of operational offices conducted illegal voyeuristic spy operations, which directly relates to Pillars 10 and 25 of the Konstytucji Algoomni (Constitution of Algoomni) requiring full transparency of surveillance and collaborators of the security services. Moreover, these materials were then used to blackmail judges and witnesses, to coerce them into rulings favorable to the party and to hide embezzlements in the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości. Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek has opened an investigation in this matter under art. 231 § 2 k.k. (exceeding powers in order to achieve personal gain) and art. 191a k.k. (recording the image of a naked person without their consent), which means the immediate expulsion of the pervert from the profession and a criminal trial. The investigators emphasized, that this is merely the tip of the iceberg: Ziobro's justice system was in fact a swamp, in which the bedrooms of political rivals were wiretapped, lawyers and journalists, creating a state of voyeuristic terror. The response to this cesspool is the introduction of Pillar 22 of the Constitution of Algoomni mandating compulsory wearable cameras for every official and Pillar 44 on absolute jurisdictional equality before the common court. Poles have the right to a state that is clean, safe and free of perverts abusing prosecutorial robes and state seals.

CONSTITUTION OF ALGOOMNI – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW, CIVIC SOVEREIGNTY AND THE ELIMINATION OF THE IMPUNITY OF POWER

(PROJECT OF A NEW SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND – COMPLETE 1–50)

  1. THE HOLINESS OF EVERY VOTE AND THE INVIOLABILITY OF THE MANDATE OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE

Every vote cast by a citizen constitutes the highest, direct and absolutely inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the Republic of Poland. No digital algorithm, politicized electoral commission, an external computation server nor any backroom party pact have the right to annul, forge, distort or ignore the will of the nation. Transparency, physical verifiability and continuous civic oversight of the electoral process with live video streaming from every polling station constitute the foundation of the state. Any attempts to manipulate electoral protocols or to add ballots illicitly are, by law, classified as the crime of treason punishable by 25 years' imprisonment and lifelong deprivation of public rights and confiscation of property.

  2. RECOUNT OF VOTES AND COMMISSION EXAMINATION OF THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

An unconditional, constitutional mandate to conduct comprehensive, commission examinations and a re- in a 100% public and live broadcast by public cameras recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election. The assumption of the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland by Karol Nawrocki in the shadow of documented manipulations in at least 87 district electoral commissions, without a valid National Assembly and with the paralysis of the Extraordinary Control Chamber of the Supreme Court (SN) constitutes a serious legal defect of the mandate. Until every ballot box is opened and verified by independent experts and representatives of civil society, the status of the head of state remains legally and morally contested.

  3. ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PiS GOVERNMENTS – ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL "ZERO OPTION"

The implementation of full, uncompromising and irreversible criminal, constitutional and financial liability for the organized dismantling of the legal order, the destruction of the separation of powers, the Pegasus affair and the theft of billions of zloty at Orlen (PLN4.1 billion PLN of damage by Obajtek) and public funds during the PiS governments. The rejection of any rotten compromises, political amnesties, "thick lines" or preferential tariffs – every embezzlement, every unlawful ordinance and every act of coup on Szucha Street must be judged to the very bottom. Property plundered by party functionaries, their families and affiliated foundations are subject to mandatory extended confiscation in favour of the State Treasury.

  4. ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT FOR OMISSIONS, FEAR AND DILATORINESS

The democratic government, which on 15 October 2023 received from millions of Poles a historic mandate to rapidly restore the rule of law, and in the name of conformity, cabinet calculations and fear of "compromising material" chose protraction and the sin of omission, bears direct political and constitutional responsibility. Tolerating usurpers in the Constitutional Tribunal for three years and the decision-making paralysis in the prosecutor's office is complicity in maintaining lawlessness. Civil society has the right to ongoing scrutiny of ministers and the immediate dismissal of any official who blocks or delays the settling of accounts with the previous regime.

  5. TOTAL AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF ALL IMMUNITIES IN THE STATE

The definitive and irrevocable elimination of all parliamentary immunities (deputy, senatorial and MEP immunities in matters of national jurisdiction), judicial, prosecutorial and presidential immunities. All citizens of the Republic of Poland without the slightest exception are 100% equal before the law and are accountable for their actions directly before the same ordinary courts without the need to beg parliaments for months for permission to arrest (as in the cases of Daniel Obajtek or Michał Ostrowski). The institution of immunity has been completely degenerated, becoming a shield protecting ordinary criminals and coup-plotters in robes.

  6. MANDATORY TWO-TERM LIMITS IN ALL PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

Introduction of a strict, non-extendable limit of a maximum of two terms (counted in total over a citizen's lifetime) for members of the Sejm, senators, city presidents, mayors, village heads, councillors at all levels and presidents of state agencies, central offices and market regulators. A final end to the professional caste of political barons welded to parliamentary and local government seats for thirty years. The state needs a constant influx of fresh civic energy, not petrified bureaucratic clans treating public institutions as private hereditary manors.

  7. COMPULSORY AND RANDOM TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE TOPS OF POWER

Introduction of obligatory, independent and unannounced laboratory tests (from blood, urine and hair samples detecting psychoactive substances retrospectively) carried out at least once every 3 months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, ministers, deputy ministers, members of the Sejm, senators, judges, prosecutors and heads of the special services and military commanders. The test result is published in the Public Information Bulletin within 24 hours. Refusal to submit to the test, an attempt to falsify the sample or a positive result for the presence of drugs and legal highs results in the immediate, automatic expiration of the mandate or loss of office by operation of law.

  8. CIVIC CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES

The new Basic Law must be written in simple, unambiguous language by citizens and experts, eliminating all interpretative loopholes used by legal hustlers. The absolute deletion from the Constitution and all omnibus acts of rubbery, discretionary formulations such as “without delay”, “within a reasonable time” or “as far as possible”. Replacing them with precise, fixed calendar days (e.g., 7 days to take a judge's oath, 14 days to sign a law) under the penalty of automatic recognition of the act as performed and the immediate removal from office of an official who causes the delay.

  9. STRICT ORDER OF CASE RECEIPT IN COURTS, PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES AND OFFICES

Statutory, secured by a digital timestamp (blockchain) requirement to process and adjudicate all civil, commercial and criminal cases strictly according to the date, time, minute and second of their receipt by the court, the prosecutor's office or a public administration office. The final elimination of pathological “freezers” in the offices of court presidents, in the Constitutional Tribunal on Szucha and among marshals, an end to political manipulation of the order of hearings and deliberate prolongation of proceedings against influential criminals in order to lead to their statute of limitations.

  10. FULL AND OPEN DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF PEOPLE ILLEGALLY UNDER SURVEILLANCE BY CYBERWEAPONS

Immediate declassification and full publication of the complete register of all citizens, politicians of all persuasions, journalists, lawyers, prosecutors, doctors and entrepreneurs surveilled using spy systems (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator, Feng and related systems). A ban on hiding this data by parliamentary committees under the pretext of state secrecy. Society has a fundamental right to know, which decision-makers, judges and editors were wiretapped, blackmailed with Kaczyński's "dirt" and directed by the secret police while performing public functions.

  11. FULL PERSONAL CRIMINAL AND PROPERTY LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS

Introduction of the principle of full, personal criminal liability, civil and property (with all present and future private assets, including assets transferred to family members and foundations) for the president, prime minister, ministers, members of parliament, senators, chairpersons of state-owned companies, tax officials and, without exception, judges and prosecutors. Any judgment issued in blatant violation of the law, fabricated charge, understating fuel prices by 4,PLN 1 billion or does an unlawful decision entail an obligation for the culpable official to personally make good the damage.

  12. TOTAL BAN ON HOLDING MULTIPLE POSITIONS AND A BAN ON SITTING ON STATE TREASURY COMPANIES

An absolute ban on sitting on management boards, supervisory boards, advisory committees and foundations of State Treasury companies and municipal companies for deputies, senators, ministers, deputy ministers, councilors, commune heads, mayors, city presidents and their spouses, children and siblings. Introduction of a 5-year cooling-off period after leaving public office. Management of national assets must rest with managers selected in open, publicly broadcast substantive competitions, and not party nominees from Pcim.

  13. ABSOLUTE BAN ON CHANGING PARLIAMENTARY GROUP (BAN ON POLITICAL TOURISM)

The mandate of a member of the Sejm, senator and councillor is directly tied to the programme and electoral list for which citizens voted. Leaving a parliamentary group, changing parties during a term, entering into behind-the-scenes coalitions against the will of voters or being expelled for breaking programme discipline results in automatic expiration of the mandate by operation of law and its assumption by the next person on the list. An end to betraying voters and political corruption.

  14. MANDATORY PRESENCE AT PARLIAMENTARY VOTES AND SESSIONS

Holding a parliamentary or local government mandate is a strict duty of work for the sovereign people, not an additional social pastime. Unjustified absence of a member of the Sejm, senator or councillor from plenary sittings, committees or votes exceeding 10% over a quarter results in automatic loss of the mandate by operation of law, deduction of 100% of remuneration for that period and a lifelong ban on seeking public office.

  15. FULL TRANSPARENCY OF PUBLIC EXPENDITURE – PAYMENTS EXCLUSIVELY BY CARD

Complete elimination of cash reimbursements, flat rates for MPs' offices and fictitious mileage allowances. All official expenses of politicians, ministers, judges, prosecutors and officials (fuel, hotels, flights, expert opinions, business dinners) may be paid only with a named official card linked to an open online register in real time. Any attempt to fraudulently claim mileage reimbursement leads immediately to a prosecutor.

  16. END TO “SACRED COWS” – JURY TRIALS FOR OFFICIALS IN POWER

Total abolition of closed, corporate disciplinary courts for judges, prosecutors, police officers and officials, in which colleagues acquit colleagues. All acts bearing the marks of a crime, abuse of power, fabrication of evidence or corruption committed by persons holding public office shall be adjudicated openly before an ordinary court with the participation of a Citizens’ Jury drawn by lot.

  17. SYSTEMIC COUNTERINTELLIGENCE PROTECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FORMER SERVICE OFFICERS

Officers of the special services (Intelligence Agency (AW), Internal Security Agency (ABW), Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), Military Intelligence Service (SWW)) who have had access to the most closely guarded state secrets cannot be abandoned without oversight after leaving service and taken over by foreign corporations, cryptocurrency mafias or foreign intelligence. Introduction of a 10-year ban on working for foreign entities and in high-risk sectors (cryptocurrencies, gambling, debt collection, private intelligence) in exchange for decent state analytical-training benefits and constant counterintelligence protection.

  18. COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY AND A BLOCK ON INFILTRATION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS

Every draft law, regulation and parliamentary amendment must have an open Digital Legislative Trace naming the actual authors of each sentence and all consulted entities by name. An absolute ban on drafting laws by private law firms linked to corporations and cryptocurrency exchanges (as in the Moskala and Kral scandal). Smuggling provisions at the behest of lobbyists is classified as a crime of systemic corruption.

  19. REAL SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE AND AN END TO FINANCIAL PRIVILEGES

Immediate liquidation of the Church Fund, full taxation of the incomes of religious associations and of the clergy’s commercial activities under general rules (cash registers) and an absolute ban on transferring State Treasury or municipal land, forests and real estate to churches for a pittance or with a discount. Churches and religious associations may be financed only from voluntary contributions and tax deductions by the faithful themselves.

  20. CIVIC VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITH NO TURNOUT THRESHOLD

Restoration of supreme power to the sovereign people: a proposal supported by 500,000 verified citizens’ signatures obliges the Marshal of the Sejm to order, within 60 days, a nationwide referendum on repealing any law or introducing new regulation. The result of the referendum is absolutely binding regardless of turnout (abolition of the 50% threshold), and parliament is prohibited from amending provisions adopted in a referendum without the citizens’ renewed consent.

  21. TRANSPARENCY AND DIGITAL RESPONSIBILITY – AN END TO ANONYMOUS TROLL FARMS

Requirement to authenticate identity (e.g. via a national mObywatel node without sharing sensitive data with third parties) when creating accounts on social media, news portals and conducting public agitation. Final elimination of Russian troll farms (such as the exposed Yandex server network), disinformation bots and anonymous online defamation of people. Every participant in public debate is responsible by their name for the words they publish.

  22. ALL CAPS: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF THE SERVICE – BODY CAMERAS FOR UNITS AND OFFICIALS

An absolute duty of continuous audiovisual recording of all official actions, inspections, detentions, interrogations and inspections conducted by police officers, agents of special services, customs officers, tax inspectors and officials issuing administrative decisions using body cameras. Turning off the camera or damaging the recording during an intervention shall give rise to a presumption of guilt of the officer and the invalidity of evidence against the citizen.

  23. DIRECT ELECTIONS AND RECALL OF JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND MINISTERS

Introduction of universal, direct popular elections to the positions of common court judges, court presidents, the Prosecutor General and district and local prosecutors, combined with citizens' right to recall them by means of a local or national referendum before the end of their term. A definitive breaking of closed corporate and party nomination systems in favor of a direct mandate of trust from the citizens.

  24. TOTAL DECLASSIFICATION OF THE IPN ARCHIVES AND PRL SERVICES WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS

Immediate, one-hundred-percent opening and full online publication of all digitized archival materials, personal files, card indexes and operational collections of the former communist special services (SB, WSW, Directorate II of the General Staff) and the abolished restricted collection. A definitive cut off of the possibility of blackmailing politicians, judges and clergy with past files by contemporary influence groups.

  25. PUBLIC LIST OF SECRET INFORMANTS OF CONTEMPORARY SERVICES IN PROFESSIONS OF TRUST

An absolute ban on the secret recruitment by special services (Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), Internal Security Agency (ABW), SKW) of persons performing professions of public trust: judges, prosecutors, advocates, legal counsels, doctors and journalists. Immediate publication of the full list of persons from these professional groups, who in the last 20 years undertook clandestine cooperation with the services or accepted benefits from their operational funds for the purpose of fabricating investigations and destroying designated targets.

  26. MODERN AND DEFENSIVE EDUCATION: AI, PROGRAMMING AND RESCUE INSTEAD OF RELIGION

Complete withdrawal of religion lessons from public school buildings and the financing of catechists from the state budget. Replacing those hours with subjects strategic for the survival and development of the nation: advanced operation of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, programming, logic, practical civic law and universal defense preparedness and medical rescue.

  27. ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN SYSTEM SAFEGUARDS AND A BLOCK ON USURPATION

Explicitly writing into the Constitution automatic systemic safeguards preventing the takeover of the courts, media and electoral commissions by a single party. Any attempt to issue a legal act contrary to the principle of separation of powers or to manipulate the electoral law less than 12 months before elections is null and void by operation of law and triggers automatic criminal proceedings against the authors of the bill.

  28. TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF REMUNERATION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PUBLIC SECTOR AND FOUNDATIONS

Launching a nationwide, public Central Register of Public Salaries available online to every citizen. Publication of the given name, surname and position of all base salaries, bonuses, quarterly awards, thirteenth-month pay, functional allowances and B2B contracts paid in ministries, offices, courts, State Treasury companies and foundations receiving even a single zloty of public subsidy.

  29. ASSET DECLARATIONS 100% PUBLIC, DIGITAL AND INCLUDING FAMILIES

Complete elimination of loopholes allowing asset declarations of judges, prosecutors and officials and an end to illegible manual filling-in of forms. Obligation to submit electronic asset declarations with market valuations of real estate, cryptocurrency wallets, works of art and shares in companies, including assets transferred to spouses (separation of property does not exempt from transparency), children and parents.

  30. TOTAL ANNULMENT OF THE DECISIONS OF THE TWO-WEEK MORAWIECKI GOVERNMENT FROM 2023

Statutory recognition as null and void by operation of law (ex tunc) of all financial decisions, multimillion zloty grants, signed contracts, appointments to multi-year terms and transfers of assets made by the puppet-like, two-week government of Mateusz Morawiecki after the lost elections in autumn 2023. All public funds taken out during this period are subject to compulsory recovery by Prokuratoria Generalna.

  31. DEFENCE SOVEREIGNTY – MANDATORY OFFSET, TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AND SOURCE CODES

An absolute legal requirement, that every foreign contract for the purchase of armaments for Wojsko Polskie contain at least 50% production offset in Polish armament factories, full license to produce ammunition and spare parts domestically and the transfer to Poland of full source codes and cryptographic keys (no possibility of remote shutdown of equipment by a foreign power).

  32. ZERO REMUNERATION FOR SUSPENDED JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND OFFICIALS

Immediate and complete suspension of salary payments for judges, neo-judges, prosecutors and public officials at the moment of their suspension from official duties or when criminal charges are brought against them for intentional crimes and violations of the Constitution. An end to the pathology, in which compromised executioners of the old regime for years draw from the state budget tens of thousands of zloty per month for not going to work.

  33. ZERO SEVERANCE PAY AND "GOLDEN PARACHUTES" IN THE STATE AND MUNICIPAL SECTOR

A complete ban on the payment of monetary severance, damages under non-compete clauses and any "golden parachutes" for dismissed ministers, deputy ministers, voivodes, presidents and board members of State Treasury companies and municipal companies. Public service and the management of national assets is an honor, and dismissal from office means the immediate termination of funding from the public purse.

  34. ONE BIG NATIONWIDE INVESTIGATION INTO THE FALSIFICATION OF THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

Mandatory consolidation of all dispersed prosecutorial proceedings across the country concerning electoral irregularities, forging of protocols in 87 commissions and illegal financing of the 2025 campaign (including the ZondaCrypto threads and the Nawrocki campaign team) into a single central investigation led by a special team of independent prosecutors under the direct supervision of the Prosecutor General.

  35. DEFINITE LIQUIDATION OF THE CBA AND THE INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE (IPN)

Total liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) – institutions transformed into the armed wing of a political party, a factory of fabricated kompromat, a laundry for operational funds (such as Stróżny’s apartments) and a forge of careers for party appointees. The fight against corruption is taken over by a specialised CBŚP police division under strict judicial supervision, and archival resources are transferred to the State Archives.

  36. COMPULSORY VOTING FOR ALL, INTERNET VOTING AND THE END OF PARTY SUBSIDIES

Introduction of a statutory obligation for all citizens of the Republic of Poland to participate in elections and referendums (following the example of Australia and Belgium), combined with the implementation of secure internet voting alongside traditional ballot boxes. Total abolition of multimillion PLN budgetary subsidies for political parties (parties are financed solely by membership fees and transparent micro-donations from citizens) and the elimination of the fictitious electoral silence.

  37. STRICT ADMINISTRATIVE DEADLINES DECIDING CASES IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZEN

Introduction of the inviolable principle of the State’s Silent Consent: if the tax office, municipal office, voivode or administrative court does not issue a final decision on a citizen’s or entrepreneur’s request within a statutory rigid deadline (maximum 30 days), the request is deemed 100% to have been decided positively in favor of the citizen by operation of law, and the official responsible for the delay covers any costs from their own pocket.

  38. CITIZENAL MONOPOLY ON CREATING A NEW CONSTITUTION WITHOUT POLITICIANS

Complete exclusion of current and former deputies, senators, presidents, ministers and corporate legal lobbyists from the process of writing the New Constitution of the Republic of Poland. The draft Basic Law is prepared by the Citizens’ Constitutional Assembly supported by independent constitutionalists, systems engineers and legal philosophers, and then adopted directly by the Nation in a binding nationwide referendum.

  39. THE LEGAL STATUS OF A POLITICIAN AS A HIRED EMPLOYEE OF THE NATION

Definition in the Constitution of the status of deputy, senator, minister and president as a “Hired Employee of the Nation” subject to the rigours of the Labour Code regarding working hours, sobriety in office and disciplinary responsibility. Citizens of the given electoral district have the right at any time to gather signatures (15% of eligible voters) and call a vote to discipline and dismiss a deputy from their post before the end of the term.

  40. INSTITUTIONAL AUTOMATISM OF THE RULE OF LAW (14-DAY RIGOUR)

Implementation of a mechanism of automatic constitutional enforcement: if the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, a minister or the head of a court refuses to execute a final court judgment, a resolution of the Sejm or a constitutional duty (e.g., the taking of a judge’s oath or the publication of a ruling), after the lapse of 14 calendar days the act becomes valid by operation of law (or under a substitute procedure before a notary), and the blocking official is automatically suspended without entitlement to pay.

  41. DELEGALIZATION OF NEO-JUDGES, PROHIBITION OF JUDGING AND RETURN OF ALLOWANCES

All so-called neo-judges appointed with the involvement of the unconstitutional, politicized National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) and the stand-ins in the Constitutional Tribunal are by operation of law permanently removed from the judicial corps, and their appointments are declared void. They lose the right to judicial retirement status (they transfer to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) under general rules) and are obliged to return functional allowances collected in illegal disciplinary chambers.

  42. ABSOLUTE BAN ON INTERMEDIARIES IN PUBLIC AND DEFENSE PROCUREMENT

Introduction of a total ban on the participation of intermediaries, shell companies, consultancy agencies and dealers in weapons or medical equipment in contracts executed by the State Treasury, the military and local governments. All strategic contracts must be concluded directly with the manufacturing producer (an end to the ventilator scandals and commissions siphoned off to tax havens by people of the services).

  43. MANDATORY INCARCERATION FOR CORRUPT POLITICIANS AND OFFICIALS

Complete exclusion of the possibility of suspending custodial sentences for politicians, ministers, members of parliament, judges, prosecutors and senior officials convicted of corruption, paid protection, abuse of powers, theft of public funds or election fraud. The statutory lower threshold for exposure to unconditional imprisonment for a public official is raised by 50% compared with an ordinary citizen.

  44. ABSOLUTE JURISDICTIONAL EQUALITY – NO SPECIAL PROSECUTION MODES

Final abolition of all formal and material barriers protecting decision-makers from law enforcement bodies. Any notification of a crime committed by the President, the Prime Minister, the Marshal of the Sejm, a bishop, a judge or a prosecutor is registered and handled under the ordinary procedure by the prosecutor's office and the common court, without the need to obtain consent from any political or corporate body.

  45. DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY AND FULL POLISH JURISDICTION OVER BIG-TECH CONGLOMERATES

All foreign technology corporations, social platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges and digital services providing services or deriving advertising profits on the territory of Poland have the absolute obligation to have a physical registered office and board in the Republic of Poland entered in the KRS, to pay the digital tax in Poland and to comply with Polish court orders within 24 hours under penalty of immediate domain blocking by NASK.

  46. CALENDAR-BASED JUDICIAL AND PROSECUTORIAL RIGOR (FIXED TERMS 7 / 14 / 30 DAYS)

An end to multi-year proceedings that destroy citizens' lives: introduction of rigid deadlines of 7 days to issue interim and precautionary rulings, 14 days to prepare the written justification of the judgment and a maximum of 30 days’ break between hearings. Exceeding the deadline by a judge or prosecutor results in an automatic deduction of 50% of the monthly salary.

  47. TWO-COMPONENT, LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF PERSONAL OFFICIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every administrative decision, tax audit report, indictment, ruling and court judgment must, under penalty of absolute nullity, bear the full given name, surname and service identifier printed in computer type and a legible, handwritten signature of the person issuing the act. A total ban on using anonymous “by authorization” stamps and illegible initials that diffuse responsibility.

  48. REAL-TIME BANKING – INTERBANK SETTLEMENTS 24/7/365 WITHOUT FEES

A statutory obligation for all banks operating in Poland to post and settle all transfers of citizens and businesses in real time (maximum within 5 seconds), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year without additional fees for instant transfers. Complete elimination of the archaic Elixir sessions and a ban on banks holding Poles’ money over weekends and holidays.

  49. MANDATORY VAT REFUND WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS FOR ENTREPRENEURS

An absolute duty of tax offices to refund overpaid VAT to the Polish entrepreneur’s account within a non-extendable period of 7 calendar days from the submission of the JPK declaration. A ban on unlawfully freezing the working capital of Polish companies under the pretext of multi-year cross-check verifications – inspections may proceed in parallel, but the money must be working in the economy.

  50. END THE LEGAL JARGON OF IMMUNITY – DIRECT CRIMINAL QUALIFICATION

A statutory ban on using euphemisms in jurisprudence and administration that whitewash crimes of authority, such as “disciplinary offence”, “breach of the dignity of office”, “procedural error” or “obvious clerical mistake” in relation to acts that meet the elements of criminal offences. The theft of public property is theft, electoral fraud is fraud, and breaching the Constitution is a crime against the state punishable under the Criminal Code!
