DECLASSIFIED NAWROCKI PIMPING IN COURT, HOŁOWNIA'S COUP AGAINST THE COALITION, 300 MILLION ZLOTY BONUS FOR GLAPIŃSKI AND A GREAT SPLIT ON NOWOGRODZKA!
EDITOR-IN-CHIEF'S COMMENT OF THE DAY: MIECZYSŁAW DZIKOWSKI
Thursday morning, October 29, 2026, becomes a turning point in exposing the pathologies of power and party networks that for years treated the Republic as private plunder. At the District Court in Gdańsk the conspiracy of silence around the past of Karol Nawrocki has broken: eyewitnesses, testifying under oath in the trial with Onet, confirmed that the current resident of Pałac Namiestnikowski, while working in security at the Grand Hotel in Sopot, personally engaged in pimping and bringing prostitutes for hotel guests. Instead of an honorable resignation we see an escape into a cynical alliance with fundamentalists and attempts to destabilize the state using a Trojan horse inside the ruling camp.
The revealed background of the operation conducted by Szymon Hołownia and Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, supported from the back seat by Colonel Jacek Cichocki and the former security services, proves that the provocation in Poland 2050 aimed to torpedo the entry of legally appointed judges into the Constitutional Tribunal and to overthrow Donald Tusk's cabinet. At the same time a brazen plunder at the National Bank of Poland comes to light: while Poles struggle with high prices, Adam Glapiński paid his court 300 million zloty in bonuses from a virtual profit on gold, even though the central bank has a 100 billion zloty balance-sheet loss. On the right a bloody massacre continues between the order of PiS of Jarosław Kaczyński and the faction of banksters around Mateusz Morawiecki, supported by the hard drive of the chairman – Janina Goss.
Gazeta ALGOOMNI says enough is enough! We publish the full, inviolable Systemic Manifesto: the ALGOOMNI Constitution – All 50 Pillars of the Rule of Law from 1 to 50. We abolish immunities, remove neo-judges to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and introduce uncompromising imprisonment for treason against the nation!

ARTICLE I: DECLASSIFIED TESTIMONY ABOUT NAWROCKI'S PIMPING! WITNESSES IN COURT SINK BATYR AND HIS SOPOT NETWORK
Based on investigative analysis: Jacek Podgórski and Andrzej Rozenek ("Lot nad kaczym gniazdem" (Flight Over the Duck's Nest))
Shocking analysis by Jacek Podgórski and Andrzej Rozenek reveals the devastating background of the court case that Karol Nawrocki brought against journalists of the Onet portal in a desperate attempt to hide his dark past. Instead of the chilling effect expected by the Presidential Palace, the open hearing turned into a public act of accusation against the man who today holds the highest office in the state. Key witnesses, including former colleagues from the Grand Hotel in Sopot, testifying under oath and under the penalty of criminal liability for false statements, confirmed that Nawrocki, as a security employee, personally participated in the pimping operation. The recorded accounts indicate that the future president of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) escorted prostitutes through service entrances and lifts directly to the rooms of wealthy hotel guests, openly boasting at the reception about the high profits from this illegal activity. Moreover, Nawrocki brazenly proposed to other hotel employees that they join this criminal arrangement, treating pimping as a steady source of extra income. Podgórski and Rozenek recall that the Sopot semi-underworld of that period was tightly controlled by brutal criminal groups and motorcycle gangs, with whom Nawrocki maintained close social relations. The special services under the rule of Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik had full knowledge of these compromising facts, yet deliberately granted Nawrocki a security clearance in order to obtain a fully controllable hostage at the pinnacles of power. Today the same materials are in the possession of foreign intelligence services, which makes the resident of Pałac Namiestnikowski a mortal threat to the security of the Republic. Instead of answering the charges, Nawrocki cowardly avoids the courtroom, sending state-funded lawyers. This gangster pathology is struck directly by Pillar 5 and Pillar 44 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which completely abolish formal and material immunities, mandating the immediate trial of the head of state before a common court for criminal offenses. In accordance with Pillar 7 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, mandatory quarterly toxicology and polygraph tests are introduced for the highest officials under the penalty of automatic expiration of their mandate. Furthermore Pillar 50 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution prohibits whitewashing commonplace pimping with legalese, ordering the unconditional conviction of the perpetrators and the confiscation of property.
ARTICLE II: HOŁOWNIA, CICHOCKI AND THE SERVICES: WHO IS REALLY STEERING THE REBELLION IN POLSKA 2050 AGAINST PRIME MINISTER TUSK?
Based on an operational investigation: Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert
Editors Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert perform a merciless vivisection of the political coup within the Polska 2050 grouping, exposing the deep entanglement of Szymon Hołownia and Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in operations of the former intelligence services. The staged political divorce between Hołownia and his long-time chief of staff turned out to be a carefully choreographed set-up orchestrated by the former head of the Chancellery of the Sejm and ex-coordinator of the services, Col. Jacek Cichocki. The main aim of this provocation was to trigger an artificial government crisis at the moment when Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Minister Waldemar Żurek were undertaking the final dismantling of the Ziobro faction’s arrangement in the Constitutional Tribunal. Secret meetings of Deputy Minister Jan Szyszko with Adam Bielan and Michał Dworczyk in Brussels prove that Hołownia’s circle has for months been negotiating with Nowogrodzka a variant to topple the government and appoint a technocratic cabinet under the patronage of Karol Nawrocki. Piński points out that the glue linking the people of Polska 2050 to the PiS oligarchy are gigantic financial deals around the Abris Capital Partners fund and private fuel conglomerates that profited from the carve-up of Lotos. Meanwhile, in the ministry run by Pełczyńska-Nałęcz there was scandalous waste of funds from the National Recovery Plan, which instead of going to a modern economy flowed to friendly foundations and suspicious entities. When the intrigue was exposed by services loyal to the government, a panicked Hołownia sacrificed his minister, trying to force Prime Minister Tusk to grant him the vice-prime ministerial seat and guarantees of impunity for his backers. Szwejgiert emphasizes, however, that MPs of Polska 2050 are paralyzed by fear of losing their parliamentary pay and do not intend to die for the private ambitions of a compromised leader. This backstage trading in the state is forcefully struck by Pillar 13 and Pillar 39 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, which define a member of parliament as a hired employee of the Nation and order the automatic expiry of the mandate for betrayal of voters and changing political camp. In accordance with Pillar 17 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, former intelligence officers are subject to a 10-year ban on conducting political and lobbying games under penalty of imprisonment. Additionally Pillar 25 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI requires the disclosure of all collaborators of the services hidden in political parties, which will definitively end the era of puppets controlled from the back seat.
ARTICLE III: 300 MILLION BONUSES AT NBP WITH 100 BILLION LOSS! MARIUSZ KOWALEWSKI ON GLAPIŃSKI'S BRAZEN GOLD SCAM
Based on a financial investigation: Mariusz Kowalewski
Investigative journalist Mariusz Kowalewski exposes an outrageous mechanism of looting public funds at the National Bank of Poland under the rule of the PiS appointee Adam Glapiński. Although the Polish central bank closed recent years with a gigantic cumulative balance-sheet loss exceeding 100 billion zloty and did not transfer a single zloty to the state budget to fund defence or healthcare, the NBP management awarded itself and selected directors as much as 300 million zloty in bonuses and rewards. To justify this unprecedented financial excess and to protect Glapiński from the State Tribunal, the bank’s leadership prepared a brazen accounting operation based on speculation with precious-metal reserves. The plan envisaged a fictitious sale of part of Poland’s gold reserves and the immediate repurchase of the same amount of metal on the London market solely to record a paper profit resulting from exchange differences. Kowalewski demonstrates that this is classic creative accounting, which in any private corporation would immediately result in prosecutorial charges for falsifying financial statements and acting to the detriment of the company. At the same time the building on Świętokrzyska functions as a luxury storage house for compromised politicians of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość, collaborators of Mariusz Błaszczak and the families of party bosses who draw salaries reaching 60 thousand zloty per month. Glapiński himself, through a system of quarterly bonuses, earns over 1.5 million zloty a year, mocking citizens repaying the most expensive mortgage loans in the European Union. What is worse, the Parliamentary Commission of Constitutional Responsibility pretended to work for months, fearing a tough hearing of the NBP president and his removal from office. This white-gloved thievery is struck directly by Pillar 28 and Pillar 33 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, which introduce complete transparency of all salaries and bonuses in the public sector in real time and the ruthless elimination of discretionary bonuses and golden parachutes. In accordance with Pillar 11 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, members of the NBP management bear full criminal and financial liability with all their assets for losses caused to the State Treasury. Furthermore Pillar 40 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI requires the automatic suspension of an official blocking state audits after 14 days without pay.
ARTICLE IV: PROSECUTOR WŁODZIMIERZ BLAJERSKI: HOW TO JAIL ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI AND ZIOBRO WITHOUT IMMUNITY? LAW ON APPREHENDING IN THE ACT!
Based on legal analysis: Pastor Paweł Chojecki and Prosecutor Włodzimierz Blajerski (IPP TV)
In an extremely important programme on the „Idź Pod Prąd” television channel, former Deputy Minister of Justice and a seasoned prosecutor from the Solidarity era Włodzimierz Blajerski, in conversation with pastor Paweł Chojecki, presented a ready, law-compliant instruction for the immediate dismantling of the criminal network of Bogdan Święczkowski and Zbigniew Ziobro. Prosecutor Blajerski mercilessly exposed the myth of alleged untouchability of the usurpers barricaded in the Constitutional Tribunal (TK) and of MPs hiding behind parliamentary immunity. According to the applicable provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and the Code of Criminal Procedure, no immunity—neither judicial nor parliamentary—protects an offender when they are caught in the act of committing a crime or when detention is necessary to secure the proper course of proceedings and prevent tampering with evidence. Blajerski demonstrated that Bogdan Święczkowski’s physical attack on Constitutional Tribunal judge Maciej Berek, the unlawful blocking of access to a state building and the copying of secret attorney files are continuing offences, committed in front of millions of citizens. This means that the police, under the supervision of the Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek, have the full right and duty to enter the building at Szucha Avenue, to put Święczkowski in handcuffs and to place him in a detention cell without asking the illegal General Assembly of the Constitutional Tribunal (TK) for permission. Prosecutor Blajerski judged Zbigniew Ziobro’s procrastination equally harshly, indicating that the organisation of a criminal group within the Ministry of Justice and the theft of hundreds of millions of zloty from the Fund of Justice qualify for immediate pre-trial detention owing to a real risk of flight and destruction of evidence. Pastor Chojecki emphasised that the lack of decisive government action stems from the fear of the elites of the Third Republic of Poland of creating a precedent in which politicians actually go to prison for their crimes. This is struck at by Pillar 5 and Pillar 44 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which definitively abolish all immunities in the state and prohibit requiring any corporate consents for the detention of a judge, prosecutor or MP. In accordance with Filarem 4 Konstytucji ALGOOMNI, officials and politicians of the current government who, out of cowardice, block accountability, are criminally liable for complicity in the offence. Meanwhile Pillar 43 of the Constitution of Gazeta ALGOOMNI introduces mandatory, unconditional imprisonment increased by 50% for officers who break the law.
ARTICLE V: PROF. STEFAN NIESIOŁOWSKI WITHOUT MERCY: HOŁOWNIA IS A POLITICAL NARCISSIST, PEST AND TRAITOR OF THE DEMOCRATIC CAMP!
Based on a publicist debate: Prof. Stefan Niesiołowski and Tomasz Pichór
Legendary anti-communist dissident from the PRL era and long-serving parliamentarian Prof. Stefan Niesiołowski, in a conversation with Editor Tomasz Pichór, delivered a devastating assessment of the activities of Szymon Hołownia, Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz and the leaders of Trzecia Droga. Professor Niesiołowski spared no criticism of the blackmailing by the leader of Polska 2050, calling him outright a political narcissist, a ham actor and the gravedigger of the hopes of millions of Poles who on 15 October voted to remove the PiS mafia from power. In Niesiołowski's opinion, Hołownia from his first day in the Marshal of the Sejm's chair played a double game, protecting the interests of Jarosław Kaczyński, delaying the lifting of immunities for PiS criminals and freezing legislative projects that would restore the rule of law and women's rights. The resignation of Minister Pełczyńska-Nałęcz and the secret dealings of her deputy with Adam Bielan in Brussels are, according to the professor, an open coalition betrayal that should be met with the immediate expulsion of Hołownia's entire formation from the government. Niesiołowski recalled that without votes borrowed from the voters of Koalicja Obywatelska, Polska 2050 would never have crossed the electoral threshold, and today a handful of political blackmailers with one percent support are trying to dictate terms to Prime Minister Donald Tusk. Equally harsh criticism was directed at Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe under the leadership of Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, which instead of accounting for the thefts of its predecessors, focused on staffing State Treasury companies and blocking reforms under the pretext of defending conservative values. Professor Niesiołowski called on Prime Minister Tusk to abandon a policy of rotten compromises, to take ministries away from the blackmailers and to govern with a firm hand by means of decrees and direct public support. This pathology of electoral betrayal is struck by Pillar 13 and Pillar 39 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which define a parliamentarian as a hired employee of the Nation and require the immediate termination of the mandate by operation of law in the event of abandoning the electoral programme or betraying the coalition. In accordance with Pillar 6 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, two-term limits in all organs of power will cleanse the parliament of perpetual schemers and party barons. Furthermore Pillar 12 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution introduces a total ban on party appointees sitting on supervisory boards and management boards of state-owned companies, eliminating the main source of political hijacking.
ARTICLE VI: GANG WAR IN PIS: MORAWIECKI AND JANINA GOSS FINISH OFF KACZYŃSKI'S DICTATORSHIP AND TAKE OVER THE SLUSH FUND!
Based on a political investigation: Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert
Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert reveal the backstage of a ruthless war for power and billions of zloty that led to the de facto split of Law and Justice into two warring mafia-like camps. The establishment by Mateusz Morawiecki of an association and the seed of a new party under the Rozwój Plus banner became an open declaration of disobedience to Jarosław Kaczyński by the faction of banksters and scouts. Szwejgiert argues that Morawiecki is today completely financially independent of the headquarters on Nowogrodzka because he controls hundreds of millions of zloty siphoned off during the PiS governments through straw men in the Government Strategic Reserves Agency, the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) and allied PR agencies. The biggest blow to the dictator from Żoliborz proved to be, however, the defection to Morawiecki of Janina Goss – the long-time confidante of the chairman, treasurer of the company Srebrna and the woman known as Kaczyński’s hard drive. Janina Goss, earlier removed from the supervisory boards of Orlen and PGE, possesses complete documentation of the party’s secret financial flows, loans and compromising knowledge about the private and social life of Jarosław Kaczyński. Piński indicates that the entourage of the former prime minister blackmailed Nowogrodzka with the disclosure of the so-called Podhale tapes and financial receipts if Kaczyński tried to expel Morawiecki’s people from the parliamentary club. As a result the elderly PiS chairman fell into decision-making paralysis, fleeing from the villa of his cousin Jan Maria Tomaszewski and losing control over territorial structures, which are massively defecting to the stronger and richer Morawiecki camp. At the same time the Ziobro faction and Jacek Sasin are trying to save themselves by allying with the Presidential Palace, knowing that without electoral lists and subsidies they face many years of prison sentences. This criminal division of spoils is directly struck by Pillar 3 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, introducing the ruthless zero option and the total confiscation of assets looted by all factions of the United Right. In accordance with Pillar 29 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, one hundred percent transparency of asset declarations is introduced, covering assets transferred to wives, children and family foundations under the penalty of immediate forfeiture of property to the State Treasury. Moreover, Pillar 36 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution abolishes budgetary subsidies for political parties, cutting political parasites off from taxpayers’ money.
ARTICLE VII: BILLIONS EXTRACTED FROM LOTOS AND ORLEN: WHY DO THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AND THE SECURITY SERVICES STILL DELAY ARRESTS OF THE MAFIA BOSSES?
Based on an investigative analysis by: Tomasz Szwejgiert ("Z Bańki")
Editor Tomasz Szwejgiert on the programme „Z Bańki” asks hard questions about the reasons for the inexplicable sluggishness of the prosecutor's office and the special services in accounting for the largest economic scandal of contemporary Poland – the carve-up of Grupa Lotos and the siphoning of billions from PKN Orlen. Although years have passed since the change of power, and reports by the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) and independent experts have estimated the real losses to the State Treasury at between 10 and even 50 billion zloty, none of the main architects of this plunder – from Daniel Obajtek and Jacek Sasin to Mateusz Morawiecki and Mariusz Kamiński – is in pre-trial detention. Szwejgiert recalls that handing over 30% of the shares in Rafineria Gdańska to the Saudi company Saudi Aramco for a fraction of its market value, as well as transferring strategic fuel depots and asphalt plants to the private company Unimot and the Hungarian MOL, bears all the hallmarks of the crime of diplomatic and economic treason. Moreover, current announcements that the Saudis are withdrawing from Poland mean that taxpayers will have to buy back their own refinery for a sum many times higher than the 2022 sale price. The author of the investigation points out that the reason for the investigative paralysis is that the same officers of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) and the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) who, during the PiS years, protected the merger and destroyed critics of the transaction, now hold leadership positions in the services under the umbrella of Minister Tomasz Siemoniak. Additionally, the private beneficiaries of the carve-up of Lotos generously funded the election campaigns of politicians across the spectrum, building themselves an insurance policy against a change of government. Equally scandalous is the case of 1.6 billion zloty sunk by the company Orlen Trading Switzerland in Dubai, where key suspects move freely around the world, mocking the Polish justice system. Into this conspiracy of silence and corruption strikes Pillar 35 and Pillar 42 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which order the immediate liquidation of the compromised Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), vetting of service personnel and an absolute ban on the participation of intermediaries and shell companies in trade in strategic raw materials. In accordance with Pillar 46 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution",the National Prosecutor's Office is placed under a strict 30-day deadline to file indictments under threat of disciplinary expulsion from the profession. Furthermore Pillar 50 of the Gazeta ALGOOMNI Constitution requires qualifying the sell-off of Lotos directly under the Penal Code with obligatory confiscation of the property of all decision-makers.
ARTICLE VIII: THE END OF THE PROTECTIVE UMBRELLA OVER THE MAFIA: THE STATE MUST STRIKE AT THE NETWORK FROM ALEJA SZUCHA AND THE ZAMOJSKA PROSECUTORIAL CLIQUE!
Based on investigative analysis: Jan Piński
Editor-in-Chief of Wieści24 Jan Piński, in a summarizing investigative piece, outlines a plan for a final strike against the remnants of the PiS state, who have still entrenched themselves in the building of the Constitutional Tribunal, the Supreme Court and regional prosecutor's offices. Piński argues that the impunity of people such as Bogdan Święczkowski, Julia Przyłębska or the neo-judges from the Supreme Court's Chamber of Extraordinary Control stems solely from the lack of resolve of the ruling coalition, which spent too long playing Versailles with ordinary constitutional criminals. The government's decision to zero out the Constitutional Tribunal's budget for 2027 and to cut salaries for usurpers and doubles is the first step in the right direction, but it must be followed immediately by arrests and criminal charges. Piński recalls that in district and regional prosecutor's offices – symbolized by the District Prosecutor's Office in Zamość and the arrangement of prosecutor Agata Baryła in Warsaw – there still work hundreds of investigators promoted by Zbigniew Ziobro and Dariusz Barski. These people openly sabotage the orders of Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek, discontinue investigations into the theft of millions by right-wing politicians, and at the same time fabricate false charges under Article 234 of the Penal Code against independent journalists and whistleblowers, such as Tomasz Szwejgiert. The attempt to intimidate the media before the publication of the full list of people illegally surveilled with the Pegasus cyberweapon shows how great the panic is among the officials of the former regime at the prospect of the truth about their crimes being revealed. Jan Piński indicates that the only effective solution is to implement a force-and-law variant: the physical takeover of buildings occupied by illegal appointees with the help of the police and the immediate dismissal from service of every prosecutor and judge who took part in political witch-hunts. Directly fitting into this program of renewal of the Republic is Pillar 10 and Pillar 16 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, which mandate the unconditional publication of the full list of victims and perpetrators of Pegasus surveillance and the trial of corrupt investigators before a civic jury. According to Pillar 32 and Pillar 41 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, suspended officials and neo-judges immediately lose the right to any remuneration and pension status, transferring to the general ZUS system. Meanwhile, Pillar 47 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI forces a clear signature of personal responsibility under every procedural decision.
MANIFESTO OF THE SYSTEM: CONSTITUTION ALGOOMNI – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW
CITIZENAL SOVEREIGNTY, CLEAN POWER AND THE TOTAL ELIMINATION OF IMPUNITY
PART I: ELECTORAL SOVEREIGNTY AND ACCOUNTING FOR LAWLESSNESS (PILLARS 1–10)
PILLAR 1: THE SACREDNESS OF EVERY VOTE AND PHYSICAL CONTROL BY THE SOVEREIGN
Every cast vote is the supreme, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the state. No digital algorithm, politicized State Electoral Commission nor party apparatus has the right to invalidate, falsify or distort the will of citizens. An absolute requirement of physical verifiability of paper ballots is introduced, and round-the-clock monitoring of the vote-counting process with direct HD-quality transmission on the open internet. Falsifying a vote or manipulating the electoral protocol is considered the crime of high treason, punishable by life imprisonment with mandatory, total confiscation of the perpetrators' and instigators' assets.
PILLAR 2: RECOUNT OF VOTES FROM THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
A statutory, immediate order to conduct full, commission-led inspections and a complete, one hundred percent public recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election before television cameras and in the presence of independent trusted witnesses. Assuming the highest office in the state in the shadow of manipulation of electoral protocols, ballot stuffing and the systemic paralysis of the Supreme Court requires a full explanation of the material truth. If falsifications are confirmed, the usurper is immediately removed from office and the guilty are held criminally accountable.
PILLAR 3: ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PIS NETWORK – THE ABSOLUTE "ZERO OPTION" WITH NO LENIENCY
Full, uncompromising criminal, constitutional and property responsibility of officials of Law and Justice and their coalition partners for the systemic dismantling of the separation of powers, the devastation of the rule of law and the brazen theft of billions of zloty in the Governmental Agency of Strategic Reserves, PKN Orlen, Grupa Lotos, NCBR, the Justice Fund and TVP. Any amnesties, clean slates, statutes of limitations or political concessions are excluded – every scandal will be settled to the very bottom with the full, ruthless forfeiture of looted property to the State Treasury.
PILLAR 4: ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT FOR NEGLECT, DILATORY TACTICS AND FAILURE TO PURSUE ACCOUNTABILITY
A power elected with a democratic mandate to restore the rule of law that, in the name of conformism, political fear, café deals or party coalition calculations, chooses dilatoriness, sabotages reforms and commits the sin of omission, bears direct constitutional and criminal responsibility. Deliberate blocking of accountability for predecessors' crimes is treated as direct complicity in the crime of aiding and abetting and results in the immediate shortening of the parliament's term and the government's resignation.
PILLAR 5: COMPLETE AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF IMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE
The definitive elimination of parliamentary immunities (members of the Sejm, senators, European parliamentarians), judicial, prosecutorial, ministerial, administrative and presidential immunities. All citizens, without the slightest exception, are one hundred percent equal before the law and accountable before independent common courts from liberty or in pre-trial detention. Immunity has become a pathological, criminal shield protecting corruption, pimping, thievery, violence and impunity of demoralized political elites.
PILLAR 6: MANDATORY TWO-TERM LIMITS IN ALL ORGANS OF POWER
Introduction of a strict, non-extendable limit of a maximum of two terms (counted cumulatively over an individual’s entire life) for members of the Sejm, senators, city presidents, mayors, village heads, councillors and heads of state agencies and central offices. An end to a lifelong, professional caste of politicians welded to their seats for decades, treating a public mandate as private fiefdoms and creating oligarchic bureaucratic clans preying on taxpayers.
PILLAR 7: MANDATORY, QUARTERLY TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE SUMMITS OF POWER
Mandatory, fully independent and random laboratory tests (from blood, urine and hair samples) for the presence of narcotics, psychotropic substances, legal highs and alcohol, carried out unconditionally every three months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, members of the government, members of the Sejm, senators and judges at all levels. Refusal to submit to testing or detection of prohibited substances shall result in the immediate, automatic termination of the mandate by operation of law and a lifetime ban on holding public office.
PILLAR 8: A CITIZENS’ CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES
A new Basic Law written directly by citizens and independent experts, completely free of discretionary, elastic and corruption-fostering phrases such as “without delay”, “within a reasonable time” or “without undue delay”. Replace them with absolute, rigid calendar days under penalty of automatic loss of office by an official, judge or president in the event of exceeding a specified deadline.
PILLAR 9: STRICT ORDER OF FILING IN COURTS AND AUTHORITIES – NO MORE “FREEZERS”
A statutory requirement for absolute processing and consideration of cases according to the strict, second-accurate date of their receipt by courts, prosecutor’s offices and public authorities, with implementation of a digital timestamp using blockchain technology. The final end to political freezers of inconvenient cases, manipulation of court dockets and deliberate prolongation of proceedings intended to cause their statutes of limitation to expire.
PILLAR 10: FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED PEOPLE
Immediate publication of a complete, open register of all persons surveilled with cyberweapons (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator and similar systems), including the names of officers and prosecutors who ordered the wiretaps. Society, journalists and citizens have an inalienable right to the full truth, and any compensation for victims of surveillance will be paid in full from the private assets of the decision-makers of the services.
PART II: CLEAN POWER, ANTI-CORRUPTION AND TRANSPARENCY (PILLARS 11–20)
PILLAR 11: FULL CRIMINAL AND PROPERTY LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS
Introduction of personal criminal, civil and property liability (with all present and future assets, including those transferred to spouses, relatives and foundations) for the president, prime ministers, ministers, the president of the National Bank of Poland (NBP), parliamentarians, local government officials, judges and prosecutors for knowingly violating the Constitution, corruption, fabricating evidence and unlawful decisions that harm citizens or the State Treasury.
PILLAR 12: TOTAL BAN ON HOLDING MIXED POSITIONS AND BAN ON STATE TREASURY COMPANIES
An absolute ban on sitting on the boards of directors, supervisory boards and advisory bodies of State Treasury companies, municipal companies and government agencies for ministers, members of the Sejm, senators, village heads, mayors, councillors and members of their immediate families (with an obligatory five-year cooling-off period after leaving office). State-owned companies to be managed exclusively by apolitical experts selected in transparent competitions.
PILLAR 13: ABSOLUTE BAN ON CHANGING PARTY AFFILIATION – STOP POLITICAL TOURISM
The mandate of a member of the Sejm, senator or councillor is inalienably tied to the will of the voters expressed on the list of a given electoral committee. Abandoning a caucus, switching to another party or political corruption shall result in the automatic, immediate termination of the mandate by operation of law and the assumption of the function by the next person on the list who achieved the highest result. An end to trading the sovereign people’s votes.
PILLAR 14: MANDATORY PRESENCE AT VOTES AND SESSIONS OF THE SEJM
The work of a parliamentarian and councillor is a strict, accountable duty of service to the Nation. Unjustified absence from Sejm, Senate, committee meetings or votes exceeding 10% in a quarter shall result in automatic deprivation of the mandate by operation of law, a lifetime ban on running for office and permanent loss of entitlement to severance pay and a parliamentary pension.
PILLAR 15: FULL TRANSPARENCY OF EXPENDITURES – SETTLEMENTS ONLY BY CARD
A complete ban on cash, flat-rate and advance settlements in parliamentary, presidential, governmental and local government activities. All office expenses, expert opinions, hotels, travel and purchases must be paid exclusively with a named corporate card linked to an open online register accessible to every citizen in real time. Fraudulent mileage claims shall be treated as ordinary fraud and prosecuted ex officio.
PILLAR 16: NO MORE “SACRED COWS” – EQUAL LAW AND A CITIZENS’ JURY
Definitive abolition of separate procedures, corporate disciplinary courts and social arrangements that protect politicians, prosecutors, judges, intelligence agents and their associated pseudo-journalists. Every official crime, cover-up, corruption or fabrication of operational files will be tried publicly before a citizens’ jury drawn from the population.
PILLAR 17: SYSTEMIC PROTECTION AND STRICT SUPERVISION OF FORMER INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS
Special service officers (AW, Internal Security Agency (ABW), SKW, SWW) who possess knowledge of state secrets cannot be abandoned on the free market as prey for mafias, organized crime and foreign intelligence. Introduce a ten-year ban on working in foreign entities and sensitive sectors (cryptocurrencies, finance, private detective work, political parties) combined with a dignified state analytical remuneration and strict counterintelligence protection.
PILLAR 18: BLOCKING INFILTRATION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS AND A BAN ON LOBBYING
Every bill, regulation and parliamentary amendment must have a public, digital register of authors by first name and surname and a complete lobbying trail. An absolute ban is introduced on drafting laws by private law firms and lobbyists of foreign capital. Attempts to smuggle provisions dictated by corporations or foreign capitals are treated as diplomatic treason punishable by many years of imprisonment.
PILLAR 19: COMPLETE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE AND TAXATION OF THE CLERGY
Immediate abolition of the Church Fund, taxation of the income of religious denominations under general rules and an absolute ban on transferring State Treasury and local government property at giveaway prices or with discounts. Religious denominations may be financed only from voluntary tax deductions by the faithful in the annual PIT return.
PILLAR 20: CITIZEN VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITHOUT A TURNOUT THRESHOLD
Restoration of real power to the sovereign people: a motion supported by 500,000 citizen signatures obliges the Sejm to call a nationwide referendum within 90 days. The result of the referendum is absolutely binding on all state authorities without the application of any turnout threshold. The executive and legislative branches are categorically forbidden to modify or delay the will of the Nation expressed in a referendum.
PART III: TRANSPARENCY, DIGITALISATION AND STATE SECURITY (PILLARS 21–30)
PILLAR 21: DIGITAL TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY – END TO TROLL FARMS
Requirement for full identity verification and use of real data when publishing press articles, running newspapers and registering accounts on social media of a public character. An end to paid troll farms, party bots and organized disinformation that destroys public debate – every participant bears full, personal civil and criminal liability for their words.
PILLAR 22: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF THE SERVICE – MANDATORY BODY CAMERAS
Absolute obligation to audiovisually record all official acts undertaken by tax officials, customs officers, policemen and officers of uniformed and special services using continuously active body-worn cameras. Deliberate turning off a camera, covering the lens or destroying a recording means automatic dismissal from service with a black mark and the annulment of any charges against a citizen.
PILLAR 23: DIRECT ELECTION AND RECALL OF JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND MINISTERS
Introduction of universal, direct citizen elections and a mechanism for recall by the sovereign people by vote of judges of district courts, district prosecutors, senior officials, ministers and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. Elimination of party appointment keys, cabinet cliques and corrupt promotions in favor of direct verification by citizens.
PILLAR 24: COMPLETE DECLASSIFICATION OF THE ARCHIVES OF THE INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE (IPN) AND THE PRL SECURITY SERVICES
Immediate, 100 percent opening and full online publication of all archival materials, personal and operational files of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) and the communist special services (SB, WSW, Directorate II of the General Staff). Elimination of all restricted collections to definitively end file blackmail and the concealment of the agent pasts of public persons.
PILLAR 25: PUBLIC LIST OF ILLEGAL SERVICE COLLABORATORS IN TRUSTED PROFESSIONS
Absolute publication of a complete register of people holding public trust professions (judges, prosecutors, advocates, legal advisers, doctors, journalists) who were illegally recruited or undertook clandestine cooperation with the special services (including the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA)). Secret entanglement in the justice system and the media constitutes a mortal threat to the constitutional order.
PILLAR 26: MODERN AND DEFENSIVE EDUCATION – AI, DEFENSE TRAINING AND PROGRAMMING
Definitive withdrawal of religious instruction from public schools and allocation of the saved billions to subjects of key civilisational and strategic importance: practical defense preparation, shooting, medical rescue, cyber security, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and advanced programming from the earliest ages.
PILLAR 27: INSTITUTIONAL ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN SAFEGUARDS – BLOCKING A DICTATORSHIP
Implementation of hard, systemic control safeguards preventing authoritarian usurpation by the executive and presidential power. Any attempt to refuse to appoint a legal government, block judicial nominations or manipulate elections results in the automatic suspension of the presidential exercise of office by operation of law and the assumption of duties by the Marshal of the Sejm.
PILLAR 28: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF REMUNERATION THROUGHOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR
Introduction of absolute transparency of all salaries, rewards, bonuses (including at Narodowy Bank Polski (NBP) and the Chancellery of the President), functional allowances and per diems received by politicians, members of government, state and local government officials and authorities of foundations benefiting from public funds or collections. A publicly accessible online register of remuneration operating in real time will eliminate hidden corruption and party sinecures.
PILLAR 29: ASSET DECLARATIONS 100% PUBLIC, COMPUTERIZED AND FAMILY-BASED
Complete elimination of secrecy clauses in the asset declarations of persons holding public functions. Obligation to complete declarations in a standardized digital format with real market valuations of real estate, cryptocurrencies, company shares and assets transferred to spouses, children and family foundations under the penalty of mandatory confiscation of undisclosed assets.
PILLAR 30: COMPLETE ANNULMENT OF THE TWO-WEEK GOVERNMENT'S DECISIONS OF 2023
Statutory recognition as absolutely null and void by operation of law (ex tunc) of all financial decisions, resolutions, personnel appointments, grants and asset transfers made by the so-called two-week government of Mateusz Morawiecki from November 2023. All acts are to be immediately cancelled and diverted funds returned to the state budget.
PART IV: ECONOMIC, DEFENCE AND LEGAL SOVEREIGNTY (PILLARS 31–40)
FILAR 31: ARMED SOVEREIGNTY — SOURCE CODES AND MANDATORY OFFSET
An uncompromising statutory requirement that every defense contract concluded by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland must include full industrial offset, technology transfer, servicing in Polish facilities and the handover of complete source codes and operational accesses to the Republic. A ban on buying bare equipment that ties the country’s security to the whims and decisions of foreign capitals.
FILAR 32: ZERO REMUNERATION FOR SUSPENDED OFFICIALS AND JUDGES
Immediate suspension of payment of salaries, allowances and all emoluments to prosecutors, judges and senior state officials in the event of their formal suspension from duties or the initiation of criminal proceedings for violation of the law. An end to paying tens of thousands of zloty monthly for the inactivity of people from the old establishment.
FILAR 33: ZERO SEVERANCE PAY AND "GOLDEN PARACHUTES" IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR
Complete abolition of severance payments, gigantic compensation for non‑compete clauses and golden parachutes for ministers, deputy ministers, presidents of the National Bank of Poland, mayors of communes, towns and cities, and members of management boards and supervisory boards of State Treasury and municipal companies. Serving the state is a duty, not a tool for milking the budget by party appointees.
FILAR 34: ONE GREAT INVESTIGATION INTO THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
Mandatory consolidation of all dispersed proceedings concerning electoral protests, irregularities and suspicions of falsification of the 2025 presidential election into one large, nationwide investigation conducted directly under the supervision of the Prosecutor General with public broadcasting of interrogations in order to punish the backers of the attack on the election.
FILAR 35: LIQUIDATION OF THE CBA AND THE POLITICIZED INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE (IPN)
Definitive liquidation of the Central Anti‑Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) — institutions transformed by the party apparatus into political police, hook‑factories and centers protecting power networks. Anti‑corruption competencies are taken over by the Central Investigation Bureau of the Police (CBŚP), and the IPN archives are 100% declassified and transferred to the State Archives.
FILAR 36: UNIVERSAL VOTING OBLIGATION AND SECURE HYBRID VOTING
Introduction by statute of a universal obligation to participate in elections for all adult citizens modeled on proven democratic systems. Implementation of secure, encrypted internet voting based on blockchain technology in full coexistence with polling stations. Total abolition of party subsidies and removal of the archaic electoral silence.
FILAR 37: RIGID DEADLINES RESOLVING CASES IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZEN
Deletion from all legal acts and codes of discretionary procedural phrases. Introduction of rigid calendar deadlines for a matter to be resolved by an office or court — exceeding them results in automatic, definitive resolution of the case in favor of the citizen (the principle of tacit consent and recognition of the claim), and the dilatory official bears personal financial liability.
FILAR 38: THE CITIZENS’ MONOPOLY ON CREATING A NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND
Absolute exclusion from the process of drafting the New Basic Law of former and current deputies, senators, ministers, presidents and representatives of party law corporations. The New Constitution must be an act of the sovereign people: prepared by a Citizens’ Assembly selected by lot with the support of independent experts and approved in a nationwide referendum.
FILAR 39: THE STATUS OF A POLITICIAN AS A PAID EMPLOYEE OF THE NATION
Statutory definition of the legal status of a deputy, senator and councilor as a paid employee of the Nation. Mandatory attendance at votes under penalty of immediate disciplinary dismissal and loss of remuneration. Changing a parliamentary club or party during a term results in the immediate expiration of the mandate by operation of law.
FILAR 40: INSTITUTIONAL AUTOMATISM OF THE RULE OF LAW — NO MORE OBSTRUCTIONS
Implementation of a strict regime of liability for all state bodies for refusal to execute final judgments, rulings and court resolutions. When a public official, president, minister or judge delays fulfilling a constitutional duty (e.g. taking the oath from judges), the IT system automatically suspends them from duties after 14 days and initiates removal from office proceedings.
CZĘŚĆ V: JUSTICE, FINANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY (FILARS 41–50)
FILAR 41: DELEGALIZATION OF NEO‑JUDGES, BAN ON JUDGING AND STRIPPING OF ALLOWANCES
All judges appointed in blatant violation of the Constitution by the politicized neo‑National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) and duplicate members of the Constitutional Tribunal are by law permanently removed from adjudication. Their acts of appointment are deemed void. They are immediately stripped of undeserved immunities and luxury retirement privileges and transferred to the common Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), bearing full criminal liability for unlawful judgments issued.
FILAR 42: ABSOLUTE BAN ON INTERMEDIARIES IN PUBLIC AND DEFENSE CONTRACTS
In the execution of state, local government, infrastructure, fuel and military procurements, a strict ban is introduced on the participation of any intermediaries, shell companies (such as OTS), consultancy entities and commission agents. Contracts may be concluded only directly with certified manufacturers under the presumption of corruption and treason if otherwise.
FILAR 43: MANDATORY IMPRISONMENT FOR OFFICIALS AND POLITICIANS
Politicians, members of the government, deputies, senators, judges, prosecutors and senior state officials committing crimes in connection with their function are completely deprived of the possibility of suspended sentences. For corruption, abuse of power, paid protection or theft of public property, only unconditional imprisonment is imposed, increased by a minimum of 50% compared with general sanctions.
FILAR 44: ABSOLUTE JURISDICTIONAL EQUALITY — BAN ON CORPORATE CONSENTS
Final rejection of any formal and material immunities. No person on the territory of the Republic of Poland — regardless of whether they hold the office of President, Prime Minister, marshal, member of parliament, judge or prosecutor — has a protective shield against the law. A report of a criminal offense is to be processed immediately before a common court without the need to obtain any Sejm resolutions or corporate consents.
FILAR 45: DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY AND FULL JURISDICTION OVER PLATFORMS
All global digital corporations, web applications and social networking services that monetize traffic or collect data on the territory of Poland must unconditionally be subject to Polish law and Polish courts. Every entity has a statutory obligation to have a physical seat in Poland with direct contact details for the authorized management under the penalty of immediate domain blocking and financial sanctions.
FILAR 46: CALENDAR-BASED JUDICIAL AND PROSECUTORIAL RIGOR (DEADLINES 7/14/30 DAYS)
Introduction of rigid, non-extendable calendar deadlines for courts and prosecutors: a maximum of 7 days to issue incidental rulings, 14 days to prepare a written justification of a judgment and 30 days to complete key procedural stages. Missing a deadline results in automatic loss of 50% of a judge’s or prosecutor’s salary for that month, and a repeat violation leads to disciplinary removal from the profession.
FILAR 47: TWO-COMPONENT, LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Every court judgment, prosecutorial ruling, administrative decision, bill, regulation and their justifications must, under penalty of absolute invalidity, bear a legible full given name and surname of the responsible person printed in computer type and a handwritten, legible personal signature. The use of illegible initials and anonymous stamps is prohibited.
FILAR 48: REAL-TIME BANKING — SETTLEMENTS 24/7/365
All banking and financial institutions operating on the territory of the Republic of Poland have an absolute obligation to record and settle interbank transfers in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year without additional fees. Holding citizens’ and entrepreneurs’ funds in interbank settlement sessions such as Elixir and unlawfully using other people’s capital on weekends and holidays is prohibited.
FILAR 49: MANDATORY VAT REFUND WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS
Statutory obligation to refund overpaid value added tax (VAT) to entrepreneurs’ bank accounts within a non-extendable period of 7 calendar days from the filing of the declaration. Company funds constitute the bloodstream of the national economy and may not be frozen under the pretext of multi-month tax verifications. Any inspections may only take place in parallel without blocking liquidity.
FILAR 50: END OF THE NEW-SPEECH OF IMPUNITY — PRECISE CRIMINAL QUALIFICATION
Unconditional prohibition on the use by judges, prosecutors and politicians of manipulative new-speech that covers up crimes. Total elimination of artificial concepts such as “disciplinary offense”, “breach of the dignity of office”, “formal error” or “oversight” in relation to theft, pimping, corruption, election fraud, human rights violations and constitutional treason. Every such act is to be qualified and tried directly under the Penal Code with mandatory confiscation of assets!
