MAIN TITLE OF THE EDITION:

THE GREAT BETRAYAL OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENCE, COVERING UP A MAFIA ON TVP, A NEW TRUMP YALTA AND THE COLLAPSE OF THE PIS CIRCUS UNDER THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL!

EDITOR-IN-CHIEF'S COMMENT OF THE DAY

Author: Mieczysław Dzikowski

Saturday morning, 24 October 2026, brings to the Republic of Poland indisputable evidence that systemic corruption, sabotage and political cowardice continue to paralyze the rebuilding of the rule of law. The facts revealed by independent investigators concerning billion-scale irregularities in the Ministry of National Defence under the rule of Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Paweł Bejda prove, that the pathological mechanism of no-bid contracts, inherited from Mariusz Błaszczak, is flourishing under a new banner. The siphoning off of hundreds of millions of zloty on defective trailers incapable of transporting Abrams tanks, ambulances overpaid by half a billion and floating transporters, which in reality are sinking, this is a betrayal of the Polish soldier in the face of a direct threat from the East.

At the same time, from protocols hitherto concealed there emerge the testimonies of the former PiS-affiliated president of TVP, Mateusz Matyszkowicz, who lays bare in black and white, how the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) under the leadership of Andrzej Stróżny consciously spread a protective umbrella over the brazen siphoning off of cash by the cartel of Jacek Kurski. Instead of holding the thugs in suits to account, Ziobro's prosecutor's office in Zamość and Lublin fabricates unlawful charges against whistleblowers and independent journalists – Tomasz Szwejgiert and Jan Piński.

On the international stage the fate of our independence is being decided: Donald Trump, Władimir Putin and Xi Jinping are pushing to install Yalta 2.0, in which Poland is to be pushed into the role of a defenseless buffer zone, while the palace resident Karol Nawrocki disgraces the dignity of the office, organizing illegal squads from stadium criminals and handing out used cufflinks in the Philippines. In response to this chaos the party bosses at the Constitutional Tribunal fold up their tents for a weekend of rest with alcohol, and the coalition partners trade jobs.

Gazeta ALGOOMNI rejects all rotten compromises. Today we publish the full, complete Constitutional Manifesto: the ALGOOMNI Constitution – All 50 Pillars of the Rule of Law. We are introducing them directly into the content of every article, demanding the immediate lifting of immunities, the liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), ruthless imprisonment for official crimes and one hundred percent control by the sovereign people over every taxpayer penny. The time of impunity is gone for good!

ARTICLE I: TUSK HAS A MASSIVE PROBLEM WITH KOSINIAK! KRZYSZTOF KLUZEK REVEALS BILLION-PLN FRAUDS IN THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENCE AND NOTIFICATIONS TO THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

Based on an investigation by: Jan Piński and Krzysztof Kluzek

A shocking investigation carried out by Jan Piński and long-time strategic companies manager Krzysztof Kluzek exposes the gigantic scale of financial abuses in the Ministry of National Defence. Kluzek demonstrates that the change of leadership in the ministry under Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Deputy Minister Paweł Bejda did not bring the promised cleanup, but instead cemented a pathological system of no-bid public procurements. Key procurement decisions at the Armament Agency are still being made by the same generals who, in the time of Mariusz Błaszczak, transferred public billions without real state oversight. Under the pretext of technical modernization of the Polish Armed Forces, multi-billion contracts are being pushed through with entities socially and commercially linked to PSL politicians.

A glaring example of this practice is the scandalous contract for 268 Traszka-type trailers with the firms Elbo and Dobrowolski, which were allegedly to be used to transport the heaviest Abrams tanks. From the technical documentation and recorded footage from training grounds it is indisputable that these trailers have archaic rigid suspensions, do not have the required load capacity and go into skids, falling off roundabouts while driving. Despite evident construction defects, the company's management flew with Kosiniak-Kamysz on the government plane to Turkey, after which the order was finalized in cooperation with the German Mercedes, completely bypassing the Polish Jelcz factory.

Equally brazen fraud is the purchase of 268 military ambulances from AMZ Kutno, where the contract value was inflated by at least 500 million zloty / PLN compared with market prices, and the vehicles still have not been delivered to the soldiers. A similar fate befell the Kleszcz armored personnel carrier, which for the astronomical sum of 30 million zloty / PLN per unit turned out to be a vehicle lacking real amphibious capability and adequate armor, while the battle-proven Rosomak costs 14 million zloty / PLN. At the same time, hundreds of millions of zloty were sunk at the Gliwice OBRUM in the Daglezja self-deploying bridges project, whose spans after just a few operations suffer permanent cracks and deformations.

When independent journalists reveal the dramatic scale of failures of the Korean K9 tanks, Deputy Minister Bejda brazenly hides behind the state secrecy clause. Krzysztof Kluzek points out, that official reports of crimes under Article 231 of the Penal Code, have already been sent to the prosecutor's office and the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), but the matter is being systemically swept under the rug. This practice is directly struck at by, Pillar 31 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution which mandates absolute defense self-sufficiency, the transfer of full source codes, a domestic service and mandatory industrial offset for every military contract. In accordance with, Pillar 42 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution a total and absolute ban is introduced on the participation of intermediaries, commission agents and shell companies in defense procurement under penalty of qualification as treason against the state. Furthermore, Pillar 5 and Pillar 43 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution abolish all ministerial immunities and introduce a mandatory unmitigated prison sentence increased by a minimum of 50% with no possibility of suspension for officials who feed on the army budget. Donald Tusk can no longer pretend, that he does not see the looting,

because tolerating the arrangement in the Ministry of National Defence will lead to the country's defense catastrophe.

ARTICLE II: THE CBA COVERED JACK KURSKI'S BRAZEN SCAMS AT TVP! SENSATIONAL TESTIMONY BY MATEUSZ MATYSZKOWICZ IMPLICATES STRÓŻNY

Based on the investigation: Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert Sensational journalistic findings based on the witness statements of Mateusz Matyszkowicz, the PiS successor to Jacek Kurski in the Chair of the TVP presidency, cast a merciless light on the criminal alliance of public media and the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau. Matyszkowicz testified at the prosecutor's office, that an organized external cartel operated at Woronicza, headed by World Media, a company linked to Kurski and owned by Robert Klat. Internal audits show, that in the production of 55 major entertainment events and TV concerts the broadcaster incurred direct financial losses reaching at least 50 million zloty (PLN). Service prices were artificially inflated by 100%, contracts were awarded bypassing any tender procedures,

and foreign artists' fees were paid in cash in violation of foreign-exchange and tax law. A classic example of corrupt excess was Tomasz Klimek, the former husband of Joanna Kurska, who, while employed at TVP,simultaneously earned 3.86 million zloty (PLN) on contracts executed by World Media. In the television building it was openly mocked, that public money served as Jacek Kurski's alimony fund to pay for the silence of his new wife's ex-husband. When the shocked Matyszkowicz personally handed these devastating proofs to the then head of the CBA Andrzej Stróżny, he completely disregarded the matter, limiting himself to the cynical remark, that the bureau is checking it. The CBA under the leadership of Mariusz Kamiński, Maciej Wąsik and Andrzej Stróżny was in reality a mafia protecting party scams and silencing anyone, who tried to interrupt this plunder.

What is more, in TVP's legal department, through which the most suspicious contracts passed, the wife of the current coordinator of the special services Tomasz Siemoniak was employed. This fact, according to the investigation's authors, explains the paralysis of current state actions and the lack of courage to put Kurski behind bars. This brazen sphere of impunity is struck by Pillar 35 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which orders the immediate and total liquidation of the CBA as a political police and the transfer of its powers to the police division CBŚP. In accordance with Pillar 15 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, a total ban on cash transactions in the entire public sector and an obligation to settle exclusively with named cards linked to an open online register in real time is introduced. Meanwhile, Pillar 50 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution forbids the use of euphemisms about formal errors, ordering that Stróżny's omissions and Kurski's looting be qualified directly under the Penal Code as participation in an organized criminal group with mandatory confiscation of assets. The Republic must recover every stolen grosz, and the perpetrators of this theft will go to prison.

ARTICLE III: JAN PIŃSKI AND TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT LIVE AND WITHOUT MERCY: BREAKING THE CASTE, THE ZAMOŚĆ FRONT AND CHODZIŃSKI'S INVESTIGATION

Based on the investigative debate: Jan Piński, Tomasz Szwejgiert and Tomasz Wiejski

Friday's current affairs programme hosted by Tomasz Wiejski with the participation of Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert turned into an uncompromising showdown with Ziobro's prosecutorial mafia, which continues to terrorise independent citizens. Szwejgiert revealed live, that the District Prosecutor's Office in Zamość made a desperate attempt to bring charges against him under Article 234 of the Penal Code for alleged false accusation of corrupt officials. The summons was issued only a day before Szwejgiert's planned hearing in Warsaw, which proves a coordinated action aimed at intimidating a key witness to CBA crimes. Szwejgiert recalled, that prosecutor Agata Baryła together with a group of Ziobro's trusted investigators has for years protected agents, who engaged in wiretapping defenders and falsifying operational materials using Pegasus.

Jan Piński pointed out, that the state apparatus under the leadership of Minister Waldemar Żurek faces a final test of effectiveness: either 800 prosecutors of the old regime will be immediately removed from the profession, or the democratic power will lose any legitimacy to govern. The debate also revealed compromising emails of Robert Chodziński, a services operative, who from an official mailbox ran illegal operational games targeted at the families of investigative journalists, and who today in panic gives extensive testimony implicating Mariusz Kamiński. Participants in the programme ruthlessly debunked the fake news of right-wing media about the alleged escape of Minister Żurek to the Constitutional Tribunal, pointing out, that the Ministry of Justice is preparing a systemic strike against criminals from Ziobro's era.

Tomasz Szwejgiert demanded full transparency of all case files, pointing out, that the only salvation from the arbitrariness of the Zamość prosecutors is a public trial before cameras and citizens. This uncompromising fight is embodied in Pillar 10 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which orders the immediate publication of a full, public register of people surveilled with cyberweapons with losses covered from the perpetrators' assets. In accordance with Pillar 16 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, corporate disciplinary courts are abolished, introducing a universal jury for judges and prosecutors accused of tampering with investigations. Furthermore, Pillar 44 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution ensures absolute equality of jurisdiction and a total ban on immunities, preventing prosecutorial bosses from hiding behind corporate consents. Justice will catch everyone, who raised a hand against freedom of speech and human rights.

ARTICLE IV: WILL PUTIN MAKE A DEAL WITH TRUMP IN YALTA 2.0? MAJOR ROBERT CHEDA AND JAN PIŃSKI ON THE THREAT OF A NUCLEAR STRIKE AND THE KILL ZONE

Based on geopolitical analysis: Major Robert Cheda and Jan Piński

Expert analysis by Major Robert Cheda, a former officer of the Intelligence Agency, and Jan Piński reveals the backstage of a dramatic great-power bargain, which directly threatens the territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Poland. The Kremlin seeks to formalize an agreement referred to as Yalta 2,0, in which Władimir Putin, Donald Trump and Xi Jinping would carry out a new division of spheres of influence across the globe. Major Cheda reveals, that while Trump focuses on economic rivalry with China and seeks the withdrawal of American troops from Europe, Moscow relentlessly demands the implementation of its November 2021 ultimatum. This means a demand for the complete withdrawal of NATO military installations behind the Oder line and the transformation of Poland and the Baltic states into a defenseless gray buffer zone under Russian control.

Confirmation of deep corruption around the Republican candidate are disclosed reports of a transfer of $2 billion from Saudi and Qatari funds into the pockets of Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law. Piński recalls, that in American strategic thought, embodied by the report of Andrew Krepinevich, Central Europe is cold-bloodedly treated as a kill zone intended for tactical nuclear engagements, after which the great powers would return to shared interests. At a recent Valdai Club meeting Putin openly threatened massive kinetic strikes on European critical infrastructure, energy paralysis and the use of tactical nuclear arsenals, if the West does not accept the capitulation of Ukraine.

In the face of this mortal danger Karol Nawrocki behaves like a spineless executor of his US protectors' instructions, inciting against the European Union and paralyzing defence cooperation with allies on the continent. In defense of Polish sovereignty stands Pillar 31 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which orders the construction of a self-sufficient armaments industry with full rights to modernization and source codes in Polish hands. In accordance with Pillar 18 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, a total ban is introduced on the interference of foreign lobbying groups and influence agents in the Polish decision-making process under the penalty of long-term imprisonment for diplomatic treason. The Nation will not allow a repeat of the 1945 betrayal – Poland must be a subject, not an object of the global bargain.

ARTICLE V: ELIZA MICHALIK REVEALS THE BACKSTAGE OF HOŁOWNIA'S GAME: THE TRUE MOTIVES OF KATARZYNA PEŁCZYŃSKA-NAŁĘCZ'S RESIGNATION AND THE BREAKUP OF THE GOVERNMENT

Based on analysis: Eliza Michalik

Renowned columnist Eliza Michalik conducts a ruthless analysis of the political turmoil surrounding the sudden resignation of the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz. Michalik exposes the hypocrisy of the leaders of Poland 2050, demonstrating, that the dramatic departure of the minister announced on social media without informing Prime Minister Donald Tusk was a fully planned political theatre. Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, who for seven years was the gray eminence and architect of Szymon Hołownia's campaigns, allegedly acted out of honour in the name of higher values, but in reality executed a maneuver enabling Hołownia to return to sole control of the party. The resignation allowed Hołownia to seize control of the grouping bypassing internal statutory elections and difficult debates at the party congress.

Just a few hours after the minister's resignation, Hołownia appeared at a press conference, brazenly blackmailing the prime minister with the threat of Poland 2050 leaving the governing coalition, even though his party is scraping the bottom of the polls with one percent support. Eliza Michalik mercilessly demonstrates the analogy between Hołownia's sabotaging actions and the destructive politics of Adrian Zandberg from the Razem party. Both politicians under the banners of ideological purity regularly support PiS and Confederation, blocking the lifting of immunities for Zbigniew Ziobro and Sławomir Mentzen and torpedoing judicial reforms. The entire political project of Hołownia from the beginning served as a tool to break up the democratic camp and facilitate the return to power of the brown coalition of PiS with Confederation in 2027.

Into this pathology of political hijacking strikes Pillar 13 and Pillar 39 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which recognize a deputy as a hired employee of the Nation and introduce the immediate expiry of the mandate by operation of law for political tourism, breaking an electoral alliance and political corruption. In accordance with Pillar 6 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, a two-term limit in all bodies of power will permanently remove opportunists preying on the emotions of the sovereign people from the trough. The Republic needs stability and responsibility, not the narcissism of leaders ready to sacrifice the good of the state to save their own party posts.

ARTICLE VI: MAJCZAK SENTENCED TO 8 YEARS, AND WIPLER AVOIDS QUESTIONS ABOUT 7 MILLION: SZWEJGIERT ON THE BRAZENNESS OF THE RICH AND IMMUNITIES

Based on analysis: Tomasz Szwejgiert ("Z bańki")

Editor Tomasz Szwejgiert in the programme "Z Bańki" uncompromisingly juxtaposes two drastic examples of citizens' inequality before Polish law and the degeneration of the elites. The conclusion of the first-instance trial of Sebastian Majczak and the imposition on him of a mere 8 years' imprisonment for causing a horrific crash on the A1 motorway, in which a three-person family with a small child burned alive, this is an open mockery of the most basic sense of justice. Szwejgiert contrasts this disgraceful verdict with the 20-year prison sentence for Łukasz Żak, proving that in the Republic the thickness of one’s wallet, financial status and the help of Ziobro’s mysterious prosecutors still guarantee milder treatment and facilitate escape from the grasp of justice.

The same insolence and arrogance is represented by Confederation MP Przemysław Wipler, who in the Sejm corridors attacked journalist Justyna Dobrosz-Oracz in a vulgar manner while she asked about the gigantic profits of his companies. As Wirtualna Polska revealed based on services’ reports, Wipler’s and Michał Krzymowski’s companies pocketed as much as34.6 million zloty (PLN) in 2025, of which nearly 7 million came from entities whose interests Wipler directly handled at meetings of the parliamentary team for the free market. The MP concealed these astronomical incomes in his asset declaration, moving the capital into a family foundation and shielding himself with parliamentary immunity from the prosecutor’s office.

This caste-like impunity is struck at by Pillar 5 and Pillar 44 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution,, which categorically abolish parliamentary, judicial and prosecutorial immunities, introducing absolute jurisdictional equality without the approvals of Sejm corporations. In accordance with Pillar 29 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution,, asset declarations of public persons must be one hundred percent public, published digitally and obligatorily include family foundations under the penalty of confiscation of assets. Moreover, Pillar 50 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution forbids calling theft and paid favoritism ethical lapses, mandating that Wipler be tried with the full severity of the Penal Code. The law must be the same for everyone, regardless of wealth or a parliamentary card.

ARTICLE VII: CREEPERS CAMPING OUT AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL, AND PIS WENT ON A BREAK! SZWEJGIERT ON THE FARCE OF THE NEW HOME ARMY AND THE JUDGES’ REBELLION AGAINST ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI

Based on the investigation by: Tomasz Szwejgiert ("Z Bańki")

Tomasz Szwejgiert in an uncompromising investigative report reveals the grotesque collapse of the PiS barricade beneath the concreted edifice of the Constitutional Tribunal on Szucha Avenue. The alleged national uprising and the grandly announced New Home Army by Jarosław Kaczyński turned out to be a pathetic cabaret: PiS MPs packed up their shifts, leaving a handful of manipulated retirees in empty tents in the rain and cold. Newogrodzka activists, without a hint of shame, admit in conversations with journalists that the protest was merely a tactical test of mobilization of the party’s hard core ahead of the Independence March, and they do not care about the fate of the frozen people, while they themselves relax in luxury restaurants.

Meanwhile panic reigns inside the building and the complete disintegration of Bogdan Święczkowski’s defense, called Godzilla in the milieu, is advancing. Successive judges of the Constitutional Tribunal refuse to execute the usurper’s orders and boycott the illegal sessions he convenes, as a result of which Święczkowski failed even to obtain a quorum to pass the institution’s annual budget. Petrified, Święczkowski files hysterical complaints to the Chief of Police and pursues Judge Markowska for letting the legally sworn-in judge Maciej Berek into the building, while the ground is burning under his feet because of impending prosecutorial charges for physical assault.

This institutional chaos is directly struck at by Pillar 8 and Pillar 40 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution,, which introduce rigid calendar rules and the automatic suspension by operation of law of any official who obstructs the execution of constitutional rulings. In accordance with Pillar 41 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution,, neo-judges and stand-ins are permanently stripped of immunities, and their undue pensions in retirement are subject to immediate elimination with transfer into the general ZUS pension system. Meanwhile Pillar 46 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution imposes a 14-day deadline for the final cleansing of the Tribunal building of unauthorized persons. The nation will regain its constitutional court, and the political occupiers will be criminally held accountable for the assault on the institutions of the Republic.

ARTICLE VIII: ALFONSO’S LEGIONARIES AGAINST THE POWER OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE: THE DISGRACE OF NAWROCKI’S CREWS AND THE SUPREME AUDIT OFFICE CONTROL IN THE CHANCERY OF THE PRESIDENT

Based on the investigation by: Jan Piński, Tomasz Szwejgiert and Tomasz Wiejski

The sensational information revealed by Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert about Karol Nawrocki’s attempts to create a private army under the name Legionnaires of the President provoked an outcry among citizens. The sale of dedicated shirts and accessories for stadium hooligans is in reality an inept attempt to form party thugs, intending to intimidate the opposition and provoke street riots modeled on the fascist SA squads. Investigative journalists recall the dark past of the palace resident, who during the times of Tri-City brawls and the security of brothels honed his skills in the criminal milieu, which completely disqualifies him from serving as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. Szwejgiert and Piński warn that the presidential center is probing the possibility of a coup in the military and a mutiny of young officers, yet the uniformed environment rejects Batyr’s gangster methods with disgust.

At the same time a gigantic waste in the Chancellery of the President comes to light, where daily bills for exclusive catering reach several thousand zloty (PLN), and the upkeep of the President’s private horses costs taxpayers 50,000 zloty (PLN) per month under the cover of auxiliary farms. Tomasz Szwejgiert calls on parliament to immediately adopt a resolution ordering the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) under the leadership of president Marcin Haładyj to forcibly enter the Palace and examine the purposefulness of every expenditure.

This sphere of lawlessness is struck at by Pillar 7 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution,, which mandates compulsory, quarterly toxicology tests for the presence of drugs and legal highs for the President of the Republic of Poland under the penalty of immediate loss of office in case of refusal or a positive result. In accordance with Pillar 27 and Pillar 28 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, introduces constitutional anti-authoritarian safeguards blocking the construction of paramilitary structures and total real-time transparency of the representative expenditures of the Chancellery of the President. Furthermore PILLAR 43 OF THE CONSTITUTION ALGOOMNI ensures that any attempt to violate the state's monopoly on the use of force will end for the organizers in ruthless, long-term imprisonment. The sovereign people will not allow stadium thugs to decide the fate of a free Poland.

CONSTITUTIONAL MANIFESTO: CONSTITUTION ALGOOMNI – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW

CITIZEN SOVEREIGNTY, CLEAN POWER AND THE COMPLETE ELIMINATION OF IMPUNITY

PART I: ELECTORAL SOVEREIGNTY AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LAWLESSNESS (PILLARS 1–10)

  • PILLAR 1: THE SACREDNESS OF EVERY VOTE AND PHYSICAL CONTROL BY THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE

Every cast vote is the highest, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the state. No digital algorithm, politicized National Electoral Commission nor party cabal has the right to annul, forge or distort the will of the citizens. An absolute requirement is introduced for physical verifiability of a paper ballot and 24/7 monitoring of the vote-counting process with a direct HD-quality broadcast on the open internet. Falsifying a vote or manipulating an electoral protocol is regarded as the crime of high treason, punishable by life imprisonment with mandatory, complete confiscation of the property of the perpetrators and their principals.

  • PILLAR 2: A RECOUNT OF THE VOTES FROM THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

A statutory, immediate order to carry out full, commission-led examinations and a complete, one hundred percent transparent recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election before television cameras and in the presence of independent trusted witnesses. Occupying the highest office in the state in the shadow of manipulation of electoral protocols, ballot stuffing and the systemic paralysis of the Supreme Court requires a full clarification of the material truth. If fraud is confirmed, the usurper is to be immediately removed from office and the guilty held criminally responsible.

  • PILLAR 3: ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PIS CABAL – THE RUTHLESS “OPTION ZERO” WITH NO LENIENCY

Full, unsparing criminal, constitutional and property liability of officials of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość and their coalition partners for the systemic dismantling of the separation of powers, the devastation of the rule of law and the brazen theft of billions of zloty in the Governmental Agency of Strategic Reserves, PKN Orlen, NCBR, the Fund for Justice and TVP. Any amnesties, thick lines, statutes of limitations or political leniencies are excluded – every scandal will be accounted for down to the very bottom with full, ruthless forfeiture of usurped assets to the State Treasury.

  • PILLAR 4: HOLDING THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE FOR OMISSIONS, TIMIDITY AND THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

A power elected with a democratic mandate to restore the rule of law, which for the sake of conformity, political fear, coffee-shop deals or party coalition calculations chooses timidity, sabotage of reforms and the sin of omission, bears direct constitutional and criminal responsibility. Deliberate blocking of accountability for the crimes of predecessors is treated as direct complicity in the offense of aiding and abetting and results in the immediate shortening of the parliament's term and the resignation of the government.

  • PILLAR 5: THE TOTAL AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF IMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE

The definitive elimination of parliamentary immunities (members of parliament, senators, European), judicial, prosecutorial, ministerial and office-holder immunities. All citizens without the slightest exception are one hundred percent equal before the law and are accountable before independent common courts from liberty or in remand. Immunity has become a pathological, criminal shield protecting corruption, theft, violence and impunity of demoralized political elites.

  • PILLAR 6: MANDATORY TWO-TERM LIMITS IN ALL ORGANS OF POWER

Introduction of a strict, non-extendable limit of a maximum of two terms (counted cumulatively in a person's lifetime) for members of parliament, senators, city presidents, mayors, village heads, councillors and presidents of state agencies and central offices. An end to life-long, professional political castes welded to their posts for decades, treating the public mandate as a private manor and creating oligarchic bureaucratic clans feeding off taxpayers.

  • PILLAR 7: MANDATORY, QUARTERLY TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE TOPS OF POWER

Mandatory, fully independent and random laboratory tests (from blood, urine and hair samples) for the presence of narcotics, psychotropic substances, designer drugs and alcohol, conducted without fail every three months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, members of the government, members of parliament, senators and judges of all levels. Refusal to undergo testing or detection of prohibited substances results in immediate, automatic termination of the mandate by operation of law and a lifetime ban on holding public office.

  • PILLAR 8: A CITIZENS' CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES

A new Basic Law written directly by citizens and independent experts, completely free of discretionary, elastic and corruption-inducing phrases such as “immediately”, “within a justified period” or “without undue delay”. They are to be replaced by absolute, rigid calendar days under penalty of automatic dismissal of an official, judge or president in the event of exceeding the prescribed deadline.

  • PILLAR 9: STRICT ORDER OF ENTRY IN COURTS AND OFFICES – NO MORE “FREEZERS”

A statutory requirement for absolute procedure and adjudication of cases according to the strict, second-accurate date of their entry to courts, prosecutor's offices and public offices with the implementation of a digital timestamp using blockchain technology. The final end to political freezers of cases inconvenient for the authorities, manipulation of court dockets and deliberate procrastination of proceedings to cause their statute of limitations to expire.

  • PILLAR 10: FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED

Immediate publication of the full, a public register of all persons surveilled with cyberweapons (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator and related systems) including the names of officers and prosecutors who ordered the wiretaps. Society, journalists and citizens have an inalienable right to the whole truth, and any compensation for victims of surveillance will be paid in full from the private assets of the security decision-makers.

PART II: CLEAN POWER, ANTI-CORRUPTION AND TRANSPARENCY (PILLARS 11–20)

  • PILLAR 11: FULL CRIMINAL AND ASSET LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS

Introduction of personal criminal, civil and asset liability (with the entirety of present and future assets, including those transferred to spouses, relatives and foundations) for the president, prime ministers, ministers, parliamentarians, local government officials, judges and prosecutors for knowingly breaking the Constitution, corruption, fabricating evidence and unlawful decisions that harm citizens or the State Treasury.

  • PILLAR 12: TOTAL BAN ON HOLDING MULTIPLE POSITIONS AND A BAN ON SERVING ON STATE TREASURY COMPANIES' BOARDS

An absolute ban on sitting on the boards, supervisory boards and advisory bodies of State Treasury companies, municipal companies and government agencies for ministers, members of parliament, senators, village mayors (wójt), town mayors, councillors and members of their closest families (with a mandatory five-year cooling-off period after leaving office). State-owned companies to be run exclusively by apolitical specialists selected in transparent competitions.

  • PILLAR 13: ABSOLUTE BAN ON CHANGING PARTY CLUBS – STOP POLITICAL TOURISM

The mandate of a deputy, senator and councillor is inalienably tied to the will of the voters expressed on the list of the given electoral committee. Abandoning a caucus, joining another party or political corruption will result in the automatic, immediate termination of the mandate by operation of law and the seat being taken by the next person on the list who obtained the highest result. An end to trading the votes of the sovereign people.

  • PILLAR 14: MANDATORY PRESENCE AT VOTES AND SEJM SESSIONS

The work of a parliamentarian and councillor is a strict, accountable duty of service to the Nation. Unexcused absence from sittings of the Sejm, the Senate, committees or votes exceeding 10% in a quarter will result in the automatic loss of the mandate by operation of law, a lifetime ban on standing for office and the permanent forfeiture of the right to severance pay and a parliamentary pension.

  • PILLAR 15: FULL TRANSPARENCY OF EXPENDITURE – SETTLEMENTS EXCLUSIVELY BY CARD

A total ban on cash, flat-rate and advance payments in parliamentary, government and local government activity. All office expenses, expert opinions, hotels, travel and purchases must be paid exclusively with a named official card linked to an open online register available to every citizen in real time. Fraudulently claiming mileage expenses is to be treated as common fraud prosecuted ex officio.

  • PILLAR 16: NO MORE "SACRED COWS" – EQUAL LAW AND A JURY PANEL

Definitive abolition of separate procedures, corporate disciplinary courts and social arrangements protecting politicians, prosecutors, judges, agents of the services and pseudo-journalists associated with them. Any official crime, cover-up, corruption or fabrication of operational files will be tried openly before a citizen jury drawn from among the populace.

  • PILLAR 17: SYSTEMIC PROTECTION AND STRICT SUPERVISION OF FORMER SERVICE OFFICERS

Officers of the special services (AW, Internal Security Agency (ABW), SKW, SWW) possessing knowledge of state secrets cannot be abandoned on the free market as prey for the mafia, organized crime and foreign intelligence services. A 10-year ban on working for foreign entities and in sensitive sectors (cryptocurrencies, finance, private detective work) combined with a decent state analytical salary and strict counterintelligence protection.

  • PILLAR 18: BLOCKING INFILTRATION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS AND A BAN ON LOBBYING

Every draft law, regulation and Sejm amendment must have a public, a digital register of authors by given name and surname and a full lobbying trail. An absolute ban is introduced on drafting legislation by private law firms and lobbyists of foreign capital. Attempts to smuggle provisions at the behest of corporations or foreign capitals are treated as diplomatic treason punishable by many years in prison.

  • FILAR 19: COMPLETE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE AND TAXATION OF THE CLERGY

Immediate abolition of the Church Fund, taxation of the income of religious organizations on general terms and an absolute ban on transferring State Treasury and local government real estate for next to nothing or with discounts. Religious organizations may be financed only from voluntary tax deductions by the faithful in the annual PIT return.

  • FILAR 20: CITIZENS' VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITH NO TURNOUT THRESHOLD

Restoration of real power to the sovereign people: a motion supported by 500,000 citizens' signatures obliges the Sejm to order a nationwide referendum within 90 days. The result of the referendum is absolutely binding on all state authorities without the application of any turnout threshold. The executive and legislative powers are categorically prohibited from modifying or delaying the will of the Nation expressed in a referendum.

  • FILAR 21: TRANSPARENCY AND DIGITAL RESPONSIBILITY – THE END OF TROLL FARMS

Requirement of full identity verification and use of real data when publishing press articles, running newspapers and registering accounts on public social media. The end of paid troll farms, party bots and organized disinformation that destroys public debate – every participant bears full, personal civil and criminal liability for their words.

  • FILAR 22: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF THE SERVICE – MANDATORY BODY CAMERAS

An absolute duty to audiovisually record all official actions undertaken by tax officials, customs officers, police officers and personnel of uniformed and special services by means of continuously active body-worn cameras. Deliberate deactivation of the camera, covering the lens or destroying the recording means automatic dismissal from service with a wolf ticket and the nullification of any charges against the citizen.

  • FILAR 23: DIRECT ELECTIONS AND RECALL OF JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND MINISTERS

Introduction of universal, direct citizen elections and a mechanism for recall by the sovereign people through voting of judges of district courts, district prosecutors, senior officials, ministers and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. Elimination of the party nomination key, cabinet cliques and corrupt promotions in favor of direct verification by citizens.

  • FILAR 24: COMPLETE DECLASSIFICATION OF THE ARCHIVES OF THE INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE AND THE PRL SECURITY SERVICES

Immediate, one-hundred-percent opening and full online publication of all archival materials, personal and operational files of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) and the communist special services (SB, WSW, Second Directorate of the General Staff). Abolition of all restricted collections, in order to definitively cut off file blackmail and the hiding of agent pasts of public figures.

  • FILAR 25: A PUBLIC LIST OF ILLEGAL SERVICE COLLABORATORS IN TRUSTED PROFESSIONS

Relentless publication of a complete register of people in professions of public trust (judges, prosecutors, advocates, legal counsels, doctors, journalists), who were illegally recruited or undertook secret cooperation with the special services (including the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA)). Secret involvement in the justice apparatus and the media constitutes a mortal threat to constitutional order.

  • FILAR 27: CONSTITUTIONAL ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN SAFEGUARDS – BLOCKING DICTATORSHIP

Implementation of hard, systemic control safeguards preventing authoritarian usurpation by the executive and the presidency. Any attempt to refuse to appoint a legal government, to block judicial nominations or to manipulate elections will result in the automatic suspension of the exercise of presidential office by operation of law and the assumption of duties by the Marshal of the Sejm.

  • FILAR 28: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF REMUNERATION THROUGHOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR

An absolute statutory requirement that every defense contract entered into by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland include full industrial offset, technology transfer, servicing in Polish facilities and the handing over of full source codes and operational access to the Republic of Poland. • PILLAR 32: ZERO SALARY FOR SUSPENDED OFFICIALS AND JUDGES

Immediate suspension of payment of salaries, allowances and any remuneration to prosecutors, judges and senior state officials in the event of their formal suspension from duties or the initiation of criminal proceedings for breaking the law. Mandatory consolidation of all scattered proceedings concerning election protests, irregularities and suspicions of falsifying the 2025 presidential election into one large, nationwide investigation conducted directly under the supervision of the Prosecutor General with public broadcasts of interrogations in order to punish the backers of the attack on the election.

  • PILLAR 35: LIQUIDATION OF THE CBA AND THE POLITICIZED INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE

Definitive liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) – institutions transformed by the party apparatus into political police, blackmail factories and centres protecting power networks. Anti-corruption competences are assumed by the Central Investigation Bureau of the Police (CBŚP), and the IPN archives are to be 100% declassified and transferred to the State Archives.

Deletion from all statutes and discretionary codes of procedural phrasing. Introduction of rigid calendar deadlines for an authority or court to settle a case – exceeding them results in an automatic, definitive resolution of the matter in favor of the citizen (the principle of tacit consent and recognition of the claim), and the dilatory official bears personal financial liability.

  • FILAR 38: CITIZENS' MONOPOLY ON CREATING A NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Absolute exclusion from the process of drafting the New Basic Law of former and current deputies, senators, ministers, presidents and representatives of party legal corporations. Statutory definition of the legal status of a deputy, senator and councilor as a hired employee of the Nation. Mandatory attendance at votes under penalty of immediate disciplinary dismissal and loss of remuneration. Changing parliamentary club or party during a term means immediate termination of the mandate by operation of law.

  • FILAR 40: INSTITUTIONAL AUTOMATISM OF THE RULE OF LAW – STOP THE BLOCKADES

Implementation of a strict regime of responsibility for all state bodies for refusal to execute final judgments, rulings and court resolutions. When a public official, president, minister or judge delays in fulfilling a constitutional duty (e.g., taking the oath from judges), the IT system automatically suspends them from duties after 14 days and initiates a procedure for removal from office.

PART V: JUSTICE, FINANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY (FILARS 41–50)

  • FILAR 41: DELEGALIZATION OF NEO-JUDGES, BAN ON ADJUDICATION AND DEPRIVATION OF PENSIONS

All judges appointed in gross violation of the Constitution by the politicized National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) and the duplicates in the Constitutional Tribunal are by law permanently removed from adjudication. Their appointment acts are considered void. They are immediately deprived of illegitimate immunities and luxurious pension privileges in retirement and are moved to the universal Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), bearing full criminal liability for unlawful judgments issued.

  • FILAR 42: ABSOLUTE BAN ON INTERMEDIARIES IN PUBLIC AND DEFENSE CONTRACTS

In the execution of state, local government, infrastructure, fuel and military procurements a rigorous ban on the participation of any intermediaries, shell companies (such as OTS), advisory entities and commission agents is introduced. Politicians, members of the government, members of the Sejm, senators, judges, Prosecutors and high state officials who commit crimes in connection with the performance of their duties are completely deprived of the possibility of imposing suspended sentences. • PILLAR 44: ABSOLUTE JURISDICTIONAL EQUALITY – BAN ON CORPORATE AGREEMENTS

Final rejection of any formal and substantive immunities. No person on the territory of the Republic of Poland – regardless of whether, they serve as President, Prime Minister, marshal, member of parliament, judge or prosecutor – has a protective shield against the law. A notification of the commission of a crime is processed immediately before a common court without the need to obtain any Sejm resolutions or corporate consents.

  • PILLAR 45: DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY AND FULL JURISDICTION OVER PLATFORMS

All global digital corporations, internet applications and social networking services that monetize traffic or collect data on Polish territory must without exception be subject to Polish law and Polish courts. Every entity has a statutory obligation to have a physical headquarters in Poland with direct contact to the authorized management under penalty of immediate domain blocking and financial sanctions.

  • PILLAR 46: CALENDARIAL JUDICIAL AND PROSECUTORIAL RIGOR (DEADLINES 7/14/30 DAYS)

Introduction of rigid, non-extendable calendar deadlines for courts and prosecutors: a maximum of 7 days to issue incidental rulings, 14 days to prepare the written justification of a judgment and 30 days to complete key procedural stages. Missing a deadline results in the automatic loss of 50% of the judge's or prosecutor's salary for that month, and a repeated violation leads to disciplinary removal from the profession.

  • PILLAR 47: TWO-COMPONENT, LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every court judgment, prosecutorial decision, administrative decision, draft law, regulation and their justification must, under pain of absolute nullity, bear a legible, full given name and surname of the responsible person typeset in print and a handwritten, legible autograph signature. Any controls may take place only in parallel without blocking financial liquidity.
