Title: THIRD ANNIVERSARY OF 15 OCTOBER: JUDGE BEREK BREAKS THE BARRIER OF LAWLESSNESS AT SZUCHA, TUSK REDUCES THE BELWEDER USURPATION TO RUBBLE, AND THE CONSTITUTION OF ALGOOMNI DETERMINES A NEW ORDER FOR THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski – Editor-in-Chief Gazeta Logomarka | ALGOOMNI P.S.A.

Thursday, 15 October 2026 – exactly on the third anniversary of the memorable civic uprising of 2023 – will go down in the recent history of Poland as the day of the final confrontation with the remnants of the authoritarian regime. We are witnessing with full force how the last foothold of PiS lawlessness in the building of the Constitutional Tribunal on Szucha Avenue is crumbling, where after the notarial swearing-in of Judge Maciej Berek even Bogdan Święczkowski had to humbly accept official documents, and legitimate judges are physically reporting for work. At the same time, attorney Roman Giertych exposes the extreme desperation of Karol Nawrocki, and investigative journalists Jan Piński and Mariusz Kowalewski reveal a multi-stage plan by Prime Minister Donald Tusk aimed at the complete political and legal pulverization of the illegal presidency built on electoral fraud. The shocking backstage of the Belweder alliance with Grzegorz Braun’s extremely pro-Russian camp, Jarosław Kaczyński’s cannibalistic plans to devour Krzysztof Bosak and Konfederacja, and the devastating diagnosis of prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek about a paralysis of fear among investigators demonstrate that the era of half-measures is irretrievably over. As mercilessly pointed out by Tomasz Szwejgiert on the programme Z bańki and Tomasz Wiejski on Okiem Wiejskiego: three years waiting for full justice is more than enough! Therefore, in today’s 34th issue of Gazeta Logomarka we publish eight major investigative articles (each rigorously exceeding 20 full sentences) and present in full, expanded wording all 50 PILLARS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF ALGOOMNI (points 1 to 50 in full). The sovereign people take the helm of the state!

ARTICLE I: NAWROCKI IN COALITION WITH BRAUN!? SHOCKING ALLIANCE OF THE BELWEDER WITH THE PRO-RUSSIAN FAR RIGHT

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings of the Idź Pod Prąd television – IPP TV and counterintelligence analyses)

The latest findings of the commentators of the Idź Pod Prąd television reveal the terrifying direction in which Karol Nawrocki’s political backroom is drifting in the face of loss of public support and international isolation. Cornered in the Belweder, aware of the disintegration of Law and Justice structures, he has begun behind-the-scenes construction of a brown‑pro‑Russian coalition with the circle of Grzegorz Braun. This political marriage constitutes an open challenge to the security of the Republic of Poland and its membership in the North Atlantic Alliance. Nawrocki’s people increasingly adopt the rhetoric of the Confederation of the Crown of Poland, striking at defensive aid for war‑torn Ukraine, undermining Western alliance guarantees and relativizing the threat from Vladimir Putin’s regime. Experts point out that after Donald Trump’s recent declarations about a resource agreement with Moscow, the Belweder camp has dropped the mask of alleged heirs to the tradition of independence. Instead of defending Poland’s national interest, palace salons today host radicals espousing polexit, antisemitism and open agreement with the Kremlin. Grzegorz Braun, compromised by numerous excesses and pro‑Russian speeches in the European Parliament, becomes for Nawrocki a desired partner in building a new anti‑system bloc. The common denominator of both circles is a pathological hatred of the democratic government of Donald Tusk, the European Union and modern civil society. Investigators note that behind this rapprochement there are also concrete financial flows from the crypto grey market and foundations linked to eastern lobbyists. Nawrocki counts on the radicalized, fanatical electorate of Braun to form a living shield around the Belweder at the moment when the prosecutor’s office and the Supreme Court undertake the final verification of the falsified 2025 elections. Such calculations are proof of the moral collapse of a man who, to save his own skin, is ready to introduce open agents of Moscow’s influence into state salons. Polish patriots and counterintelligence services must, with the utmost resolve, cut off these dangerous contacts before the brown alliance inflicts irreversible damage on the state’s defence. In a free Poland there is no and never will be consent to bartering away the sovereign people in exchange for the political survival of usurpers. Every official of the Chancellery of the President participating in consultations with pro‑Russian extremists must be placed under strict supervision by the Internal Security Agency (ABW). The Republic belongs to the free Western world, not to eastern despotisms and their Warsaw collaborators.

ARTICLE II: THE SWEARING-IN OF BEREK AND ENTRY INTO THE TRIBUNAL. ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI ACCEPTED THE DUMENTS, JUDGES GO TO WORK!

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on reports by editor Jan Piński and editor Tomasz Szwejgiert from “Kulisów Polityki”)

A historic breakthrough in the battle to recover the Constitutional Tribunal from the hands of PiS usurpers became a fact precisely on the eve of the third anniversary of the October 15 elections. As Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert revealed, after taking the solemn oath before a notary and the official delivery of the document to the Chancellery of the President, Judge Maciej Berek took the decisive procedural step. The documents confirming his assumption of the office of judge of the Constitutional Tribunal were delivered directly to the building on Szucha Avenue, and the official occupying the president’s office, Bogdan Święczkowski, was forced to accept them formally! Although right-wing propagandists such as Dr. Kida on Radio WNET hysterically try to conjure reality, shouting about an alleged “coup d’état,” the legal facts are absolutely merciless for the camp of lawlessness. In accordance with the Constitutional Tribunal’s December 2015 judgment and the law on the status of judges, the choice made by the Sejm is final, and the unlawful omission by Karol Nawrocki cannot block the functioning of the constitutional body of the state. Maciej Berek revealed in the media that the procedure to register his status within the Tribunal’s structures has been initiated, which means that the legitimate judges are simply going to work. Święczkowski found himself in a situation with no way out: any attempt to physically block Judge Berek’s entry to the building or a refusal to assign him cases constitutes an ordinary official crime prosecuted ex officio. Around the building on Szucha a handful of fanatics from TV Republika’s “camp” try to build the atmosphere of a besieged fortress, but even they can see that the capitulation of the usurpers is rapidly approaching. Jan Piński accurately pointed out that Święczkowski’s acceptance of the documents is evidence that the former national prosecutor panics at the prospect of immediate arrest in flagrante delicto (“caught in the act,” as government sources put it). The moment the full complement of legally elected judges sits in the courtrooms, the General Assembly will remove the doubles and elect the rightful president of the Constitutional Tribunal. The first task of the revived constitutional court will be to lift Święczkowski’s immunity himself, which will allow the prosecutor’s office to bring charges against him for the Pegasus affair and for manually steering the court dockets. Tomasz Szwejgiert emphasized that the rule of law triumphed without a single shot, using hard notarial and enforcement instruments against the constitutional mafia. The occupation of the most important court in Poland is coming to a definitive end, and the era of impunity for Nowogrodzka nominees is heading to the dustbin of history. Judges are going to work to serve the Citizens, not party henchmen!

ARTICLE III: NAWROCKI'S DESPERATION REACHES ITS ZENITH. ROMAN GIERTYCH CRUSHES BELWEDER ATTEMPTS TO BLOCK THE STATE

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on a commentary by Attorney Roman Giertych from 14.10.2026 and constitutional analysis)

In his latest, extremely sharp video commentary, Attorney Roman Giertych issued a clear politico-legal diagnosis: Karol Nawrocki has fallen into a state of extreme desperation, seeing how all his attempts to paralyze the state end in spectacular failure. Giertych step by step exposed the incompetence of the lawyers of the Presidential Chancellery, who believed that refusing to accept the oaths of judges elected by the democratic parliament would allow PiS to maintain control over the Constitutional Tribunal. The maneuver with Maciej Berek’s notarial oath completely surprised the Belweder camp, knocking the resident’s last instrument of systemic blackmail out of his hands. The Civic Coalition MP reminded that any action by Nawrocki aimed at blocking constitutional bodies constitutes a serious, intentional constitutional offense, for which direct responsibility before the State Tribunal is liable. The resident of the palace’s desperation, however, stems from an even deeper fear: the awareness that the restoration of independence to courts and tribunals means the inevitable reopening of the investigation into the electoral frauds of 2025. Giertych pointed to the panic moves of the president’s entourage, chaotic press interviews and attempts to seek rescue from foreign patrons who themselves are sinking into chaos. Moreover, the noose is tightening in the prosecutor’s office around illegal financing of the election campaign, the ZondaCrypto affair and suspicious advertising contracts handled by companies linked to the Nawrocki family. The attorney stressed that no immunity will protect palace officials from charges under Article 231 of the Penal Code for exceeding powers and acting to the detriment of the public interest. Instead of acting as a guardian of the Constitution, Nawrocki behaves like a desperate trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Law and Justice, trying to set fire to documents before the bailiff enters. Giertych appealed to the governing coalition for ruthless consistency and not to be intimidated by the bluster of right-wing media about an alleged coup d’état. It was PiS together with its puppets who carried out a coup against the system, and the current actions of the government and parliament are pure restoration of the lawful state. Citizens receive the hard line presented by Roman Giertych with great satisfaction, expecting a swift finale to this disgusting Belweder charade. The time of the desperate is over; the time of inevitable punishment and the full recovery of the Republic’s institutions by the sovereign people is coming.

ARTICLE IV: PROSECUTOR EWA WRZOSEK SOUNDS THE ALARM: INVESTIGATORS ARE AFRAID TO MAKE DECISIONS! PARALYSIS OR SABOTAGE BY ZIOBRO FANS?

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on an interview with Prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek on the TVP Info programme “Trójkąt Polityczny”)

Extremely important and at the same time alarming words were spoken by the indomitable prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek on the „Trójkąt Polityczny” programme on TVP Info: many Polish prosecutors are still afraid to take bold, uncompromising procedural decisions! This painfully candid confession by one of the investigators most persecuted by the Ziobro regime and surveilled with Pegasus reveals the real cause of the delays in many key prosecutions. Over eight years of the rule of Zbigniew Ziobro and Bogdan Święczkowski, a culture of fear, conformity and blind obedience to political superiors was cultivated in the Polish prosecutor’s service. Prosecutors who dared to open investigations into Kaczyński’s “two towers” or the envelope elections were immediately exiled to the other end of Poland, suspended and destroyed through disciplinary measures. Today, despite the change in the office of the Prosecutor General and Waldemar Żurek taking up the post, the structures of regional and district prosecutor’s offices still contain hundreds of nominees from the old system. Prosecutor Wrzosek precisely indicated that some investigators deliberately feign work, multiply bureaucratic obstacles and wait for political developments, fearful of revenge should the right return to power. Such procrastination and paralysis of decision-making is open sabotage against civil society, which three years ago at the ballot box demanded the swift punishment of thieves and embezzlers. Wrzosek stressed that a prosecutor is not a clerk who shuffles papers, but a public official equipped with powerful criminal-law instruments who has the duty to act without fear and without looking to the polls. If any investigator is afraid to sign a request for the arrest of a PiS politician or to lift the immunity of a neo-judge, they should immediately change profession and take off the prosecutor’s robe! Ewa Wrzosek’s diagnosis perfectly confirms the correctness of the assumptions of the Konstytucja Algoomni: the Polish justice system requires the introduction of rigid, calendar procedural deadlines (7/14/30 days) and personal financial and criminal liability for inactivity. It cannot be that an official’s fear paralyses the administration of justice in a forty-million-state in the heart of Europe. Society stands firmly behind people like Ewa Wrzosek and Waldemar Żurek, demanding the immediate cleansing of the prosecutor’s service of cowards and saboteurs. Only a brave prosecutor’s service chosen by citizens will guarantee lasting rule of law for Poland.

ARTICLE V: HOW DONALD TUSK WANTS TO CRUSH NAWROCKI? PIŃSKI AND KOWALEWSKI REVEAL THE PRIME MINISTER’S SECRET PLAN

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the investigation by editor Mariusz Kowalewski and editor Jan Piński)

In the latest analytical programme, investigative journalists Mariusz Kowalewski and Jan Piński revealed the closely guarded backstage of a multi-stage political-legal operation by which Prime Minister Donald Tusk intends to completely “crush” the presidency of Karol Nawrocki. The head of government, after months of observing destructive vetoes, blocking ambassadorial nominations and paralyzing the Constitutional Tribunal, has decided to move to a total institutional offensive. Tusk’s plan rests on three iron pillars: completely cutting the Chancellery of the President off from unjustified representative funds, circumventing presidential blocks through Sejm resolutions and notarial acts, and a prosecutorial strike on the financial backing of the 2025 campaign. Kowalewski revealed that government analysts have gathered full documentation concerning abuses in the organisation of Nawrocki’s exotic trips, including the recent compromising escapade to the Philippines linked to the promotion of a private clothing brand. The first visible element of this plan was Judge Maciej Berek’s entry into the Constitutional Tribunal regardless of Belweder’s whims, which in practice reduced Nawrocki’s role to a figurehead without influence on the system. Jan Piński drew attention to the fact that, simultaneously, tax services and the prosecutor’s office are closing investigations into links between PiS campaign staff and the ZondaCrypto exchange and the illegal financing of campaigns by external entities. When hard evidence of payments and the testimonies of key witnesses come to light, Nawrocki’s legitimacy to hold office will be shattered both in the eyes of the national and international public. Tusk understands perfectly that after lessons such as the elections in Kraków, voters of the democratic coalition will not forgive the government further softness and indulgence towards usurpers. The operation to “crush” the presidential Belweder also foresees the full unblocking of the Chamber of Labour and Social Insurance of the Supreme Court, which after the abolition of the neo-chambers will proceed to re-examine the validity of the presidential election and the charges against 87 members of the commission. Nawrocki’s circle is completely helpless in the face of this coordinated strategy, flailing between hysterical statements and attempts to build exotic alliances with Grzegorz Braun. Mariusz Kowalewski and Jan Piński leave no illusions: the time for wearing gloves is definitively over, and Donald Tusk intends to bring the presidential centre into full subordination to the letter of the Constitution. Poles expect this plan to be carried out quickly, ruthlessly and to the very end.

ARTICLE VI: KACZYŃSKI’S WET DREAM: SWALLOW BOSAK AND DESTROY THE CONFEDERATION. THE BACKSTAGE OF CANNIBALISM ON THE RIGHT

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on analysis by editor Jan Piński and editor Tomasz Szwejgiert)

Behind the official declarations of “uniting patriotic forces” on the Polish right, a merciless war of mutual destruction rages, whose chief architect remains Jarosław Kaczyński. Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert, in a highly pointed analysis titled “Kaczyński’s Wet Dream,” revealed the true plan of the PiS chairman towards Krzysztof Bosak and the entire Confederation. Kaczyński, aware that his own party is sinking under the weight of scandals, the Pegasus report and motions for delegalization, desperately needs fresh blood and the takeover of the national‑liberal electorate. For years the PiS chairman used the same proven method of a political praying mantis: first luring smaller coalition partners with promises of joint rule and positions, then corrupting their deputies, breaking structures from within and mercilessly swallowing them. Such a fate once befell Andrzej Lepper’s Self-Defence, the League of Polish Families, Jarosław Gowin’s Agreement, and recently Zbigniew Ziobro’s Sovereign Poland. Today Krzysztof Bosak has been targeted by Nowogrodzka, who in his political naivety began openly defending PiS usurpers in the Constitutional Tribunal led by Bogdan Święczkowski. Piński recalled that Bosak’s support for the clique of Święczkowski and Stróżny is, for many Confederation voters, a shocking betrayal of anti‑system ideals. Tomasz Szwejgiert pointed out that the special services under the rule of Mariusz Kamiński and Paweł Wąsik for years accumulated files and operational materials on the leaders of the National Movement and New Hope, which are today used for behind‑the‑scenes blackmail and coercion into compliance. The dictator from Żoliborz’s “wet dream” is to bring about a split between Sławomir Mentzen’s wing and Bosak’s nationalists, absorb the latter onto PiS lists and completely vassalize the remnants of the right. However, in 2026 Kaczyński no longer controls state Treasury companies, nor public television, nor the impunity of funds with which he could buy deputies. The attempt to devour Bosak resembles rather the dance of two drowning people on a leaky deck, each trying to climb onto the other’s back at the cost of the other’s life. Citizens see this hypocrisy perfectly: people who talk about economic freedom and sovereignty in reality collude with a compromised PiS security apparatus. The true alternative for Poland does not lie in Kaczyński’s and Bosak’s cabinet reshuffles, but in the civic system of ALGOOMNI, which once and for all prohibits political tourism and the trade in election mandates!

ARTICLE VII: Z BAŃKI ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF 15 OCTOBER: THREE YEARS IS ENOUGH! SZWEJGIERT AND WIEJSKI DEMAND THE PHYSICAL BREAKUP OF THE SYSTEM

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the live broadcast “Z bańki” by Tomasz Szwejgiert and “Okiem Wiejskiego” by Tomasz Wiejski)

On the third anniversary of the historic parliamentary elections of 15 October 2023, an emphatic, uncompromising ultimatum was sounded to those in power in independent citizen media: three years of the nation’s patience is more than enough! Both Tomasz Szwejgiert in his evening broadcast “Z bańki” and Tomasz Wiejski in the loud piece “Okiem Wiejskiego” put the matter on a knife’s edge, demanding from the Minister of Justice and the Attorney General Waldemar Żurek the immediate, physical end to the farce at the Constitutional Tribunal. Wiejski appealed directly: “Three years is enough! Minister Żurek, ensure the entry of lawful judges into the Constitutional Tribunal and remove the usurpers!” Millions of Poles who three years ago stood into the late hours of the night in queues outside polling stations in Jagodno and around the country did not vote for Bogdan Święczkowski together with the compromised head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), Andrzej Stróżny, to cavort with public money on Szucha Avenue. Tomasz Szwejgiert stressed that the community gathered around the free media will not accept half-truths, salon excuses and officials’ fear of taking decisive enforcement steps. The “Z bańki” programme also exposed scandalous cases of wasting public funds in some ministries and a lack of transparency in revealing the full list of Pegasus victims by Magdalena Sroka’s commission. Szwejgiert recalled his life credo: “I served Poland my whole life, now as a journalist I take matters into my own hands together with citizens!” This voice from inside the former bubble of the special services has enormous impact today because it exposes behind-the-scenes attempts by parts of the elite to make deals with people from the old regime. Poles see that as long as the chief architects of PiS lawlessness enjoy freedom, plot in Belweder and draw fat salaries, democracy in Poland remains unfinished and mortally threatened. The third anniversary of 15 October is not a day for lavish banquets and self-satisfaction by ministers in Warsaw offices, but a moment of a hard reckoning with unfulfilled electoral promises. If the executive does not show one hundred percent determination in physically restoring constitutional order in the coming days, citizens will themselves issue a severe bill at the ballot box. The time for requests and appeals has passed irrevocably – the sovereign people demand the enforcement of the law here and now!

ARTICLE VIII: CONSTITUTIONAL SHIELD OF THE NATION ON THE 3RD ANNIVERSARY OF THE BREAKTHROUGH. WHY 50 PILLARS OF ALGOOMNI WILL REPLACE ROTTEN COMPROMISES

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski – Editor-in-Chief Gazeta Logomarka

Exactly three years after the memorable victory of civil society over the authoritarian machine of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość we see with crystal clarity all the weaknesses of the current system of the Republic of Poland. Why, a thousand days after the change of government, do criminals in robes still barricade themselves in the Constitutional Tribunal, prosecutors fear signing indictments, and the resident of Belweder paralyzes the work of government with impunity while fraternizing with pro‑Russian extremists? The answer is simple and brutal: because the current Constitution of 1997 was written by politicians for politicians; it is full of elastic provisions, lacks sanctions and contains loopholes protecting the impunity of the ruling caste. When the law used the word “immediately” instead of a firm seven‑day term with the automatic removal from office penalty, it opened the way for years of constitutional offences by Duda and Nawrocki. When the institution of parliamentary, judicial and prosecutorial immunity was retained, a pathological shield was created for petty embezzlers of public funds, Pegasus and Hermes eavesdroppers and election forgers. That is why on this special day, 15 October 2026, in Gazeta Logomarka we present to the nation the only permanent and systemic solution: THE CONSTITUTION OF ALGOOMNI – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW, CIVIC SOVEREIGNTY AND THE ELIMINATION OF THE IMPUNITY OF POWER. Our project, which we publish today in its complete and fully developed form (all 50 points from first to last), removes the causes of the state crisis at the very root. We introduce automatic rule of law mechanisms, direct elections of judges and prosecutors by citizens, mandatory toxicology tests at the peaks of power, the complete abolition of immunities and uncompromising imprisonment without suspension for corrupt officials. We give Polish entrepreneurs VAT refunds within seven days and real‑time banking 24/7/365, and offer the young generation a modern education based on artificial intelligence and defense instead of party‑church indoctrination. The third anniversary of 15 October must become the beginning of building the Fourth, Civic Republic of Free People, in which a politician is merely a hired employee of the Nation held accountable for every day of work and every zloty spent. We invite all Readers to a careful reading of the full text of the 50 Pillars and to collective action on the portal www.algoomni.com. Long live a free, law‑abiding and civic Poland!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

KONSTYTUCJA ALGOOMNI – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW, CIVIC SOVEREIGNTY AND THE ELIMINATION OF THE IMPUNITY OF POWER

(PROJECT OF THE NEW SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND – COMPLETE 1–50)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. THE SACREDNESS OF EVERY VOTE AND THE INVIOLABILITY OF THE MANDATE OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE

Every vote cast by a citizen constitutes the highest, direct and absolutely inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the Republic of Poland. No digital algorithm, politicized electoral commission, external computing server or backroom party arrangement has the right to annul, falsify, distort or ignore the will of the people. Transparency, physical verifiability and continuous civic oversight of the electoral process with video streaming from every polling station form the foundation of the state. Any attempt to manipulate election protocols or to add votes is by law qualified as the crime of treason against the state, punishable by 25 years in prison, lifelong deprivation of public rights and confiscation of property.

2. THE RECOUNT OF VOTES AND COMMISSION INSPECTION OF THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

An absolute, constitutional imperative to carry out comprehensive, commission inspections and a full, 100% transparent recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election, broadcast live by public cameras. The assumption of the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland by Karol Nawrocki in the shadow of documented machinations in at least 87 district electoral commissions and amid the paralysis of the illegal Extraordinary Control Chamber of the Supreme Court (SN) constitutes a serious legal defect of the mandate. Until each sealed ballot box is opened and verified by independent experts and representatives of civil society, the status of the head of state remains legally and morally contested.

3. HOLDING THE PIS GOVERNMENTS TO ACCOUNT – THE RUTHLESS AND TOTAL “ZERO OPTION”

The implementation of full, uncompromising and irreversible criminal, constitutional and asset liability for the organized dismantling of the legal order, the destruction of the separation of powers, the Pegasus scandal and the looting of billions of zloty of public funds during the years of rule by Prawo i Sprawiedliwość. The rejection of any rotten compromises, political amnesties, “thick lines” or leniency – every embezzlement, every unlawful decree and every act of diplomatic betrayal must be judged to the bottom. Property seized by party officials, their families and affiliated foundations is subject to mandatory extended confiscation in favor of the State Treasury.

4. HOLDING THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT TO ACCOUNT FOR OMISSIONS, FEAR AND DELAYS

The democratic government that on 15 October 2023 received from millions of Poles a historic mandate to rapidly restore the rule of law, and which in the name of conformity, cabinet calculations and fear chose protractedness and the sin of omission, bears direct political and constitutional responsibility. Tolerating usurpers in the Constitutional Tribunal for three years and the paralysis of decision‑making in the prosecutor’s office is complicity in the maintenance of lawlessness. Civil society has the right to continuous verification of ministers and immediate dismissal of any official who blocks or delays the reckoning of the previous regime.

5. THE COMPLETE AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF ALL IMMUNITIES IN THE STATE

The definitive and irrevocable abolition of all parliamentary (lower- and upper-house), judicial, prosecutorial, presidential and diplomatic immunities within domestic legal proceedings. All citizens of the Republic, without the smallest exception, are 100% equal before the law and answer for their actions directly before the same ordinary courts. The institution of immunity has become completely degenerate, turning into a feudal-caste shield protecting common criminals, corrupt politicians, drunken drivers in robes and inquisitors destroying human lives.

6. OBLIGATORY TWO-TERM LIMIT IN ALL PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

Introduction of a hard, non-extendable limit of a maximum of two terms (counted cumulatively across a citizen’s entire life) for deputies to the Sejm, senators, city presidents, mayors, village heads, councillors at all levels and presidents of state agencies, central offices and market regulators. The definitive end of the professional caste of political barons welded to parliamentary and local-government seats for thirty years. The state needs a constant influx of fresh civic energy, not cemented bureaucratic clans treating public institutions as private hereditary estates.

7. MANDATORY AND RANDOM TOXICOLOGICAL TESTS AT THE TOPS OF POWER

Introduction of obligatory, independent and unannounced laboratory tests (from blood, urine and hair samples detecting substances retrospectively) carried out at least once every 3 months for the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, ministers, deputy ministers, deputies, senators, judges, prosecutors and heads of special services and military commanders. Test results are published in the Public Information Bulletin within 24 hours. Refusal to undergo testing, attempt to falsify a sample or a positive result for the presence of drugs and legal highs results in the immediate, automatic termination of the mandate or loss of office by operation of law.

8. CITIZENS’ CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES

The new Fundamental Law must be written in plain, unambiguous language by citizens and experts, eliminating all interpretive gaps exploited by legal tricksters. Absolute deletion from the Constitution and all laws of rubbery, discretionary phrases such as “without delay”, “within a reasonable time” or “as far as possible”. Replace them with precise, rigid calendar days (e.g. 7 days to administer a judge’s oath, 14 days to sign a law) under penalty of automatic recognition of the act as performed and the immediate dismissal from office of any official who causes a delay.

9. STRICT ORDER OF RECEIPT OF CASES IN COURTS, PROSECUTOR’S OFFICES AND OFFICES

A statutory requirement secured by a digital timestamp (blockchain) to process and consider all civil, commercial and criminal matters strictly according to the date, hour, minute and second of their receipt by the court, prosecutor’s office or public administration office. The final elimination of pathological “freezers” in the offices of court presidents and marshals, an end to political manipulation of docket order and deliberate dragging out of proceedings against influential criminals to cause their statute of limitations to expire.

10. FULL AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF PEOPLE ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED WITH CYBERWEAPONS

Immediate declassification and full publication of the complete registry of all citizens, politicians of all stripes, journalists, lawyers, prosecutors, doctors and entrepreneurs surveilled using spyware systems (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator, Feng and related). Prohibit parliamentary committees from concealing these data under the pretext of state secrecy. Society has a fundamental right to know which decision-makers, judges and editors were bugged, blackmailed with private-materials and manipulated by the security services while performing public duties.

11. FULL PERSONAL CRIMINAL AND ASSET LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS

Introduction of the principle of full, personal criminal, civil and asset liability (with all present and future private assets, including assets transferred to family members) for the president, prime minister, ministers, deputies, senators, local-government officials, tax officials and, unconditionally, judges and prosecutors. Any verdict issued in gross violation of the law, fabricated charge, destroyed enterprise or unlawful decision results in the obligation of the culpable official to personally cover compensation, not the taxpayers.

12. TOTAL BAN ON COMBINING POSITIONS AND BAN ON SITTING ON BOARDS OF STATE-OWNED COMPANIES

An absolute ban on sitting on the management boards, supervisory boards, advisory committees and foundations of State Treasury companies and municipal companies for deputies, senators, ministers, deputy ministers, councillors, village heads, mayors, city presidents and their spouses, children and siblings. Introduce a 5-year cooling-off period after leaving public office. Management of national assets must rest in the hands of managers selected in open, publicly broadcast merit-based competitions, not party nominees.

13. ABSOLUTE BAN ON CHANGING PARLIAMENTARY CLUBS (BAN ON POLITICAL TOURISM)

The mandate of a deputy, senator and councillor is directly tied to the program and electoral list for which citizens voted. Leaving a parliamentary club, changing parties during the term, joining the governing camp in exchange for positions or being expelled for breaking programmatic discipline results in the automatic expiration of the mandate by operation of law and its taking by the next person on the electoral list. The definitive end to political corruption, trading votes and betraying voters in the Sejm corridors.

14. MANDATORY PRESENCE AT PARLIAMENTARY VOTES AND SESSIONS

Carrying out a parliamentary or local government mandate is a strict duty of working for the sovereign people, not an extra social pastime. An unjustified absence of a deputy, senator or councillor from plenary sittings, committees or votes exceeding 10% over a quarter results in automatic loss of the mandate by operation of law, deduction of 100% of remuneration for that period and a lifetime ban on running for public office.

15. FULL TRANSPARENCY OF PUBLIC EXPENDITURE – SETTLEMENTS ONLY BY CARD

Total elimination of cash settlements, flat rates for MPs' offices and fictitious mileage allowances. All official expenses of politicians, ministers, judges, prosecutors and officials (fuel, hotels, flights, expert reports, business dinners) may be paid only with a named corporate card whose transaction history is automatically published in real time in an open online register. Fraudulently obtaining even one zloty for a fictitious trip (as in the 38,000 km scandal of prosecutor Ostrowski) results in an immediate criminal charge and forfeiture of office.

16. NO MORE "SACRED COWS" – JURY TRIALS FOR OFFICIALS IN POWER

Total abolition of closed, corporate disciplinary courts for judges, prosecutors, police officers and officials in which colleagues acquit colleagues. All acts bearing the marks of crime, abuse of power, fabrication of evidence or corruption committed by persons holding public office shall be tried publicly before an ordinary court with the participation of a Citizens' Jury selected by lot.

17. SYSTEMIC COUNTERINTELLIGENCE PROTECTION AND OVERSIGHT OF FORMER SERVICE OFFICERS

Officers of special services (AW, Internal Security Agency (ABW), SKW, SWW) who had access to the most closely held state security secrets cannot be abandoned without oversight after leaving service and taken over by foreign corporations, cryptocurrency mafias or foreign intelligence services. Introduction of a 10-year ban on working for foreign entities and in high-risk sectors (cryptocurrencies, gambling, debt collection, private intelligence) in exchange for decent state analytical-training benefits and permanent counterintelligence protection.

18. TOTAL TRANSPARENCY AND BLOCKING OF INFILTRATION IN THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS

Every bill, regulation and parliamentary amendment must have an open Digital Legislative Trace showing by name the actual authors of each sentence and all consulted entities. Absolute ban on drafting laws by private law firms connected to corporations and cryptocurrency exchanges (as in the Moskala and Kral scandal). Sneaking provisions at the behest of lobbyists is classified as the crime of systemic corruption.

19. REAL SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE AND THE END OF FINANCIAL PRIVILEGES

Immediate abolition of the Church Fund, full taxation of the incomes of religious associations and business activities of the clergy on general terms (cash registers) and absolute ban on transferring state or local government land, forests and real estate to churches for a pittance or with discounts. Churches and religious associations may be financed only from voluntary contributions and tax deductions by the faithful themselves.

20. CITIZENS' VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITHOUT A TURNOUT THRESHOLD

Restoration of the supreme power to the Sovereign People: a proposal supported by 500,000 verified citizens' signatures obliges the Marshal of the Sejm to order a nationwide referendum within 60 days on repealing any law or introducing new regulation. The referendum result is absolutely binding regardless of turnout (abolition of the 50% threshold), and parliament is forbidden to amend provisions adopted in a referendum without citizens' renewed consent.

21. DIGITAL TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY – NO MORE ANONYMOUS TROLL FARMS

Requirement to authenticate identity (for example via a national mObywatel node without sharing sensitive data with third parties) when creating accounts on social media, news portals and conducting public campaigning. Ultimate elimination of Russian troll farms (like the exposed Yandex server network), disinformation bots and anonymous online defamation of people. Every participant in public debate is accountable under their own name for published words.

22. TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF SERVICE – BODY CAMERAS FOR FORCES AND OFFICIALS

Absolute obligation of continuous audiovisual recording of all official acts, inspections, arrests, interrogations and inspections carried out by police officers, special service agents, customs officers, tax inspectors and officials issuing administrative decisions using body-worn cameras. Turning off the camera or damaging the recording during an intervention creates a presumption of guilt against the officer and invalidates evidence against the citizen.

23. DIRECT ELECTIONS AND RECALLS OF JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND MINISTERS

Introduction of universal, direct civic elections for positions of judges of ordinary courts, court presidents, the Attorney General and district and regional prosecutors, combined with citizens' right to recall them by local or national referendum before the end of their term. Final dismantling of closed corporatist and party nomination networks in favor of a direct mandate of trust from the citizens.

24. COMPLETE DECLASSIFICATION OF IPN AND PRL SERVICE ARCHIVES WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS

Immediate, 100% opening and full publication online of all digitized archival materials, personal files, indexes and operational collections of the former communist special services (SB, WSW, II Department of the General Staff) and the abolished restricted collection. Definitive cutting off the possibility of blackmailing politicians, judges and clergy with files from the past by contemporary influence groups.

25. PUBLIC LIST OF SECRET INFORMANTS OF CONTEMPORARY SERVICES IN TRUSTED PROFESSIONS

Absolute ban on clandestine recruitment by special services (Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), Internal Security Agency (ABW), Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW)) of people exercising professions of public trust: judges, prosecutors, advocates, legal counsels, physicians and journalists. Immediate publication of a full list of people from these professional groups who in the last 20 years undertook covert cooperation with the services or accepted benefits from their operational funds for the purpose of fabricating investigations and destroying designated targets.

26. MODERN AND DEFENSIVE EDUCATION: AI, PROGRAMMING AND RESCUE INSTEAD OF RELIGION

Complete removal of religion lessons from public school buildings and of state budget funding for catechists. Replace those hours with subjects strategic for the survival and development of the nation: advanced artificial intelligence (AI) operation, cybersecurity, programming, logic, practical civic law and universal defense training and medical rescue.

27. CONSTITUTIONAL ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN SAFEGUARDS AND BLOCKING OF USURPATION

Directly enshrine in the Constitution automatic systemic safeguards preventing the takeover of courts, media and electoral commissions by a single party. Any attempt to issue a legal act contrary to the principle of separation of powers or to manipulate electoral law within less than 12 months before elections is by law null and void and triggers automatic criminal proceedings against the authors of the draft.

28. TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF REMUNERATION THROUGHOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR AND FOUNDATIONS

Launch a nationwide, transparent Central Register of Public Remuneration available online to every citizen. Publication by name, surname and position of all base salaries, bonuses, quarterly awards, thirteenth salaries, functional allowances and B2B contracts paid in ministries, offices, courts, State Treasury companies and foundations receiving even one zloty of public subsidy.

29. ASSET DECLARATIONS 100% PUBLIC, DIGITAL AND COVERING FAMILIES

Complete elimination of loopholes that allow asset declarations of judges, prosecutors and officials to be concealed, and an end to illegible completion of forms in handwriting. Obligation to file electronic asset declarations with market valuations of real estate, cryptocurrency portfolios, works of art and company shares, also covering assets transferred to spouses (separation of property does not exempt from transparency), children and parents.

30. COMPLETE ANNULMENT OF DECISIONS OF THE TWO-WEEK MORAWIECKI GOVERNMENT FROM 2023

Statutory recognition as null and void by operation of law (ex tunc) of all financial decisions, multimillion zloty subsidies, signed contracts, appointments to long-term terms and transfers of assets made by the puppet, two-week government of Mateusz Morawiecki after the lost autumn 2023 elections. All public funds extracted during that period are subject to compulsory recovery by the State Legal Counsel (Prokuratoria Generalna).

31. ARMAMENTS SOVEREIGNTY – MANDATORY OFFSET, TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AND SOURCE CODES

Absolute statutory requirement that every foreign contract for the purchase of armaments for the Polish Army include at least 50% production offset in Polish defense plants, a full license to produce ammunition and spare parts domestically and transfer to Poland of full source codes and cryptographic keys (no possibility for equipment to be remotely disabled by a foreign power).

32. ZERO REMUNERATION FOR SUSPENDED JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND OFFICIALS

Immediate and total suspension of pay for judges, neo-judges, prosecutors and public officials at the moment they are suspended from official duties or charged with intentional criminal offenses and violations of the Constitution. End the pathology in which compromised enforcers of the former regime receive tens of thousands of zloty a month from the state budget for not going to work for years.

33. ZERO SEVERANCE PAY AND “GOLDEN PARACHUTES” IN THE STATE AND MUNICIPAL SECTORS

Total ban on payment of monetary severance, compensation for non-compete clauses and any “golden parachutes” for dismissed ministers, deputy ministers, voivodes, presidents and board members of State Treasury companies and municipal companies. Public service and management of national assets is an honor, and dismissal from office means immediate termination of public funding.

34. ONE LARGE NATIONAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE FALSIFICATION OF THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Mandatory consolidation of all scattered nationwide prosecutorial proceedings concerning electoral irregularities, falsification of protocols in 87 commissions and illegal financing of the 2025 campaign (including the ZondaCrypto threads and the Nawrocki campaign team) into one central investigation led by a special team of independent prosecutors under the direct supervision of the Prosecutor General.

35. DEFINITIVE LIQUIDATION OF THE CBA AND THE INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE (IPN)

Complete liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) – institutions transformed into the armed wing of a political party, a factory of fabricated kompromat, a laundering operation for operational funds (like the Stróżny apartments) and a forge of careers for party appointees. Corruption prosecution is taken over by a specialized police division of the Central Investigation Bureau of the Police (CBŚP) under strict judicial oversight, and archival resources are transferred to the State Archives.

36. UNIVERSAL VOTING OBLIGATION, INTERNET VOTING AND THE END OF SUBSIDIES

Introduce a statutory obligation to participate in elections and referendums for all citizens of the Republic of Poland (modeled on Australia and Belgium), combined with the implementation of secure Internet voting alongside traditional ballot boxes. Complete elimination of multimillion zloty budgetary subsidies for political parties (parties are funded solely by membership fees and transparent micro-donations from citizens) and abolition of the fictitious election silence.

37. RIGID ADMINISTRATIVE DEADLINES RESOLVING CASES IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZEN

Introduction of the inviolable principle of the State's Silent Consent: if the tax office, municipal office, voivode or administrative court does not issue a final decision on a citizen's or entrepreneur's application within a rigid statutory deadline (maximum 30 days), the application is deemed 100% granted in favor of the citizen by operation of law, and the official responsible for the delay covers any costs from their own pocket.

38. CITIZEN MONOPOLY ON CREATING A NEW CONSTITUTION WITHOUT POLITICIANS

Complete exclusion of current and former deputies, senators, presidents, ministers and corporate legal lobbyists from the process of drafting the New Constitution of the Republic of Poland. The draft Fundamental Law is prepared by the Citizens' Constitutional Assembly supported by independent constitutionalists, systems engineers and philosophers of law, and then adopted directly by the Nation in a binding nationwide referendum.

39. LEGAL STATUS OF A POLITICIAN AS A HIRED EMPLOYEE OF THE NATION

Definition in the Constitution of the status of deputy, senator, minister and president as a “Hired Employee of the Nation” subject to the rigours of the Labour Code with respect to working hours, sobriety in office and disciplinary responsibility. Citizens of a given electoral district have the right at any time to collect signatures (15% of eligible voters) and call a vote on the disciplinary dismissal of a deputy from their job before the end of the term.

40. INSTITUTIONAL AUTOMATISM OF THE RULE OF LAW (14-DAY RIGOR)

Implementation of a mechanism of automatic constitutional enforcement: if the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, a minister or the president of a court refuses to execute a final court judgment, a Sejm resolution or a constitutional duty (e.g. administering a judge's oath or publishing a ruling), after 14 calendar days the act becomes valid by operation of law (or by substitute procedure before a notary), and the blocking official is automatically suspended without the right to pay.

41. DELEGALIZATION OF NEO-JUDGES, BAN ON RULING AND REPAYMENT OF ALLOWANCES

All so-called neo-judges appointed with the involvement of the unconstitutional, politicized National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) and duplicates in the Constitutional Tribunal are by operation of law permanently removed from the judicial corps, and their appointments are declared void. They lose the right to judicial retirement status (they transfer to ZUS on general terms) and are obliged to return functional allowances received in illegal disciplinary chambers.

42. ABSOLUTE BAN ON INTERMEDIARIES IN PUBLIC AND DEFENSE PROCUREMENT

Introduction of a total ban on the participation of intermediaries, shell companies, consulting agencies and arms or medical equipment dealers in contracts executed by the State Treasury, the military and local governments. All strategic contracts must be concluded directly with the manufacturing producer (an end to respirator scandals and commissions siphoned to tax havens by intelligence service people).

43. MANDATORY IMPRISONMENT FOR CORRUPT POLITICIANS AND OFFICIALS

Complete exclusion of the possibility of imposing suspended imprisonment sentences on politicians, ministers, deputies, judges, prosecutors and senior officials convicted of corruption, paid protection, abuse of power, theft of public funds or election fraud. The statutory minimum threat of unconditional imprisonment for a public official is increased by 50% compared to an ordinary citizen.

44. ABSOLUTE JURISDICTIONAL EQUALITY – NO SPECIAL PROSECUTION PROCEDURES

Final abolition of all formal and material barriers shielding decision-makers from law enforcement. Every report of a crime allegedly committed by the President, Prime Minister, Marshal of the Sejm, bishop, judge or prosecutor is registered and handled in the ordinary procedure by the prosecutor's office and the common court, without the need to obtain the consent of any political or corporate body.

45. DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY AND FULL POLISH JURISDICTION OVER BIG-TECH CONGLOMERATES

All foreign technology corporations, social platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges and digital services providing services or deriving advertising profits on the territory of Poland have the absolute obligation to have a physical seat and management board in the Republic of Poland registered in the National Court Register (KRS), pay a digital tax in Poland and comply with Polish court orders within 24 hours under penalty of immediate domain blocking by NASK.

46. CALENDAR RIGOUR FOR COURTS AND PROSECUTORS (FIXED DEADLINES 7 / 14 / 30 DAYS)

An end to multi-year trials that destroy citizens' lives (as the diagnosis of paralysis in the prosecutor's office revealed): introduction of fixed deadlines—7 days to issue interim and security orders, 14 days to prepare the written justification of a judgment and a maximum 30 days between hearings. Exceeding a deadline by a judge or prosecutor results in an automatic deduction of 50% of the monthly salary.

47. TWO-COMPONENT, LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY

Every administrative decision, tax control report, indictment, order and court judgment must, under penalty of absolute invalidity, be marked with the full first name, surname and official identifier printed digitally and a legible handwritten personal signature of the person issuing the act. Total ban on using anonymous “by authorization” stamps and illegible initials that blur responsibility.

48. REAL-TIME BANKING – INTERBANK SETTLEMENTS 24/7/365 WITHOUT FEES

Statutory requirement for all banks operating in Poland to book and settle all transfers of citizens and companies in real time (maximum 5 seconds), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year without additional fees for instant transfers. Total elimination of archaic Elixir sessions and a ban on banks holding Poles' money over weekends and holidays.

49. MANDATORY VAT REFUND WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS FOR ENTREPRENEURS

Absolute obligation of tax offices to refund overpaid VAT to the account of a Polish entrepreneur within a non-extendable period of 7 calendar days from the submission of the JPK declaration. Prohibition of unlawfully freezing the working capital of Polish companies under the pretext of multi-year cross-check verifications – audits may proceed in parallel, but the money must work in the economy.

50. THE END OF THE LEGAL NEWSPEAK OF IMPUNITY – DIRECT CRIMINAL CLASSIFICATION

A statutory ban on the use in case law and administration of euphemisms that whitewash crimes of power, such as "delikt dyscyplinarny" (disciplinary offense), "uchybienie godności urzędu" (breach of the dignity of the office), "błąd proceduralny" (procedural error) or "oczywista omyłka pisarska" (obvious clerical mistake) in relation to acts that fulfil the elements of crimes. Theft of public property is theft, falsifying elections is falsification, and breaking the Constitution is a crime against the state punishable under the Penal Code!
