GENERAL TITLE OF THE EDITION:

NAWROCKI ORGANIZES A COUP, THE PUCH AT THE TRIBUNAL IS FOILED, KACZYŃSKI'S MAD POLEXIT AND THE CUTTING OFF OF A RUSSIAN AGENT NETWORK!

EDITOR-IN-CHIEF'S COMMENT OF THE DAY: MIECZYSŁAW DZIKOWSKI

Sunday morning, 1 November 2026, on the National Day of Remembrance, brings to the Republic a final confrontation between the force of constitutional law and the organized lawlessness of PiS coups. After the building of the Constitutional Tribunal was retaken by legitimate judges and Bogdan Święczkowski was suspended, Karol Nawrocki together with Jarosław Kaczyński moved to openly incite a coup d'état. Facts revealed by Krzysztof Kluzek, Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert show that the Presidential Palace, in agreement with the militias of Confederation and the pro‑Russian faction of Grzegorz Braun, attempted to organize a forcible incursion into state institutions under cover of night.

Instead of defending sovereignty we see the political panic of people whose criminal past – from procuring at the Sopot Grand Hotel to billion‑zloty thefts at Orlen and Lotos – is exposed before independent courts. Desperate Kaczyński, to save himself and Nawrocki, proclaims an anti‑Polish Polexit in Krynica, pushing a script written in Cyrillic in the Kremlin.

Gazeta ALGOOMNI stands guard over the independence and sovereignty of the Nation. Today we publish in full the complete Institutional Manifesto: the ALGOOMNI Constitution – All 50 Pillars of the Rule of Law from 1 to 50 with no abridgements. We demand the immediate arrest of the organizers of the coup, the unconditional removal of immunities and the confiscation of the mafia’s assets!

ARTICLE I: NAWROCKI ORGANIZES A COUP AND INCITES LAWLESSNESS! KRZYSZTOF KLUZEK AND JAN PIŃSKI ON THE PALACE REBELLION

Based on an investigation by: Krzysztof Kluzek and Jan Piński ("Kulisy Polityki")

Shocking findings of former member of the management of strategic State Treasury companies Krzysztof Kluzek and editor Jan Piński expose a desperate plan to organize a constitutional coup by Karol Nawrocki and his political backers. After the legitimate General Assembly of the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal suspended Bogdan Święczkowski and Bogdan Sochański from their duties, the palace resident began directly calling on forceful and party structures and militias to rebel against the constitutional order of the state. Kluzek proves that Nawrocki, in hysteria, cut short a foreign visit, turned back a government plane and, in agreement with Nowogrodzka, coordinated attempts to forcibly block the legal authorities of the Constitutional Tribunal. Instead of standing guard over the Fundamental Law, the resident of the Pałac Namiestnikowski openly undermines the legality of court judgments, threatens ministers of Donald Tusk’s government and attempts to use the National Security Council to legalize Russian influence. Piński indicates that Nawrocki’s conduct meets the elements of the crime under Article 127 of the Penal Code, that is, a coup d'état and an attempt to change the system of the state by force, which in a democratic state under the rule of law results in immediate arrest and indictment. The main motive of this desperation is the panic fear of the declassification of documents from the audit of the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) in the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), and files from the Sopot Grand Hotel, which irrevocably end Batyr’s political career. Cooperation with pro‑Russian radicals undermines the foundations of Polish security in the face of an ongoing hybrid war from the East. This criminal rebellion is struck directly by Pillar 27 and Pillar 40 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which trigger immediate anti‑authoritarian safeguards and automatically suspend the office of the president by operation of law for refusal to enforce constitutional judgments and rulings. In accordance with Pillar 5 and Pillar 44 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, all formal immunities are categorically abolished and corporate consents for detaining the president in flagrante delicto of the crime of a coup d'état are forbidden. Moreover Pillar 43 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution orders the imposition of life, unconditional imprisonment without the possibility of suspension for any official who organizes an armed rebellion against the sovereign people.

ARTICLE II: THE RIGHT UNDER THE TRIBUNAL: KORWIN, BRAUN, MENTZEN AND BOSAK AT NIGHT ON SZUCHA STREET! A DESPERATE ASSAULT ON POLICE BARRIERS

Based on a reporter's account: Tomasz Wiejski ("Okiem Wiejskiego")

The dramatic events of the night from Friday to Saturday in front of the buildings on Aleja Szucha exposed the true face of the United Right's alliance with the extreme, pro‑Russian faction of Konfederacja. Tomasz Wiejski, in an on‑scene report, describes how, after the decision to suspend Bogdan Święczkowski, leading figures of the patho-right descended on the building of the Constitutional Tribunal: Janusz Korwin‑Mikke, Grzegorz Braun, followed by Sławomir Mentzen and Krzysztof Bosak, calling the crowd to fight the legal state authorities. Hysterical appeals appeared on the official profiles of Konfederacja and PiS, calling on all patriots to defend the bastion of lawlessness, which in practice meant an attempt to organize a physical assault on the building. The aggressive crowd of provocateurs threw dangerous objects at the police, bottles and stones, and thugs tried to break through police barriers and force open the entrance gate to the Tribunal grounds. The capital police, however, reacted professionally and decisively: the area was tightly sealed off, the street closed, and proceedings were initiated under art. 193 of the Penal Code against the three most aggressive attackers who had entered the property. Wiejski emphasizes that the nighttime presence of Braun and Korwin on Szucha and their cooperation with Święczkowski's staff is proof that the Ziobro faction will not hesitate to ally with people implementing Kremlin scenarios of chaos. Mentzen and Bosak, who until recently cast themselves as free‑market democrats, have become the mindless defenders of the mafia interests of the PiS prosecutorial caste. This pathetic setup showed the weakness of the right, which managed to mobilize only a handful of hecklers under the Tribunal, exposing the complete lack of public support for the defence of Święczkowski. This bandit attempt at destabilization strikes Pillar 16 and Pillar 50 of the Konstytucja ALGOOMNI (ALGOOMNI Constitution), which abolish any privileges for politicians and require that the organisers of the night riots be tried directly under the Penal Code without the right to new‑speak about a political dispute. In accordance with Pillar 21 of the Konstytucja ALGOOMNI (ALGOOMNI Constitution), a strict criminal liability is introduced for spreading disinformation and inciting violence online by party accounts. In addition Pillar 18 of the Konstytucja ALGOOMNI (ALGOOMNI Constitution) treats attempts to destabilize the state in favour of foreign regimes as treason subject to the harshest penalties.

ARTICLE III: THE FAILURE OF THE NIGHT ASSAULT ON THE CT! TOMASZ SZEWJGERT ON THE DISGRACE OF PiS FIGHTERS AND THE BOSSES' FLIGHT FROM THE RAIN

Based on an operational analysis: Tomasz Szwejgiert ("Z Bańki" – Media Network)

Editor Tomasz Szwejgiert on the programme „Z Bańki” relentlessly sums up the complete fiasco and grotesque collapse of the attempt to forcibly retake the Constitutional Tribunal by the party militias of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość and Konfederacja. Szwejgiert reveals that the loudly announced reprise of defending the redoubt and the national uprising promised by Jarosław Kaczyński turned out to be a grim cabaret, in which a handful of paid hecklers and confused activists took part. PiS MPs who as late as the evening had boldly announced on Telewizja Republika round-the-clock parliamentary duties and the physical defence of Bogdan Święczkowski folded their umbrellas and fled to warm limousines and luxury restaurants as soon as the first autumn rain fell. Pensioners left in the rain and aggressive hooligans realised they had been cynically used as cannon fodder by millionaires in suits who themselves fear criminal responsibility. Szwejgiert exposes the cowardice of Święczkowski, who, instead of honourably accepting the suspension resolution, spent the night in a panic destroying hard drives, deleting entry logs to the Constitutional Tribunal and packing personal belongings into boxes under the cover of darkness. The capital police remained completely calm, professionally isolating provocateurs and demonstrating that the rule-of-law state will not yield to the screams of political bankrupts. Szwejgiert emphasises that after that night the myth of the PiS's army finally collapsed, and Ziobro's followers were left out on the ice, stripped of immunities, pay and state buildings. The nation breathed a sigh of relief seeing that the building on Aleja Szucha returned to the legitimate judges, and Maciej Berek and judge Małgorzata Korwin-Piotrowska began normal adjudicatory work. This humiliation of the caste strikes with full severity Pillar 32 and Pillar 41 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which immediately suspend all remuneration for suspended judges, strip them of the right to retirement and transfer them to the general Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) system. According to Pillar 33 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, completely eliminates severance pay and golden parachutes for persons removed from constitutional bodies. Furthermore Pillar 11 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution imposes on Święczkowski and Sochański the obligation to personally cover the costs of the damage and the police operation with their entire private assets.

ARTICLE IV: SECRET DOSSIER OF NAWROCKI IN ABW: WHY ARE TUSK AND SIEMONIAK SILENT ABOUT SOPOT OPERATIONAL MATERIALS?

Based on an investigation by: Krzysztof Kluzek and Jan Piński ("Kulisy Polityki" (Behind the Scenes of Politics))

In the next instalment of the investigation Krzysztof Kluzek and Jan Piński strike at the most sensitive point of the current power structure, demanding immediate explanations from Prime Minister Donald Tusk and the coordinator of the special services Tomasz Siemoniak regarding the secret file of Karol Nawrocki. Information obtained from honest officers of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) shows indisputably that in the Gdańsk branch and at the ABW headquarters on Rakowiecka Street in Warsaw there has for years rested a blue folder containing full operational materials from the surveillance of Sopot’s underworld from 2005–2012. These files include reports from wiretaps, notes from police informant meetings and photographic documentation confirming that Karol Nawrocki, aka Batyr, was not a mere security worker at the Grand Hotel, but a figure closely connected with groups controlling prostitution, drug trafficking and the protection of nightclubs in the Tricity. Most shockingly, in 2021, before Nawrocki assumed the chair of president of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), these materials were removed from standard circulation by trusted people of Mariusz Kamiński and stamped with the highest secrecy classification in order to blackmail the candidate and force him into strict loyalty to the party. Kluzek asks publicly: why did the coalition government for eleven months from 15 October not declassify these documents and not file a request to revoke Nawrocki’s security clearance for access to state and NATO secrets? Jan Piński points out that keeping these files under the carpet places Poland in mortal danger, because foreign intelligence services — led by the Russian SWR and FSB — possess the same materials and use them to manipulate the resident’s behavior. The silence of Prime Minister Tusk and Minister Siemoniak raises suspicions of an informal non-aggression pact with the Palace, which is morally and legally unacceptable to free citizens. This conspiracy of silence is struck uncompromisingly Pillar 4 and Pillar 24 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI, which mandate holding the current government to account for omissions and the immediate online publication of all classified collections and special services’ files concerning state officials. In accordance with Pillar 25 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI, the full list of implicated persons in public professions becomes public, and Pillar 7 requires the immediate criminal vetting of the head of state under threat of removal from office.

ARTICLE V: SIKORSKI PUTS THE PERIOD ON IT: “MADAM, PIMP OR BROKER?” CONCLUSIVE FACTS WIPE AWAY THE PALACE MYTH OF BATYR

Based on a political column: Tomasz Wiejski (“Okiem Wiejskiego”)

In an evening op-ed analysis Tomasz Wiejski sums up the gigantic earthquake that the Polish and international public debate was shaken by when head of Polish diplomacy Radosław Sikorski asked Karol Nawrocki his relentless, precise question: “madam, pimp or broker?”. Wiejski points out that these words were not a mere rhetorical flourish or a political attack but a precise summary of hard procedural facts sworn under oath in the District Court in Gdańsk. Witnesses in the case brought by Nawrocki himself against the portal Onet, including Natasza Geldon, testifying under criminal liability, demolished the image of the patriotic activist and historian, revealing a man who for money organised bringing women to hotel rooms for guests. The hysterical reaction of the Palace ministers Przydacz and Bogucki, who instead of presenting evidence of their boss’s innocence resorted to vulgar insults directed at Sikorski, exposes the total helplessness and moral bankruptcy of the whole milieu. Wiejski asks rhetorically: how can the President of the Republic, burdened by testimony about pimping, look allies from France, the United Kingdom or the United States in the eye while representing a Nation with a thousand-year Christian and patriotic tradition? In international diplomacy a person with such a past immediately becomes a pariah subject to an informal quarantine cordon, and his presence at international forums is a humiliation of the majesty of the Republic. Worse, Nawrocki himself tries to flee the questions into religious fanaticism, plastering himself with altars in Gietrzwałd and posing as a martyr, which arouses general disgust even among believing Poles. Tomasz Wiejski emphasises that the Sopot case is only the beginning: further trials concerning fictitious apartments in the Muzeum II Wojny Światowej and illicit grants in the IPN are reaching the docket. This moral and legal disgrace is struck directly by Pillar 5 and Pillar 16 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI, which definitively remove the immunity of the head of state and introduce a universal jury to judge criminal offences of people at the top of power. In accordance with Pillar 29 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI, all undisclosed proceeds from criminal activity and assets held in straw persons are subject to immediate confiscation, and Pillar 50 rules out euphemistic language about ethical lapses, mandating conviction for pimping directly under the Penal Code.

ARTICLE VI: KACZYŃSKI’S POLEXIT IS THE KREMLIN’S PLAN IMPLEMENTED BEFORE THE 2027 ELECTIONS! DISRUPTION OF ALLIES AT MOSCOW’S BEHEST

Based on a geopolitical analysis: Jan Piński (“Bez cenzury”)

Editor Jan Piński, in a special edition of the programme „Bez cenzury”, presents a devastating analysis of Jarosław Kaczyński's speech at the forum in Krynica, where the president of PiS openly called for initiating the procedure to withdraw Poland from the European Union. Piński argues, on the basis of hard intelligence data, that the declaration about Polexit is not a political mistake nor a fleeting emotion of an aged dictator, but a coldly calculated strategic operation serving the long-term goals of the Russian Federation. For decades the Kremlin has sought to break the unity of the European Union and to create in Central Europe a defenseless gray buffer zone from which NATO defensive installations would be withdrawn. Kaczyński, aware of the inevitable electoral defeat in 2027 and the loss of prosecutorial protection, decided to put everything on one card: to pull Poland out of the Western security system, to undermine European arrest warrants and to turn the country into an authoritarian open-air museum modeled on Alexander Lukashenko's Belarus. Jan Piński reveals that blackmail with Polexit is also an attempt to cement the extreme electorate and to block the flow of votes to Konfederacja of Grzegorz Braun, with whom Nowogrodzka has concluded an informal tactical alliance. The government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk rightly defined this stance as blatant treason, taking steps aimed at enshrining membership in the European Union and NATO in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland with a blocking majority. Piński warns that cutting off billions of euros from EU funds and the KPO would lead to the immediate collapse of Polish agriculture, a breakdown of infrastructure investments and the bankruptcy of hundreds of thousands of Polish companies. The Polish nation, which in 2003 voted by an overwhelming majority to return to Western civilization, will not allow a terrified retiree from Żoliborz to hand our independence over to the boot of a criminal from the Kremlin. This treacherous maneuver is struck with all determination Pillar 18 and Pillar 20 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which recognize the implementation of a foreign agency of influence as the crime of diplomatic treason and introduce a binding citizens' referendum without a turnout threshold, prohibiting politicians from manipulating international treaties without the consent of the sovereign people. In accordance with Pillar 11 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI, Kaczyński and his collaborators will be held financially liable for all economic damage caused by anti-EU sabotage.

ARTICLE VII: THE END OF THE ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI CASTE: THE NATIONAL PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE PREPARES CELLS FOR THE AUTHORS OF LAWLESSNESS AND THE OCCUPATION OF TK!

Based on the investigation: Tomasz Szwejgiert ("Z Bańki")

Editor Tomasz Szwejgiert, on the programme "Z Bańki", reveals details of a major investigative package that the Internal Affairs Department of the National Prosecutor's Office (Prokuratura Krajowa), under the direct supervision of Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek, has directed against Bogdan Święczkowski, Dariusz Barski and a group of their most trusted operatives. The days of impunity for Ziobro's mafia have been numbered: after the formal suspension of Święczkowski by the legitimate judges of the Constitutional Tribunal (TK), prosecutors secured solid evidence of a series of serious official and criminal offences. The list of charges includes the unlawful copying and removal from the Constitutional Tribunal building of secret storage devices containing wiretaps of attorney Roman Giertych, illegal influence on judicial panels, blocking payments of salaries to the legitimate judges of the Constitutional Tribunal (TK), and the physical assault on judge Maciej Berk. Szwejgiert argues that detention cells for key figures of the former regime have already been prepared in investigative jails, and requests to lift parliamentary and judicial immunities will be processed on an expedited basis. At the same time, a conspiracy of silence is cracking at the District Prosecutor's Office in Zamość and in Warsaw: successive prosecutors who for years carried out the political orders of Ziobro and Baryła are giving extensive testimony in exchange for the status of minor crown witness, revealing mechanisms for fabricating false charges against investigative journalists, including Szwejgiert himself. Tomasz Szwejgiert indicates that the operation to cleanse the judiciary will not stop at the central level but will encompass the entire territorial hierarchy up to the commissioner judges who falsify the 2025 elections. The era of café compromises is over – Rzeczpospolita will mete out justice with the full severity of the law, and the Ziobro usurpers will end up where they belong: in the dock. This irreversible process directly involves Pillar 10 and Pillar 34 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which mandate full disclosure of the Pegasus surveillance register and the merging of all electoral and judicial scandals into one large national investigation with public broadcasts of the hearings. In accordance with Pillar 46 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, hard deadlines of 7, 14 and 30 days for procedural decisions are introduced under the penalty of disbarment of the prosecutor, and Pillar 47 forces a legible personal signature of responsibility under indictments.

ARTYKUŁ VIII: THE MAGA COLLAPSE ACROSS THE OCEAN: A REVOLT OF GENERALS AND SENATORS FINISHES OFF TRUMP BEFORE THE US MIDTERM ELECTIONS

Based on correspondence from the USA: Ryszard Kobielusz and Tomasz Wiejski

Correspondence of Ryszard Kobielusz from Washington and analysis by Tomasz Wiejski paint a devastating picture of the collapse of Donald Trump’s political empire and the MAGA movement on the final stretch before the crucial midterm congressional elections in the USA. A wave of public opposition to the authoritarian and pro‑Putin tendencies of the White House has reached tsunami proportions, breaking into traditionally Republican bastions in the South and the Midwest. The key factor that decided the collapse of Trump’s camp proved to be an open, coordinated revolt by military commanders, retired generals and war veterans who could no longer tolerate the humiliation of NATO allies, mocking the memory of fallen soldiers and submissiveness to the demands of Władimir Putin. Enormous financial scandals of the Trump family revealed by the American media – including the siphoning off of $2.3 billion by cryptocurrency pyramids, trading in federal pardons and Jared Kushner’s Saudi billions – led to a massive exodus of moderate voters and suburban women from major cities. Kobielusz reveals that leading Republican senators from Texas and Florida are secretly preparing a scenario to break with the compromised billionaire immediately after an electoral defeat, hoping to regain control of the party from the hands of the populist sect. Democrats taking control of the House of Representatives and the Senate would mean a complete blockade of Trump’s reckless policies, the initiation of impeachment procedures and strengthened American support for Ukraine and NATO’s eastern flank. For Karol Nawrocki and Jarosław Kaczyński, who based their entire survival strategy on Trump’s return to power, this turn of events means total geopolitical catastrophe and political death. This global triumph of democratic institutions over lawlessness is reflected in FILAR 27 KONSTYTUCJI ALGOOMNI, guaranteeing robust constitutional safety mechanisms that block dictatorship and protect the state from self‑appointed leaders. FILAREM 45 KONSTYTUCJI ALGOOMNI, Poland maintains full digital sovereignty and jurisdiction over internet platforms, and FILAR 48 forces real‑time banking 24/7/365, preventing international transfers of dirty oligarch fortunes. Rule of law will triumph in Poland and worldwide!

CONSTITUTIONAL MANIFESTO: ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW

CITIZEN SOVEREIGNTY, PURE POWER AND TOTAL ELIMINATION OF IMPUNITY

PART I: ELECTORAL SOVEREIGNTY AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LAWLESSNESS (FILARS 1–10)

  • FILAR 1: THE SACREDNESS OF EVERY BALLOT AND PHYSICAL CONTROL OF THE SOVEREIGN

Every cast vote is the highest, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the state. No digital algorithm, politicized State Electoral Commission nor party machine has the right to nullify, falsify or distort the will of citizens. An absolute requirement of physical verifiability is introduced in the form of a paper ballot and round‑the‑clock monitoring of the vote‑counting process with a direct HD broadcast on the open internet. Falsifying a vote or manipulating an election protocol is considered the crime of treason, punishable by life imprisonment with mandatory, total confiscation of the perpetrators’ and principals’ assets.

  • FILAR 2: A RECOUNT OF THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION VOTES

A statutory, immediate order to conduct full, commission‑run inspections and a completely public recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election, before television cameras and in the presence of independent trustees. Assuming the highest office in the state under the shadow of manipulated protocols, ballot stuffing and a systemic paralysis of the Supreme Court requires a full clarification of the material truth. If fraud is confirmed, the usurper shall be immediately removed from office and the guilty persons held criminally accountable.

  • FILAR 3: ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PIS MACHINE – ABSOLUTE “OPTION ZERO” WITH NO PRIVILEGES

Full, uncompromising criminal, constitutional and asset liability of officials of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość and their coalition partners for the systemic dismantling of the separation of powers, the devastation of the rule of law and the brazen looting of billions of zloty from the Governmental Agency for Strategic Reserves, PKN Orlen, Grupa Lotos, NCBR, the Fund for Justice and TVP. Any amnesties, broad strokes, statutes of limitations or political exceptions are excluded – every scandal will be settled to the bottom with full, uncompromising forfeiture of stolen property to the State Treasury.

  • FILAR 4: ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT FOR OMISSIONS, DELAYS AND FAILURE TO PURSUE ACCOUNTS

A power elected with a democratic mandate to restore the rule of law that, in the name of conformism, political fear, café‑style arrangements or partisan coalition calculations, chooses delay, saboteur tactics and the sin of omission, bears direct constitutional and criminal responsibility. Willful blocking of accountability for predecessors’ crimes is treated as direct complicity in the offense of aiding and abetting and results in the immediate shortening of the parliament’s term and the government’s resignation.

  • FILAR 5: TOTAL AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF IMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE

Definitive abolition of parliamentary immunities (deputy, senator, European), judicial, prosecutorial, ministerial, clerical and presidential immunities. All citizens without the slightest exception are one hundred percent equal before the law and answer before independent common courts from liberty or in pretrial detention. Immunity has become a pathological, criminal shield protecting corruption, pimping, thievery, violence and the impunity of demoralized political elites.

  • FILAR 6: MANDATORY TWO‑TERM LIMITS IN ALL ORGANS OF POWER

Introduction of a strict, non-extendable limit of a maximum of two terms (counted cumulatively over a person’s entire life) for members of the Sejm, senators, city presidents, mayors, village heads, councilors and presidents of state agencies and central offices. An end to the lifelong, professional caste of politicians welded to their seats for decades, treating public office as a private manor and creating oligarchic bureaucratic clans that feed off taxpayers.

  • PILLAR 7: MANDATORY, QUARTERLY TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE TOPS OF POWER

Mandatory, fully independent and random laboratory tests (from blood, urine and hair samples) for the presence of narcotics, psychotropic substances, legal highs and alcohol, carried out without exception every three months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, members of the government, members of parliament, senators and judges of all levels. Refusal to submit to testing or detection of prohibited substances results in the immediate, automatic expiration of the mandate by operation of law and a lifelong ban on holding public office.

  • FILAR 8: KONSTYTUCJA OBYWATELSKA ZE SZTYWNYMI TERMINAMI KALENDARZOWYMI

A new Basic Law written directly by citizens and independent experts, entirely free from discretionary, rubbery and corruption-inducing phrases such as “immediately”, “within a reasonable time” or “without undue delay.” They will be replaced by absolute, fixed calendar days under penalty of automatic loss of office by an official, judge or president in the event of exceeding the prescribed deadline.

  • PILLAR 9: STRICT ORDER OF INFLUENCE IN COURTS AND OFFICES – NO TO "FREEZERS"

A statutory requirement for absolute processing and consideration of cases according to the strict, second-by-second date of their receipt by courts, prosecutor’s offices and public offices with the implementation of a digital timestamp using blockchain technology. The ultimate end to political “freezing” of inconvenient cases, manipulation of court dockets and deliberate prolongation of proceedings in order to cause their statute of limitations.

  • PILLAR 10: FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED

Immediate publication of a full, open register of all persons surveilled with cyberweapons (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator and related systems), including the names of officers and prosecutors who ordered wiretaps. Society, journalists and citizens have an inalienable right to the full truth, and any compensation for victims of surveillance will be covered in full from the private assets of the decision-makers of the services.

PART II: PURE POWER, ANTI-CORRUPTION AND TRANSPARENCY (PILLARS 11–20)

  • PILLAR 11: FULL CRIMINAL AND ASSET LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS

Introduction of personal criminal, civil and property liability (with all present and future assets, including those transferred to spouses, relatives and foundations) for the president, prime ministers, ministers, president of the National Bank of Poland, parliamentarians, local government officials, judges and prosecutors for knowingly violating the Constitution, corruption, fabricating evidence and unlawful decisions that cause harm to citizens or the State Treasury.

  • PILLAR 12: TOTAL BAN ON HOLDING MULTIPLE POSITIONS AND BAN ON STATE-OWNED COMPANIES

An absolute ban on sitting on the management boards, supervisory boards and advisory bodies of State Treasury companies, municipal companies and government agencies for ministers, members of parliament, senators, village heads, mayors, councilors and members of their immediate families (with a mandatory five-year cooling-off period after the end of the mandate). State-owned companies to be managed exclusively by apolitical professionals selected in transparent competitions.

  • PILLAR 13: ABSOLUTE BAN ON SWITCHING PARTIES – STOP POLITICAL TOURISM

A deputy’s, senator’s and councilor’s mandate is inalienably tied to the will of the voters expressed on the list of a given electoral committee. Abandoning a caucus, transferring to another party or political corruption results in the automatic, immediate expiration of the mandate by operation of law and the assumption of the position by the next person on the list who obtained the highest result. An end to trading the sovereign people’s votes.

  • PILLAR 14: MANDATORY PRESENCE AT VOTES AND SESSIONS OF THE SEJM

The work of a parliamentarian and councilor is a strict, accountable duty of service to the Nation. Unexcused absence from Sejm, Senate, committee meetings or votes exceeding 10% in a quarter results in the automatic deprivation of the mandate by operation of law, a lifelong ban on candidacy and permanent loss of the right to severance pay and a parliamentary pension.

  • PILLAR 15: FULL TRANSPARENCY OF EXPENDITURE – SETTLEMENTS ONLY BY CARD

A total ban on cash, lump-sum and advance settlements in parliamentary, presidential, governmental and local government activities. All office expenses, expert reports, hotels, travel and purchases must be paid exclusively with a named corporate card linked to an open online register accessible to every citizen in real time. Fraudulent mileage claims will be treated as common fraud prosecuted ex officio.

  • PILLAR 16: NO MORE "SACRED COWS" – EQUAL LAW AND A JURY PANEL

Definitive abolition of separate procedures, corporate disciplinary courts and social arrangements that protect politicians, prosecutors, judges, intelligence agents and pseudo-journalists associated with them. Every official crime, cover-up, corruption or fabrication of operational files will be tried publicly before a civic jury of peers randomly selected from among citizens.

  • PILLAR 17: SYSTEMIC PROTECTION AND STRICT SUPERVISION OF FORMER INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS

Officers of special services (Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW), Internal Security Agency (ABW), Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), Military Intelligence Service (SWW)) possessing knowledge of state secrets cannot be abandoned on the open market as prey for the mafia, organized crime and foreign intelligence. A ten-year ban on working in foreign entities and sensitive industries (cryptocurrencies, finance, private detective work, political parties) will be introduced, combined with a dignified state analytical pension and strict counterintelligence protection.

  • PILLAR 18: BLOCKING INFILTRATION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS AND A BAN ON LOBBYING

Every bill, regulation and parliamentary amendment must have an open, digital register of authors by first name and surname and a full lobbying trail. An absolute ban is introduced on drafting laws by private law firms and lobbyists of foreign capital. Attempts to smuggle provisions at the behest of corporations or foreign capitals are treated as diplomatic treason punishable by many years of imprisonment.

  • FILAR 19: COMPLETE SEPARATION OF THE CHURCH FROM THE STATE AND TAXATION OF THE CLERGY

Immediate liquidation of the Church Fund, taxation of the revenues of religious denominations on general terms and an absolute ban on transferring State Treasury and local government real estate for next to nothing or with discounts. Religious denominations may be financed only from voluntary tax deductions by the faithful in the annual PIT return.

  • FILAR 20: CITIZENS' VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITHOUT A TURNOUT THRESHOLD

Restoration of real power to the sovereign people: a petition supported by 500,000 citizens' signatures obliges the Sejm to order a nationwide referendum within 90 days. The result of the referendum is absolutely binding on all state authorities without the application of any turnout threshold. The executive and legislative branches have a categorical prohibition on modifying or delaying the will of the Nation expressed in the referendum.

PART III: TRANSPARENCY, DIGITALISATION AND STATE SECURITY (PILLARS 21–30)

  • PILLAR 21: DIGITAL TRANSPARENCY AND RESPONSIBILITY – NO MORE TROLL FARMS

Requirement for full identity verification and the use of real data when publishing press articles, running newspapers and registering accounts on publicly oriented social media. An end to paid troll farms, party bots and organised disinformation that destroys public debate – every participant bears full, personal civil and criminal responsibility for their words.

  • PILLAR 22: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF SERVICE – MANDATORY BODY CAMERAS

An absolute obligation to audiovisually record all official actions taken by tax officers, customs officers, police and officers of uniformed and special services using constantly active body-worn cameras. Deliberate turning off the camera, covering the lens or destroying a recording automatically results in dismissal from service with a black mark and the annulment of all charges against the citizen.

  • PILLAR 23: DIRECT ELECTIONS AND RECALLS OF JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND MINISTERS

Introduction of universal, direct citizen elections and a mechanism for recall by the sovereign people by vote of judges of district courts, district prosecutors, senior officials, ministers and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. Elimination of party nomination keys, cabinet cronyism and corrupt promotions in favor of direct verification by citizens.

  • PILLAR 24: COMPLETE DECLASSIFICATION OF IPN ARCHIVES AND PRL SECURITY SERVICES

Immediate, one hundred percent opening and full online publication of all archival materials, personnel and operational files of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) and the communist special services (SB, WSW, the Second Directorate of the General Staff). Elimination of all restricted collections to definitively cut off file blackmail and the concealment of the agent pasts of public figures.

  • PILLAR 25: PUBLIC LIST OF ILLEGAL SERVICE COLLABORATORS IN TRUSTED PROFESSIONS

Absolute publication of a complete register of people holding positions of public trust (judges, prosecutors, advocates, legal advisers, doctors, journalists) who were illegally recruited or undertook covert cooperation with the special services (including the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA)). Covert entanglement in the justice system and media constitutes a mortal threat to the constitutional order.

  • PILLAR 26: MODERN AND DEFENSIVE EDUCATION – AI, DEFENSE TRAINING AND PROGRAMMING

Definitive removal of religious instruction from public schools and allocation of the saved billions to subjects of key civilizational and strategic importance: practical defense preparation, marksmanship, medical rescue, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and advanced programming from the youngest ages.

  • PILLAR 27: CONSTITUTIONAL ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN SAFEGUARDS – BLOCKING DICTATORSHIP

Implementation of hard, systemic control safeguards preventing authoritarian usurpation by the executive and the presidency. Any attempt to refuse to appoint a legal government, block judicial nominations or manipulate elections results in the automatic suspension of the presidential office by law and the takeover of duties by the Marshal of the Sejm.

  • PILLAR 28: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF REMUNERATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Introduction of absolute transparency of all salaries, bonuses, awards (including at NBP and the Chancellery of the President), functional allowances and per diems received by politicians, members of government, state and local government officials and authorities of foundations benefiting from public funds or collections. A publicly accessible real-time online salary register will eliminate hidden corruption and party sinecures.

  • PILLAR 29: ASSET DECLARATIONS 100% PUBLIC, COMPUTERIZED AND FAMILY-WIDE

Total elimination of secrecy clauses in the asset declarations of those holding public functions. Obligation to complete declarations in a standardized digital format with realistic market valuation of real estate, cryptocurrencies, company shares and assets transferred to spouses, children and family foundations under penalty of mandatory confiscation of undisclosed property.

  • PILLAR 30: TOTAL ANNULMENT OF THE TWO-WEEK GOVERNMENT'S DECISIONS FROM 2023

Statutory recognition as absolutely void by operation of law (ex tunc) of all financial decisions, resolutions, personnel appointments, grants and asset transfers made by the so-called two-week government of Mateusz Morawiecki from November 2023. All acts are to be immediately erased and diverted funds returned to the state budget.

PART IV: ECONOMIC, DEFENSE AND LEGAL SOVEREIGNTY (PILLARS 31–40)

  • PILLAR 31: ARMS SOVEREIGNTY – SOURCE CODES AND MANDATORY OFFSET

An uncompromising statutory requirement that every defense contract concluded by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland include full industrial offset, technology transfer, servicing in Polish facilities and the handover of complete source codes and operational accesses to the Republic. A ban on buying bare equipment that makes the country’s security dependent on the whims and decisions of foreign capitals.

  • PILLAR 32: ZERO PAY FOR SUSPENDED OFFICIALS AND JUDGES

Immediate suspension of salary payments, allowances and all remunerations for prosecutors, judges and senior state officials in the event of their formal suspension from duties or the initiation of criminal proceedings for violation of the law. An end to paying tens of thousands of zloty monthly for the idleness of people from the old network.

  • PILLAR 33: ZERO SEVERANCE AND “GOLDEN PARACHUTES” IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Complete abolition of severance payments, huge damages for non-compete clauses and golden parachutes for ministers, deputy ministers, presidents of the NBP, mayors, town councillors, city presidents and members of the boards and supervisory boards of State Treasury and municipal companies. Working for the state is service, not a tool for milking the budget by party appointees.

  • PILLAR 34: ONE MAJOR INVESTIGATION INTO THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Mandatory consolidation of all scattered proceedings concerning election protests, irregularities and suspicions of falsifying the 2025 presidential election into one large nationwide investigation conducted directly under the supervision of the Prosecutor General with public transmission of hearings in order to punish the instigators of the attack on the election.

  • PILLAR 35: LIQUIDATION OF THE CBA AND THE POLITICIZED INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE

Definitive liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) – institutions transformed by the party apparatus into a political police, factories of kompromat and centers for protecting power networks. Anti-corruption competencies are taken over by the Central Investigation Bureau of the Police (Centralne Biuro Śledcze Policji, CBŚP), and the IPN archives are 100% declassified and transferred to the State Archives.

  • PILLAR 36: UNIVERSAL VOTING OBLIGATION AND SECURE HYBRID VOTING

Introduction by statute of a universal obligation to participate in elections for all adult citizens modeled on proven democratic systems. Implementation of secure, encrypted internet voting based on blockchain technology coexisting fully with polling stations. Complete abolition of party subsidies and the repeal of the archaic election silence.

  • PILLAR 37: RIGID DEADLINES RESOLVING CASES IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZEN

Deletion from all legal acts and codes of procedural discretionary phrases. Introduction of rigid calendar deadlines for an office or court to resolve a case – exceeding them results in automatic, definitive resolution of the case in favor of the citizen (principle of tacit consent and recognition of the claim), and the dilatory official bears personal financial liability.

  • PILLAR 38: CITIZENAL MONOPOLY ON DRAFTING A NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Absolute exclusion from the process of drafting the New Basic Law of former and current deputies, senators, ministers, presidents and representatives of party legal corporations. The new Constitution must be an act of the sovereign people: prepared by a Citizens’ Assembly selected by lot with the support of independent experts and approved in a nationwide referendum.

  • PILLAR 39: THE STATUS OF A POLITICIAN AS A SALARIED EMPLOYEE OF THE NATION

Statutory definition of the legal status of a deputy, senator and councillor as a salaried employee of the Nation. Mandatory attendance at votes under penalty of immediate disciplinary dismissal and loss of remuneration. Changing a parliamentary club or party during a term results in the immediate expiration of the mandate by operation of law.

  • PILLAR 40: INSTITUTIONAL AUTOMATISM OF THE RULE OF LAW – NO MORE BLOCKADES

Implementation of a strict regime of liability for all state bodies for refusal to carry out final judgments, rulings and court resolutions. When a public official, president, minister or judge delays the fulfilment of a constitutional duty (e.g. administering oaths to judges or signing ambassadorial nominations), the IT system automatically suspends them from duties after 14 days and initiates a removal-from-office procedure.

PART V: JUSTICE, FINANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY (PILLARS 41–50)

  • PILLAR 41: DELEGALIZATION OF NEO-JUDGES, PROHIBITION TO PRESIDE AND STRIPPING OF PAY

All judges appointed in blatant violation of the Constitution by the politicized neo-National Council of the Judiciary (neo-KRS) and duplicate members of the Constitutional Tribunal are by operation of law permanently removed from adjudicating. Their acts of appointment are deemed void. They are immediately deprived of undue immunities and luxurious pension privileges in retirement and are transferred to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), bearing full criminal liability for illegally issued judgments.

  • PILLAR 42: ABSOLUTE BAN ON MIDDLEMEN IN PUBLIC AND DEFENSE CONTRACTS

In the execution of state, local government, infrastructure, fuel and military procurements, a rigorous ban is introduced on the participation of any intermediaries, shell companies (such as OTS), advisory entities and commission agents. Contracts may be concluded only directly with certified manufacturers under the presumption of corruption and treason offenses.

  • PILLAR 43: MANDATORY UNCONDITIONAL IMPRISONMENT FOR OFFICIALS AND POLITICIANS

Politicians, members of the government, deputies, senators, judges, prosecutors and senior state officials committing crimes in connection with their function are completely deprived of the possibility of suspended sentences. For corruption, abuse of powers, paid protection or theft of public property, only unconditional deprivation of liberty is imposed, increased by a minimum of 50% compared to general sanctions.

  • PILLAR 44: ABSOLUTE JURISDICTIONAL EQUALITY – BAN ON CORPORATE CONSENTS

Final rejection of any formal and material immunities. No person on the territory of the Republic of Poland – regardless of whether they hold the office of President, Prime Minister, marshal, member of the Sejm, judge or prosecutor – has a protective shield against the law. A report of a committed crime is processed immediately before a common court without the need to obtain any Sejm resolutions or corporate consents.

  • PILLAR 45: DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY AND FULL JURISDICTION OVER PLATFORMS

All global digital corporations, web applications and social networking services that monetize traffic or collect data on the territory of Poland must unconditionally be subject to Polish law and Polish courts. Every entity has a statutory obligation to maintain a physical headquarters in Poland with direct contact to an authorized management under the penalty of immediate domain blocking and financial sanctions.

  • PILLAR 46: CALENDAR JUDICIAL AND PROSECUTORIAL RIGOR (DEADLINES 7/14/30 DAYS)

Introduction of rigid, non-extendable calendar deadlines for courts and prosecutors: a maximum of 7 days to issue incidental orders, 14 days to prepare a written justification of a judgment and 30 days to complete key procedural stages. Exceeding a deadline results in the automatic loss of 50% of the salary of the judge or prosecutor for that month, and a repeat violation – disciplinary removal from the profession.

  • PILLAR 47: TWO-COMPONENT, LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every court judgment, prosecutorial order, administrative decision, bill, regulation and their justification must, under penalty of absolute nullity, bear the legible full first name and surname of the person responsible printed electronically and a handwritten, legible personal signature. The use of illegible initials and anonymous seals is prohibited.

  • PILLAR 48: REAL-TIME BANKING – SETTLEMENTS 24/7/365

All banking and financial institutions operating on the territory of the Republic of Poland have an absolute obligation to book and settle interbank transfers in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year without additional fees. The holding of citizens’ and entrepreneurs’ funds in interbank settlement sessions Elixir and the unlawful use of other people’s capital on weekends and holidays is prohibited.

  • PILLAR 49: MANDATORY VAT REFUND WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS

Statutory obligation to refund overpaid value added tax (VAT) to companies’ bank accounts within a non-extendable period of 7 calendar days from the filing of the return. Companies’ funds constitute the bloodstream of the national economy and cannot be frozen under the pretext of multi-month tax verifications. Any audits may only be conducted in parallel without blocking liquidity.

  • PILLAR 50: THE END OF THE NEW-SPEECH IMMUNITY – PRECISE CRIMINAL QUALIFICATION

An absolute ban on the use by judges, prosecutors and politicians of manipulative new-speech that conceals crimes. Complete elimination of artificial concepts such as “disciplinary offense”, “breach of the dignity of office”, “formal error” or “oversight” in relation to theft, pimping, corruption, election fraud, human rights violations and constitutional betrayal. Any such act is to be qualified and tried directly under the Penal Code with mandatory confiscation of assets!
