Title: THE MECHANISMS OF MANIPULATION ARE CRACKING: UKRAINE WIPE OUT YANDEX SERVERS, KRAKÓW REJECTS THE POLITICS OF FEAR, AND THE SECURITY SERVICES ARE LOSING THEIR GROUND
Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski – Editor-in-Chief Gazeta Logomarka | Gazeta ALGOOMNI P.S.A.
Tuesday, 13 October 2026 will go down in the history of Polish public debate as the day another smokescreen erected by the party apparatus of disinformation collapsed. A precise strike by Ukrainian services on the servers of the Russian Yandex provoked a sudden, telling silence on hundreds of supposedly “patriotic” profiles in Polish social media — it turned out that the white-and-red colours served only to mask pro‑Russian hate and panic. At the same time Kraków gave the whole of Poland a powerful lesson in civic sovereignty: residents rebelled against the party monopoly of the Civic Coalition, and the victory of Łukasz Gibała exposed the bankruptcy of a politics based solely on frightening people with PiS. Further shocking facts are coming to light — investigator Krzysztof Kluzek exposes unlawful wiretapping of politicians, journalists and lawyers outside any judicial oversight, and the Kremlin opens a hunt for the heads of the European and Polish defence industry. In the face of Kaczyński's hysteria and the compromise of the resident Karol Nawrocki in the Philippines, Poles no longer want political half‑truths or backroom government deals. In issue 32 of Gazeta Logomarka we publish seven exhaustive analytical investigations (each strictly over twenty full sentences) and present the foundation of the New Order of the Republic: THE ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW. It is time to return power to the Free Citizens!

ARTICLE I: “PATRIOTS” SUDDENLY FELL SILENT! UKRAINE WIPE YANDEX SERVERS, AND THE NET EXPOSES RUSSIAN HATE FARMS
Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on findings by editor Tomasz Wiejski from the programme “Okiem Wiejskiego”)
A spectacular and precise strike by Ukrainian cyber forces on the main server infrastructure of the Russian technology giant Yandex produced a devastating effect in the Polish online space. As Tomasz Wiejski relentlessly showed in the latest broadcast of “Okiem Wiejskiego”, within just a few minutes of the paralysis of the eastern network nodes hundreds of the most aggressive, extreme nationalist accounts suddenly disappeared from Polish Twitter and Facebook. Profiles that only a few hours earlier flaunted white‑and‑red flags, hussar imagery and a supposed concern for the sovereignty of the fatherland fell silent on command. That sudden silence exposed a grim truth: a huge portion of the so‑called “patriotic hate” aimed at refugees, spreading panic in schools and attacking the democratic state was being directly supplied and controlled from servers in Petersburg and Moscow. Tomasz Wiejski aptly reminded listeners that white‑and‑red colours on profiles do not turn falsehood into patriotism, especially when its immediate effects are extremely convenient for the Kremlin. Years of passivity by Polish special services in the face of Russian cyber‑sabotage allowed a foreign agent network to build a gigantic infrastructure for manipulating public moods in Poland. Right‑wing politicians and patho‑patriotic activists unreflectingly replicated these narratives, building their reach on them and gaining the support of a radicalised electorate. When the Ukrainian strike cut off the power to the bots, it turned out that the supposed “anger of the Polish internet” was in fact a Russian psychological operation designed to provoke a civil war on the Vistula. Investigative journalists note that after the troll farms were shut down an unprecedented calm settled over the network, and the number of false bomb threats fell almost to zero. This is hard evidence of how powerful a threat to state security the lack of digital sovereignty and toleration of unverified accounts constitutes. The National Prosecutor's Office and the Internal Security Agency (ABW) must immediately secure digital traces and bring charges against all Polish administrators cooperating with Russian disinformation centres. The real Poland is free, thinking citizens, not an army of virtual puppets controlled through eastern algorithms. The nation will no longer be deceived by cynical players dressed in national colours.

ARTICLE II: KRAKÓW HAS HAD ENOUGH OF THE POLITICS OF FEAR. TUSK LOST TO GIBAŁA – VOTERS’ REBELLION AGAINST THE KO MONOPOLY
Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the debate of editors Mariusz Kowalewski and Jan Piński)
A sensational electoral outcome in Kraków, where independent candidate Łukasz Gibała dominated the first round of the early mayoral election, is a powerful shock to the entire Polish political scene. Mariusz Kowalewski and Jan Piński, in an uncompromising analysis, pointed out that the Kraków verdict is above all a spectacular defeat for Donald Tusk and the Civic Coalition, who in the name of party pride dismissed the aspirations of the inhabitants of Poland’s former capital. Imposing the candidacy of Monika Piątkowska and attempting to win the election solely by emotional blackmail and by frightening voters with a PiS return met with the sovereign people’s firm and unequivocal rejection. The people of Kraków showed that they are thoroughly fed up with politics based on constant fear-management and demand a real programme for the city’s development, not party lieutenants. Jan Piński rightly noted that the prime minister’s visit to Kraków acted like a “kiss of death”, mobilising residents to rebel against the arrogance of central power. The ruling coalition forgot that the citizens’ support from October 2023 was not a blank cheque but a hard obligation to reforms and honesty. Instead of thoroughly cleaning up the state and providing real support to local governments, Poles received procrastination, media spectacles and attempts to appropriate local communities by party headquarters. Mariusz Kowalewski pointed out that Łukasz Gibała’s result (over 36%), combined with the excellent result of the social left and the disgrace of the PiS candidate, demonstrates the birth of a new civic force. City residents no longer want to be hostages of the PO-PiS duopoly, which for two decades has been draining the nation’s energy in fruitless tribal wars. The victory of an independent candidate in Kraków is a clear warning signal to Donald Tusk: if the government does not speed up accountability and start listening to citizens, it will lose the next elections nationwide. The time of arrogant decisions made at capital tables has irretrievably passed, and sovereignty begins at the local ballot boxes.

ARTYKUŁ III: KRZYSZTOF KLUZEK ON THE HELL OF ILLEGAL WIRETAPPING. HOW THE SECURITY SERVICES SPIED ON POLITICIANS, LAWYERS AND THE MEDIA
Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the testimony of Krzysztof Kluzek on Jan Piński’s programme „Kulisy Polityki”)
The shocking confessions of Krzysztof Kluzek, a long-time analyst and uncompromising exposer of the crimes of the Polish special services, revealed to the public the immense pathology eating away at the surveillance apparatus under the rule of the United Right. In a conversation with editor Jan Piński on „Kulisy Polityki”, Kluzek presented devastating evidence of a massive, organised and completely unlawful practice of wiretapping public figures outside any judicial supervision. Cyber tools, including Pegasus and Hermes, were used not to combat organised crime but to collect intimate kompromat, blackmail lawyers, breach medical confidentiality and destroy independent prosecutors. Kluzek precisely described how security officers falsified applications for operational control, entering fictitious names and alleged terrorist threats under the telephone numbers of critical journalists and opposition leaders. In this way politicised judges signed “blank” approvals, legalising the criminal voyeurism of citizens’ private lives in real time. Most outrageously, the intimate materials collected were sent directly to the desks of party coordinators and used to furnish electoral lists and to steer the media market. Kluzek revealed that trusted units of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Military Counterintelligence Service were directly involved in this practice under the leadership of Antoni Macierewicz. No one in Poland at the time could feel safe: even ministers of the Morawiecki government were wiretapped, creating an atmosphere of pervasive fear and mutual distrust. Jan Piński emphasised that these surveillance crimes must be accounted for with the full severity of the law, and the names of all those illegally wiretapped and their persecutors must see the light of day. The officers and prosecutors responsible for this practice cannot hide behind the stamp of state secrecy. The Kluzek case is indisputable proof that the security institutions were turned into a private agency of political terror, which requires the immediate dismantling of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the appointment of juries.

ARTYKUŁ IV: THE KREMLIN HUNTS PEOPLE OF THE EUROPEAN ARMAMENTS INDUSTRY. INDUSTRIAL SABOTAGE AND THE THREAT TO POLISH PLANTS
Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the counterintelligence analysis of editor Tomasz Wiejski and special broadcasts)
The latest reports from NATO allied intelligence services about coordinated attempts at assassinations and acts of sabotage aimed at key managers of the European defence industry constitute the highest alarm for the Republic. Tomasz Wiejski, in a dramatic statement, laid bare Moscow's ruthless tactics, which after failures on the conventional front have moved combat operations directly onto the territory of European Union states. After the foiled assassination attempt on the head of the German concern Rheinmetall, Russian diversionary groups are targeting armament plants in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Poland, as a key logistical hub and producer of ammunition, the Krab self-propelled howitzer and the Piorun air-defence systems, is on the front line of this secret front. Wiejski stressed that the safety of engineers, designers and directors of strategic companies of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa must become an absolute priority of the state's counterintelligence protection. Unfortunately, years of partisan purges in the Internal Security Agency (ABW) and the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) under Błaszczak and Macierewicz have led to a dramatic lowering of the physical and operational protection of Polish defence plants. Foreign services easily infiltrated supply chains, as evidenced by mysterious fires at chemical plants and attempts to paralyse railway lines. Tomasz Wiejski put it plainly: Poland cannot wait until a hostile commando murders a Polish designer or blows up a production hall in Mesko or Huta Stalowa Wola. It is necessary to immediately enroll key specialists in a personal protection programme and to ruthlessly scrutinise the capital links of all subcontractors. The defence industry is the bloodstream of the sovereignty of the sovereign people, and its defence requires determination and the ruthless application of regulations on the state of diversionary threat. Any Russian agent or saboteur captured on Polish territory must reckon with a penalty of life imprisonment for treason and war terrorism.

ARTICLE V: ELECTIONS IN KRAKÓW AND THE FALL OF PIS LEGENDS. WHY NOWOGRODZKA LOST TO ITS OWN CYNICISM
Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on editorial findings and public debates from Kraków)
The defeat of the Law and Justice candidate in the Kraków mayoral election is further, indisputable evidence of the final exhaustion of Nowogrodzka's political fuel in major urban centres. Despite hysterical attempts to portray Michał Drewnicki as an alleged representative of young, modern conservatism, the residents of Kraków mercilessly presented Kaczyński's party with a bill for eight years of lawlessness and arrogance. Winning only a few dozen percent of the vote, in the absence of real competition from the extreme right, exposed the myth of a supposed revival of support for PiS. Commentators and analysts point out that the party that for years treated Małopolska as its inviolable stronghold has today been pushed to the margins of political powerlessness. Voters have not forgotten the party's raids on municipal coffers, the plundering of EU funds by Czarnek's appointees, or the embarrassing brawls in the regional assembly. Nowogrodzka lost to its own cynicism, trying to persuade Cracovians that the city's problem is alleged Brussels conspiracies, while residents struggle with high prices, traffic jams and a lack of housing. The elections in Kraków also showed that attempts by the PiS chairman to impose fairground candidates and to distract attention from the ZondaCrypto scandal and Nawrocki's trips to the Philippines arouse only pity in citizens. Even the traditional conservative electorate is turning away from a party whose leaders engage in mutual denunciations and fights over the remnants of assets embezzled from SKOKs. Kraków has become a symbol of the beginning of the end of Kaczyński's political machine, which without access to state billions and television propaganda is falling to dust. True sovereignty is born from the rejection of false idols and building the state on a foundation of transparency, which emphatically confirms the need to implement 50 Filarów Konstytucji Algoomni (50 Pillars of the Algoomni Constitution).

ARTICLE VI: KACZYŃSKI'S HYSTERIA AND THE WAR OF NERVES. THE LAST TWITCHES OF THE REGIME IN THE SHADOW OF FINANCIAL INVESTIGATIONS
Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski (based on the broadcasts of Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert from the programme „Kulisy Polityki”)
The escalation of aggression in the speeches of Jarosław Kaczyński has reached in recent days a level not seen even in the darkest moments of the past decade. In the analyses of Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert a clear diagnosis emerges: the leader of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość is in a state of panic-stricken fear of the inevitable criminal responsibility for organized lawlessness. The disclosure of testimony from key witnesses in the cryptocurrency scandal, arrests within the structures of ZondaCrypto and the cutting off of the Karnowski brothers' party empires from state subsidies have definitively destroyed the sense of untouchability of Nowogrodzka. Kaczyński knows perfectly well that motions to lift the immunities of his closest collaborators, including Moskal and Ostrowski, are only the prelude to bringing charges against himself. That is why the opposition leader resorts to a desperate war of nerves, calling his supporters to revolt and hurling absurd accusations of treason against the lawful government. This hysteria is not, however, a sign of strength but of the extreme weakness of a man who sees the system built over years falling to pieces. Piński and Szwejgiert recalled that governments founded on fear and lies always end with the panic flight of decision-makers and mutual accusations of failure. Civil society watches this spectacle of agony with great calm and determination, refusing to be provoked into the street riots Nowogrodzka dreams of. The rule of law, enforced by Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek, functions slowly but with iron consistency. No politician, regardless of age or past offices held, will escape the court when hard evidence of embezzlement of public property and the destruction of the constitutional order lies on the table. Kaczyński's hysteria is the ultimate proof that the era of impunity has irrevocably ended.

ARTICLE VII: THE ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION AS A RESPONSE TO THE INSTITUTIONAL CRISIS. 50 PILLARS OF THE CITIZEN REPUBLIC
Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski – Editor-in-Chief Gazeta Logomarka
A deep systemic crisis that has paralyzed the Polish state will not be resolved by cosmetic amendments to laws or a return to the pathological compromises of the Third Republic. The Polish nation, tested by a decade of authoritarian dismantling of the law, impunity of political castes and brazen plundering of national assets, needs a fundamental constitutional reset. The KONSTYTUCJA ALGOOMNI (ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION) project and its 50 Inviolable Pillars of the Rule of Law constitute the only comprehensive, civic response to the collapse of traditional institutions. Developed by independent experts, investigative journalists and free citizens, the manifesto strips power from party oligarchs and hands it directly into the hands of the sovereign people. There is no consent for immunities that have become a shield for common criminals, no consent for entrenched political clans feeding off positions for decades, and no consent for courts where citizens' cases lie frozen for years. The introduction of mandatory imprisonment for corrupt politicians, the complete abolition of formal and material immunities and the direct election of judges and prosecutors by citizens are the foundations of a state in which law means law. Financial sovereignty, immediate VAT refunds within seven days and real-time banking 24/7/365 are, in turn, the necessary conditions to unleash the economic potential of Polish entrepreneurs. Enough lies, enough of the security service's impunity and blackmail, and enough party hypocrisy preying on human fear. The pillars of the new order published on the following pages of today’s edition are a declaration of civic independence that sets the only path to the rebirth of the Republic of Poland. We stand guard over Truth, Freedom and the Dignity of every Human being.

CONSTITUTION OF ALGOOMNI – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW, CIVIC SOVEREIGNTY AND THE ELIMINATION OF THE IMPUNITY OF POWER
(PROJECT OF A NEW SYSTEM FOR THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. THE SACREDNESS OF EVERY VOTE AND THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE MANDATE
Every cast vote constitutes the highest, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the Republic of Poland. No digital algorithm, politicized electoral commission, external server or backstage party arrangement has the right to annul, falsify, distort or relativize the will of citizens. Any attempts to manipulate protocols or electoral procedures shall be treated relentlessly as the crime of treason, punishable by lifetime deprivation of public rights and confiscation of property.
2. A NEW, OPEN RECOUNT OF THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION VOTES
An absolute requirement to carry out comprehensive, commission-led inspections and a renewed, 100% public and live-broadcast recount of every ballot paper from the 2025 presidential election. Choosing the head of state under the shadow of manipulation by 87 politicized commissions and the systemic paralysis of control bodies invalidates the moral mandate of the office until every ballot box has been verified in the presence of citizens and cameras.
3. ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PI S GOVERNMENTS – THE ABSOLUTE "ZERO OPTION"
Full, uncompromising and irreversible criminal, constitutional and property liability for the organized dismantling of the legal order, the destruction of the separation of powers and the looting of public property during the years of PiS rule. The rejection of any rotten compromises, political deals or leniency – expropriated assets are subject to obligatory and immediate confiscation for the benefit of the State Treasury.
4. HOLDING THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT TO ACCOUNT FOR OMISSIONS AND TEMPORIZING
A government that received a democratic mandate to ruthlessly restore the rule of law but, in the name of conformism, political temporizing and party calculations, chose passivity, bears hard political and constitutional responsibility. Failure to carry out accountability is tantamount to complicity in unlawfulness and opens the way to a recurrence of an authoritarian regime.
5. THE TOTAL AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF ALL IMMUNITIES
Definitive abolition of parliamentary, judicial, prosecutorial and official immunities. All citizens, without any exceptions, are 100% equal before the law and answer to the same ordinary courts. The institution of immunity is struck from the Polish legal order as a relic of caste and a pathological shield protecting elite corruption.
6. MANDATORY TWO-TERMLIMIT FOR ALL PUBLIC BODIES
Introduction of a strict lifetime limit of a maximum of two terms for members of the Sejm, senators, city presidents (mayors), town mayors (burmistrz), village heads (wójt) and heads of state agencies and central offices. Elimination of the caste of professional politicians welded to their posts for decades and creating oligarchic bureaucratic clans.
7. MANDATORY TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE TOP OF POWER
Mandatory, independent and random laboratory tests (blood, urine, hair) carried out every three months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, ministers, members of the Sejm, senators and judges. Refusal to submit to a test or a positive result automatically results in loss of office by operation of law, preventing people under the influence of psychoactive substances from deciding the fate of the nation.
8. CITIZENS' CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES
The new Basic Law must be drafted by citizens, not politicians concerned with their own security. Complete elimination from the law of flexible, discretionary phrases such as “immediately” and their replacement with precise calendar days under penalty of automatic loss of office by an official or judge in case of delay.
9. STRICT ORDER OF FILING IN COURTS, PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES AND OFFICES
A statutory, rigorous requirement to process cases according to the exact date, minute and hour of their filing with courts, prosecutor's offices and administrative offices. A definitive end to political “freezers” of inconvenient cases, manual manipulation of dockets and deliberate prolongation of proceedings to cause statute of limitations.
10. FULL DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF PEOPLE ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED BY CYBERWEAPONS
Immediate publication of a complete, open registry of all citizens, politicians and journalists surveilled by cyberweapons (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator and related tools). Society has the inalienable right to know who was blackmailed, manipulated and destroyed by the security apparatus when making strategic state decisions.
11. PERSONAL CRIMINAL AND ASSET LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS
Full personal civil, criminal and asset liability (with their entire present and future private property) for the president, ministers, members of the Sejm, officials, judges and prosecutors for deliberate breaches of the Constitution, issuing unlawful decisions, fabricated evidence and errors causing losses to the State Treasury or harm to citizens.
12. BAN ON PARTICIPATION IN STATE-CONTROLLED COMPANIES AND COOLING-OFF PERIOD FOR POLITICIANS
A radical ban on serving on boards, supervisory boards and bodies of State Treasury companies and municipal companies for ministers, members of the Sejm, senators, local government officials and their families, together with a five-year cooling-off period after leaving office. A definitive cut to the pathology of cronyism and siphoning off national assets.
13. ABSOLUTE BAN ON CHANGING PARTY – NO POLITICAL TOURISM
A parliamentarian’s or councillor’s mandate is tied to the will of voters who voted for the party list. Abandoning a parliamentary club or party during a term automatically terminates the mandate by operation of law and the next person on the list takes the seat. An end to betraying voters and political corruption.
14. MANDATORY ATTENDANCE AT SESSIONS AND VOTES
A parliamentarian's work is a duty of service to the sovereign people. Unexcused absence from Sejm, Senate or committee sittings exceeding 10% in a quarter automatically results in loss of the mandate by operation of law, without entitlement to a severance payment or any parliamentary pension.
15. TRANSPARENCY OF PUBLIC EXPENDITURE – PAYMENTS ONLY BY CARD
A total ban on cash and lump-sum reimbursements in parliamentary and local government activity. All office expenses, delegations and expert fees must be made only with a named corporate card linked to an open online register in real time. Any attempt to defraud mileage allowances results in immediate prosecution.
16. NO MORE “SACRED COWS” – JURY TRIALS FOR OFFICIALS
Abolition of separate procedures, secret disciplinary courts and corporate arrangements protecting prosecutors, judges and security service officials. Any crime committed by the authorities will be tried openly before an independent jury composed of randomly selected citizens.
17. SYSTEMIC PROTECTION AND BAN ON EMPLOYMENT FOR FORMER SERVICE OFFICERS
Officers of the intelligence and security services (Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW), Internal Security Agency (ABW), Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), Military Intelligence Service (SWW), Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA)) possessing strategic knowledge cannot be left on the free market as prey for foreign intelligence. Introduction of a 10-year ban on working in sensitive industries (cryptocurrencies, gambling, foreign finance) combined with decent state analytical remuneration.
18. TOTAL BLOCK ON INFILTRATION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS
Every draft bill and regulation must have an open, digital lobbying trail and named authors. Absolute ban on drafting laws by external law firms and lobbyists connected with foreign capital. Attempts to block anti-corruption provisions are treated as diplomatic betrayal.
19. COMPLETE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE AND LIQUIDATION OF THE FUND
Immediate liquidation of the Church Fund, taxation of religious associations’ income on general terms and an absolute ban on transferring public land for a pittance. Religious associations may be supported only from a voluntary tax earmark by the faithful.
20. CITIZENS' VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITH NO TURNOUT THRESHOLD
A petition supported by 500,000 citizens obliges the Sejm to order a nationwide referendum whose outcome is absolutely binding on state authorities with no turnout threshold. The executive and legislative branches are prohibited from overturning the will of the people expressed in the referendum.
21. DIGITAL TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY – BAN ON ANONYMOUS HATE
A requirement to verify identity and to use real data when publishing articles, running social media and accounts in commercial applications. Elimination of troll farms and organized disinformation – full personal legal responsibility for one’s words.
22. BODY-WORN CAMERAS FOR ALL UNITS AND OFFICIALS
An absolute obligation of continuous audiovisual recording of all official duties performed by civil servants, customs officers, police officers and agents of special services using body-worn cameras. The recording constitutes hard procedural evidence eliminating extortion and fabrication of charges.
23. DIRECT ELECTIONS AND RECALLS OF JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS
Introduction of universal, direct elections and the possibility for citizens to recall judges, prosecutors and ministers. Elimination of party-based nomination keys and cabinet nepotism in favor of direct verification by the sovereign people.
24. COMPLETE DECLASSIFICATION OF IPN AND PRL SECURITY SERVICE ARCHIVES
Immediate, one hundred percent opening and full publication of all archival materials and operational files of the SB, WSW and PRL intelligence services with no reserved collections, to definitively cut off the possibility of blackmail and manipulation of the Polish political scene. Institute of National Remembrance (IPN).
25. PUBLIC LIST OF ILLEGAL COLLABORATORS OF SPECIAL SERVICES
Uncompromising publication of a complete register of persons in positions of public trust (judges, prosecutors, lawyers, doctors, journalists) who undertook clandestine cooperation with special services, including the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA). Secret entanglement within the state apparatus is a crime against the rule of law.
26. MODERN EDUCATION: REMOVAL OF RELIGION, INTRODUCTION OF AI AND DEFENSE SKILLS
Definitive removal of religious instruction from public schools and replacement with strategic subjects: practical defense preparedness, artificial intelligence (AI), programming and modern logic and civic education.
27. CONSTITUTIONAL ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN SAFEGUARDS WRITTEN INTO LAW
Implementation of hard control procedures preventing any repeat of election fraud (including the machinations of 2025) and precedents of law-breaking by the head of state. An attempt at usurpation results in automatic blocking of actions by the system and an immediate investigation.
28. TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF REMUNERATION THROUGHOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR
Introduction of full, nationwide transparency of all salaries, awards, bonuses and allowances in the state, municipal sectors and in foundations using public funds. A publicly accessible online register eliminates hidden corruption and party patronage.
29. ASSET DECLARATIONS PUBLIC AND COMPLETED ELECTRONICALLY
Abolition of confidentiality clauses in asset declarations of persons holding public office. An obligation to complete declarations in a standardized digital format with market valuations of cryptocurrencies, shareholdings in companies and assets transferred to spouses and relatives.
30. INVALIDATION OF DECISIONS BY THE TWO-WEEK GOVERNMENT OF 2023
Statutory recognition as null and void by operation of law (ex tunc) of all resolutions, appointments, financial transfers and grants undertaken by the purported, two-week government of Morawiecki from November 2023, serving solely to strip the state of assets.
31. DEFENSE SOVEREIGNTY – MANDATORY OFFSET AND ACCESS CODES
A statutory requirement that every defense contract include full technology transfer, servicing in Polish facilities and transfer of source code to the Republic of Poland. An absolute ban on buying “bare” weaponry that would make defense dependent on foreign capitals.
32. ZERO REMUNERATION FOR SUSPENDED JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS
Immediate suspension of all payments to prosecutors, judges and senior officials in the event of their formal suspension or criminal charges for breaking the law. It is unacceptable to receive tens of thousands of zloty for inactivity and harming the state.
33. NO SEVERANCE PAY OR “GOLDEN PARACHUTES” FOR APPOINTEES
Complete abolition of gigantic severance payments, compensation for non‑compete clauses and “golden parachutes” for ministers, heads of state-owned companies and government agencies. An end to bleeding the budget by party appointees after removal from office.
34. A SINGLE NATIONAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
Mandatory consolidation of all scattered cases concerning the falsification of the 2025 presidential election into one major investigation under the direct supervision of the Prosecutor General to convict all perpetrators and masterminds of the attack on the will of the nation.
35. LIQUIDATION OF THE CBA AND THE INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE (IPN)
Definitive liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) as institutions degenerated into political police, hack factories and centers for falsifying history. The anti-corruption investigative division is transferred to CBŚP, and the archives are handed over 100% to the State Archives.
36. UNIVERSAL VOTING OBLIGATION AND HYBRID VOTING
A statutory, universal obligation to participate in elections for every adult citizen, modeled on proven democratic systems. Secure, encrypted internet voting alongside traditional ballot boxes and the complete abolition of archaic election silence.
37. RIGID DEADLINES DECIDING CASES IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZEN
Replacement of discretionary formulas with rigid deadlines. A missed deadline by an office or court results in an automatic, definitive decision in favor of the citizen (silent consent and recognition of the claim), and the official bears personal financial liability.
38. CITIZENAL MONOPOLY ON CREATING A NEW CONSTITUTION
Total exclusion of deputies, senators, ministers and legal corporations from drafting the New Basic Law. The new Constitution must be an act of the sovereign people drafted by a Citizens’ Assembly chosen by lot and adopted in a referendum.
39. STATUS OF A POLITICIAN AS A HIRED EMPLOYEE OF THE NATION
Defining a member of parliament and a councilor as a paid employee of the Nation. Mandatory work at sessions under the penalty of disciplinary dismissal. Trading in mandates and political tourism are recognised as the crime of betrayal of public trust.
40. INSTITUTIONAL AUTOMATISM OF THE RULE OF LAW
A systemic rigor of responsibility for refusal to execute final judgments. In the event that the president, a minister or a judge delays the performance of constitutional duties (e.g. refusal to administer the oath to judges), the system after 14 days automatically removes them from office.
41. DELEGALIZATION OF NEO-JUDGES AND RETURN OF DRAWN APANAGES
Judges appointed in gross violation of the Constitution are by law permanently excluded from adjudicating, and their appointment acts are declared void. They are stripped of retirement privileges and idle-state benefits and are criminally liable for unlawful judging.
42. ABSOLUTE BAN ON INTERMEDIARIES IN PUBLIC CONTRACTS
A rigorous ban on the participation of any intermediaries, commission agents and shell companies in military and public procurement. Contracts may be concluded only directly with the actual manufacturers of the equipment.
43. COMPULSORY IMPRISONMENT FOR OFFICIALS AND POLITICIANS
Politicians and officials who commit crimes in connection with their office are completely deprived of the possibility of suspended sentences. For corruption and abuse of power only unconditional imprisonment is imposed, increased by 50% compared with private individuals.
44. ABSOLUTE JURISDICTIONAL EQUALITY BEFORE THE COMMON COURT
The final rejection of formal and substantive immunities. Every report of a crime by the president, the prime minister, a marshal or a judge goes immediately to a common court under general procedure, without parliamentary or corporate consent procedures.
45. DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY AND POLISH JURISDICTION OVER PLATFORMS
All global digital corporations and internet platforms monetising traffic in Poland must unconditionally have a physical seat on the territory of the Republic of Poland, entered into the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS), under the penalty of immediate domain and network blocking.
46. CALENDAR COURT RIGOR AND DEADLINES 7 / 14 / 30 DAYS
Rigid deadlines: a maximum of 7 days for incidental rulings, 14 days for a written reasoning of a judgment and 30 days for key procedural stages. Exceeding the deadline by a judge or prosecutor results in a loss of 50% of salary, and repeat offences – removal from the profession.
47. TWO-COMPONENT, LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Every court judgment, administrative decision and draft law must, under penalty of nullity, bear the full printed name of the official and a legible handwritten signature. No illegible initials or anonymous collective responsibility are permitted.

50. ELIMINATION OF THE NEW-SPEECH OF IMPUNITY IN THE CRIMINAL CODE
An absolute ban on the use of legalistic new-speech that conceals crimes of power. The elimination of artificial concepts such as “disciplinary offence” or “procedural error” in relation to theft, bribery and election fraud – direct and absolute criminal qualification.
