GENERAL TITLE OF THE EDITION:

SECRET FILES OF ABW ON NAWROCKI, SIKORSKI OBLITERATES PIMPING, KACZYŃSKI DECLARES POLEXIT IN KRYNICA, AND THE REPUBLICANS DISTANCE THEMSELVES FROM TRUMP!

EDITOR-IN-CHIEF'S COMMENT OF THE DAY: MIECZYSŁAW DZIKOWSKI

Friday morning, 30 October 2026, is recorded in the recent history of the Republic as the day of ultimate moral and political bankruptcy of the United Right camp and its palace outpost. After shocking witness statements in the Gdańsk court, who under oath exposed Karol Nawrocki's involvement in the operation of bringing prostitutes to the Grand Hotel in Sopot, Poland's foreign minister Radosław Sikorski asked with merciless precision in public: “pimp, procurer or kupler?”. At the same time, former manager of state champions Krzysztof Kluzek and editor Jan Piński pose a fundamental question to Prime Minister Donald Tusk and the services coordinator Tomasz Siemoniak: who in the Internal Security Agency (ABW) is still hiding Nawrocki's secret operational file from 2021 and why are the services protecting a man blackmailed by the underworld?

Seeing that the noose of truth is closing inexorably, Jarosław Kaczyński, paralyzed by panic, appeared at the forum in Krynica and set off a political atomic bomb – openly announcing the start of negotiations on taking Poland out of the European Union. This desperate attempt to cover up the moral scandal in Sopot with the slogan Polexit and by building a National Security Council with the participation of Grzegorz Braun’s pro-Kremlin comrades proves that the dictator from Żoliborz is ready to set Poland on fire and hand it over to the Russian sphere of influence, just to protect his clique from prison.

Meanwhile, across the ocean the myth of Donald Trump is collapsing: Republican senators from Texas and Kansas, in panic, are distancing themselves from the mad rule of the MAGA leader ahead of the midterm elections. Gazeta ALGOOMNI responds to this chaos with a full Constitutional Manifesto: Konstytucja ALGOOMNI (ALGOOMNI Constitution) – All 50 Pillars of the Rule of Law from 1 to 50. We eliminate immunities, declassify service files and introduce uncompromising imprisonment for treason!

ARTICLE I: TRUMP, PUTIN AND IRAN: WHO WINS IN THE ISRAELI ELECTIONS AND THE GREAT MIDDLE EAST POWER GAME?

Based on international analysis: Andrzej Gąsiorowski and Jan Piński (Media Network 24/7)

In an extremely insightful geopolitical analysis, Andrzej Gąsiorowski and editor Jan Piński reveal the hidden mechanisms of the great intelligence and military game between Washington, Moscow, Tehran and Jerusalem on the eve of the elections in Israel and the US midterm elections. The authors argue that the apparent peace agreements pushed by the Donald Trump administration in the Middle East proved to be a strategic illusion that in reality strengthened the Russian‑Iranian axis. While Trump proclaimed a historic triumph and the end of conflicts in the media, in reality he achieved only a tactical draw, from which Vladimir Putin benefited most by diverting the West’s attention from the bleeding front in Ukraine. Andrzej Gąsiorowski points out that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu once again proved his political unsinkability, playing internal divisions in Israel and the weakness of American diplomacy run by the president’s son‑in‑law Jared Kushner and developer Steve Witkoff. Instead of a lasting neutralization of the nuclear threat from the ayatollahs' regime, the White House became entangled in opaque financial transactions with Arab funds, which provoked deep opposition within the Pentagon and Israel’s Mossad. Jan Piński emphasizes that in the Pentagon there is growing fear of the outbreak of a short, violent war with Iran just after the November elections to the US Congress, which would overturn global oil markets and fatten the coffers of the Russian war budget. For Poland this situation is a direct warning: tying our security to the transactional whims of overseas politicians is a road to geopolitical catastrophe. Polish decision‑makers in the Presidential Palace, blindly watching MAGA’s moves, completely fail to understand that on the global chessboard only real military strength, a domestic defence industry and strong alliances in Europe matter. Into this strategic void strikes directly Pillar 31 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which mandates absolute defence sovereignty of the Republic, full technology transfer and possession of own source codes for every weapons system. In accordance with Pillar 18 and Pillar 42 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, introduces a complete ban on the participation of foreign lobbyists and intermediaries in the state’s defense and raw materials contracts under penalty of prosecution for treason. In addition Pillar 44 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution abolishes all immunities for politicians who endanger Poland’s external security in the name of foreign interests.

ARTICLE II: WHO IS PROTECTING NAWROCKI? KRZYSZTOF KLUZEK ASKS ABOUT ABW SECRET FILES AND THE SUSPICIOUS SILENCE OF PRIME MINISTER TUSK

Based on an operational investigation: Krzysztof Kluzek and Jan Piński ("Kulisy Polityki")

Former manager of strategic State Treasury companies Krzysztof Kluzek and editor Jan Piński in the program "Kulisy Polityki" pose a fundamental question electrifying public opinion today: who at the top of the current government is throwing a protective umbrella over Karol Nawrocki and blocking the declassification of his files from the Internal Security Agency (ABW)? After, in a Gdańsk court, eyewitnesses under oath confirmed Nawrocki’s involvement in the scheme of procuring prostitutes at the Grand Hotel in Sopot and his ties to Tricity organized crime, the silence of Prime Minister Tusk and the coordinator of the special services Tomasz Siemoniak is becoming a political scandal. Krzysztof Kluzek recalls that when Nawrocki assumed the post of president of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), ABW officers conducting the vetting procedure gathered devastating operational material concerning his contacts with the criminal underworld, pimps and thugs, as well as his unexplained visit to Moscow in 2018. Despite negative recommendations from line officers, the then leadership of the services under PiS supervised by Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik forced the issuance of a security clearance for access to top secret information to Nawrocki, corrupting the people responsible for verification with sinecures in state-owned companies. Kluzek asks bluntly: why, after three years of coalition government, on 15 October did Prime Minister Tusk not order the head of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) to immediately declassify that file and implement the procedure to revoke the security clearance due to lies on the personal security questionnaire? Jan Piński points out that an informal pact of mutual protection still functions within the structures of the special services, in which former PiS appointees are shielded by officials of the current government for fear of exposing shared interests around the Lotos scandal and defense contracts. Keeping compromising materials about the head of state in vaults means that Poland has a person in the presidential office completely vulnerable to blackmail by foreign intelligence services and the domestic mafia. This pathology of secret arrangements is hit hard by Pillar 4 and Pillar 24 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which demand holding the current authorities to account for the sin of omission and procrastination and the immediate, one hundred percent declassification of the IPN archives and special services’ materials concerning public figures. In accordance with Pillar 25 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, a public list of all secret collaborators and persons entangled by the services within state institutions is published. Meanwhile Pillar 11 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution introduces personal criminal and property liability for ministers who conceal evidence of crimes.

ARTICLE III: "PEŁCZYŃSKA IS A POLITICAL CORPSE, ZANDBERG IS A FRAUD!" A RUTHLESS DIAGNOSIS OF DIVERSION WITHIN THE DEMOCRATIC CAMP

Based on an op-ed debate: Analysis of coalition backstage and party games

A sharp, uncompromising exchange of views on the crisis in the ruling coalition yields a devastating diagnosis of the actions of Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, Szymon Hołownia and the leader of Razem, Adrian Zandberg. According to seasoned observers of the political scene, the former minister of funds and regional policy Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, after her hysterical resignation and the revelation of secret negotiations by her collaborators with PiS emissaries in Brussels, has become a political corpse with whom no serious player will sit at the table. Her attempts to blackmail Prime Minister Tusk, to block the appointment of judge Maciej Berek to the Constitutional Tribunal and to orchestrate intra-party setups with Szymon Hołownia ended in complete humiliation and the disintegration of the Poland 2050 parliamentary club. An equally merciless assessment falls on the head of Adrian Zandberg, who is straightforwardly described as a political fraud and a pretender feeding off the left-wing electorate. Zandberg, refusing to enter government and take real responsibility for the state at the most difficult moment after eight years of PiS devastation, chose the comfortable role of a reviewer who in key Sejm votes stands shoulder to shoulder with the people of Jarosław Kaczyński and Sławomir Mentzen. It is precisely the votes of Razem MPs and the hesitations of Hołownia’s people that have repeatedly served as a protective shield for corrupt right-wing politicians, delaying the lifting of immunities for Zbigniew Ziobro, Marcin Romanowski or Przemysław Wipler. Instead of a tough fight for the separation of Church and state, women’s rights and the abolition of the privileges of the bureaucratic caste, these formations engage in hot air and sabotage of the government, objectively working for the return of the authoritarian right to power in 2027. Democratic voters have seen through this cynical game, as evidenced by the latest polls pushing both Poland 2050 and Razem far below the electoral threshold to around one percent support. This pathology of political fraud and horse-trading of mandates is directly struck by Pillar 13 and Pillar 39 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which define a deputy and senator as a hired employee of the Nation, introducing automatic termination of the mandate by operation of law for changing clubs, betraying the electoral program or cooperating with the opposition against the will of voters. In accordance with Pillar 6 and Pillar 14 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, a strict two-term limit and the duty of presence and parliamentary work are introduced under penalty of immediate disciplinary dismissal and loss of pension rights. In addition Pillar 36 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution completely eliminates budgetary subsidies for political parties, cutting couch leaders off from millions of zloty from taxpayers' pockets.

ARTICLE IV: SIKORSKI WITHOUT CENSORSHIP ON NAWROCKI! 300 FIELD ALTARS OF BŁASZCZAK, BLOCKADE OF 46 AMBASSADORS AND MACIEREWICZ'S PASSAT

Based on investigative analysis: Jacek Podgórski and Andrzej Rozenek ("Lot nad kaczym gniazdem" — Flight Over the Duck's Nest)

In the latest episode of the programme "Lot nad kaczym gniazdem" Jacek Podgórski and Andrzej Rozenek expose the scale of state paralysis and the absurd waste left behind by the governments of Law and Justice. A real storm was provoked by an uncompromising post by the deputy prime minister and foreign minister Radosław Sikorski on platform X, who in response to witnesses' testimony about Karol Nawrocki's hotel past asked bluntly: "pimp, procurer or madam's man?" When the palace minister Marcin Przydacz tried to defend his principal by hurling the insults "rude, loutish or primitive" at the foreign minister, he only revealed the Presidential Chancellery's helplessness in the face of procedural facts. Rozenek and Podgórski recall that Nawrocki has deliberately blocked the signing of 46 ambassadorial nominations for 448 days, weakening Poland's diplomatic representation in the face of the war on our borders. At the same time the authors reveal staggering data on purchases in the Ministry of National Defence during the tenure of Mariusz Błaszczak: at a time when Polish soldiers on the border with Belarus lacked winter jackets, boots, kevlar helmets and bulletproof vests, the defence ministry spent millions of zloty on the purchase of 300 mobile field altars! At the same time Antoni Macierewicz was driving around in an official Passat, whose painting and repairs alone swallowed tens of thousands of zloty from taxpayers' coffers, and huge commissions flowed from Korean arms contracts, while Błaszczak and Nawrocki blocked the EU SAFE programme that would have guaranteed billions for real combat equipment. To make matters worse, the justice system still protects its own: the case of an Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) prosecutor with an ID signed by Nawrocki, who broke into someone else's apartment, was swept under the carpet in just eight days, the court forbade Zbigniew Komosa from asking Kaczyński questions about the Smolensk crash, and the bringing-in of Zbigniew Ziobro was bizarrely deemed "premature." This caste impunity and defence sabotage is struck at by Pillar 31 and Pillar 40 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which mandate a full audit of military purchases and the automatic suspension of the president after 14 days' delay in signing state nominations. Pursuant to Pillar 9 and Pillar 16 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, judicial freezers and special treatment of IPN prosecutors are abolished, introducing civic juries. Meanwhile Pillar 19 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution ends financing of chaplains and field altars from the defence budget of the Polish Army.

ARTICLE V: NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL "SMELLING OF THE RUBLE": WILL NAWROCKI LOOSEN THE SANITARY CORDON AROUND GRZEGORZ BRAUN?

Based on a security report: Analysis of counterintelligence threats and infiltration

The National Security Council meeting announced for 3 November convened by Karol Nawrocki has caused deep alarm within counterintelligence structures and among politicians of the ruling coalition. As Minister Marcin Kierwiński aptly put it, the whole initiative "smells of the ruble" from a mile away and constitutes an unprecedented attempt to introduce into state salons milieus openly implementing the Kremlin's agenda. The main aim of the Presidential manoeuvre is to break the sanitary cordon around Grzegorz Braun's grouping and the extreme factions of the Confederation, which since the outbreak of the full-scale war in Ukraine have conducted a systematic disinformation campaign aimed at Poland's defence alliances, the presence of NATO troops and support for besieged Kyiv. Inviting to the table of deliberations on the highest state secrets people who photographed themselves in Moscow with Russian journalists expelled for espionage and call for capitulation before Vladimir Putin's regime is a direct sabotage of Poland's raison d'état. Moreover, the NSC meeting is to serve Nawrocki as a smokescreen for attacking government changes to the Electoral Code designed to tighten the voting process against the frauds committed in 2025. Security experts point out that the Palace of the Governor's alliance with Braun — earlier cemented by Nawrocki taking patronage over ceremonies in Gietrzwałd — is an element of building a pro-Russian political bloc that in 2027 is to seize power and lead Poland out of Western security structures. In conditions of hybrid aggression from the East, allowing influence agents access to classified information is tantamount to diplomatic treason. This dangerous scenario is met head-on by Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which introduce physical sovereign control over elections with HD online transmission and mandate a repeat, commission-led recount of votes from the 2025 presidential election. Pursuant to Pillar 18 and Pillar 27 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, anti-authoritarian constitutional safeguards immediately block the transmission of state secrets to persons suspected of cooperation with foreign intelligence services and suspend officials acting to the detriment of the Republic of Poland's defence alliances. In addition Pillar 50 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution requires qualifying diversionary actions directly under the Penal Code with a penalty of life imprisonment for treason against the state.

ARTICLE VI: KACZYŃSKI'S LATEST DIRTY TRICK! TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT ON THE BEHIND-THE-SCENES OF THE PRESIDENT OF LAW AND JUSTICE'S DESPERATE GAME AND HIS FEAR OF THE TRUTH

Based on investigative analysis: Tomasz Szwejgiert ("Z Bańki")

Editor Tomasz Szwejgiert in the programme „Z Bańki” conducts a merciless vivisection of the latest dirty political trick resorted to by Jarosław Kaczyński in the face of the collapse of his own camp and the humiliation of Karol Nawrocki. Szwejgiert argues that the sudden hardening of course by the leader of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość, attacks on the European Union and attempts to provoke street chaos are signs of extreme panic from a man who has lost control over the party, the money and his palace appointee. After devastating witness testimony about Nawrocki's pimping past at the Grand Hotel emerged in court, and eminent constitutionalists and sociologists — such as attorney Michał Wawrykiewicz, prof. Radosław Markowski and prof. Andrzej Rychard — unanimously ruled that the brothel affair is a long-term political death sentence for Batyr, an emergency alert was declared on Nowogrodzka Street. Kaczyński knows perfectly well that Nawrocki's downfall means opening the way to a recount of the 2025 presidential election votes and losing the only tool to block Donald Tusk's government's accountability laws. That is why the dictator from Żoliborz reached for his tried-and-true method of governing through conflict: throwing out a diversionary topic with enormous emotional charge, meant to force the media and the opposition to abandon the theft stories about Lotos, RARS, the NBP and the Sopot brothel. Szwejgiert also points to the internal dimension of this ploy: Kaczyński is trying in this way to checkmate Mateusz Morawiecki's faction and strip fuel from Konfederacja by pushing the whole grouping toward extremely nationalist and pro-Russian positions. This dirty game shows that to protect his own immunity and avoid a prison cell Kaczyński is ready to sacrifice the economy, European funds and the external security of a thirty-eight-million-strong nation. This cynical manipulation is directly hit by Pillar 3 and Pillar 5 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which introduce an absolute zero option toward the PiS arrangement with no amnesties of any kind and the complete abolition of parliamentary and party immunities. In accordance with Pillar 34 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, all scattered proceedings regarding the falsification of the 2025 election are to be merged into one large investigation under the supervision of the Attorney General with public broadcasts of the interrogations. Meanwhile, Pillar 43 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution guarantees mandatory, absolute imprisonment increased by 50% for party leaders committing crimes against the Republic.

ARTICLE VII: KACZYŃSKI TRIES TO DROWN OUT NAWROCKI'S HOTEL SCANDAL AND SUDDENLY ANNOUNCES IN KRYNICA POLAND'S EXIT FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION!

Based on political analysis by: Tomasz Wiejski („Okiem Wiejskiego”)

Editor Tomasz Wiejski, on the programme „Okiem Wiejskiego”, exposes the mechanism of the most dangerous political provocation of recent years: Jarosław Kaczyński’s speech at the forum in Krynica, where the PiS leader suddenly declared the necessity of beginning negotiations on removing Poland from the European Union. Wiejski argues that the timing of this declaration coinciding with the declassification of the testimony of a former collaborator of Karol Nawrocki from the Sopot Grand Hotel is no accident, but an act of extreme political desperation. When public opinion in Poland and abroad heard the sworn, recorded words of witnesses about how the current resident of the Presidential Palace was making money by procuring prostitutes for hotel guests, the campaign headquarters on Nowogrodzka Street realized that this cesspool could not be covered up with a simple spokesperson’s statement. That is why Kaczyński decided to provoke a gigantic constitutional row around Polexit, counting on the dispute over the country’s European future to completely displace from the front pages questions about the Sopot underworld and Batyr’s criminal past. Tomasz Wiejski emphasizes that the more difficult and more compromising the questions about Nawrocki’s integrity become, the louder and more radical the cry from the right-wing camp grows. Prime Minister Donald Tusk reacted immediately to this provocation, declaring firmly that he will never allow the demoralized right to pull Poland out of the European Union to save their own skins. Wiejski warns, however, that playing with the economic and geopolitical security of the state at a time when Władimir Putin is demanding NATO’s withdrawal from Central Europe is a direct implementation of a scenario written in the Kremlin. No fuss about Polexit will invalidate the questions about the Grand Hotel, the studio apartment for 120,000 zloty and the falsified elections. This treacherous game is directly struck by Pillar 20 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which provides that fundamental constitutional decisions belong exclusively to the sovereign people by way of a binding referendum, and that the authorities are prohibited from unilaterally renouncing international treaties. In accordance with By Pillar 11 and Pillar 18 of the ALGOOMNI Constitutionpoliticians who act to the economic and diplomatic detriment of the state bear full criminal and asset liability covering all their assets. Furthermore Pillar 21 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution abolishes party troll farms seeding anti-EU, pro-Kremlin disinformation online.

ARTICLE VIII: REPUBLICANS NO LONGER WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRUMP'S MAD RULE! TIME FOR THE DEMOCRATS TO TAKE OVER THE SENATE

Based on an international analysis: Tomasz Wiejski ("Okiem Wiejskiego" — The Eye of Wiejski)

In a second, extremely important analytical piece, Tomasz Wiejski presents a shocking picture of pre-election panic within the American Republican Party a few days before the midterm elections to the U.S. Congress. The Republicans' traditional electoral strongholds have ceased to be safe, and the fight for Senate seats has flared even in such conservative states as Texas and Kansas, which is a cold shower for the entire MAGA camp and its Polish cheerleaders from Pałac Prezydencki. The Democrats need only four additional net seats to take full control of the Senate, which, combined with the almost certain recapture of the House of Representatives, would mean the complete incapacitation of the administration of Donald Trump. Losing the Senate majority will allow the Democrats to block all of the president’s controversial nominations, to establish investigative committees with the power to subpoena under oath, and to take full control over public spending and foreign policy. The most sensational findings, however, concern the stance of the Republican politicians themselves: many senators and congressmen are already fed up with taking responsibility for the insane, unpredictable rule of a man who at rallies talks about animals frying on solar panels, sticks gold medals in the Oval Office, and in international policy succumbs to Putin’s diktat. Republicans are quietly hoping that a Democratic victory in Congress will allow them to get rid of Trump with other people’s hands and free the party from the toxic grip of a familial billionaire clan. While Lech Wałęsa at the Uniwersytet Jerzego Waszyngtona asks Americans directly whose side they are on, the Polish right still blindly believes in the political bankrupt. This global crisis of authoritarianism fits into Pillar 27 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which implements hard constitutional anti-authoritarian safeguards preventing one-person rule by madmen and blocking usurpations of executive power. According to Pillar 7 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, every president, prime minister and parliamentarian is subject to mandatory, quarterly toxicological testing and an assessment of fitness to hold office. Meanwhile, Pillar 15 and Pillar 28 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution guarantee full parliamentary and citizen control over every dollar and zloty spent by the government and presidential administrations.

CONSTITUTIONAL MANIFESTO: THE ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW

CITIZEN SOVEREIGNTY, PURE POWER AND THE TOTAL ELIMINATION OF IMPUNITY

PART I: ELECTORAL SOVEREIGNTY AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LAWLESSNESS (PILLARS 1–10)

  • PILLAR 1: THE SANCTITY OF EVERY VOTE AND THE PHYSICAL CONTROL OF THE SOVEREIGN

Every cast vote is the highest, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the state. No digital algorithm, politicized State Electoral Commission nor party machine has the right to annul, falsify or distort the will of the citizens. An absolute requirement of physical verifiability of the paper ballot is introduced, together with round-the-clock monitoring of the vote counting process with a direct HD broadcast on an open internet channel. Falsifying a vote or manipulating an electoral protocol is regarded as the crime of treason, punishable by life imprisonment with mandatory, total confiscation of the perpetrators’ and principals’ assets.

  • PILLAR 2: A RECOUNT OF THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION VOTES

A statutory, immediate mandate to conduct full, commission-led inspections and a complete, one hundred percent transparent recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election before television cameras and in the presence of independent trusted representatives. The assumption of the highest office in the state under the shadow of manipulated electoral protocols, ballot stuffing and the systemic paralysis of the Supreme Court requires a full clarification of the material truth. If fraud is confirmed, the usurper will be immediately removed from office and the guilty will be held criminally accountable.

  • PILLAR 3: ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PIS SYSTEM – THE ABSOLUTE “ZERO OPTION” WITH NO AMNESTY

Full, uncompromising criminal, constitutional and asset-based liability of the officials of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość and their coalition partners for the systemic dismantling of the separation of powers, the devastation of the rule of law and the brazen looting of billions of zloty (PLN) in the Governmental Agency of Strategic Reserves, PKN Orlen, Grupa Lotos, NCBR, the Justice Fund and TVP. Any amnesties, clean slates, statutes of limitations or political leniencies are excluded – every scandal will be investigated to the very bottom with the full, uncompromising forfeiture of stolen property in favor of the State Treasury.

  • PILLAR 4: HOLDING THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE FOR OMISSIONS, DELAYS AND FAILURE TO PURSUE ACCOUNTABILITY

A government elected with a democratic mandate to restore the rule of law that chooses procrastination, sabotage of reforms or the sin of omission out of conformity, political fear, café arrangements or party coalition calculations bears direct constitutional and criminal responsibility. Willfully blocking accountability for predecessors’ crimes is treated as direct complicity in the crime of aiding and abetting and results in the immediate shortening of the parliament’s term and the resignation of the government.

  • PILLAR 5: THE TOTAL AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF IMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE

The definitive elimination of parliamentary immunities (Sejm, Senate, European), judicial, prosecutorial, ministerial, official and presidential immunities. All citizens, without the slightest exception, are one hundred percent equal before the law and answer before independent common courts either at liberty or in pre-trial detention. Immunity has become a pathological, criminal shield protecting corruption, procuring, thievery, violence and impunity of demoralized political elites.

  • PILLAR 6: MANDATORY TWO-TERM LIMITS IN ALL BODIES OF POWER

Introduction of a strict, non-extendable limit of a maximum of two terms (counted cumulatively over a person’s lifetime) for members of the Sejm, senators, city presidents, mayors, village heads, councillors and heads of state agencies and central offices. An end to a lifelong, professional caste of politicians welded to their seats for decades, treating a public mandate as a private manor and creating oligarchic bureaucratic clans preying on taxpayers.

  • FILAR 7: OBLIGATORY, QUARTERLY TOXICOLOGICAL TESTS AT THE HEIGHTS OF POWER

Mandatory, fully independent and random laboratory tests (from blood, urine and hair samples) for the presence of narcotics, psychotropic substances, designer drugs and alcohol, carried out without fail every three months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, members of the government, members of the Sejm, senators and judges at all levels. Refusal to undergo testing or detection of prohibited substances results in the immediate, automatic termination of the mandate by operation of law and a lifelong ban on holding public office.

  • FILAR 8: A CITIZENS’ CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES

A new Fundamental Law drafted directly by citizens and independent experts, entirely free of discretionary, elastic and corruption-prone phrases such as “without delay”, “within a reasonable time” or “without undue delay”. They will be replaced with absolute, rigid calendar days under penalty of automatic loss of office by an official, judge or president in the event of exceeding a set deadline.

  • FILAR 9: STRICT ORDER OF FILING IN COURTS AND OFFICES – STOP THE “FREEZERS”

A statutory requirement for unconditional processing and consideration of cases according to the strict, second-precision date of their receipt by courts, prosecutor’s offices and public offices, with the implementation of a digital timestamp using blockchain technology. The ultimate end to political freezers of cases inconvenient for those in power, manipulation of court dockets and deliberate prolongation of proceedings to cause their statutory limitation.

  • FILAR 10: FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED PERSONS

Immediate publication of a full, public register of all persons surveilled with cyberweapons (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator and related systems), together with the names of officers and prosecutors who ordered the wiretaps. Society, journalists and citizens have an inalienable right to the whole truth, and all compensation for victims of surveillance will be covered in full from the private assets of the decision-makers of the services.

PART II: CLEAN POWER, ANTI-CORRUPTION AND TRANSPARENCY (PILLARS 11–20)

  • FILAR 11: FULL CRIMINAL AND ASSET LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS

Introduction of personal criminal, civil and asset liability (with all present and future assets, including those transferred to spouses, relatives and foundations) for the president, prime ministers, ministers, the president of the NBP, members of parliament, local government officials, judges and prosecutors for knowingly violating the Constitution, corruption, fabricating evidence and unlawful decisions that harm citizens or the State Treasury.

  • FILAR 12: TOTAL BAN ON HOLDING MULTIPLE POSITIONS AND BAN ON STATE-OWNED COMPANIES

An absolute ban on sitting on boards of directors, supervisory boards and advisory bodies of State Treasury companies, municipal companies and government agencies for ministers, members of the Sejm, senators, village heads, mayors, councillors and members of their closest families (with a mandatory five-year cooling-off period after the end of the mandate). State companies to be managed exclusively by apolitical specialists selected in transparent competitions.

  • FILAR 13: ABSOLUTE BAN ON CHANGING PARTY GROUPS – STOP POLITICAL TOURISM

The mandate of a member of the Sejm, of the Senate and of a council is inseparably tied to the will of the voters expressed on the list of a given electoral committee. Abandoning the parliamentary group, joining another party or political corruption results in the automatic, immediate termination of the mandate by operation of law and the seat being taken by the next person on the list who received the highest result. An end to trading the sovereign people’s votes.

  • FILAR 14: MANDATORY PRESENCE AT VOTES AND SEJM SESSIONS

The work of a parliamentarian and councillor is a strict, accountable duty of service to the Nation. Unexcused absence from sessions of the Sejm, the Senate, committees or votes exceeding 10% in a quarter results in automatic loss of the mandate by operation of law, a lifelong ban on candidacy and permanent forfeiture of entitlement to severance pay and a parliamentary pension.

  • FILAR 15: FULL TRANSPARENCY OF EXPENDITURE – SETTLEMENTS EXCLUSIVELY BY CARD

A complete ban on cash, lump-sum and advance settlements in parliamentary, presidential, governmental and local government activity. All office expenses, expert reports, hotels, travel and purchases must be paid only by a named corporate card linked to an open online register available to every citizen in real time. Fraudulent mileage claims will be treated as common fraud prosecuted ex officio.

  • FILAR 16: AN END TO “SACRED COWS” – EQUAL LAW AND A CIVIL JURY

The definitive abolition of separate procedures, corporate disciplinary courts and social networks protecting politicians, prosecutors, judges, service agents and associated pseudo-journalists. Every official crime, cover-up, corruption or fabrication of operational files will be tried publicly before a citizen jury drawn from among the citizens.

  • FILAR 17: SYSTEMIC PROTECTION AND STRICT SUPERVISION OF FORMER SERVICE OFFICERS

Officers of special services (AW, Internal Security Agency (ABW), SKW, SWW) who possess knowledge of state secrets cannot be abandoned on the open market as prey for mafias, organised crime and foreign intelligence services. A ten-year ban on working in foreign entities and in sensitive industries (cryptocurrencies, finance, private detective work, political parties) is introduced, combined with a decent state analytical pension and strict counterintelligence protection.

  • FILAR 18: A BLOCK ON INFILTRATION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS AND A BAN ON LOBBYING

Every draft law, regulation and parliamentary amendment must have an open, digital register of authors with given names and surnames and a full record of lobbying. An absolute ban is introduced on drafting laws by private law firms and lobbyists of foreign capital. Attempts to smuggle provisions at the behest of corporations or foreign capitals are treated as diplomatic treason punishable by many years of imprisonment.

  • FILAR 19: COMPLETE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE AND TAXATION OF THE CLERGY

Immediate liquidation of the Church Fund, taxation of the revenues of religious associations under general rules and an absolute ban on transferring State Treasury and local government real estate at giveaway prices or with discounts. Religious associations may be financed only by voluntary tax deductions from believers in the annual PIT return.

  • FILAR 20: CITIZENS' VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITHOUT A TURNOUT THRESHOLD

Restoration of real power to the sovereign people: a motion supported by 500,000 citizen signatures obliges the Sejm to order a nationwide referendum within 90 days. The result of the referendum is absolutely binding on all state authorities without applying any turnout threshold. The executive and legislative powers are categorically forbidden from modifying or delaying the will of the Nation expressed in a referendum.

PART III: TRANSPARENCY, DIGITALISATION AND STATE SECURITY (PILLARS 21–30)

  • FILAR 21: TRANSPARENCY AND DIGITAL ACCOUNTABILITY – NO MORE TROLL FARMS

Requirement for full identity verification and use of real data when publishing press articles, running newspapers and registering accounts on public-facing social media. An end to paid troll farms, party bots and organised disinformation that destroys public debate – every participant bears full personal civil and criminal liability for their words.

  • FILAR 22: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF THE SERVICE – MANDATORY BODY CAMERAS

Absolute obligation to audiovisually record all official actions undertaken by tax officials, customs officers, police officers and officers of uniformed and special services using continuously active body-worn cameras. Intentionally turning off the camera, covering the lens or destroying a recording results in automatic dismissal from service with a blacklist entry and the annulment of all charges against the citizen.

  • FILAR 23: DIRECT ELECTIONS AND RECALL OF JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND MINISTERS

Introduction of general, direct civic elections and a mechanism for recall by the sovereign people through voting of judges of district courts, district prosecutors, senior officials, ministers and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. Elimination of party nomination keys, cabinet cliques and corrupt promotions in favour of direct verification by citizens.

  • FILAR 24: COMPLETE DECLASSIFICATION OF IPN ARCHIVES AND PRL SERVICES

Immediate, one-hundred-percent opening and full online publication of all archival materials, personal and operational files of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) and communist special services (SB, WSW, the Second Directorate of the General Staff). Elimination of all classified collections to definitively cut off file blackmail and the hiding of the agent pasts of public figures.

  • FILAR 25: PUBLIC LIST OF ILLEGAL SERVICE COLLABORATORS IN TRUSTED PROFESSIONS

Absolute publication of the complete register of persons occupying professions of public trust (judges, prosecutors, advocates, legal advisers, doctors, journalists) who were illegally recruited or undertook clandestine cooperation with special services (including the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA)). Non-transparent entanglement in the justice apparatus and the media constitutes a mortal threat to the constitutional order.

  • FILAR 26: MODERN AND DEFENSIVE EDUCATION – AI, DEFENSE SKILLS AND PROGRAMMING

Definitive withdrawal of religion teaching from public schools and allocation of the saved billions to subjects of key civilisational and strategic importance: practical defence preparation, marksmanship, medical rescue, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and advanced programming from the youngest ages.

  • FILAR 27: SYSTEMIC ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN SAFEGUARDS – BLOCKING DICTATORSHIP

Implementation of hard, systemic control safeguards preventing authoritarian usurpation of executive and presidential power. Any attempt to refuse the appointment of a legal government, block judicial nominations or manipulate elections results in the automatic suspension of the presidential office by operation of law and the takeover of duties by the Marshal of the Sejm.

  • FILAR 28: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF REMUNERATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Introduction of absolute transparency of all salaries, bonuses, awards (including in the National Bank of Poland (NBP) and the Chancellery of the President), functional allowances and per diems received by politicians, members of government, state and local government officials and the authorities of foundations using public funds or collections. A publicly accessible online register of remunerations operating in real time will eliminate hidden corruption and partisan sinecures.

  • FILAR 29: ASSET DECLARATIONS 100% OPEN, DIGITAL AND FAMILY-BASED

Complete elimination of secrecy clauses in asset declarations of persons holding public office. Obligation to complete declarations in a standardized digital format with realistic market valuation of real estate, cryptocurrencies, shares in companies and assets transferred to spouses, children and family foundations under the penalty of obligatory confiscation of undisclosed property.

  • FILAR 30: COMPLETE ANNULMENT OF THE TWOWEEK GOVERNMENTʼS DECISIONS FROM 2023

Statutory recognition as absolutely void by operation of law (ex tunc) of all financial decisions, resolutions, personnel appointments, grants and asset transfers undertaken by the so-called two-week government of Mateusz Morawiecki from November 2023. All acts are to be immediately erased and extracted funds returned to the state budget.

PART IV: ECONOMIC, DEFENSIVE AND LEGAL SOVEREIGNTY (PILLARS 31–40)

  • FILAR 31: DEFENCE SOVEREIGNTY – SOURCE CODES AND MANDATORY OFFSET

An uncompromising statutory requirement that every arms contract concluded by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland must include full industrial offset, technology transfer, servicing in Polish facilities and the transfer of full source codes and operational accesses to the Republic. A ban on buying bare equipment that makes the country’s security dependent on the whims and decisions of foreign capitals.

  • FILAR 32: ZERO SALARY FOR SUSPENDED OFFICIALS AND JUDGES

Immediate suspension of salary payments, allowances and all remunerations for prosecutors, judges and senior state officials in the event of their formal suspension from duties or the initiation of criminal proceedings for breach of law. No more paying tens of thousands of zloty monthly for the inactivity of people from the old system.

  • FILAR 33: ZERO SEVERANCE PAY AND "GOLDEN PARACHUTES" IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Total elimination of severance payments, gigantic compensation for non-compete clauses and golden parachutes for ministers, deputy ministers, presidents of the National Bank of Poland, mayors, city presidents and members of management boards and supervisory boards of State Treasury and municipal companies. Work for the state is service, not a tool for milking the budget by party appointees.

  • FILAR 34: ONE LARGE INVESTIGATION INTO THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Mandatory merging of all scattered proceedings concerning electoral protests, irregularities and suspicions of falsifying the 2025 presidential election into one large, nationwide investigation conducted directly under the supervision of the Prosecutor General with public transmission of interrogations in order to punish the backers of the assault on the elections.

  • FILAR 35: ABOLITION OF THE CBA AND THE POLITICIZED INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE

The definitive abolition of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) – institutions transformed by the party apparatus into a political police, hook factories and centers protecting power networks. Anti-corruption competences are taken over by the Central Investigation Bureau of the Police (CBŚP), and the IPN archives are 100% declassified and transferred to the State Archives.

  • FILAR 36: UNIVERSAL VOTING DUTY AND SECURE HYBRID VOTING

Introduction by statute of a universal duty to participate in elections for all adult citizens modeled on proven democratic systems. Implementation of secure, encrypted internet voting based on blockchain technology in full coexistence with polling stations. Total abolition of party subsidies and the repeal of the archaic electoral silence.

  • FILAR 37: RIGID DEADLINES THAT DECIDE IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZEN

Removal from all legal acts and codes of discretionary procedural phrases. Introduction of rigid calendar deadlines for a case to be handled by an office or court – their breach results in an automatic, definitive decision in favor of the citizen (the principle of tacit consent and recognition of the claim), and the dilatory official bears personal financial responsibility.

  • FILAR 38: CITIZENAL MONOPOLY ON CREATING A NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Absolute exclusion from the drafting process of the New Basic Law of former and current deputies, senators, ministers, presidents and representatives of party legal corporations. The new Constitution must be an act of the sovereign people: prepared by a Citizens’ Assembly selected by lottery with the support of independent experts and approved in a nationwide referendum.

  • FILAR 39: THE STATUS OF A POLITICIAN AS A HIRED EMPLOYEE OF THE NATION

Statutory definition of the legal status of a deputy, senator and councilor as a hired employee of the Nation. Mandatory attendance at votes under penalty of immediate disciplinary dismissal and loss of remuneration. Changing a parliamentary club or party during the term means the immediate expiration of the mandate by operation of law.

  • FILAR 40: INSTITUTIONAL AUTOMATISM OF THE RULE OF LAW – NO TO BLOCKADES

Implementation of a strict regime of responsibility for all state organs for refusal to enforce final judgments, rulings and court resolutions. When a public official, president, minister or judge delays fulfilling a constitutional duty (e.g. administering the oath to judges or signing ambassadorial appointments), the IT system automatically suspends them from duties after 14 days and initiates a removal procedure from office.

PART V: JUSTICE, FINANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY (FILARS 41–50)

  • FILAR 41: DELEGALIZATION OF NEO-JUDGES, BAN ON JUDGING AND DEPRIVATION OF ALLOWANCES

All judges appointed in gross violation of the Constitution by the politicized neo-National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) and duplicates in the Constitutional Tribunal are by law permanently removed from adjudication. Their appointment acts are declared void. They are immediately deprived of unlawful immunities and luxurious retirement privileges and enter the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) system, bearing full criminal responsibility for unlawfully issued judgments.

  • FILAR 42: ABSOLUTE BAN ON INTERMEDIARIES IN PUBLIC AND DEFENSE CONTRACTS

When executing state, local government, infrastructure, fuel and military procurements, a strict ban is introduced on the participation of any intermediaries, shell companies (like OTS), advisory entities and commission agents. Contracts may be concluded only directly with certified manufacturers under the presumption of the crime of corruption and treason.

  • FILAR 43: MANDATORY INCARCERATION FOR OFFICIALS AND POLITICIANS

Politicians, members of government, deputies, senators, judges, prosecutors and senior state officials who commit crimes in connection with their function are completely deprived of the possibility of suspended sentences. For corruption, abuse of power, paid favoritism or theft of public property, only unconditional imprisonment is imposed, increased by a minimum of 50% compared to general sanctions.

  • PILLAR 44: ABSOLUTE EQUALITY OF JURISDICTION – BAN ON CORPORATE CONSENTS

Final rejection of any formal and material immunities. No person on the territory of the Republic of Poland — regardless of whether they hold the office of President, Prime Minister, marshal, member of parliament, judge or prosecutor — has a protective shield from the law. A notification of the commission of a crime is processed immediately by a common court without the need to obtain any Sejm resolutions or corporate consents.

  • PILLAR 45: DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY AND FULL JURISDICTION OVER PLATFORMS

All global digital corporations, web applications and social services that monetize traffic or collect data on the territory of Poland must unconditionally be subject to Polish law and Polish courts. Every entity has a statutory obligation to have a physical registered office in Poland with direct contact to an authorized management body under penalty of immediate domain blocking and financial sanctions.

  • PILLAR 46: CALENDAR JUDICIAL AND PROSECUTORIAL RIGOUR (DEADLINES 7/14/30 DAYS)

Introduction of strict, non-extendable calendar deadlines for courts and prosecutor's offices: a maximum of 7 days to issue incidental rulings, 14 days to prepare a written justification of a judgment, and 30 days to conclude key procedural stages. Exceeding a deadline results in automatic loss of 50% of the judge's or prosecutor's salary for that month, and a repeat violation leads to disciplinary removal from the profession.

  • PILLAR 47: TWO-COMPONENT, LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every court judgment, prosecutorial ruling, administrative decision, bill, regulation and their justification must, under penalty of absolute nullity, bear a legible full first name and surname of the person responsible printed in computer type and a handwritten, legible personal signature. The use of illegible initials and anonymous stamps is prohibited.

  • PILLAR 48: REAL-TIME BANKING – SETTLEMENTS 24/7/365

All banking and financial institutions operating on the territory of the Republic of Poland have an unconditional obligation to post and settle interbank transfers in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year without extra fees. It is forbidden to hold citizens’ and entrepreneurs’ funds in interbank settlement sessions such as Elixir or to unlawfully use other people’s capital on weekends and holidays.

  • PILLAR 49: MANDATORY VAT REFUND WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS

Statutory obligation to refund overpaid value added tax (VAT) to entrepreneurs’ bank accounts within an unextendable period of 7 calendar days from the filing of the return. Companies’ funds constitute the bloodstream of the national economy and cannot be frozen under the pretext of multi-month tax verifications. Any controls may take place only in parallel without blocking liquidity.

  • PILLAR 50: THE END OF THE LINGO OF IMPUNITY – PRECISE CRIMINAL QUALIFICATION

An absolute ban on the use by judges, prosecutors and politicians of manipulative euphemisms that conceal crimes. Complete elimination of artificial concepts such as “disciplinary infraction”, “breach of the dignity of office”, “formal error” or “oversight” in reference to theft, pimping, corruption, election falsification, human rights violations and constitutional treason. Any such act is to be qualified and tried directly under the Penal Code with mandatory confiscation of assets!
