THE TRUTH ABOUT THE GRAND HOTEL IMPOVES BELWEDER, THE DUSK OF THE CASTE'S IMPUNITY AND A HISTORIC TEST OF THE MAJORITY FOR A FREE POLAND

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski — Editor-in-Chief Gazeta Logomarka | ISSN 3072-6379 | ALGOOMNI P.S.A.

Wednesday, 28 October 2026 will be recorded in the history of Polish public life as the day when the last bastion of organized hypocrisy and the conspiracy of silence protecting people of the former regime collapsed. The groundbreaking, shocking testimony of Natasza Geldon before the District Court in Warsaw irrevocably exposed the truth about Karol Nawrocki as a pimp's accomplice and the organizer of prostitution at the Sopot Grand Hotel, sparking a massive fire in the Namiestnikowski Palace and forcing the resident to appear personally at the witness barrier. At the same time, distinguished constitutional law scholar Professor Wojciech Sadurski, in a conversation with editor Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf, mercilessly demonstrated the unlawfulness of Belweder's actions, exposing the fiction of presidential impunity and indicating the legal route to lift Bogdan Święczkowski's immunity through the competent Constitutional Tribunal. Concurrently, the PiS offensive under the Tribunal collapsed — Jarosław Kaczyński fell into a deep depression after party barons refused to pay for rallies and buses, and panic erupted in the Chancellery of the President after the unmasking of million-zloty expenditures on private horses and palace feasts hidden from the scrutiny of the Supreme Audit Office (NIK). Meanwhile on the international stage, talks in Abu Dhabi and demands to roll NATO back to its 1997 lines place on Poland the requirement of firm consolidation: the ruthless arithmetic of the d’Hondt electoral formula shows that only one united list of democrats guarantees winning 262 seats, breaking vetoes and delivering a lasting knockout to the patho-right. In issue 47 of Gazeta Logomarka we publish eight uncompromising analytical investigations (each rigorously over 20 full sentences, prepared exactly in the order of the submitted recordings) and present the authentic, fully developed CONSTITUTION OF ALGOOMNI — 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW without any abbreviations, which constitute the foundation of the sovereignty of the Free Nation!

CONSTITUTIONAL LAW / USURPATION OF POWER / TRIBUNAL

ARTICLE I: IS NAWROCKI UNPUNISHED? PROF. WOJCIECH SADURSKI AND DOROTA WYSOCKA-SCHNEPF ON VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION AND THE END OF ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the conversation of prof. Wojciech Sadurski with ed. Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf) | ISSN 3072-6379

A deep and extraordinarily moving discussion between the eminent constitutional scholar Professor Wojciech Sadurski and editor Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf on the journalist's official channel exposed the drama of the impunity of the highest state officials in Poland. Professor Sadurski, speaking as an independent legal expert, unequivocally stated that Karol Nawrocki brutally and methodically violates the Constitution of the Republic. A key example of this lawlessness was the attempt to block the appointment of Finance Minister Andrzej Domański to the office of Deputy Prime Minister. The Constitution, in article 161, leaves the president no shadow of discretion, imposing an absolute obligation to effect a change in the composition of the Council of Ministers at the prime minister's request. Sadurski explained that when the fundamental law does not contain the word “may,” the official has a legal duty to execute the legal act immediately without any delay. Only Donald Tusk’s firm stance and the threat of immediately submitting the new Minister of Funds Agnieszka Bartel forced Belweder into a panic retreat and a promise to sign the nominations as a package. An even more blatant violation of the law remains the refusal to accept the oath from legally elected judges of the Constitutional Tribunal, including Judge Maciej Berek. Sadurski recalled that the president is merely a passive addressee of the oath-taking ceremony, and his ostentatious refusal constitutes an unlawful act, which the Venice Commission has officially confirmed. At the building on Szucha Avenue a continuing crime is taking place: the usurper Bogdan Święczkowski unlawfully blocks judges’ access to adjudication and deprives them of salaries and health contributions. Professor Sadurski outlined the legal path to break this impasse: the prosecutor’s office should file a motion to lift the immunity of Święczkowski and his deputy Sochański for manipulation of panels and the Pegasus affair. Then the General Assembly of judges will be convened by the longest-serving judge, Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, and the lawful eight together with independent judges will lift the usurper’s immunity by a simple majority of votes. Sadurski bitterly observed that in the current system the president can feel immune because the high thresholds for bringing charges before the State Tribunal make the impeachment institution a fiction. The only real sanction left is the harsh judgment of the electorate at the ballot box and a radical amendment of the Fundamental Law. In this context Filar 8 Konstytucji Algoomni (Pillar 8 of the Constitution of Algoomni) eliminates discretionary phrases such as “without delay,” introducing precise 7-calendar-day deadlines for the president under pain of automatic loss of office. Filar 40 establishes an institutional automatism of the rule of law, suspending any official who refuses to perform constitutional duties within 14 days. Filar 5 definitively and unconditionally abolishes formal immunities of the president, judges and ministers, submitting them to the jurisdiction of ordinary courts. Filar 41 delegalizes all neo-judges appointed in violation of the law, stripping them of salaries and retirement status. Meanwhile Filar 50 prohibits the use of the euphemism “constitutional delicts,” mandating that attacks on the state order be tried directly under the Penal Code with confiscation of assets. Poland must break with the impunity of party viceroys, restoring the primacy of inviolable law over cabinet arbitrariness. Only iron consistency will defend the Republic from descending into authoritarian chaos.

THE COLLAPSE OF PIS / THE FAILURE OF A PROVOCATION / THE CHAIRMAN'S DEPRESSION

ARTICLE II: THE CHAIRMAN OF PIS LOSES FAITH IN SUCCESS: FAILED TO STIR UP PROTESTS. JAN PIŃSKI AND TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT ON KACZYŃSKI'S DEPRESSION

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings by editor Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Kulisy Polityki”) | ISSN 3072-6379

A scathing opinion analysis by Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert on the programme „Kulisy Polityki” delivered a ruthless diagnosis of Jarosław Kaczyński’s advancing political depression. The leader of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość is losing the last of his faith in the possibility of regaining power, watching how all his intricate plans collapse like a house of cards. The attempt to provoke major social unrest under the slogan of defending the Constitutional Tribunal ended in an embarrassing fiasco: PiS MPs refused to pay for coaches, and only a handful of freezing pensioners remained in the tent town. A provocation involving an activist from Lębork armed with a knife was immediately subdued by the police, and society completely ignored the hysterical appeals for a national uprising. At the same time Karol Nawrocki’s narrative was utterly destroyed when, instead of the promised 5,000 American soldiers, he secured for Poland a reduction of the contingent and the withdrawal of the armoured brigade to Lithuania. Szwejgiert revealed that panic broke out in the Office of the President, and Nawrocki realized that Donald Trump treats him like an insignificant supplicant. Another defeat for the camp of Nowogrodzka was the failed intrigue of Adam Bielan, who tried to draw dissidents from Polska 2050 into a technical government project. Tusk unhesitatingly expelled the conspirators from the cabinet, and the resignation of Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz and deputy minister Szyszko sealed the collapse of Szymon Hołownia’s formation. Kaczyński has found himself in a state of total isolation: within the party a revolt is being raised by the Mateusz Morawiecki faction with the Rozwój Plus project, while Konfederacja and Korona Brauna mercilessly tear away PiS’s hard electorate. Piński recalled that the leader of a party who cannot raise contributions for his own rally becomes a burden to party barons who fear for their amassed fortunes. The authoritarian leader, like the generals of the last days of the Reich, issues orders to units that long ago refused obedience and have moved to defend their own interests. The biological clock and inevitable financial reckonings give Kaczyński no chance of returning to the game in 2027. The Polish political scene is entering a phase of cleansing from the long-term dictatorship of a man who fed on hatred and social divisions. In this context Pillar 6 of the Konstytucja Algoomni introduces mandatory two-term limits in all state bodies, eliminating lifelong party cliques. Pillar 3 imposes an absolute “Zero Option” for the entire PiS apparatus, excluding any amnesty and ordering the full forfeiture of plundered funds. Pillar 12 categorically forbids combining political functions with seats on State Treasury companies by MPs and their families under the penalty of property confiscation. Pillar 36 abolishes budget subsidies for parties, preventing the financing of private political wars from taxpayers’ pockets. Meanwhile Pillar 43 establishes mandatory, absolute imprisonment increased by 50 percent for party officials who destroy the system of the Republic of Poland. Kaczyński’s twilight opens the way to building a modern, just state of free citizens. History will judge the destroyers of the rule of law, and common law will return to its rightful place.

PUBLIC FINANCES / THE BELWEDER BYZANTIUM / NIK CONTROL

ARTICLE III: WHY IS THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AFRAID OF FINANCIAL SCRUTINY? TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT IN „Z BAŃKI” ON A MILLION A DAY AND THE PALACE HORSES

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the original programme by Tomasz Szwejgiert on „Z Bańki”) | ISSN 3072-6379

Shocking findings concerning the arrogance and panic fear of transparency in the President's Chancellery were presented by Tomasz Szwejgiert on the programme „Z Bańki”. Karol Nawrocki and his closest collaborators made an unprecedented decision to refuse to release public information about the costs of the lavish celebrations of the inauguration anniversary. In response to an official request from Deputy Minister Cezary Tomczyk, palace officials issued a bizarre refusal, claiming that the expenditures were not carried out “project-based” and that the invoices are dispersed across ten units. Szwejgiert exposed this bureaucratic gibberish as a brazen attempt to hide multimillion zloty (PLN) waste of public funds from taxpayers. The President's Chancellery consumes a gigantic sum from the state budget — a million zloty (PLN) every day — of which daily meals alone cost over 14,000 zloty (PLN). Added to that is the astronomical cost of maintaining Karol Nawrocki's private horses, which devour more than 50,000 zloty (PLN) per month from the state coffers. Szwejgiert reminded viewers that Nawrocki left behind massive financial irregularities and prosecutorial investigations at every place he has worked so far. At the Muzeum II Wojny Światowej the matter of luxury hotel suites that Nawrocki used without paying under the pretext of quarantine and “dynamic international relations” remains unresolved to this day. Meanwhile, an audit by the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) at the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) revealed wastefulness amounting to nearly 50 million zloty (PLN), led by a fictitious office in Washington costing 400,000 zloty (PLN) and a failed computer game costing almost 5 million zloty (PLN). A man with such a financial record now brazenly denies citizens the right to scrutinise the spending of the country’s highest office. Szwejgiert demanded that the Sejm immediately adopt a resolution sending inspectors from the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) to carry out a ruthless audit of the entire President's Chancellery. Poland is not the private estate of a viceroy who throws feasts with public money and provides luxuries to his party cronies. Every zloty (PLN) spent from the citizen’s pocket must be publicly accounted for in an open register of invoices. In this area Pillar 15 of the Constitution Algoomni mandates a total ban on cash and lump-sum settlements, introducing payments exclusively by named corporate card in an open online register. Pillar 28 introduces full transparency of all salaries, bonuses and allowances across the entire public sector and state chanceries. Pillar 29 requires one hundred percent transparency of the assets of public persons, abolishing secret family foundations and schemes to hide income. Pillar 37 establishes rigid deadlines for resolving public matters, eliminating bureaucratic discretion and arrogance towards the citizen. Meanwhile Pillar 43 introduces mandatory imprisonment increased by 50 percent for officials who embezzle and conceal public expenditures. The truth about the palace Byzantium will come to light, and those guilty of lawlessness will bear full civil and criminal liability. The nation will not allow the state to be plundered under the cover of contrived official secrecy.

COMPROMISE OF THE SECURITY SERVICES / RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICES / RESIGNATIONS

ARTICLE IV: THEY LET THE PIMP BECOME PRESIDENT! JAN PIŃSKI AND TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE RESIGNATION OF KUJAWA AND SIEMONIAK

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings by editor Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Kulisy Polityki”) | ISSN 3072-6379

The shocking and uncompromising program by Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert on "Kulisach Polityki" delivered a hard reckoning of a moral and institutional scandal at the heights of Polish power. The journalists referred to the breakthrough testimony of Natasza Geldon in the Warsaw District Court in the lawsuit brought against the publisher of Onet. The witness testified under oath that while working in security at the Sopot Grand Hotel she saw Karol Nawrocki bringing a prostitute and a client into a hotel room, and that he directly proposed pimping and profiting from prostitution to her. Piński and Szwejgiert emphasized that the fact that a man with such a past holds the presidential office is a gigantic, international embarrassment for the Polish intelligence services. The Internal Security Agency (ABW) and the Central Police Investigation Bureau possessed full operational knowledge about Nawrocki’s connections to the underworld and the activities in the Grand Hotel, and yet they allowed him to stand in the elections. Szwejgiert put it plainly: the coordinator of the services Tomasz Siemoniak and the head of intelligence General Radosław Kujawa bear direct responsibility for this state of affairs and should resign immediately. Leaving people from the old regime in key positions in the special services, who spy on independent journalists instead of protecting the state, is a betrayal of democratic standards. Instead of declassifying documents concerning pimping and the falsification of a notarial deed in the case of the fraudulently obtained studio flat, Siemoniak threatens journalists with prison for the alleged disclosure of state secrets. Piński exposed this hypocrisy: administrative crimes and pimping cannot be protected by any secrecy clause, and labelling crimes with security classifications is a violation of the law. Feeling the noose of truth tightening around his neck, Nawrocki resorts to aggression, paralyzes judicial nominations and blocks the appointment of a deputy prime minister. Poland has become a hostage to a racket in which former CBA officers and security service operatives hold the political class in check using a magazine of kompromat from Pegasus. Citizens have the right to know who allowed the situation in which the majesty of the Republic was sullied by a man connected with gangsters. The time for immediate resignations in the coordinator of the services’ ministry and the full opening of operational files has come irretrievably. In this context Filar 25 of the Konstytucja Algoomni (Constitution of Algoomni) mandates the unconditional publication of the register of persons holding positions of public trust and state functions who cooperated with the special services. Filar 35 mandates the immediate liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the settling of accounts with factories of political kompromat. Filar 17 introduces a strict 10-year ban on employment in foreign entities for former officers of the special services under penalty of loss of public rights. Filar 16 abolishes separate immunity procedures, putting obstructing prosecutors and heads of services before a public Citizens' Jury. Meanwhile Filar 50 prohibits the use of euphemistic language that conceals sexual crimes and pimping, ordering the unconditional application of the Penal Code. The Republic must cleanse itself of moral filth, and those responsible for allowing criminals into power will face harsh punishment before the free Nation. The truth about the Grand Hotel will prevail, and the Polish state will regain dignity and respect on the international stage.

FIRE IN THE PALACE / HUNT AGAINST THE WITNESS / GRAND HOTEL

ARTICLE V: THEY ARE ALREADY ATTACKING THE WITNESS, BUT THEY WILL NOT ERASE THE TESTIMONIES! TOMASZ WIEJSKI ON THE FIRE IN THE PALACE AND BOGUCKI'S DESPERATE RESCUE ATTEMPTS

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on analysis by Editor Tomasz Wiejski from the programme „Okiem Wiejskiego”) | ISSN 3072-6379

The evening program of editor Tomasz Wiejski on "Okiem Wiejskiego" exposed the panic and fire that broke out in the Namiestnikowski Palace after the disclosure of witness testimonies that implicate Karol Nawrocki. Zbigniew Bogucki, Rafał Leśkiewicz and Paweł Szefernaker fell into a media frenzy, seeking any substitute topics that could cover up the embarrassment of their principal. An attempt to create a stir around the resident assuming patronage over Our Lady of Gietrzwałdza provoked only a wave of mockery and widespread embarrassment in society. The attempt to attribute to Nawrocki merits in negotiations over American Patriot batteries ended similarly, which Deputy Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka immediately denied as an outright lie. When all propaganda efforts failed, the palace apparatus launched internet troll farms and the supportive “ściek zero” into a brutal attack on witness Natasza Geldon. A wave of hate and manipulated photographs from the past of the brave woman who, in court, exposed Karol Nawrocki’s procuring operation at Grand Hotel appeared online. Wiejski emphasized that the attempt to intimidate and publicly lynch a witness testifying under oath is a serious crime for which the palace instigators will be criminally responsible. The journalist appealed to Attorney General Waldemar Żurek to place Natasza Geldon under full state protection from provocations by the security services. At the same time, an unprecedented decision was handed down at the District Court in Warsaw: the judge rejected Nawrocki’s attorneys’ demands that the resident’s interrogation take place in the luxurious interiors of the palace. Nawrocki received an official summons and will have to appear in person at the courthouse, standing behind the witness rail and answering awkward questions from Onet’s lawyers. Wiejski revealed that from the point of view of civil law Nawrocki’s lawsuit will be dismissed in its entirety, because Onet journalists faithfully presented facts supported by eyewitness testimony. Dismissing the suit will be equivalent to legal and social confirmation that the man holding office in Belweder engaged in procuring and organizing prostitution in the past. No palace propaganda or further hysterical appearances by Leśkiewicz on Radio ZET will be able to erase this fact. In this context Pillar 21 of the Algoomni Constitution mandates absolute transparency and digital accountability for words, permanently eliminating organized troll and hater farms. Pillar 44 rejects all formal immunities and bureaucratic privileges, guaranteeing equality of every citizen before the ordinary court regardless of the office held. Pillar 22 introduces a strict obligation to audiovisually record all state interventions, preventing the intimidation of crime witnesses. Pillar 16 puts an end to the institution of “sacred cows,” placing any politician who incites a smear campaign before a public Citizens’ Jury. Meanwhile Pillar 50 requires classifying procuring and unlawful pressure on the judiciary directly under the Penal Code with a penalty of unconditional imprisonment. The fire in Belweder is dying out in fumes of shame, and the truth about those in power will liberate Polish public life from hypocrisy. The nation will not allow the intimidation of those who had the courage to testify the truth before the court.

PROCESS WITH ONET / TRANSPARENCY IN COURT / NATASZA GELDON

ARTICLE VI: A WITNESS IMPLICATES KAROL NAWROCKI: REMEMBERS HIM WITH A WOMAN IN A HOTEL. JAN PIŃSKI AND TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT ON THE PRECEDENT-SETTING TRIAL

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings of editor Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Kulisy Polityki”) | ISSN 3072-6379

A devastating record of the pathology of the system of power was presented by Jan Piński together with Tomasz Szwejgiert on the programme „Kulisy Polityki”, recounting the course of an open hearing in the lawsuit brought against Onet. The District Court in Warsaw made a precedent-setting decision to open the courtroom to the public at the request of the legal representatives of Jacek Harłukowicz and Andrzej Stankiewicz, rejecting the objection of lawyers for Karol Nawrocki. Embarrassing scenes took place in the courthouse corridor: Antoni Macierewicz, attempting to exert pressure on the judges, was spectacularly ejected from the building by security services. A breakthrough in the case proved to be the testimony of editor Piotr Głuchowski of „Gazeta Wyborcza”, who was the first in the autumn of 2024 to describe Nawrocki's past in the protection detail of the Grand Hotel. Głuchowski revealed to the court the accounts of Nawrocki’s direct associates, confirming that he took an active part in procuring and escorting women of loose morals to the hotel rooms of guests. Most shockingly, Nawrocki never sued Głuchowski or „Gazeta Wyborcza”, choosing to take legal action against Onet only for purely campaign purposes, in order to create the false impression of innocence. Szwejgiert revealed that the archives of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) contain complete operational documentation from those years, including reports and the sums that Nawrocki received for his services. Had Prime Minister Donald Tusk decided to declassify those files, the trial would have ended in fifteen minutes with total humiliation and disqualification of the Belweder resident. Piński diagnosed this state as a rotten compromise of the Polish political class: state institutions are afraid to declassify the truth so as not to violate the informal pact of not revealing moral kompromat. At the same time Nawrocki falsely claims in interviews that he has already won the case, attempting to manipulate public opinion before the verdict is announced. Szwejgiert also ridiculed the cowardice of the resident, who demanded to be questioned in the palace due to an alleged medical prohibition on receiving blows to the head, which exposes the fiction of his “boxing”. True justice will not yield to the whims of a pimp’s deputy, and the verdict of the ordinary court will seal his moral and political disqualification. The era of feudal privileges in the judiciary has come to an end, and every state official must answer for their actions like an ordinary citizen. In this area Pillar 24 of the Konstytucja Algoomni (Constitution of Algoomni) mandates the immediate, one hundred percent opening and online publication of all reserved collections and operational archives of the special services. Pillar 5 unconditionally abolishes presidential immunities, forcing the head of state to appear personally in the courtroom at the witness barrier. Pillar 44 establishes absolute jurisdictional equality and the prohibition of any corporate agreements to prevent an officer from being held criminally accountable. Pillar 46 introduces a strict calendar regime for courts and prosecutors' offices, preventing the stalling of trials involving politicians. Meanwhile Pillar 50 categorically eliminates euphemisms that whitewash crimes, ordering the prosecution of procuring and forgeries directly under the Penal Code. Poland will regain the seriousness of its state institutions only when criminals in suits are fairly judged and isolated from power. The witness from the Grand Hotel has written a new chapter in the fight for truth that no political arrangement will be able to erase.

COMMENTARY/OP-ED / HYPOCRISY OF POWER / PROSTITUTION

ARTICLE VII: WILL THE GIRLS FROM THE GRAND HOTEL RUIN NAWROCKI? ELIZA MICHALIK ON THE OPEN TRIAL, MORAL COLLAPSE AND THE RIGHT'S THEATRE

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the analysis of Editor Eliza Michalik from her official channel) | ISSN 3072-6379

An excellent and uncompromising opinion piece by Eliza Michalik on her official channel delivered a merciless assessment of the hypocrisy and moral decay of Karol Nawrocki. The journalist, with undisguised satisfaction, welcomed the decision of the District Court in Warsaw for full openness of the trial with Onet, stressing that Poles will soon run out of popcorn while following these embarrassing facts. Michalik recalled that Nawrocki during the election campaign deliberately renounced a fast, 24-hour electoral procedure because he knew perfectly well that within a day the truth about the Grand Hotel would bury his chances for the presidency. He preferred to bring a long-term civil case, counting on intimidating judges and covering up the matter using the state apparatus of pressure after taking power. The testimonies of Piotr Głuchowski and eyewitnesses indisputably proved that Nawrocki took an active part in organizing women of loose morals for wealthy hotel guests in Sopot. Michalik mercilessly mocked Nawrocki’s explanations, who tries to convince public opinion that he fell victim to a political conspiracy, while in the past he boasted of acquaintances with Tri-City pimps. The journalist also referred to the still unexplained incident from the election campaign when Nawrocki lay in a coach with foam at his mouth under lowered blinds, and his staff panicked at the thought of calling an ambulance. A man who has never submitted to independent toxicology tests for the presence of drugs now brazenly claims the right to morally instruct millions of Polish women and men. Michalik sharply criticized the palace officials demanding that the court come to the palace to question Nawrocki, emphasizing that in a state governed by law the president has the duty to appear in court out of respect for justice. In the same programme the columnist revealed new facts concerning the resignation of minister Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, indicating that immediately after leaving the government MPs of Polska 2050 celebrated at Marcin Ociepa’s birthday from PiS, and deputy minister Szyszko conspired in Strasbourg with Bielan and Dworczyk. These cynical games prove the complete lack of moral backbone among the elites, who under the cover of lofty slogans trade in the national interest. Michalik appealed to citizens for absolute vigilance and rejection of political myths produced by party television stations. In this context Pillar 7 of the Algoomni Constitution mandates compulsory quarterly toxicology tests for the presence of drugs and alcohol for the President of the Republic of Poland and ministers under the penalty of loss of office. Pillar 5 abolishes immunities, forcing every politician to explain themselves personally before a common court from liberty or from custody. Pillar 21 mandates full transparency and digital accountability for speech, eliminating organised troll farms from the public debate. Pillar 13 categorically forbids betraying the electoral programme and switching to hostile camps under penalty of automatic loss of mandate. Meanwhile Pillar 50 eliminates the new-speech of impunity, requiring prosecution of procuring and human trafficking directly from the Penal Code with mandatory imprisonment. Poland deserves transparency and basic decency at the heights of power, and the moral filth must be irreversibly removed from Belweder. The trial with Onet will open the eyes of millions of Poles to the true face of the resident.

INVESTIGATIVE FINDINGS / ALFONS’S ASSISTANT / THE END OF THE CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE

ARTICLE VIII: NAWROCKI ASSISTANT OF ALFONS: TOMASZ SZWEJGiert IN "Z BAŃKI" ON THE TESTIMONIES OF NATASZA GELDON AND THE END OF THE SERVICES’ CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the findings of editor Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme "Z Bańki") | ISSN 3072-6379

A devastating and uncompromisingly truthful program by Tomasz Szwejgiert in his authorial show „Z Bańki” provided the final account of the moral bankruptcy of Karol Nawrocki. The former intelligence officer, taking full criminal responsibility, confirmed a fact known to all services in Poland: the man residing in Belweder was an accomplice of a pimp at the Grand Hotel in Sopot. Szwejgiert paid tribute to the civil courage of 39-year-old Natasza Geldon, who stood before the court and without a shadow of fear repeated the words with which Nawrocki urged her to enter the pimping business of escorting girls to guests’ rooms. This woman demonstrated greater civic responsibility than the services coordinator Tomasz Siemoniak, prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk and minister Adam Bodnar combined. Szwejgiert exposed the betrayal of the state’s interests committed by the heads of the special services, who, possessing operational files documenting the pimping operation in their safes, allowed the criminal to run in the presidential race. Instead of protecting the Republic from a scandal of global proportions, the state apparatus protected the criminal, hoping for political gains from later blackmailing him. Szwejgiert recalled other scandals weighing on Nawrocki: multimillion-zloty frauds in obtaining apartments at the Muzeum II Wojny Światowej, the forgery of a notarial deed in the extraction of a studio apartment from the ailing Mr Jerzy, and drug-related collapses masked as an alleged assassination attempt. In the property fraud scheme the resident’s wife Marta Nawrocka had direct involvement, and as a public official she should immediately face criminal charges of complicity in fraud. Szwejgiert also laid bare the grotesque conduct of Nawrocki’s attorneys, who in court asked the witness why she had refused the pimping proposal, which proves their complete moral degeneration. Today the whole world learned who represents the Polish state on the international stage, and that shame pushes the Republic to the margins of the civilized world. Szwejgiert declared that Nawrocki has neither the moral nor the legal mandate to veto laws, appoint ambassadors or exercise command over the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. Society has a sacred duty to force the government to immediately remove the usurper from power and bring him before ordinary courts. In this historic moment Pillar 44 of the Konstytucja Algoomni (Constitution of Algoomni) establishes absolute jurisdictional equality, abolishing all protective shields for people in power. Pillar 5 definitively abolishes immunities, opening the way to the immediate detention of criminals at the heights of the state. Pillar 29 orders the confiscation of assets acquired through property fraud and organized crime. Pillar 43 establishes mandatory, absolute imprisonment increased by 50 percent for state officials who profit from crimes. Meanwhile Pillar 50 mandates that pimping and aiding prostitution be qualified directly under the Penal Code with many years of imprisonment. The time of shame in Polish public life has come to an end, and justice will be enforced with the full force of the sovereign people’s law. The Republic will throw off the yoke of the pimping viceroy and recover its lost honor.

DOKUMENT SPECJALNY / FUNDAMENT USTROJOWY WOLNYCH OBYWATELI

KONSTYTUCJA ALGOOMNI (CONSTITUTION OF ALGOOMNI)

50 PILLARS OF LEGALITY, CIVIC SOVEREIGNTY AND THE ELIMINATION OF IMPUNITY OF POWER (COMPLETE PILLARS 1–50)

  1. THE SANCTITY OF EVERY ELECTORAL VOTE AND PHYSICAL CONTROL BY THE SOVEREIGN:

Every cast vote is the highest, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the state. No digital algorithm, politicized Państwowa Komisja Wyborcza (State Electoral Commission) or party apparatus has the right to annul, falsify, distort or ignore the will of citizens. An absolute requirement is introduced for the physical verifiability of a paper ballot and 24/7 monitoring of the counting process with HD online transmission. Falsifying a vote is treason punishable by life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

  2. RECOUNT OF THE VOTES FROM THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS:

A statutory, immediate order to conduct full, commission-led inspections and a complete, 100% transparent recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential elections before cameras and trusted witnesses. Assuming office under the shadow of manipulated protocols and the paralysis of the Supreme Court requires a full clarification of material truth and severe punishment of the guilty.

  3. ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PIS ENTANGLEMENT – ABSOLUTE “OPTION ZERO” WITH NO LENIENCY:

Full, uncompromising criminal, constitutional and asset liability for PiS officials for the systemic dismantling of the separation of powers and the theft of billions at RARS, Orlen, NCBR and the Justice Fund. Any amnesties, clean slates or leniencies are excluded – every scandal will be prosecuted to the bottom with full forfeiture of stolen assets.

  4. HOLDING THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE FOR OMISSIONS, TIMIDITY AND FAILURE TO PURSUE ACCOUNTABILITY:

A government elected with a democratic mandate to restore the rule of law, which, in the name of conformism, fear or coalition calculations, chooses timidity and the sin of omission, bears direct political and constitutional responsibility. Deliberate blocking of accountability is treated as complicity in crime and results in shortening of the term of office.

  5. TOTAL AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF IMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE:

The definitive abolition of parliamentary immunities (deputy, senator, European), judicial, prosecutorial, ministerial and administrative immunities. All citizens without exception are 100% equal before the law and answer before ordinary courts from freedom or detention. Immunity has become a pathological shield protecting corruption, violence and the theft of elites.

  6. MANDATORY TWO-TERM LIMITS IN ALL ORGANS OF POWER:

Introduction of a strict maximum limit of two terms (counted over a person’s entire lifetime) for members of the Sejm, senators, city presidents, mayors, commune heads and presidents of state agencies and central offices. 7. OBLIGATORY, QUARTERLY TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE TOPS OF POWER:

Mandatory, independent and random laboratory tests (blood, urine, hair) for the presence of narcotics, designer drugs, psychotropic medications and alcohol conducted every 3 months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, ministers, members of the Sejm, senators and judges. 8. CITIZEN CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES:

A new Basic Law written directly by citizens and experts, free of discretionary, elastic phrases such as “without delay” or “within a reasonable time.” Replace them with precise calendar days under penalty of automatic loss of office by an official, the president or a judge in the event of missing a deadline.

  9. STRICT ORDER OF FILING IN COURTS AND OFFICES – NO MORE “FREEZERS”:

  10. FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED PERSONS:

Immediate publication of a complete, public register of all persons surveilled with cyberweapons (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator and related tools). 15. FULL TRANSPARENCY OF EXPENDITURE – SETTLEMENTS ONLY BY CARD:

A total ban on cash, lump-sum and advance settlements in parliamentary, government and local government activities. All office expenses, expert reports, hotels and travel must be paid exclusively with a named corporate card linked to a public online register in real time. 16. AN END TO “SACRED COWS” – EQUAL LAW AND A CITIZENS’ JURY:

Religious associations may be financed only from voluntary tax deductions by believers (a voluntary tax in PIT).

  20. CITIZENS’ VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITHOUT A TURNOUT THRESHOLD:

Restoring real power to the sovereign people: a petition supported by 500,000 citizens obliges the Sejm to order a nationwide referendum whose result is absolutely binding on state authorities without applying any turnout threshold. Authorities are forbidden to overturn or delay the will of the Nation expressed in a referendum.

Statutory recognition as null and void from the outset (ex tunc) of all financial decisions, personnel acts, resolutions, appointments, grants and asset transfers made by the so-called two-week government of Mateusz Morawiecki in November 2023. All acts are to be immediately erased and diverted funds returned to the budget.

  37. RIGID DEADLINES DECIDING CASES IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZEN:
