ŻUREK ENTERS THE SUPREME COURT, REPUBLICANS CRUSHED IN THE USA, ZIOBRO PANICS BEFORE ARREST AND 25 DETAINED IN OSTROŁĘKA!

EDITOR-IN-CHIEF'S COMMENT OF THE DAY: MIECZYSŁAW DZIKOWSKI

Thursday morning, 5 November 2026, brings to the Republic and the entire free world a powerful acceleration of the processes of historical justice. Across the ocean, the arriving final results of the U.S. midterm elections confirm the historic collapse of the MAGA movement and Donald Trump’s party: the Democrats have taken full control of the House of Representatives and the Senate, burying populist fantasies of dictatorship and cutting pro-Putin oligarchs off from influence on global policy. In Poland, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General Waldemar Żurek, in a live interview with Editor Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf, announced the next decisive step in the sanation of the state: after retaking the Constitutional Tribunal from Bogdan Święczkowski, the most important petition to the legal composition of the Constitutional Tribunal will concern the immediate removal of the neo-judges from the Supreme Court. At the same time the Sejm by an absolute majority finally lifted Zbigniew Ziobro’s immunity, and the special services carried out a spectacular operation in the case of the gigantic corruption scandal at the construction of the Ostrołęka C power plant, detaining 25 people from the close circle of Jacek Sasin. At the same time Karol Nawrocki, still floundering after the humiliation over the assault on Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska and the declassification of testimony about pimping at the Grand Hotel in Sopot, was trapped in his own palace after the complete boycott of his alleged National Security Council by the government of Donald Tusk. Gazeta ALGOOMNI does not slow down the pace in the fight for the rule of law. We publish the full Constitutional Manifesto: the ALGOOMNI Constitution — All 50 Pillars of the Rule of Law from 1 to 50 in full without any abridgements. The end of the caste of the unpunished, time for the Sovereign People’s justice!

ARTICLE I: MINISTER OF JUSTICE WALDEMAR ŻUREK LIVE: AFTER RECLAIMING THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL, TIME FOR A LEGAL SUPREME COURT!

Based on a conversation: Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf and Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek

In an extremely moving and groundbreaking live interview given to editor Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf, Minister of Justice and Attorney General Waldemar Żurek announced the next phase of the uncompromising reconstruction of the constitutional rule of law. Minister Żurek emphasized that the effective and bloodless retaking of the Constitutional Tribunal building by lawful judges and the suspension of Bogdan Święczkowski and Bogdan Sochański closed the era of armed anarchy of the Ziobro faction. The head of the justice ministry revealed that the most important and unprecedented petition that the legal authorities will submit to the new composition of the Constitutional Tribunal under the chairmanship of Judge Małgorzata Korwin-Piotrowska will concern the ultimate status of the Supreme Court. Minister Żurek left no illusions: the illegal Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs and the self-styled Chamber of Professional Responsibility, staffed one hundred percent by neo-judges recommended by the politicized neo-KRS (National Council of the Judiciary, KRS), must be definitively struck from the Polish legal order. This means that persons appointed in gross violation of Article 179 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland will cease to draw undue salaries and will lose the right to usurp judicial authority. Waldemar Żurek also referred to the shameful events at the Constitutional Tribunal buildings, where Karol Nawrocki, accompanied by bodyguards, engaged in a physical scuffle with Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, calling this behaviour absolutely unacceptable for a head of state and announcing the implementation of appropriate criminal procedures. The Attorney General firmly declared that the era of rotten compromises is over, and every official and prosecutor who participated in destroying judicial independence will face the ordinary courts. Żurek also revealed that advanced work is underway in the ministry on a statutory annulment of neo-KRS resolutions by operation of law. Judges who betrayed their judicial oath will be forced to return improperly collected functional allowances for the entire period of usurpation. The National Prosecutor's Office (Prokuratura Krajowa) already has a full list of names of people responsible for issuing political verdicts on commission from party dignitaries. Each such case will be thoroughly examined for abuse of powers under Article 231 of the Penal Code. Citizens can no longer wait for justice and legal certainty in the Republic. This irreversible sanation is directly struck by Pillar 40 and Pillar 41 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which mandate the unconditional delegalization of the neo-judges, their immediate removal from adjudication and the stripping of their luxurious retirement perks with transfer to ZUS. In accordance with Pillar 8 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, rigid calendar deadlines eliminate all legal obstruction, and Pillar 44 ensures absolute jurisdictional equality without corporate consents. Restoring the constitutional order in the Supreme Court is the foundation of a free Poland.

ARTICLE II: ZBIGNIEW ZIOBRO FINALLY LOSES IMMUNITY: SEJM DECIDED, PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE PREPARING A MOTION FOR ARREST!

Based on parliamentary reporting: Tomasz Wiejski ("Okiem Wiejskiego")

The Sejm of the Republic of Poland made a historic decision that definitively shatters the long-standing myth of the untouchability of the architect of Ziobro-era lawlessness. By an absolute majority of 238 votes, deputies lifted parliamentary immunity from Zbigniew Ziobro in connection with criminal charges of heading an organized criminal group in the Ministry of Justice and multi-million embezzlements in the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości. Strikingly, as many as nine deputies of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość demonstratively took out their voting cards or abstained, proving that Mateusz Morawiecki’s circle no longer intends to sink for the crimes of Sovereign Poland. An additional burden on the former minister is a private indictment brought by journalist Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf, whom Ziobro brazenly slandered during testimony before the Pegasus investigative committee. Tomasz Wiejski in the programme "Okiem Wiejskiego" reveals that the National Prosecutor's Office (Prokuratura Krajowa) holds a complete set of evidentiary material secured in archives in Zamość and Warsaw that justifies the immediate detention and forcible bringing of Ziobro before investigators. The former attorney general, who for years sent armed cordons at dawn to the homes of political opponents and innocent citizens, today panically avoids summonses, citing foreign medical leaves. Investigators under the supervision of Minister Waldemar Żurek have already requested the appointment of an independent team of forensic medical experts to assess the suspect’s health, which will cut short any delay tactics in the proceedings. Tomasz Wiejski emphasizes that the Ziobro case is a test of the credibility of a democratic state: no one, regardless of former positions, can stand above the law. A nervous atmosphere of awaiting further arrest motions has settled in the Sejm corridors. Deputies of the former arrangement realize that the loss of immunity by their leader opens the way to holding the entire party apparatus accountable. Investigators are analysing further volumes of files concerning purchases of the Pegasus cyber-weapon with funds intended for victims of crimes. Numerous data carriers and financial documentation of foundations used to siphon public money have been secured. Crown witnesses are giving exhaustive testimony directly implicating the senior leadership of the former ministry of justice. Ziobro can no longer rely on the protective umbrella of presidential vetoes or politicized judges. Into this absolute equality before the law strikes with full force Pillar 5 and Pillar 16 of the ALGOOMNI Constitutionwhich completely abolish parliamentary and judicial immunities and introduce citizen juries to try crimes of public officials. In accordance with Pillar 43 of the ALGOOMNI Constitutionfor state officials who commit crimes in connection with their functions only unconditional prison sentences increased by 50% apply, with no possibility of suspension.

ARTICLE III: DEFEAT OF THE REPUBLICANS AND ELON MUSK IN THE USA! RADOSŁAW SIKORSKI RUTHLESSLY CRUSHES THE TRUMP CAMP AND SUPPORTS HARRIS

Based on correspondence from the USA and analysis: Tomasz Wiejski ("Okiem Wiejskiego")

The final results of the U.S. midterm elections bring a crushing defeat to the Republican Party, the MAGA movement and the billionaire Elon Musk who supported them. The Democrats achieved an unprecedented triumph, regaining a full majority in the Senate and taking control of the House of Representatives, which means total legislative paralysis for the administration of Donald Trump. Tomasz Wiejski in correspondence from across the ocean emphasizes that the fortune spent by Elon Musk to promote populist candidates and bots on the X platform proved useless against determined U.S. citizens defending democracy. The billionaire had to admit bitterly online that his algorithms failed, and the head of Polish diplomacy Radosław Sikorski mercilessly summed it up with the post: "Money is not everything, the Nation chose freedom!" Vice President Kamala Harris, in an official statement after the results were announced, warned against a hasty impeachment of Trump so as not to deepen social divisions, but the Democrats immediately announced the formation of investigative committees to examine illegal transfers of 2.3 billion dollars to the president’s sons’ cryptocurrency funds. For the Polish national interest this result is a gigantic victory: the American Senate will block any attempts to withdraw U.S. troops from Central Europe and will guarantee steady deliveries of weapons and funds for a fighting Ukraine. At the same time the calculations of Karol Nawrocki and Jarosław Kaczyński have been exposed, as they based their entire narrative on submissiveness to the White House, counting on Trump to protect them from the Polish justice system. Poland under Prime Minister Donald Tusk gains powerful allies in Washington, building a hard defensive coalition of the free world. American military elites and intelligence analysts breathed a sigh of relief after the election results were announced. Plans to weaken the North Atlantic Alliance have been definitively rejected by the new parliamentary majority on Capitol Hill. Congress takes full control over the defense budget and U.S. foreign policy. Diplomats from around the world view these events as a turning point in stopping authoritarian tendencies globally. The Viceroy's Palace in Warsaw loses the only foreign protector on whom it had placed unconditional trust. Into this global lesson in sovereignty fits Pillar 27 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which activates anti-authoritarian safeguards blocking the rule of madmen, and Pillar 45, which imposes the absolute jurisdiction of Polish courts over global technological platforms and digital corporations.

ARTICLE IV: THE OSTROŁĘKA AFFAIR EXPLODED: 25 PEOPLE DETAINED BY CBA, BILLIONS DUMPED IN COAL DUST!

Based on an economic investigation: Tomasz Szwejgiert ("Z Bańki")

Editor Tomasz Szwejgiert, on the programme "Z Bańki", reveals the shocking background of a coordinated operation by the Central Bureau of Police Investigation and the reorganized anti-corruption services, which carried out the simultaneous detention of 25 key people involved in one of the largest economic crimes in the history of the Third Polish Republic – the construction and immediate demolition of the coal unit at the Ostrołęka C power plant. Among those detained were former presidents of the energy companies Energa and Enea, senior directors connected to the former Minister of State Assets Jacek Sasin and managers of contracting companies who defrauded multimillion zloty advances for fictitious construction works. Szwejgiert recalls that, as part of this insane project, the State Treasury and state-owned corporations sank at least 2.5 billion zloty into mud and dust by building huge concrete towers and steel structures which were then demolished for further tens of millions of zloty under the pretext of switching to a gas concept. Reports of the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) and documents secured by prosecutors prove that from the very beginning decision-makers from Nowogrodzka were fully aware of the economic and technological unfeasibility of this investment, and the construction served solely as a gigantic money-laundering scheme of public funds and a transfer of assets to friendly companies and party foundations ahead of the 2019 and 2020 elections. Tomasz Szwejgiert emphasizes that the investigative noose is tightening around Sasin himself and his political patron Jarosław Kaczyński, who personally pressured the boards of listed companies to make decisions contrary to commercial law that caused huge property damage in the sense of Article 296 of the Penal Code. Arrested managers are massively deciding to cooperate with prosecutors under the supervision of Minister Waldemar Żurek, revealing to whom suitcases of cash from subcontractor kickbacks were delivered. Private bank accounts of the suspects and properties purchased with proceeds of crime have been secured. Investigators are analysing the links between the contracting companies and foundations supporting the election campaigns of prominent PiS politicians. Every financial transaction related to the construction of the so-called two towers in Ostrołęka is being scrutinized in detail by auditors. Responsibility will not spare either the political originators or the submissive boards of state-owned companies. This ruthless assault on the gigantic plunder is driven by Pillar 3 and Pillar 11 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which demand an uncompromising zero option toward the PiS establishment and the recovery of the full amount of 2.5 billion zloty from the private assets of Sasin, Kaczyński and members of the boards of state companies. In accordance with Pillar 42 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, a total ban is introduced on the participation of shell companies and intermediaries in public infrastructure contracts under the threat of charges of treason against the state.

ARTICLE V: WHY DID NAWROCKI GO FIRST TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL? ZBIGNIEW BOGUCKI IMPLICATES THE PALACE RESIDENT AND CONFIRMS THE REPORTS!

Based on the investigation: Jan Piński ("Bez cenzury" (Uncensored))

Editor Jan Piński, on the programme "Bez cenzury", subjects to devastating vivisection the public appearance of the Head of the Presidential Chancellery Zbigniew Bogucki, who, attempting to explain the scandalous behaviour of Karol Nawrocki in front of the Constitutional Tribunal, ultimately condemned his principal. Bogucki, in an official interview, confirmed the findings of journalists from "Rzeczpospolita" and Gazeta ALGOOMNI, admitting outright that it was the acting president who pushed forward first toward the entrance and who used his own body to press on the judges and the protective barriers. Bogucki’s explanations that Nawrocki, as a former boxer and athlete, simply has that style and was shielding his officials provoked widespread laughter and embarrassment among lawyers and public opinion. Piński points out that the presidential minister thus gave public testimony implicating Nawrocki with the charge of directly directing an attempt at forcible intrusion into a state institution and physically violating the immunity of Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska. Instead of a head of state guarding the dignity of the Republic, Poles saw a man with the mentality of a bouncer from the Sopot underworld, trying to resolve constitutional disputes through muscle and street scuffles. Jan Piński reveals that a desperate Nawrocki behaved this way because he knew that the lawful judges, once in their offices, would immediately find documents concerning his secret consultations with Bogdan Święczkowski and plans to pacify the 2027 elections. Previously declassified witness statements from the Gdańsk court about pimping at the Sopot Grand Hotel, combined with the role of a female boxer under the Constitutional Tribunal, create a picture of the total moral collapse of the occupant of the Namiestnikowski Palace. No propaganda machine from Nowogrodzka will be able to erase these images from citizens’ memory. A feeling of deep isolation and helplessness has taken hold in the Presidential Palace. Constitutional lawyers unanimously stress that Nawrocki’s behaviour qualifies as a breach of the presidential oath. Society reacts with outrage to attempts to justify physical violence against women by officials of the head of state. The reputational humiliation translates into a drastic drop in trust in the institution of the presidency in opinion polls. This case will have a decisive impact on upcoming political resolutions in the country. This palace pathology is struck directly by Pillar 5 and Pillar 16 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which completely abolish presidential immunity and order the trial of perpetrators of violence before a civic jury without the right to mitigation. In accordance with Pillar 7 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, the president who commits physical aggression is subject to immediate psychiatric and toxicological assessment under the penalty of automatic termination of the mandate.

ARTICLE VI: REQUEST FOR THE ARREST OF DANIEL OBAJTEK IN BRUSSELS: MINISTER ŻUREK CLOSES THE SETTLEMENT OF THE LOTOS SELL-OFF AND ORLEN LOSSES

Based on findings by: Mariusz Kowalewski and Jan Piński

Investigative journalists Mariusz Kowalewski and Jan Piński reveal details of a major international prosecutorial strike against the untouchability of Daniel Obajtek, who, fleeing the Polish justice system, took shelter behind the immunity of a Member of the European Parliament. Attorney General Waldemar Żurek submitted a formal request to the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola to lift MEP Obajtek’s immunity and to consent to his provisional arrest and extradition to Poland. The request is based on hard evidence gathered in investigations concerning the criminal sell-off of 30% of shares in the Gdańsk Refinery to the Saudi concern Saudi Aramco with a loss of at least 5 billion zloty, the handing over of fuel stations to the Hungarian concern MOL and the sinking of 1.6 billion zloty in the OTS company in Dubai and Switzerland. The hysterical reaction of Zbigniew Ziobro, who furiously attacked Donald Tusk on social media for allegedly trying to imprison Obajtek, and the pathetic explanations of the former Orlen CEO himself that “they want to arrest him over fuel priced at 6 zloty,” expose the extreme panic of the entire apparatus. Kowalewski and Piński remind that it is not fuel prices that are the subject of the charges, but colossal mismanagement, betrayal of the state’s economic interests and the transfer of billions to tax havens under the cover of corrupt PiS security services. There is a clear atmosphere in the European Parliament: the Christian Democratic, Social Democratic and Liberal groups have announced immediate support for Minister Żurek’s request, refusing to tolerate crooks treating Brussels as a refuge from prison. Daniel Obajtek’s days of free travel across Europe are coming to an end, and Polish investigative units are already prepared to receive the former mayor of Pcim. A European Arrest Warrant has already been prepared by the prosecutors conducting the investigation. Investigators analyzed hundreds of financial transactions carried out by Orlen’s subsidiary companies in Switzerland and Cyprus. Numerous properties and share packages belonging to Obajtek and persons connected with him have been secured. In the European Parliament the procedure to lift immunity is to be conducted urgently without unnecessary delay. No one in EU structures intends to defend a man accused of acting to the detriment of a member state’s energy security. This sphere of impunity is being struck uncompromisingly Pillar 3 and Pillar 42 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which demand an absolute zero option and the nationalization without compensation of assets plundered by the fuel mafia and a ban on intermediaries participating in commodity contracts. In accordance with Pillar 11 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, Obajtek is liable with all his current private assets and those transferred to his family for the losses of the State Treasury.

ARTICLE VII: THE EMPTY TABLE AT NAWROCKI’S: TOTAL BOYCOTT OF THE PALACE NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL, THE BRAUN DEBACLE AND THE END OF THE BATYR MYTH

Based on a political report by: Tomasz Szwejgiert (“Z Bańki” – Media Network)

Editor Tomasz Szwejgiert in the program “Z Bańki” presents a devastating picture of an empty hall in the Viceroy Palace, which has become the symbol of Karol Nawrocki’s final political death. The National Security Council meeting announced with great fanfare ended in a total defeat for the palace resident: Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the marshals of the Sejm and Senate, the heads of the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the coordinator of the security services demonstratively boycotted the meeting, refusing to legitimize a man entangled in organized crime. Szwejgiert, with bitter irony, describes a situation in which the only guests willing to talk at the presidential table proved to be the pro-Russian radicals from Grzegorz Braun’s faction and a handful of terrified palace advisers led by Marcin Przydacz and Zbigniew Bogucki. The attempt to use a constitutional advisory body to break the sanitary cordon around people openly echoing Kremlin propaganda and questioning the presence of NATO troops in Poland was neutralized in the bud by the government of the democratic majority. Tomasz Szwejgiert emphasizes that after witnesses in the Gdańsk court confirmed under oath Nawrocki’s role in arranging prostitutes for guests at the Sopot Grand Hotel, and attorney Roman Giertych exposed his role as a ladies’ boxer pulling a judge at the Constitutional Tribunal, no respectable politician in Poland or Europe will sit at the same table with him. The president’s spokesman, floundering in the media with accusations of an alleged deep state crisis, only exposed the helplessness of the Viceroy Palace, which has lost any instruments of influence over the course of affairs in the country. Real decisions about the Republic’s security are made today in the Prime Minister’s Office, while Nawrocki remains an isolated hostage of his own dark past. Images of empty chairs in the National Security Council chamber circulated in the media domestically and abroad. Palace ministers tried in vain to salvage the situation by issuing chaotic press statements. Security experts unanimously praise the government’s decision to refuse to share state secrets with people from the political margins. The institution of the president has been reduced by its current occupant to the role of a party pariah. This is the ultimate political fall of a man who was to be the new face of the conservative right. This administrative disgrace is struck by Pillar 18 and Pillar 27 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which introduce a blockade against the infiltration of agent networks of foreign powers and automatic anti-authoritarian safeguards suspending the president’s powers when he acts against the raison d’état. In accordance with Pillar 50 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, official immunities stop protecting politicians, and the perpetrators of constitutional treason will stand before an independent court.

ARTICLE VIII: JANINA GOSS AND MORAWIECKI FINISH OFF THE PC ORDER: THE FINAL COLLAPSE OF KACZYŃSKI’S PARTY AND THE FLIGHT OF ACTIVISTS AHEAD OF POLEXIT

Based on a political investigation: Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert

The investigation by Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert reveals the dramatic backstage of the final collapse of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość after Jarosław Kaczyński’s mad speech in Krynica, where the party leader demanded Poland’s withdrawal from the European Union. The authors disclose that the declaration of Polexit became the catalyst for an open gang war inside Nowogrodzka: the technocrat faction led by Morawiecki, supported by the legendary trustee of the party’s assets Janina Goss, moved to a decisive strike against the old order of Porozumienie Centrum. Janina Goss, possessing complete documentation of secret financial flows in the company Srebrna, the Instytut Lecha Kaczyński foundation and knowledge of illegal financing of election campaigns with money from State Treasury companies, blocked Kaczyński’s access to the party’s slush fund, transferring assets to build the new formation Rozwój Plus. As a result, panic erupted in local structures in Podkarpacie, Lubelszczyzna and Małopolska: mayors, town chiefs and farmers are mass-withdrawing their obedience to Żoliborz, knowing that exiting the EU would mean the immediate loss of billions of zloty (PLN) in direct subsidies and the bankruptcy of Polish agriculture. Piński and Szwejgiert reveal that more than 40 members of the PiS parliamentary club have already signed secret declarations of loyalty to Morawiecki, leaving Kaczyński with a handful of compromised radicals such as Antoni Macierewicz and Janusz Kowalski. The desperate PiS leader, pushed to the political margins, shut himself in a villa in Żoliborz, while his former empire collapses under the weight of its own lies and theft. The era of the Nowogrodzka dictatorship has come to an end, and the Nation regains freedom from party blackmail. The financial foundations of Nowogrodzka have been irreversibly destroyed by an internal revolt. Local activists openly refuse to pay contributions to the party headquarters in Warsaw. Additional parliamentary and senatorial offices are rebranding to Morawiecki’s new formation. The solitary Kaczyński no longer has the financial resources or the staff capable of running a nationwide electoral campaign. The disintegration of the former power camp is becoming a fact before the eyes of all Polish society. Into this patrimonial collapse of the arrangement strikes directly Pillar 3 and Pillar 12 of the KONSTYTUCJA ALGOOMNI (CONSTITUTION ALGOOMNI), which demand the absolute zero option and the nationalization of the assets of the company Srebrna and a complete ban on politicians sitting on municipal and state company boards. In accordance with Pillar 20 of the KONSTYTUCJA ALGOOMNI (CONSTITUTION ALGOOMNI), a binding citizens’ referendum without a turnout threshold is introduced, forbidding parties to decide on Poland’s fate in Europe, and Pillar 36 permanently abolishes budgetary subsidies for corrupt political parties.

POLITICAL CONSTITUTIONAL MANIFESTO: KONSTYTUCJA ALGOOMNI (CONSTITUTION ALGOOMNI) – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW

CITIZEN SOVEREIGNTY, PURE POWER AND THE TOTAL ELIMINATION OF IMPUNITY

PART I: ELECTORAL SOVEREIGNTY AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LAWLESSNESS (PILLARS 1–10)

  • PILLAR 1: THE SACREDNESS OF EVERY VOTE AND PHYSICAL CONTROL OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE

Every cast vote is the highest, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the state. No digital algorithm, politicized State Electoral Commission nor party cabal has the right to annul, falsify or distort the will of citizens. An absolute requirement of physical verifiability of a paper ballot is introduced, together with 24-hour monitoring of the vote-counting process with direct HD transmission on the open internet. Forging a vote or manipulating the election protocol is considered the crime of treason, punishable by life imprisonment with mandatory, total confiscation of the perpetrators’ and instigators’ assets.

  • PILLAR 2: A RECOUNT OF THE VOTES FROM THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

A statutory, immediate order to conduct full, official inspections and a complete, 100 percent transparent recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election before television cameras and in the presence of independent trusted witnesses. Assuming the highest office in the state in the shadow of manipulated election protocols, ballot stuffing and the systemic paralysis of the Supreme Court requires full clarification of the material truth. If fraud is confirmed, the usurper is to be removed from office immediately and the guilty held criminally accountable.

  • PILLAR 3: ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PIS ESTABLISHMENT – THE ABSOLUTE “ZERO OPTION” WITH NO AMNESTY

Full, uncompromising criminal, constitutional and patrimonial liability of the functionaries of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość and their coalition partners for the systemic dismantling of the separation of powers, the devastation of the rule of law and the brazen looting of billions of zloty (PLN) in the Governmental Strategic Reserves Agency, PKN Orlen, Grupa Lotos, Ostrołęka C, NCBR, the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości and TVP. Any amnesties, broad pardons, statutory limitations or political leniencies are excluded – every affair will be settled to the bottom with full, uncompromising forfeiture of the expropriated property to the State Treasury.

  • PILLAR 4: HOLDING THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT TO ACCOUNT FOR OMISSIONS, INACTION AND FAILURE TO PURSUE ACCOUNTABILITY

A power elected with a democratic mandate to restore the rule of law, which in the name of conformism, political fear, café deals or party coalition calculations chooses procrastination, sabotages reforms or commits the sin of omission, bears direct constitutional and criminal responsibility. Willful blocking of accountability for the crimes of predecessors is treated as direct complicity in the crime of aiding and results in the immediate shortening of the parliament’s term and the resignation of the government.

  • PILLAR 5: TOTAL AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF IMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE

Definitive elimination of parliamentary immunities (for members of the Sejm, senators and MEPs), judicial, prosecutorial, ministerial, bureaucratic and presidential immunities. All citizens, without the slightest exception, are one hundred percent equal before the law and answer to independent common courts from liberty or pretrial detention. Immunity has become a pathological, criminal shield protecting corruption, pimping, theft, violence and impunity of demoralized political elites.

  • PILLAR 6: MANDATORY TWO-TERM LIMITS IN ALL AUTHORITIES

Introduction of a hard, non-extendable limit of a maximum of two terms (counted in total over a person’s lifetime) for members of the Sejm, senators, city presidents, mayors, village heads, councillors and presidents of state agencies and central offices. An end to a lifetime, professional caste of politicians welded to their seats for decades, treating public mandate as a private estate and creating oligarchic bureaucratic clans preying on taxpayers.

  • PILLAR 7: COMPULSORY, QUARTERLY TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE TOP OF POWER

Mandatory, fully independent and random laboratory tests (from blood, urine and hair samples) for the presence of narcotics, psychotropic substances, designer drugs and alcohol, carried out without fail every three months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, members of the government, deputies, senators and judges of all levels. Refusal to undergo testing or detection of prohibited substances results in the immediate, automatic termination of the mandate by operation of law and a lifetime ban on holding public office.

  • PILLAR 8: A CIVIC CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES

A new Fundamental Law written directly by citizens and independent experts, completely free of discretionary, elastic and corruption-prone phrases such as “without delay”, “within a reasonable time” or “without undue delay”. They will be replaced by absolute, rigid calendar days subject to the automatic loss of office by an official, judge or president in the event of exceeding the specified deadline.

  • PILLAR 9: STRICT ORDER OF RECEIPT IN COURTS AND OFFICES – NO MORE “FREEZERS”

A statutory requirement to process and consider cases strictly according to the precise, to-the-second date and time of their receipt by courts, prosecutor’s offices and public offices, implemented with a digital timestamp using blockchain technology. The final end to political freezers of inconvenient cases, manipulation of court dockets and deliberate prolongation of proceedings to cause their statute of limitations.

  • PILLAR 10: FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED PEOPLE

Immediate publication of a complete, public register of all people surveilled with cyberweapons (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator and related systems), including the names of officers and prosecutors ordering the wiretaps. Society, journalists and citizens have an inalienable right to the full truth, and any compensation for victims of surveillance will be paid in full from the private assets of the decision-makers of the services.

PART II: CLEAN POWER, ANTI-CORRUPTION AND TRANSPARENCY (PILLARS 11–20)

  • PILLAR 11: FULL CRIMINAL AND ASSET LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS

Introduction of personal criminal, civil and asset liability (with all present and future assets, including those transferred to spouses, relatives and foundations) for the president, prime ministers, ministers, the president of the National Bank of Poland, parliamentarians, local government officials, judges and prosecutors for knowingly violating the Constitution, corruption, fabricating evidence and unlawful decisions causing harm to citizens or the State Treasury.

  • PILLAR 12: TOTAL BAN ON COMBINING POSITIONS AND A BAN ON HOLDING POSITIONS IN STATE-OWNED COMPANIES

An absolute ban on sitting on boards of directors, supervisory boards and advisory bodies of State Treasury companies, municipal companies and government agencies for ministers, deputies, senators, village heads, mayors, councillors and members of their closest families (with a mandatory five-year cooling-off period after leaving office). State companies to be managed exclusively by apolitical professionals selected in transparent competitions.

  • PILLAR 13: ABSOLUTE BAN ON SWITCHING PARTY CLUBS – STOP POLITICAL TOURISM

The mandate of a deputy, senator or councillor is inextricably tied to the will of the voters expressed on the list of the given electoral committee. Abandoning a club, moving to another party or political corruption results in the automatic, immediate termination of the mandate by operation of law and the assumption of the position by the next person on the list who obtained the highest result. An end to trading the sovereign people’s votes.

  • PILLAR 14: MANDATORY PRESENCE AT VOTES AND SESSIONS OF THE SEJM

The work of a parliamentarian and a councillor is a strict, accountable duty of service to the Nation. Unjustified absence from sessions of the Sejm, Senate, committees or votes exceeding 10% in a quarter results in the automatic loss of the mandate by operation of law, a lifetime ban on candidacy and the permanent loss of entitlement to severance pay and a parliamentary pension.

  • PILLAR 15: FULL TRANSPARENCY OF EXPENDITURE – SETTLEMENTS ONLY BY CARD

A total ban on cash settlements, lump-sum reimbursements and advances in parliamentary, presidential, governmental and local government activities. All office expenses, expert opinions, hotels, travel and purchases must be paid solely with a named corporate card linked to a public online register available to every citizen in real time. Fraudulent mileage claims will be treated as common fraud prosecuted ex officio.

  • PILLAR 16: NO MORE “SACRED COWS” – EQUAL LAW AND A JURY OF PEERS

Definitive abolition of separate procedures, corporate disciplinary courts and social arrangements protecting politicians, prosecutors, judges, service agents and their associated pseudo-journalists. When fulfilling public procurement for state, municipal, infrastructure, fuel and military orders, a strict ban is introduced on the participation of any intermediaries, shell companies (such as OTS), consulting entities and commission agents. Exceeding a deadline results in the automatic loss of 50% of a judge’s or prosecutor’s salary for that month, and a repeated violation – disciplinary removal from the profession.
