GENERAL EDITION TITLE:

JUDGMENT DAY IN THE USA, THE NOOSE TIGHTENS AROUND ZIOBRO AND ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI, THE COLLAPSE OF ZIOBRO'S INSURRECTION AND PANIC IN NAWROCKI'S PALACE!

EDITOR-IN-CHIEF'S COMMENT OF THE DAY: MIECZYSŁAW DZIKOWSKI

Wednesday morning, 4 November 2026, brings to the Republic and the entire free world a moment of historic turning point. In the United States, vote counting is underway after the historic midterm elections to Congress, which according to all intelligence and polling data sweep Donald Trump’s populist regime from the stage and strip him of control over the Senate and the House of Representatives. For the occupants of Pałac Namiestnikowski and Nowogrodzka, who based their entire play for impunity on subservience to the White House and the MAGA movement, this means total geopolitical catastrophe.

In Warsaw the legal noose is inexorably tightening around the authors of coups and organized lawlessness: the National Prosecutor's Office (Prokuratura Krajowa), under the firm hand of Minister Waldemar Żurek, has filed requests for pre-trial detention with the court for Bogdan Święczkowski and Ziobro’s usurpers after their humiliation and physical assault on Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska in front of the Constitutional Tribunal building. At the same time Karol Nawrocki, burdened by testimony accusing him of procuring at the Grand Hotel in Sopot, is frantically trying to save himself by convening a farce called the RBN with the participation of the pro-Russian Grzegorz Braun, which was met with a crushing boycott by Donald Tusk’s government. On Nowogrodzka Jarosław Kaczyński is losing his last swords after the insane call for Polexit in Krynica, while the faction of Mateusz Morawiecki and Janina Goss seizes control of the right’s slush fund.

Gazeta ALGOOMNI shows no mercy for traitors to the law and the sovereign people. We publish the full Constitutional Manifesto: the ALGOOMNI Constitution – All 50 Pillars of the Rule of Law from 1 to 50 with no abridgments. The Nation has reclaimed the Tribunal and will reclaim the whole of Poland!

ARTICLE I: JUDGMENT DAY IN THE USA! TOMASZ WIEJSKI ON THE CONGRESSIONAL ELECTIONS, THE COLLAPSE OF THE MAGA CAMP AND THE END OF TRUMP’S IMPUNITY

Based on correspondence and analysis: Tomasz Wiejski ("Okiem Wiejskiego")

Tuesday election night and Wednesday morning in the United States bring a fundamental breakthrough on the global political stage, marking the beginning of the end of the Donald Trump era and the MAGA populist movement. Investigative journalist Tomasz Wiejski, reporting from across the ocean, presents results coming in from key states in the U.S. midterm elections to Congress, which with great force overturn the Republican monopoly on the Capitol. American voters, tired of the corruption of the Trump clan, the blackmailing of NATO allies and the White House’s open subservience to Vladimir Putin’s demands, flocked to the polls en masse, delivering Democrats a spectacular victory. Gaining a majority in the House of Representatives and regaining control of the Senate – including sensational wins in traditionally conservative southern states – is a political verdict on Trump, who loses the ability to paralyze the state single-handedly. Wiejski argues that congressional procedures will immediately begin to establish investigative committees probing illegal transfers of $2.3 billion to cryptocurrency accounts of the president’s sons and Jared Kushner’s Saudi billions. Most importantly for Poland and Central Europe, a democratic Congress will definitively block any attempts at capitulation to Russia, forcing full military support for Ukraine and reinforcement of the Alliance’s eastern flank. For Trump’s political acolytes in Poland – led by Karol Nawrocki and Jarosław Kaczyński – this result means total diplomatic disaster and isolation. Nowogrodzka’s mad calculations that Trump would save the PiS arrangement from prison and help lead Poland out of the European Union have been shattered. The rule of law and democratic institutions reclaim primacy on both sides of the Atlantic. Directly inscribed into this global lesson of sovereignty is Pillar 27 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which establishes ironclad anti-authoritarian safeguards protecting the Republic from self-styled dictators. In accordance with Pillar 18 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, a total ban is introduced on subordinating Polish politics to the influence of foreign lobbyists and external cliques. Furthermore Pillar 48 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution requires real-time banking 24/7/365, blocking international laundering of politicians’ dirty money.

ARTICLE II: THE NOOSE AROUND ZIOBRO AND ŚWIĘCZKOWSKI TIGHTENS! TOMASZ SZWEJGIERT ON ARREST REQUESTS AND PANIC IN THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

Based on the investigation by: Tomasz Szwejgiert ("Z Bańki" – Media Network)

Editor Tomasz Szwejgiert on the programme „Z Bańki” reveals stunning facts about a major strike by the National Prosecutor's Office (Prokuratura Krajowa) against the structures of an organized criminal group operating in the former Ministry of Justice and the National Prosecutor's Office under the leadership of Zbigniew Ziobro and Bogdan Święczkowski. After the lawful judges of the Constitutional Tribunal (Trybunał Konstytucyjny) suspended Święczkowski and cut him off from the building on Szucha Avenue, prosecutors of the Internal Affairs Department under the supervision of Waldemar Żurek compiled evidentiary material that leaves no doubt as to the scale of the official crimes committed. Szwejgiert reveals that motions to lift parliamentary and judicial immunities and to impose three-month pretrial detention on Święczkowski, Barski and their closest collaborators have reached the desks of the competent authorities. The charges cover not only the unlawful copying and removal from the prosecutor's office and the Constitutional Tribunal of covert storage devices from the surveillance of attorney Roman Giertych, but also the direct orchestration of fabricated false charges under article 234 of the Criminal Code against inconvenient investigative journalists, including Tomasz Szwejgiert himself and Jan Piński. In addition, investigators secured transcripts of meetings in which forceful retention of power and blocking of European court rulings were planned. Szwejgiert points to the panic that broke out in the District Prosecutor's Office in Zamość and in Warsaw, where prosecutors hitherto obedient to Ziobro are massively cooperating with the lawful authorities, giving extensive testimony in exchange for a more lenient sentence. The myth of Godzilla's alleged impunity has crumbled to rubble – Święczkowski, who until recently pushed away judges and terrorised the judiciary, now faces many years of imprisonment in a cell. The justice that Poles have been waiting for through years of the destruction of the state is beginning to be enforced without the slightest compromises. Into this process of inevitable reckoning fits Pillar 10 and Pillar 16 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which require the full declassification of the Pegasus wiretap register and the trial of official crimes before a citizen jury. In accordance with Filar 43 Konstytucji ALGOOMNI, for crimes of power one is sentenced exclusively to aggravated imprisonment increased by 50% without the right to suspension, and Filar 44 forbids demanding any corporate consents for the arrest of criminals in robes.

ARTICLE III: NAWROCKI AFTER THE ASSAULT ON A JUDGE: THE MORAL BOTTOM OF THE PRESIDENCY PALACE, A SHAME FOR THE WHOLE WORLD AND THE SPECTRE OF DEPOSITION

Based on an investigation: Jan Piński ("Bez cenzury" (Without Censorship))

Editor Jan Piński, in a uncompromising analysis on the programme “Bez cenzury”, sums up an international scandal and the moral degradation of the office of the president to which Karol Nawrocki has led with his bandit-like behaviour in front of the Constitutional Tribunal. Recordings revealed by judge Maciej Berek and attorney Roman Giertych, on which the acting head of state can be seen personally yanking and pushing judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, have provoked a wave of outrage in the media around the world. The French Le Monde, the German Der Spiegel and the British The Guardian openly write about Poland being compromised by a man with the mentality of a nightclub bouncer, calling him outright “a ladies’ boxer”. Jan Piński argues that Nawrocki’s physical aggression was an expression of helpless fury after the lawful General Assembly of Constitutional Tribunal judges refused to admit the suspended Bogdan Święczkowski and regained control of the building. Instead of honourably representing the Republic, Nawrocki behaved like a participant in a common hooligan brawl, which constitutes a direct violation of Article 126 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and merits immediate criminal charges before the State Tribunal and ordinary courts. Worse still, in the Gdańsk court, sworn witness testimony confirmed that the future president, while working in security at the Sopot Grand Hotel, personally participated in procuring and bringing prostitutes for hotel guests, boasting about the cash he earned in this way. Piński points out that a man with such a past and such methods of operation has become untouchable in international salons — no self-respecting leader will shake his hand, and Polish diplomacy suffers unimaginable reputational losses. The spectre of a deposition procedure and Nawrocki’s removal from office hangs in the air, and society demands the restoration of basic decency. This palace pathology is struck directly Pillar 5 and Pillar 7 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which abolish presidential immunity and introduce mandatory quarterly toxicological testing and criminal vetting for the highest officials under penalty of automatic termination of mandate. In accordance with Pillar 27 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, aggression against the constitutional organs of the state results in the immediate suspension of the head of state from office by operation of law, and Pillar 50 forbids covering up common violence with Newspeak about the dignity of the office.

ARTICLE IV: BOYCOTT OF THE PALACE RBN: PRIME MINISTER DONALD TUSK’S GOVERNMENT CUTS NAWROCKI AND BRAUN OFF FROM STATE SECRETS AND DEFENCE

Based on a security analysis by: Tomasz Wiejski (“Okiem Wiejskiego”)

Investigative journalist Tomasz Wiejski, in an afternoon commentary, mercilessly criticizes the collapse of the palace stunt that the meeting of the National Security Council (RBN) convened by Karol Nawrocki was supposed to be. The unanimous and firm decision of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the marshals of the Sejm and Senate and the heads of the defence and foreign affairs ministries to completely boycott that meeting showed that a democratic state cannot be blackmailed by people from the underworld and influence agents. Wiejski reveals that the real aim of convening the National Security Council by the Pałac Namiestnikowski was a desperate attempt to break the sanitary cordon around Grzegorz Braun and the extreme, openly pro‑Russian circles of Confederation. Nawrocki, bound to Braun by the Gietrzwałd pact, intended to allow people who for years have repeated the Kremlin narrative, attack the presence of NATO forces in Poland and call for betrayal of war‑stricken Ukraine access to strictly classified intelligence and operational data. In conditions of an ongoing hybrid war and regular provocations on the border by the regimes of Putin and Łukaszenka, handing over sensitive information about the Republic of Poland’s defence plans to people linked to Moscow would be a textbook act of sabotage. Tomasz Wiejski praises the fact that Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak‑Kamysz and Minister Radosław Sikorski put their feet down, preventing the leak of state secrets and protecting the trust of our allies in the North Atlantic Alliance. Nawrocki, sitting in an empty hall of the Pałac with a handful of his terrified advisers, was definitively cut off from any real influence on the country’s security. Instead of yielding to palace blackmail, Prime Minister Tusk’s government took concrete decisions in the Prime Minister’s Chancellery to accelerate the construction of Tarcza Wschód and the modernization of the army. The sanitary cordon around the influence network became a hard fact. This defence of state secrets is powerfully reflected Pillar 18 and Pillar 31 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI, which prohibit any influence of foreign intelligence services and lobbyists on defence policy and mandate full armament sovereignty with proprietary source codes. In accordance with Pillar 25 of the Constitution of ALGOOMNI, a full publication of the register of secret collaborators of the services in public institutions is ordered, and Pillar 40 triggers a legal automatism suspending any official sabotaging the Polish raison d'état.

ARTICLE V: THE COLLAPSE OF ZIOBRO'S REBELLION AT THE TK: LEGAL JUDGES TAKE OVER ARCHIVES, SERVERS AND THE CLASSIFIED CHANCERY

Based on investigative findings: Mariusz Kowalewski ("Śledztwa i Fakty")

Investigative journalist Mariusz Kowalewski exposes the background of a major audit and securing operation that began in the building of the Constitutional Tribunal immediately after the removal of Ziobro's barricade and the blocking of entry for Bogdan Święczkowski. The lawful acting President of the Constitutional Tribunal, judge Małgorzata Korwin-Piotrowska, together with judge Maciej Berek and with the assistance of police officers and forensic IT experts, secured the main servers, the secret office and the archives of the adjudicatory chamber. Kowalewski reveals that Ziobro's supporters attempted in the last hours to destroy hard drives and wipe the cache of multifunction devices that had been used to record illegal copying of classified operational materials from Pegasus wiretaps. These actions were, however, thwarted in time by prosecutors, and the secured files contain indisputable evidence that court dockets and adjudicating panels were for years arranged directly at the behest of Jarosław Kaczyński, Mateusz Morawiecki and Zbigniew Ziobro. Experts also recovered deleted emails from Święczkowski's inbox in which he issued orders to fabricate pseudo-rulings intended to block payments of EU funds to Poland and to protect thieves from RARS and Orlen from bailiffs. Moreover, the suspension of state budget financing and the revocation of banking privileges for Ziobro's directors has left the apparatus of the caste completely paralyzed financially. Judges of the lawful Tribunal have initiated procedures to annul rulings issued with the participation of doubles and neo-judges, restoring the compliance of Polish law with European and constitutional norms. Mariusz Kowalewski emphasizes that the building on Aleja Szucha has ceased to be a party den, returning to the role of guardian of citizens’ rights. This institutional cleansing is directly struck by Pillar 40 and Pillar 41 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution, which delegalize neo-judges by operation of law, prohibit them from adjudicating and transfer their pension entitlements to the universal Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) system. In accordance with As Pillar 9 of the ALGOOMNI Constitution,, a strict order for the receipt of cases with a blockchain timestamp is introduced without the possibility of manipulating dockets, and Pillar 32 permanently suspends any salaries for the suspended usurpers.

ARTICLE VI: SPLIT ON NOWOGRODZKA: MORAWIECKI AND JANINA GOSS TAKE OVER THE ASSETS OF PiS AFTER THE DISGRACED CONGRESS IN KRYNICA

Based on a political investigation: Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert

A shocking investigation by Jan Piński and Tomasz Szwejgiert casts a merciless light on the final collapse of Jarosław Kaczyński's dictatorship and the irreversible split within Law and Justice. After the president's frenzied speech in Krynica, where in an act of despair he announced the start of negotiations about Polexit, the faction of banksters and technocrats clustered around Mateusz Morawiecki moved into open rebellion. Szwejgiert reveals that a key figure in dismantling Kaczyński's empire turned out to be Janina Goss — the longtime confidante of the president, called the party's hard drive, who after being ousted from the supervisory boards of Orlen and PGE took all the paperwork with her to Morawiecki's camp. Goss handed the former prime minister complete documentation of illegal financial flows in the company Srebrna, the secrets of financing Telewizja Republika and compromising files on the dictator's closest circle from Żoliborz. Armed with this powerful blackmail capital and hundreds of millions of zloty hidden in companies and foundations, Morawiecki registered the party Rozwój Plus and offered MPs and local structures full financing for the 2027 campaign. As a result, Nowogrodzka emptied: MPs who until now kissed the president's hands are signing declarations of loyalty to Morawiecki en masse, leaving Kaczyński with a handful of fanatics such as Janusz Kowalski and Antoni Macierewicz. Ziobro loyalists and people of Jacek Sasin, stripped of protection in the Constitutional Tribunal and cut off from state sinecures, have ended up on the political graveyard, awaiting prosecutor's summonses. Piński and Szwejgiert point out that the right-wing camp is rotting from within in a fight over the scraps of plundered loot, which ultimately buries their chances of returning to power. This mafioso property structure is struck with full severity Pillar 3 and Pillar 12 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, which command an uncompromising zero option and the confiscation of the assets of all PiS-aligned factions and a total ban on politicians sitting on the boards of State Treasury companies. According to Pillar 29 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, asset declarations must disclose 100% of family foundations and assets transferred to spouses, and Pillar 36 completely abolishes budgetary subsidies for political parties.

ARTICLE VII: POLEXIT AS NATIONAL TREASON: WHY THE POLISH COUNTRYSIDE AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES HAVE CATEGORICALLY TURNED AWAY FROM KACZYŃSKI?

Based on social analysis: Tomasz Wiejski ("Okiem Wiejskiego")

Editor Tomasz Wiejski in the programme „Okiem Wiejskiego” presents an unprecedented process of revolt and rejection that Jarosław Kaczyński’s words about taking Poland out of the European Union have triggered in the traditional electorate of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość. Wiejski argues, based on reports from Podkarpacie, Lubelszczyzna, Podlasie and Wielkopolska, that Polish farmers and local government officials have defined the Krynica declaration as an open act of treason and an assault on their material livelihood. For more than two decades of Poland’s presence in the European Union, hundreds of billions of zloty in direct payments, modernization funds and retention programmes have reached the Polish countryside, which changed the face of Polish agriculture and made our country a food-exporting power. The vision of Polexit means immediate bankruptcy for hundreds of thousands of farms: the return of tariffs at the borders, loss of sales markets in Germany and France and severing from European subsidies. In county towns and municipalities, councillors and mayors from PiS are tearing up their party cards, not wanting to be associated with the madness that would condemn their regions to infrastructural collapse. Tomasz Wiejski exposes Kaczyński’s lies, who tried to explain Polexit as a supposed defence of sovereignty against the Green Deal, reminding that it was the government of Mateusz Morawiecki that signed all the EU climate documents, and today the leader is trying to flee into anti-European fanaticism just to cover up the hotel scandal of Karol Nawrocki. Polls indicate that support for EU membership in the Polish countryside is a record 82%, which means Kaczyński has personally destroyed the foundation on which PiS has built its power over the past decade. Farmers do not intend to perish for the sick ambitions of a bitter old man from Żoliborz and his pro-Russian advisers. Firmly in defence of the Polish raison d'état stands Pillar 20 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, which guarantees a binding citizens’ referendum without a turnout threshold, taking away politicians’ monopoly on deciding international treaties. In accordance with Pillar 11 and Pillar 18 of the Constitution ALGOOMNI, every politician pushing for the destruction of economic ties with the West is liable financially and criminally for diplomatic treason, and Pillar 49 guarantees a mandatory VAT refund for farmers and entrepreneurs within a maximum of 7 days.

ARTICLE VIII: GEOPOLITICAL RETURN OF POLAND TO THE GAME: THE GOVERNMENT OF TUSK AND SIKORSKI BUILDS A NEW SECURITY ARCHITECTURE IN NATO

Based on an international analysis: the Strategic Analysis Team of Gazeta ALGOOMNI

In an extensive geopolitical report the Strategic Analysis Team presents a spectacular restoration of Poland’s international position under the leadership of Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski after years of PiS isolation and diplomatic hooliganism. While Karol Nawrocki discredits himself with scuffles with judges under the Constitutional Tribunal, and Jarosław Kaczyński rants about Polexit, the Polish government is emerging as the undisputed leader of the Trójkąt Weimarski and a key architect of defense policy in Central and Eastern Europe. The success of economic missions to Asia, the recovery of billions from the KPO and direct relations with the new parliamentary majority in Washington mean that Warsaw’s voice carries more weight in Brussels and at NATO headquarters than at any time since joining the Alliance in 1999. The team of analysts argues that Poland is becoming the main logistical and military hub of the free world, and that construction of the Tarcza Wschód has gained the status of a strategic EU project financed from European defense bonds. Prime Minister Tusk, marginalizing palace saboteurs, is firmly enforcing spending on modernization of the Polish arms industry, emphasizing technology transfer and cooperation with the largest corporations from the USA, Korea and Germany. Radosław Sikorski mercilessly exposes the hypocrisy of PiS politicians who for years bought field altars instead of helmets and ammunition, restoring professionalism to the Polish diplomatic service. In the face of the inevitable defeat of Russian imperialism in Ukraine, a strong, democratic Poland rooted in the European Union is the foundation of stability for the whole continent. Directly fitting into this national security strategy is Pillar 31 of the Konstytucja ALGOOMNI (ALGOOMNI Constitution), which mandates unconditional armament sovereignty, the transfer of source codes and Polish maintenance for every military contract. In accordance with Pillar 42 of the Konstytucja ALGOOMNI (ALGOOMNI Constitution), intermediaries and shell companies in arms trade are eliminated, and Pillar 45 guarantees full jurisdiction over global technology corporations operating in the Republic of Poland. A free, strong and secure Poland moves forward!

MANIFESTO OF THE POLITICAL SYSTEM: KONSTYTUCJA ALGOOMNI (ALGOOMNI CONSTITUTION) – 50 PILLARS OF THE RULE OF LAW

CITIZENAL SOVEREIGNTY, PURE POWER AND THE COMPLETE ELIMINATION OF IMPUNITY

PART I: ELECTORAL SOVEREIGNTY AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LAWLESSNESS (PILLARS 1–10)

  • PILLAR 1: THE SACREDNESS OF EVERY VOTE AND PHYSICAL CONTROL OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE

Every cast vote is the highest, direct and inviolable mandate of the sovereign people in the state. No digital algorithm, politicized National Electoral Commission nor party arrangement has the right to annul, falsify or distort the will of citizens. An absolute requirement of physical verifiability of a paper ballot is introduced, together with 24/7 monitoring of the vote-counting process with direct HD-quality transmission on the open internet. Falsifying a vote or manipulating an election protocol is treated as the crime of high treason, punishable by life imprisonment with mandatory, total confiscation of the perpetrators’ and principals’ assets.

  • PILLAR 2: RECOUNTING OF VOTES FROM THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

A statutory, immediate mandate to carry out full, commission inspections and a complete, one hundred percent public recount of all ballots from the 2025 presidential election before television cameras and in the presence of independent trusted witnesses. Occupying the highest office in the state under the shadow of manipulated protocols, ballot stuffing and the systemic paralysis of the Supreme Court requires a full clarification of material truth. If forgeries are confirmed, the usurper is to be immediately removed from office and the guilty brought to criminal responsibility.

  • PILLAR 3: ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE PI S SYSTEM — AN ABSOLUTE "ZERO OPTION" WITH NO PRIVILEGES

Full, uncompromising criminal, constitutional and property liability for officials of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość and their coalition partners for the systemic dismantling of separation of powers, devastation of the rule of law and brazen looting of billions of zloty in the Governmental Strategic Reserves Agency, PKN Orlen, Grupa Lotos, NCBR, the Justice Fund and TVP. Any amnesties, clean slates, statutes of limitation or political concessions are excluded — every scandal will be settled to the very bottom with full, absolute forfeiture of the misappropriated property to the State Treasury.

  • PILLAR 4: HOLDING THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT TO ACCOUNT FOR OMISSIONS, DILATORY CONDUCT AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

A government elected with a democratic mandate to restore the rule of law that, in the name of conformism, political fear, café deals or party coalition calculations, chooses dilatoriness, sabotage of reforms and the sin of omission, bears direct constitutional and criminal responsibility. Deliberately blocking the accountability of predecessors’ crimes is treated as direct complicity in the crime of abetment and results in the immediate shortening of the parliament’s term and the resignation of the government.

  • PILLAR 5: COMPLETE AND DEFINITIVE ABOLITION OF ALL IMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE

The definitive elimination of parliamentary immunities (deputy, senator, European), judicial, prosecutorial, ministerial, official and presidential immunity. All citizens, without the slightest exception, are one hundred percent equal before the law and answer before independent common courts from free footing or pretrial detention. Immunity has become a pathological, criminal shield protecting corruption, procuring, thievery, violence and the impunity of demoralized political elites.

  • PILLAR 6: MANDATORY TWO-TERM LIMITS IN ALL ORGANS OF POWER

Introduction of a hard, non-negotiable limit of a maximum of two terms (counted cumulatively over a person’s entire life) for deputies, senators, city presidents, mayors, heads of communes, councilors, and presidents of state agencies and central offices. An end to the lifelong, professional caste of politicians welded to their seats for decades, treating public mandate as a private manor and forming oligarchic bureaucratic clans preying on taxpayers.

  • PILLAR 7: MANDATORY, QUARTERLY TOXICOLOGY TESTS AT THE TOPS OF POWER

Obligatory, fully independent and random laboratory tests (from blood, urine and hair samples) for the presence of narcotics, psychotropic substances, designer drugs and alcohol, carried out without fail every three months for the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, members of the government, deputies, senators and judges of all levels. Refusal to submit to testing or detection of prohibited substances results in the immediate, automatic termination of the mandate by operation of law and a lifetime ban on holding public office.

  • PILLAR 8: A CIVIC CONSTITUTION WITH RIGID CALENDAR DEADLINES

A new Fundamental Law drafted directly by citizens and independent experts, completely free of discretionary, rubbery and corruption-prone phrases such as “immediately”, “within a reasonable time” or “without undue delay”. They would be replaced by absolute, rigid calendar days under penalty of automatic loss of office by an official, judge or president in the event of exceeding the prescribed deadline.

  • PILLAR 9: STRICT ORDER OF CASE RECEIPT IN COURTS AND OFFICES – NO MORE “FREEZERS”

A statutory requirement to process and consider cases strictly according to the precise, second-by-second date of their receipt by courts, prosecutor’s offices and public administration, implementing a digital timestamp using blockchain technology. The final end to political freezers of inconvenient cases, manipulation of court calendars and deliberate delay of proceedings to cause statutes of limitation to expire.

  • PILLAR 10: FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF THE LIST OF ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED

Immediate publication of a complete, open register of all people surveilled with cyberweapons (Pegasus, Hermes, Predator and related systems), together with the names of the officers and prosecutors who ordered the wiretaps. Society, journalists and citizens have an inalienable right to the full truth, and any compensation for victims of surveillance will be paid in full from the private assets of the decision-makers of the services.

PART II: CLEAN POWER, ANTI-CORRUPTION AND TRANSPARENCY (PILLARS 11–20)

  • PILLAR 11: FULL CRIMINAL AND ASSET LIABILITY FOR OFFICIALS

Introduction of personal criminal, civil and asset liability (with all present and future assets, including those transferred to spouses, relatives and foundations) for the president, prime ministers, ministers, the president of the National Bank of Poland, parliamentarians, local government officials, judges and prosecutors for knowingly violating the Constitution, corruption, fabricating evidence and unlawful decisions that harm citizens or the State Treasury.

  • PILLAR 12: TOTAL BAN ON HOLDING MULTIPLE POSITIONS AND ON HOLDING POSITIONS IN STATE-OWNED COMPANIES

An absolute ban on sitting on management boards, supervisory boards and advisory bodies of state-owned companies, municipal companies and government agencies for ministers, deputies, senators, heads of communes, mayors, councilors and members of their immediate families (with a mandatory five-year cooling-off period after the end of the mandate). State companies to be run exclusively by apolitical professionals selected in transparent competitions.

  • PILLAR 13: ABSOLUTE BAN ON CHANGING PARTY AFFILIATION – NO MORE POLITICAL TOURISM

The mandate of a deputy, senator or councilor is inextricably tied to the will of the voters expressed on the list of the given electoral committee. Abandoning a parliamentary group, joining another party or political corruption will result in the automatic, immediate expiry of the mandate by operation of law and the assumption of the position by the next person on the list who obtained the highest result. An end to trading the sovereign people’s votes.

  • PILLAR 14: MANDATORY PRESENCE AT VOTES AND SEJM SESSIONS

The work of a parliamentarian and a councilor is a strict, accountable duty of service to the Nation. Unjustified absence from sittings of the Sejm, Senate, committees or votes exceeding 10% in a quarter results in the automatic deprivation of the mandate by operation of law, a lifetime ban on candidacy and irreversible loss of entitlement to severance pay and a parliamentary pension.

  • PILLAR 15: FULL TRANSPARENCY OF EXPENDITURE – PAYMENTS ONLY BY CARD

A total ban on cash, lump-sum and advance expense settlements in parliamentary, presidential, government and local government activities. All office expenses, expert reports, hotels, travel and purchases must be paid exclusively by a named official card linked to an open online register accessible to every citizen in real time. Fraudulently claiming mileage allowance is treated as common fraud prosecuted ex officio.

  • PILLAR 16: NO MORE “SACRED COWS” – EQUAL LAW AND A JURY TRIAL

Definitive abolition of separate procedures, corporate disciplinary courts and social arrangements protecting politicians, prosecutors, judges, intelligence agents and the pseudo-journalists associated with them. Any official crime, cover-up, corruption or fabrication of operational files will be tried publicly before a citizens’ jury randomly selected from among citizens.

  • PILLAR 17: SYSTEMIC PROTECTION AND STRICT SUPERVISION OF FORMER SERVICE OFFICERS

Officers of the special services (Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW), Internal Security Agency (ABW), Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), Military Intelligence Service (SWW)) possessing knowledge of state secrets cannot be abandoned on the open market as prey for the mafia, organized crime and foreign intelligence services. A ten-year ban is introduced on working for foreign entities and in sensitive sectors (cryptocurrencies, finance, private detective work, political parties), combined with a dignified state analytical salary and strict counterintelligence protection.

  • PILLAR 18: BLOCKING INFILTRATION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS AND A BAN ON LOBBYING

Every draft law, regulation and parliamentary amendment must have an open, digital register of authors with given names and surnames and a full lobbying trail. An absolute ban is introduced on drafting laws by private law firms and lobbyists of foreign capital. Attempts to smuggle provisions at the behest of corporations or foreign capitals are treated as diplomatic treason punishable by many years of imprisonment.

  • PILLAR 19: COMPLETE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE AND TAXATION OF THE CLERGY

Immediate liquidation of the Church Fund, taxation of the revenues of religious associations on general terms and an absolute ban on transferring State Treasury and local government property at giveaway prices or with discounts. Religious associations may be financed only from voluntary tax deductions by believers in the annual PIT return.

  • PILLAR 20: CITIZEN VETO AND BINDING REFERENDUM WITHOUT A TURNOUT THRESHOLD

Restoration of real power to the sovereign people: a proposal supported by 500,000 citizens’ signatures obliges the Sejm to call a nationwide referendum within 90 days. The referendum result is absolutely binding on all state authorities without applying any turnout threshold. The executive and legislative authorities are categorically prohibited from modifying or delaying the will of the Nation expressed in a referendum.

PART III: TRANSPARENCY, DIGITALISATION AND STATE SECURITY (PILLARS 21–30)

  • PILLAR 21: DIGITAL TRANSPARENCY AND RESPONSIBILITY – NO MORE TROLL FARMS

Requirement of full identity verification and use of real data when publishing press articles, running newspapers and registering accounts on public-facing social media. An end to paid troll farms, party bots and organised disinformation that destroys public debate – every participant bears full personal civil and criminal liability for their words.

  • PILLAR 22: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF SERVICE – MANDATORY BODY CAMERAS

Absolute obligation to audiovisually record all official activities carried out by tax officials, customs officers, police officers and uniformed and special service officers using continuously active body-worn cameras. Deliberately turning off a camera, covering the lens or destroying a recording results in automatic dismissal from service with a lifetime ban and the annulment of any charges against the citizen.

  • PILLAR 23: DIRECT ELECTIONS AND RECALL OF JUDGES, PROSECUTORS AND MINISTERS

Introduction of universal, direct citizen elections and a mechanism for recall by the sovereign people by vote of district court judges, district prosecutors, senior officials, ministers and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. Elimination of party nomination quotas, cabinet cliques and corrupt promotions in favor of direct verification by citizens.

  • PILLAR 24: COMPLETE DECLASSIFICATION OF IPN ARCHIVES AND PRL SECURITY SERVICES

Immediate, 100% opening and full online publication of all archival materials, personal and operational files of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) and the communist special services (SB, WSW, Second Directorate of the General Staff). Elimination of all restricted collections to definitively cut off file blackmail and the hiding of the agent pasts of public persons.

  • PILLAR 25: PUBLIC LIST OF ILLEGAL SERVICE COLLABORATORS IN TRUSTED PROFESSIONS

Absolute publication of a complete register of persons holding positions of public trust (judges, prosecutors, advocates, legal counsels, doctors, journalists) who were illegally recruited or undertook clandestine cooperation with the special services (including the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA)). Secret entanglement in the justice system and the media constitutes an existential threat to the constitutional order.

  • PILLAR 26: MODERN AND DEFENSIVE EDUCATION – AI, DEFENSE AND PROGRAMMING

Definitive removal of religious education from public schools and allocation of the saved billions to subjects of key civilisational and strategic importance: practical defense preparation, marksmanship, medical rescue, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and advanced programming from the youngest ages.

  • PILLAR 27: SYSTEMIC ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN SAFEGUARDS – BLOCKING DICTATORSHIP

Implementation of hard, systemic control safeguards preventing authoritarian usurpation by the executive and presidential power. Any attempt to refuse to appoint a lawful government, block judicial nominations or manipulate elections results in the automatic suspension of the presidential office by law and the takeover of duties by the Marshal of the Sejm.

  • PILLAR 28: TOTAL TRANSPARENCY OF REMUNERATION ACROSS THE ENTIRE PUBLIC SECTOR

Introduction of absolute transparency of all salaries, bonuses, rewards (including at the National Bank of Poland (NBP) and the President’s Chancellery), functional allowances and per diems received by politicians, members of government, state and local government officials and the authorities of foundations using public funds or collections. A publicly accessible online register of remuneration operating in real time will eliminate hidden corruption and party sinecures.

  • PILLAR 29: ASSET DECLARATIONS 100% PUBLIC, COMPUTER-BASED AND INCLUDING FAMILY

Complete elimination of secrecy clauses in asset declarations of persons holding public office. Obligation to complete declarations in a standardized digital format with a real market valuation of real estate, cryptocurrencies, shares in companies and assets transferred to spouses, children and family foundations under penalty of mandatory confiscation of undisclosed property.

  • PILLAR 30: COMPLETE ANNULMENT OF THE TWO-WEEK GOVERNMENT'S DECISIONS OF 2023

Statutory recognition as absolutely void ab initio of all financial decisions, resolutions, personnel appointments, grants and asset transfers made by the so-called two-week government of Mateusz Morawiecki from November 2023. All acts are to be immediately erased and withdrawn funds returned to the state budget.

PART IV: ECONOMIC, DEFENSIVE AND LEGAL SOVEREIGNTY (PILLARS 31–40)

  • PILLAR 31: DEFENSE SOVEREIGNTY – SOURCE CODES AND MANDATORY OFFSET

An absolute statutory requirement that every defense contract concluded by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland include full industrial offset, technology transfer, servicing in Polish facilities and the handover of complete source codes and operational accesses to the Republic. A ban on purchasing bare equipment that makes the country’s security dependent on the whims and decisions of foreign capitals.

  • PILLAR 32: ZERO SALARY FOR SUSPENDED OFFICIALS AND JUDGES

Immediate suspension of payment of salaries, allowances and all emoluments for prosecutors, judges and senior state officials in the event of their formal suspension from duties or the initiation of criminal proceedings for breach of the law. An end to paying tens of thousands of zloty monthly for inactivity to people of the old system.

  • PILLAR 33: NO SEVERANCE PAY OR "GOLDEN PARACHUTES" IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Total elimination of severance payments, gigantic compensation for non-compete clauses and golden parachutes for ministers, deputy ministers, presidents of the National Bank of Poland, village heads, mayors, city presidents and members of management boards and supervisory boards of State Treasury and municipal companies. Work for the state is service, not a tool for milking the budget by party appointees.

  • PILLAR 34: ONE MAJOR INVESTIGATION INTO THE 2025 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Mandatory consolidation of all scattered proceedings concerning election protests, irregularities and suspicions of fraud in the 2025 presidential election into one large nationwide investigation conducted directly under the supervision of the Attorney General with public broadcast of hearings in order to punish the backers of the assault on the election.

  • PILLAR 35: LIQUIDATION OF THE CBA AND THE POLITICIZED INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE

Definitive liquidation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) and the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) – institutions transformed by the party apparatus into political police, hook factories and centers for protecting power networks. Anti-corruption competencies are assumed by the Central Police Investigation Bureau (CBŚP), and IPN archives are to be 100% declassified and transferred to the State Archives.

  • PILLAR 36: UNIVERSAL VOTING OBLIGATION AND SECURE HYBRID VOTING

Introduction by statute of a universal obligation to participate in elections for all adult citizens modeled on proven democratic systems. Implementation of secure, encrypted internet voting based on blockchain technology in full coexistence with polling stations. Total abolition of party subsidies and repeal of the archaic election silence.

  • PILLAR 37: RIGID DEADLINES RESOLVING CASES IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZEN

Removal from all legal acts and codes of discretionary procedural phrases. Introduction of rigid calendar deadlines for an office or court to resolve a matter – exceeding them results in the automatic, definitive resolution of the case in favor of the citizen (the principle of tacit consent and recognition of the claim), and the dilatory official bears personal financial liability.

  • PILLAR 38: CITIZENAL MONOPOLY ON CREATING A NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Absolute exclusion from the process of drafting the New Fundamental Law of former and current members of the Sejm, Senate, ministers, presidents and representatives of party legal corporations. The new Constitution must be an act of the sovereign people: prepared by a Citizens' Assembly selected by lot with the support of independent experts and approved in a nationwide referendum.

  • PILLAR 39: THE STATUS OF A POLITICIAN AS A HIRED EMPLOYEE OF THE NATION

Statutory definition of the legal status of a deputy, senator and councilor as a hired employee of the Nation. Mandatory presence at votes under penalty of immediate disciplinary dismissal and loss of emoluments. Changing a parliamentary club or party during a term automatically results in the mandate expiring by operation of law.

  • PILLAR 40: INSTITUTIONAL AUTOMATISM OF THE RULE OF LAW – NO MORE BLOCKAGES

Implementation of a strict regime of responsibility for all state bodies for refusal to execute final judgments, rulings and court resolutions. When a public official, president, minister or judge delays fulfilling a constitutional duty (e.g. taking oaths from judges or signing ambassadorial nominations), the IT system automatically suspends them from duties after 14 days and initiates removal from office procedures.

PART V: JUSTICE, FINANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY (PILLARS 41–50)

  • PILLAR 41: DELEGALISATION OF NEO-JUDGES, BAN ON RULING AND STRIPPING OF STIPENDS

All judges appointed in blatant violation of the Constitution by the politicized neo-National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) and doubles in the Constitutional Tribunal are by operation of law permanently sidelined from adjudication. Their acts of appointment are deemed void. They are immediately stripped of undue immunities and luxurious retirement privileges and moved into the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), bearing full criminal responsibility for unlawful judgments issued.

  • PILLAR 42: ABSOLUTE BAN ON INTERMEDIARIES IN PUBLIC AND DEFENSE CONTRACTS

In the execution of state, local government, infrastructure, fuel and military procurements, a rigorous ban is introduced on the participation of any intermediaries, shell companies (such as OTS), advisory entities and commission agents. Contracts may be concluded only directly with certified manufacturers under penalty of presumption of the crime of corruption and treason.

  • PILLAR 43: MANDATORY ABSOLUTE IMPRISONMENT FOR OFFICIALS AND POLITICIANS

Politicians, members of government, deputies, senators, judges, prosecutors and senior state officials who commit crimes in connection with their functions are completely deprived of the possibility of suspended sentences. For corruption, abuse of power, paid influence or theft of public property, only unconditional imprisonment is imposed, increased by a minimum of 50% compared to general sanctions.

  • PILLAR 44: ABSOLUTE JURISDICTIONAL EQUALITY – BAN ON CORPORATE CONSENTS

Final rejection of any formal and material immunities. No person on the territory of the Republic of Poland – regardless of whether they hold the office of President, Prime Minister, marshal, member of parliament, judge or prosecutor – has a protective shield against the law. A notification of a committed crime shall be processed immediately before an ordinary court without the need to obtain any Sejm resolutions or corporate consents.

  • PILLAR 45: DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY AND FULL JURISDICTION OVER PLATFORMS

All global digital corporations, web applications and social networks that monetize traffic or collect data on the territory of Poland must unconditionally be subject to Polish law and Polish courts. Every entity has a statutory obligation to have a physical registered office in Poland with direct contact details for an authorized management under penalty of immediate domain blocking and financial sanctions.

  • PILLAR 46: CALENDAR COURT AND PROSECUTORIAL RIGOR (DEADLINES 7/14/30 DAYS)

Introduction of strict, non-extendable calendar deadlines for courts and prosecutor’s offices: a maximum of 7 days to issue incidental rulings, 14 days to prepare a written justification of a judgment and 30 days to conclude key procedural stages. Exceeding a deadline results in the automatic loss of 50% of the judge’s or prosecutor’s salary for that month, and a repeat violation leads to disciplinary removal from the profession.

  • PILLAR 47: TWO-COMPONENT, LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every court judgment, prosecutorial ruling, administrative decision, bill, regulation and their justification must, under penalty of absolute invalidity, bear the legible full given name and surname of the responsible person printed in computer font and a handwritten, legible personal signature. The use of illegible initials and anonymous stamps is prohibited.

  • PILLAR 48: REAL-TIME BANKING – SETTLEMENTS 24/7/365

All banking and financial institutions operating on the territory of the Republic of Poland have an unconditional obligation to post and settle interbank transfers in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year without additional fees. It is forbidden to hold citizens’ and entrepreneurs’ funds in interbank settlement sessions such as Elixir and to unlawfully use other people’s capital on weekends and holidays.

  • PILLAR 49: MANDATORY VAT REFUND WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS

Statutory obligation to refund overpaid value added tax (VAT) to entrepreneurs’ bank accounts within a non-extendable period of up to 7 calendar days from the filing of the return. Companies’ funds are the lifeblood of the national economy and cannot be frozen under the pretext of multi-month tax verifications. Any audits may only be carried out in parallel without blocking financial liquidity.

  • PILLAR 50: AN END TO THE NEWSPEAK OF IMPUNITY – PRECISE CRIMINAL QUALIFICATION

An absolute ban on judges, prosecutors and politicians using manipulative newspeak that conceals crimes. The total elimination of artificial concepts such as “disciplinary offense”, “breach of the dignity of office”, “formal error” or “oversight” in relation to theft, pimping, corruption, election fraud, human rights violations and constitutional betrayal. Every such act shall be qualified and tried directly under the Criminal Code with mandatory confiscation of assets!
