THE FALL OF A CORRUPT NETWORK, PANIC AMONG THE RIGHT-WING RANKS AND THE STRATEGIC IMPERATIVE OF A SINGLE LIST FOR POLAND

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski — Editor-in-Chief Gazeta Logomarka | ISSN 3072-6379 | ALGOOMNI P.S.A.

Thursday, 29 October 2026, brings decisive political and legal rulings that expose the deep decay of the structures of the former regime and the determination of a free civil society. In the foreground stands the drama of the right wing: the failure to build a joint Senate bloc, where as many as 17 PiS senators refuse to resign in favour of coalition partners, has revealed the purely mercantile nature of the Nowogrodzka party, in which no one intends to sacrifice seats for party myths. Jarosław Kaczyński, paralyzed by advancing political depression and a revolt within his own structures, is desperately probing for a purge on the candidate lists and for replacing compromised barons with unknown youth-organization activists. At the same time panic broke out in Pałac Namiestnikowski after the unmasking of the looting of nearly 50 million zloty (PLN) at the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) under the rule of Karol Nawrocki, where millions were sunk into fictitious offices in Washington and failed computer games, while Belweder brazenly refuses to account for the one million zloty (PLN) a day spent on palace feasts and private horses. At the same time new threads of the Zamość prosecutorial network attempting to intimidate investigative journalists in defence of compromised investigators linked to the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) are coming to light. In the face of international upheavals around Ukraine and attempts to turn Poland into a buffer zone, the national interest demands iron consolidation: the ruthless arithmetic of the d’Hondt electoral formula proves that only one joint list of democratic forces guarantees winning a stable parliamentary majority and definitively consigning the patho-right to the dustbin of history. In the 48th issue of Gazeta Logomarka we publish 8 uncompromising analytical investigations (each rigorously more than 20 full sentences, prepared exactly in the order of the submitted recordings) and we present an authentic, fully developed ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION — 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW with no abbreviations, which constitutes the foundation of the sovereignty of the Free Nation!

PUBLIC DEBATE / YOUNG GENERATION / POLITICAL GRILL

ARTICLE I: POLITICAL GRILL WITH KACPER NOWICKI: THE YOUNG LEFT FACE QUESTIONS FROM VOTERS OF THE COALITION. TOMASZ WIEJSKI IN “OKIEM WIEJSKIEGO”

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the programme of editor Tomasz Wiejski with the participation of Kacper Nowicki) | ISSN 3072-6379

Wednesday evening brought to the channel “Okiem Wiejskiego” a unprecedented clash between the young generation of politicians and mature, informed voters of the 15 October coalition. Kacper Nowicki, known until now for dynamic and sharp polemics with far-right politicians, decided to engage in a direct live confrontation with the viewers of Tomasz Wiejski. The host warned right at the start, that the political grilling format requires discipline and concise, substantive answers to citizens' questions without resorting to party double-speak. Viewers, with no mercy, held the young activist to account for the extremely destructive behaviors of parts of the Razem party and left-wing factions, which with their radical attacks on the government of Donald Tusk were breaking the coalition's cohesion. Many commentators recalled the bitter truth about the presidential election, in which the sectarian stance of "anything but Trzaskowski" helped pave the way to power for Karol Nawrocki. Wiejski emphasized, that young left politicians must understand, what the supreme raison d'état is and the basic responsibility for the fate of the Homeland in the face of the threat from the east. Nowicki had to face questions about passivity on women's rights, pushing demands that divide the democratic camp and the lack of a clear break with the hateful behaviors of party activists. Voters sent a clear signal, that there is no tolerance for political celebrity behavior and treating a parliamentary mandate as a trampoline for building personal popularity on social media. Real politics requires hard compromises, respect for older coalition partners and iron discipline in defending the rule of law. This discussion became a valuable lesson in humility for the younger generation, which too often places ideological radicalism above the pragmatic effectiveness of governance. Wiejski reminded them, that a strong democratic camp can survive only on the condition of full loyalty and dialogue with voters representing different social sensibilities. The time for backyard squabbles over party labels is over, and the upcoming 2027 elections will be a maturity test for the entire Polish left. We must not allow a situation in which petty sulks lead to the return of an authoritarian regime. Poles expect maturity and a focus on real economic problems and the security of the state. Young activists must prove their industriousness in the field, and not only in television studios. In this area Pillar 39 of the Constitution of Algoomni defines a member of parliament and an activist as a hired employee of the Nation, to be rigorously held accountable for the execution of their mandate under the penalty of losing their office. Pillar 6 introduces a hard limit of a maximum of two terms, preventing the emergence of ossified cliques of youth wings feeding off the budget. Pillar 13 absolutely forbids political tourism and betrayal of the electoral programme under penalty of automatic termination of mandate. Pillar 20 restores the primacy of the sovereign people through binding referenda without a turnout threshold, eliminating the dictate of party apparatchiks. Meanwhile Pillar 26 focuses on modern education based on science and technology, rejecting sterile ideological disputes that paralyse public debate. Poland needs responsible leaders, not political celebrities who lose touch with the nation. True democratic strength is born in open, uncompromising conversation with citizens.

THE COLLAPSE OF THE RIGHT / SENATE 2027 / REBELLION OF THE BARONS

ARTICLE II: ONE LIST, FIVE LEADERS: TUSK CAN ORDER POPCORN! JAN PIŃSKI AND TOMASZ SZW E JG I ERT ON THE REBELLION OF 17 PIS SENATORS

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings by editor Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Kulisy Polityki”) | ISSN 3072-6379

A crushing and uniquely behind-the-scenes report by Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert on the „Kulisy Polityki” channel revealed a complete paralysis of unification negotiations on the right of the political scene. The journalists revealed that the project for a joint Senate list pushed by Nowogrodzka, involving Konfederacja and the Korona of Grzegorz Braun, provoked a powerful rebellion within the structures of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość.The plan assumed that in the name of an agreement as many as 17 incumbent PiS senators would voluntarily withdraw from running and hand over their single-member districts to people of Sławomir Mentzen and Krzysztof Bosak.Szwejgiert exposed this naivety: politicians who have sat in the upper chamber for several terms categorically refused to jump into a political abyss, announcing they would run from their own, independent electoral committees. The situation is complicated by the stance of Mateusz Morawiecki, who firmly vetoed any alliances with extreme Braunists, fearing the loss of the last remnants of his image in the West.Without Brauns’s structures’ support, however, the right has no mathematical chance of winning a majority in the Senate, which leaves Jarosław Kaczyński in a no-win situation.Piński diagnosed this state as a caricature of unification: the right has five leaders fighting each other, and each one cares only about preserving his own immunity and the state subsidy. At the same time, attempts to arrange lists with Konfederacja were completely discredited, where former SLD apparatchiks, who after years suddenly felt a "calling" to national radicalism, are pushing themselves into top places. This whole spectacle exposes the cynicism of the camp in which patriotic slogans serve only as a screen for the fight over lucrative posts and access to the state coffers.Donald Tusk can calmly watch this crash with a bowl of popcorn, knowing that the right-wing bloc will fall apart before the election campaign even begins.Piński reminded that none of these politicians thinks about repairing the state, and their only goal remains sheltering from the prosecutor’s office behind senatorial immunity.Voters see this bargain and will mercilessly reject formations that treat the state as private plunder. Kaczyński has lost control of the party, which instead of a monolith has become a gathering of feuding clans. The rejection of a joint list will seal the loss of the Senate by the right-wing camp for another term. This collapse exposes the ideological emptiness of groupings for which the only binder was state-owned companies. In this context Pillar 5 of the Constitution of Algoomni definitively and unconditionally abolishes all formal and material immunities, preventing the treatment of a mandate as a shield against the law. Pillar 36 abolishes budgetary subsidies for political parties, putting an end to the financing of parasitic structures from taxpayers’ pockets. Pillar 14 introduces an absolute duty of attendance at sessions and votes under penalty of immediate loss of mandate. Pillar 44 establishes complete jurisdictional equality before ordinary courts regardless of party membership. Meanwhile Pillar 50 prohibits the use of euphemistic impunity, mandating the prosecution of party trading of offices directly under the Penal Code. The time of political traders of posts is coming to an end, and a law-abiding Poland will restore the dignity of its constitutional institutions. Voters will force the cleansing of parliament from people who place their own interest above the good of the Fatherland.

GEOPOLITICS / WAR IN UKRAINE / NATIONAL SECURITY

ARTICLE III: THEY WANT TO TURN POLAND INTO A TEST RANGE: A CATASTROPHE THREATENS US! PROF. JACEK IZYDORCZYK AND TOMASZ PICHÓR ON THE GEOPOLITICAL ZONE OF CRUSHING

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the conversation of prof. Jacek Izydorczyk with editor Tomasz Pichór on the programme „Kulisy Polityki”) | ISSN 3072-6379

A stunning and profoundly deep geopolitical analysis by the eminent lawyer and diplomat Professor Jacek Izydorczyk in conversation with editor Tomasz Pichór delivered a merciless warning of a mortal danger to Poland.Professor Izydorczyk forcefully reminded that in Anglo-Saxon geopolitical doctrine the area between Russia and Germany has for over a hundred years been treated exclusively as a "zone of crushing" and a proving ground for great powers. The expert stressed that the war in Ukraine was strategically lost for Kyiv from the very beginning, and that its artificial prolongation serves the interests of foreign capitals preparing for a global clash in the Pacific. The greatest drama of Poland remains the fact that foreign decision-making centres are attempting to transfer this proving ground directly onto our national territoryIzydorczyk exposed the extreme irresponsibility of the Warsaw pseudo-elites, who uncritically handed over their own armaments and military equipment without receiving in return any firm security guaranteesThe expert diagnosed the state of the Polish state as progressing anomie — a situation in which the law formally exists but in practice does not bind the ruling coterie, which inevitably leads to a catastrophe on the scale of September 1939He drew attention to the dramatic lack of national strategic thought since 1989: Poland driftingly goes with the current of foreign interests, consenting to the role of a buffer and payer of other people's warsThe professor warned against a post-war “Somalization” of Ukraine, where rule will be assumed by armed warlords, and a wave of organised crime and terrorism will flood Polish cities through a leaky borderHe also recalled that true great powers care only for their own security, like the USA, which, despite having a direct border with Russia in Alaska, maintains total calm and order therePoland must immediately break with the role of a naive implementer of foreign orders and begin to build a hard, sovereign deterrent force. The security of the nation cannot be based on illusions and servile declarations towards politicians in Washington or Berlin. It is necessary to immediately define our own interests and firmly defend the borders against the uncontrolled influx of armed groups. The Polish raison d'état requires a sovereign defence industry and independence from external dictates. Our citizens cannot bear the costs of geopolitical adventures played out by foreign powers. In this strategic framing, PILLAR 31 OF THE ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION mandates absolute armament sovereignty, including full industrial offsets, domestic servicing and the acquisition of source codes with every military contract. PILLAR 33 defines the Polish raison d'état as the highest legal imperative, superior to any treaties and demands of foreign allies. PILLAR 18 categorically prohibits informal lobbying by foreign powers in Polish legislation under penalty for treason. PILLAR 42 eliminates all foreign intermediaries and shell companies in strategic defence procurements. Meanwhile PILLAR 27 establishes hard constitutional safeguards protecting the Republic from surrendering sovereignty into the hands of external centres of power. Poland will survive the coming convulsions only if it regains steerability and begins to ruthlessly pursue its own national interests.

LAWLESSNESS IN THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE / CENTRAL ANTI-CORRUPTION BUREAU (CBA) AFFAIR / ZAMOŚĆ

ARTICLE IV: PROSECUTOR GRZEGORZ KRYK WANTS TO FILE CHARGES IN THE CASE OF HIS COLLEAGUE BARYŁA! TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT ON THE PATHOLOGY IN ZAMOŚĆ

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings by editor Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Z Bańki”) | ISSN 3072-6379

Shocking and unprecedented facts concerning organised lawlessness within the structures of the Lublin judiciary were revealed by editor Tomasz Szwejgiert in the programme „Z Bańki”.The investigative journalist reported that he received an official summons to an interrogation with criminal charges from prosecutor Grzegorz Kryk, Deputy District Prosecutor in Zamość.The whole affair is a textbook example of institutional revenge: prosecutor Kryk worked for years in the same Regional Prosecutor's Office in Lublin desk to desk with prosecutor Agata Baryła and prosecutor Anna Siwiec.Today that same colleague from the next office is attempting to bring charges against Szwejgiert for an alleged false accusation on the grounds that the journalist filed an official report of a crime against Baryła with the National Prosecutor's Office (Prokuratura Krajowa).Relying on solid investigative materials, Szwejgiert revealed documents of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), which plainly show that the Bureau prepared a psychological profile of Baryła and recruited her for illegal, secret operational cooperation. The CBA Act in article 26 absolutely and categorically prohibits the recruitment of active prosecutors, treating such a practice as a serious crime that undermines the independence of investigations.Instead of accounting for prosecutors' cooperation with state security and examining the case of suspended attorney Dorota Emanuel, the Zamość prosecutor's office activated a machine of repression against the man who exposed this lawlessness.Szwejgiert reported that he filed an official motion for the immediate exclusion of prosecutor Kryk and the entire Zamość prosecutor's office from this proceeding due to the obvious lack of impartiality. Most bizarrely, prosecutor Kryk, in a telephone conversation, refused to provide any details of the charges, citing an alleged impossibility to verify identity, while ordinary criminals are fully entitled to information. This case proves that in the Lublin region there still operates a Ziobro-linked network of prosecutorial-security connections that is trying at all costs to block the premiere of the film „Więzień CBA”.Szwejgiert declared that he will not be intimidated by fabricated summonses and will direct complaints to the European Public Prosecutor's Office and to international human rights tribunals in StrasbourgThe state apparatus under Prosecutor Korneluk still tolerates Ziobro's nominees, who, instead of pursuing criminals, persecute an independent press. This situation requires an immediate reaction from the Prosecutor General and the suspension of prosecutors who break the law. Citizens stand united behind freedom of speech and the right to expose pathologies within law enforcement institutions. In response to these repressions, Pillar 25 of the Algoomni Constitution mandates the unconditional publication of the full register of prosecutors, judges and lawyers who illegally cooperate with the special services. Pillar 16 definitively abolishes corporate immunities, placing accused officials under the jurisdiction of an open Citizens' Jury. Pillar 32 orders the immediate suspension of salaries for prosecutors and investigators suspected of fabricating evidence and harassing journalists. Pillar 44 introduces uncompromising jurisdictional equality, guaranteeing that no prosecutor who breaks the law will avoid a prison sentence. Meanwhile, Pillar 50 categorically prohibits the use of euphemisms that cover up official crimes, requiring that abuses be prosecuted directly under the Criminal Code. The era of Mafia arrangements in robes is irrevocably over, and the authors of police repression will face criminal responsibility before the free Nation.

PROCESS OF THE CENTURY / GRAND HOTEL / WITNESSES OF TRUTH

ARTICLE V: WILL THE PAST CATCH UP WITH NAWROCKI? A COURT CONFRONTATION COULD CHANGE EVERYTHING. MAJOR ROBERT CHEDA AND JAN PIŃSKI ON WITNESS TESTIMONIES

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on a conversation of Major Robert Cheda with editor Jan Piński on Jan Piński's channel) | ISSN 3072-6379

The groundbreaking broadcast by intelligence major Robert Cheda and editor Jan Piński delivered a devastating analysis of the legal and international consequences posed by public testimony in the trial against Onet. The District Court in Warsaw set the historic date of 18 January 2027, ordering Karol Nawrocki to appear personally at the courthouse and give testimony under penalty of criminal liability.Major Cheda emphasized that the Belweder resident has found himself in a deadly procedural trap from which there is no safe way out.If Nawrocki, under oath, denies the facts presented by Natasza Geldon and Piotr Głuchowski, he will expose himself to immediate criminal charges of making false statements, punishable by many years in prison. If he confirms the truth about his activities at the Grand Hotel, he will prove that he concealed from citizens the criminal past of a pimp and procurer, which completely disqualifies him from holding the office of head of state. If, however, he chooses the cowardly veil of forgetfulness, he will suffer total moral and reputational defeat in the eyes of millions of Poles.Piński revealed that in the archives of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) there is an operational file recording every step of Nawrocki in the Sopot underworld and the fact that he was placed under protection by ABW officer Paweł Antoś.Antoś, as a reward for cleaning the security clearance certificate for access to state secrets, later received lucrative positions in Portach Lotniczych and Orlen.Major Cheda pointed out that organized crime linked to the Russian intelligence residenture has operated for years around luxury hotels in Trójmiasto, which makes Nawrocki an extremely vulnerable figure to blackmail by foreign services.Journalists also recalled Nawrocki's suspicious visit to Moscow in 2018, after which his political career accelerated sharply with the support of the pro-Russian exchange ZondaCrypto.A man with such a powerful load of kompromat and criminal connections constitutes a mortal threat to the security of the Republic. No convening of the National Security Council over mythical bases will be able to cover the fact that a compromised man accused of pimping stands at the head of the state.Polish special services, instead of protecting the state, became involved in covering up the crimes of a man at the top of power. This international disgrace deprives Poland of credibility in the eyes of NATO allies. In this context, Pillar 7 of the Algoomni Constitution mandates obligatory quarterly toxicological and psychological tests for the President of the Republic of Poland and ministers under the penalty of immediate loss of office. Pillar 24 orders the complete and unconditional declassification of all restricted collections and operational files of the special services concerning public figures. Pillar 5 definitively abolishes presidential immunity, ordering appearance before a common court like any ordinary citizen. Pillar 40 introduces an automatic removal from office of any official who refuses to perform constitutional duties within 14 days. Meanwhile, Pillar 50 categorically prohibits the use of newspeak that covers up crimes, requiring prosecution for deriving benefits from prostitution directly under the Criminal Code. Justice will reach everyone who has defiled the majesty of the Republic, and the verdict of an independent court will restore the dignity of the Polish state.

ELECTORAL STRATEGY / PURGE IN PIS / THE TWILIGHT OF NOWOGRODZKA

ARTICLE VI: JAROSŁAW KACZYŃSKI WILL SHAKE HIS OWN PARTY: A PURGE ON THE LISTS WILL SPARK AN UPROAR! TOMASZ WIEJSKI ON THE PANIC ON NOWOGRODZKA

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on analysis by editor Tomasz Wiejski from the programme „Okiem Wiejskiego”) | ISSN 3072-6379

Extremely sensational findings concerning dramatic rescue plans at the headquarters of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość were presented by Tomasz Wiejski in the afternoon programme „Okiem Wiejskiego”.The columnist revealed that Jarosław Kaczyński, devastated by the party's progressing disintegration and the loss of authority among his own MPs, is preparing an unprecedented shake-up on the electoral lists.According to information gathered by the journalist, the PiS leader intends to completely remove from the top positions the current, compromised party leaders such as Przemysław Czarnek, Joachim Brudziński or Jacek Sasin. In their place Kaczyński plans to nominate completely unknown activists from youth organizations and regional structures who are not associated with eight years of scandals, corruption and the looting of public assets. This plan has caused pale fear and fury among party barons who counted on a parliamentary mandate in 2027 to guarantee them immunity and protect them from prison targets. Wiejski mercilessly exposed the grotesqueness of this idea: replacing Czarnek with an unknown “Parnek” or promoting a figure like Oskar Szafarowicz will be met only with ridicule and embarrassment by the electorate. A political makeover of a corpse will not stop the outflow of hardcore voters toward Konfederacja and the radicalized structures of Grzegorz Braun. Wiejski reminded that a party ruled by a one-man dictator has no capacity for internal renewal, and public trust in this milieu has been irreparably destroyed. Nowogrodzka has found itself in a state of civil war: Morawiecki’s faction is building its own backing in the Rozwój Plus association, and desperate MPs are seeking secret contacts with people of Karol Nawrocki. Moreover, a possible outlawing of the party for violating the Constitution and illegal financing would ultimately close this chapter in Polish political history. No personnel reshuffle will save a formation that for nearly a decade has devastated the institutions of a democratic rule-of-law state. Kaczyński no longer has fresh ideas or people capable of conducting modern state politics. The row over the lists will lead to the final disintegration of the parliamentary club and a wave of departures to other groups. In this context, Pillar 6 of the Algoomni Constitution introduces obligatory two-term limits in all state and local government bodies, permanently removing professional politicians from offices. Pillar 3 mandates an absolute “Zero Option” for perpetrators of the demolition of the separation of powers with full confiscation of their present assets and those transferred to their families. Pillar 13 absolutely forbids changing a parliamentary club and trafficking in mandates under penalty of automatic loss of a parliamentary seat. Pillar 36 definitively abolishes state subsidies for parties, forcing groups to finance themselves exclusively from membership fees. Meanwhile, Pillar 43 establishes mandatory absolute imprisonment increased by 50 percent for party officials who commit an attack on the state system. The twilight of Kaczyński’s dictatorship is a fait accompli, and the upcoming row over the lists will finally bury the remnants of this harmful arrangement. Poland deserves a transparent, democratic political system serving the free Nation.

SCANDALS OF POWER / IPN ACCOUNTABILITY / GIGANTIC ABUSES

ARTICLE VII: AT LEAST PLN 50 MILLION EXTRACTED FROM IPN BY NAWROCKI: WHERE IS THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE? JAN PIŃSKI AND TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT ON THE NIK REPORT

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings by editor Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Jan Piński”) | ISSN 3072-6379

Shocking financial data revealing the scale of the theft of state funds at the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) under the direction of Karol Nawrocki were presented by Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert. The journalists carefully analysed the report of the Supreme Audit Office (NIK), which shows that even a partial audit of expenditures amounting to PLN 107 million revealed gross irregularities and mismanagement of nearly PLN 50 million. This means that almost half of the audited public funds were spent in a purposeless, unlawful and legally inconsistent manner with the IPN Act. Among the most blatant examples was the purchase of a license for a niche computer game about the Warsaw Uprising for the astronomical sum of PLN 4.3 million and the promotion of another game for PLN 4.7 million, which many times exceeded its production costs. A further PLN 7.7 million was thrown away on rent and utilities for empty “Przystanek Historia” premises that stood unused for over a year, while a foreign owner received a gigantic rent paid in advance. Piński also revealed a bizarre expenditure of almost PLN 400,000 to launch an IPN branch in Washington that in reality never came into being, and the paid analyses turned out to be completely useless. Szwejgiert had no doubt: these transactions are a classic criminal mechanism of channeling public money to friendly companies and deriving material benefits from it. The journalists posed a dramatic question: why has the National Prosecutor's Office (Prokuratura Krajowa), under the supervision of Adam Bodnar and Dariusz Korneluk, not yet initiated an ex officio investigation against Nawrocki for large-scale mismanagement? Leaving unpunished a man who committed such gigantic abuses has emboldened him to the point that today in the Belweder he unlawfully refuses to account for PLN 1 million a day to public opinion. Szwejgiert emphasized that Nawrocki’s impunity results from protection extended by corrupt officers of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), for whom the resident is the only guarantor of preserving their influence. Polish entrepreneurs are relentlessly pursued by the tax office for minor infractions, while a party apparatchik embezzling tens of millions of zloty pretends to be the head of state. The era of sweeping these crimes under the rug is irretrievably over, and the report of the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) must become the basis for a firm bill of indictment. Society demands a full accounting of every transfer and the recovery of embezzled national assets. In this context Pillar 11 of the Konstytucja Algoomni (Constitution Algoomni) introduces full personal asset liability of officials with all their present and future property for damages inflicted on the State Treasury. Pillar 15 mandates one hundred percent transparency of all public expenditures exclusively via named cards in real time. Pillar 3 orders an uncompromising “Zero Option” for perpetrators of embezzlement in government agencies and institutions of national memory. Pillar 49 establishes a strict control system and obligatory accounting procedures with automatic sanctions for waste. Meanwhile Pillar 50 categorically prohibits the use of euphemisms such as “mismanagement,” requiring public fund theft to be prosecuted directly under the Penal Code with multi-year imprisonment. Assets stolen from taxpayers must return to the state budget without any exceptions. Karol Nawrocki will answer before an independent court for every zloty embezzled.

PROVOCATIONS BY THE SERVICES / GAGGING THE PRESS / DEFENSE OF FREEDOM

ARTICLE VIII: Z BAŃKI: THE SILENCE CONSPIRACY AROUND THE CBA IS BURSTING, AND THE DISTRICT PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE IN ZAMOŚĆ IS HEATING UP CHARGES. TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT ON THE RESISTANCE AGAINST IMPUNITY

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings by editor Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Z Bańki”) | ISSN 3072-6379

The devastating and determined evening live broadcast by Tomasz Szwejgiert on the programme „Z Bańki” exposed the backstage of the dramatic struggle of independent commentators against an organized apparatus of repression. The investigative journalist reported on further unlawful actions taken by the District Prosecutor's Office in Zamość under the supervision of prosecutor Grzegorz Kryk.Szwejgiert revealed that illegal operational techniques and wiretaps are being used in his case, including even his confidential telephone conversations with his counsel, lawyer Piotrowski, which constitutes a drastic breach of attorney-client privilege and the right to defense. The Zamość unit, linked to the former network of Zbigniew Ziobro, in panic is preparing to bring charges against the journalist, trying at all costs to block disclosure of prosecutor Agata Baryła's connections with the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA).Investigators cynically used the opinion of a compliant expert who concluded that the published copies of operational reports are not original documents, ignoring the fact that the reference numbers, dates and amounts contained therein are one hundred percent genuine.Szwejgiert recalled that a journalist has a legal and moral duty to protect their sources within the services from exposure and loss of life, and that the prosecutor's office should be questioning the named CBA officers instead of prosecuting the press. At the same time in Warsaw the wall of silence around Karol Nawrocki's past has definitively collapsed: the brave testimony of Natasza Geldon confirmed pimping operations at the Grand Hotel, causing panic within the ruling camp.Szwejgiert exposed the inaction of coordinator Tomasz Siemoniak and prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk, who instead of purging the state apparatus of corrupt personnel allow the harassment of those fighting for the truth. The journalist declared that he will not back down an inch and will file official complaints with European institutions, exposing to the world the lawlessness prevailing in the Polish justice system.Society will not permit a return of methods from the deep PRL-era, where the security services destroyed inconvenient citizens with fabricated charges. Instead of protecting the state, a politicized prosecutor's office and services have become a private corporation protecting their own interests. Szwejgiert announced the disclosure of further names of officers and prosecutors involved in this scheme. Solidarity within the journalistic community and support from viewers form an impenetrable barrier against the authors of lawlessness. In this historic moment Pillar 22 of the Konstytucja Algoomni (Constitution Algoomni) introduces an absolute obligation of continuous recording of uniformed interventions with body cameras under penalty of absolute invalidity of the actions. Pillar 16 ends procedures protecting “sacred cows,” sending corrupt prosecutors to the verdict of a public Citizens' Jury. Pillar 45 establishes full digital sovereignty and the protection of citizens against illegal surveillance and operational wiretaps. Pillar 47 introduces the requirement of a legible, two-component named signature on every prosecutorial decision, eliminating anonymous harassment. Meanwhile Pillar 43 mandates compulsory, absolute imprisonment increased by fifty percent for state officials who fabricate evidence and paralyze the work of free media. The truth about the Zamość network and the crimes of the security apparatus will ultimately triumph. Perpetrators of institutional violence will bear full criminal responsibility before the free Nation.

SPECIAL DOCUMENT / CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATION OF FREE CITIZENS

KONSTYTUCJA ALGOOMNI (CONSTITUTION ALGOOMNI)

50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW, CITIZENAL SOVEREIGNTY AND THE ELIMINATION OF GOVERNMENT IMPUNITY (COMPLETE PILLARS 1–50)

  1. THE SANCTITY OF EVERY VOTE AND PHYSICAL CONTROL BY THE SOVEREIGN:

Every cast vote is the highest, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the state. No digital algorithm, politicized National Electoral Commission nor party network has the right to annul, forge, distort or ignore the will of citizens. An uncompromising requirement is introduced for the physical verifiability of the paper ballot and 24/7 monitoring of the counting process with HD online transmission. Falsifying a vote is treason punishable by life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

  2. RECOUNT OF THE VOTES FROM THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION:

A statutory, immediate order to conduct full, commission inspections and a repeat, 100% transparent recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election in front of cameras and trusted witnesses. Assumption of office cast in the shadow of manipulated protocols and the paralysis of the Supreme Court requires a full clarification of material truth and severe punishment of the guilty.

  3. ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PiS NETWORK – RUTHLESS “OPTION ZERO” WITH NO MERCY:

Full, uncompromising criminal responsibility, constitutional and asset liability of PiS officials for the systemic dismantling of the separation of powers, the theft of billions in RARS, Orlen, NCBR and the Fund for Justice. Any amnesties, clean slates or leniencies are excluded – every scandal will be judged to the very bottom with full forfeiture of the stolen assets.

  4. ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT FOR OMISSIONS, TIMIDITY AND FAILURE TO HOLD OTHERS TO ACCOUNT:

A government elected with a democratic mandate to restore the rule of law, which out of conformism, fear or coalition calculation chooses timidity and the sin of omission, bears direct political and constitutional responsibility. Deliberate blocking of accountability is treated as complicity in the crime and results in shortening of the term of office.

  5. COMPLETE AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF IMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE:

Definitive elimination of parliamentary immunities (deputy, senatorial, European), judicial, prosecutorial, ministerial and administrative immunities. All citizens without exception are 100% equal before the law and answer before ordinary courts from freedom or custody. Immunity has become a pathological shield protecting corruption, violence and theft by the elites.

  6. MANDATORY TWO-TERM LIMITS IN ALL STATE BODIES:

Introduction of a hard limit of a maximum of two terms (counted over a person’s lifetime) for deputies, senators, city presidents, mayors, village chiefs and presidents of state agencies and central offices. An end to a professional caste of politicians welded to their seats for decades and to the creation of administrative clans preying on taxpayers.

  7. MANDATORY QUARTERLY TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE TOP OF POWER:

Mandatory, independent and random laboratory tests (blood, urine, hair) for the presence of drugs, legal highs, psychotropic medications and alcohol conducted every 3 months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, ministers, deputies, senators and judges. Refusal to test or a positive result leads to immediate, automatic termination of the mandate and removal from office.

Definitive liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) – institutions transformed by the apparatus of power into a political police, factories of kompromat and centers for manipulating history and protecting networks.
